We used B-Daddys catering for my husband's retirement party. We had a great experience. B-Daddys came, set up, served and cleaned up, then packed the leftovers. The staff and owners were fantastic! Food was great, we had lots of compliments. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent BBQ! The meat was flavorful and not dry (we had brisket and pulled pork), tasted fresh. The jalapeño cream corn was super yummy! Chipotle cole slaw was good too. I'd eat here again.

Pricey but good. Service was outstanding. The selection of sides was perfect. Meats came with sauce but didn't need it. Spicy sauce did pair well with pork ribs. Above average sausage.

22 years we have lived in Bandera, there is now a BBQ restaurant which is as good as any great place in the state. I travel the state of Texas and have been for 40 years, this is outstanding. Love the green beans, jalapeño cream corn and marbled brisket ❤️

Tier-1 BBQ. Every bit as good as Franklin's or Black's in Lockhart. The smoked turkey has become a family favorite. They have a large outdoor space that is super kid friendly.

You will have a difficult time finding better bbq. The jalapeño cheddar buns are excellent. You will not be able to find nicer people.

Ordered a pound of Brisket and a couple links of Jalapeno Sausage. The sausage was incredibly juicy and flavorful. The brisket, from the point, was cooked perfectly tender and mouthwatering. Some of the best I have tasted. I will definitely become a regular customer. Highly recommend!

After trying a rather we’ll know BBQ in Lockhart we stopped here and shared a plate of food. This was far better, the brisket you could cut with a spoon.

Went for dinner while on a family reunion. The service was excellent these guys had a system that worked them and made it fast getting in all our orders. The best part is they were pet friendly so we got to take our Shadow.

My brisket grilled cheese was delicious- so good I ate it up before I could think of snapping a pic. The family had chicken leg quarter, pulled pork sandwich, turkey, and jalapeño sausage along with green beans and boracho beans and it was all enjoyed.

This is legit the best BBQ around here, possibly the best period. Everything is always consistently excellent.

We were delighted to hear that the new BBQ place was good. We heard the last one wasn't very good. There are only two of us, so we only tried the turkey and sliced brisket. Both were excellent, especially the turkey. They have the most amazing cheddar and jalapeno bread if you choose to have a sandwich. The pickles, onion and jalapenos are delicious. Very nice. The salt and pepper are local as well. The cookies were amazing as well. I was surprised that they were peanut butter... didn't ask if there was a choice. My only complaint, and it isn't a true complaint is that I did not notice any craft beer. Yes, Lone Star and Shiner, but nothing really local. I also only noticed one sauce. Not that it matters, but I sort of expected others. Oh, if I had one disappointment it was the simplicity of the potato salad. It was good, but rather bland. Luckily we had onions and jalapenos and pickles, but I would have liked for the potato salad to have more complexity, something more than skin on potato with relatively no spice. We will definitely go back. I just may not order potato salad and stick with the delicious coleslaw. I did love the green beans...so there is my take.

Have been 3 times already. Had the brisket, ribs, sausage, potatoes salad, pinto beans, green beans, macaroni. Iced tea is very good!! All my meals were excellent. Was a little warm in dinning room so maybe better ac soon. Can't wait to go back. Hoping soon restrooms will be completed. Only one operating now.

My wife and I ate lunch here in April 2024. While we were visiting Bandera. I got a sliced brisket sandwich and asked for a little fat in it. It was absolutely delicious. My wife ordered brisket tacos and liked them very well too. The sides, potato, salad, coleslaw and macaroni and cheese were very good. Pleasant service. Wasn't cheap, but the amount we got was substantial; my wife couldn't finish hers and had to take some home with her. I will want to go there next time I'm in Bandera.

When we walked in we felt so welcomed! The guys seemed happy to be there and happy we were there. I love a friendly, welcoming place! I was happy about the choices on the menu, they had banana pudding that was whipped yumminess 😋. My friend loved their beans but it was a bit too spicy for me. Texas has a different way of doing beans at a bbq place, I’m used to getting normal baked beans (not pinto beans). What i like is they didn’t call their beans “baked beans” they called it what it was. I got the brisket plate, the 2 sides that come with it are in a smaller cup. I also ordered 2 additional small sides which are in a bigger cup. The traditional coleslaw was good, it had a different taste from anywhere I’ve eaten but i can’t explain it yet it still tasted like traditional slaw. Mac and cheese was like a velveta, i prefer having actual cheese melting. The creamed corn was very good, whole corn kernels in this thick yummy sauce and i ate all of it first thing because it was so good. Brisket had flavor but it was dry and fell apart too easy, i had to use a spoon and help from my fingers to drag it through the sauce and scoop it up. The price was fair for what i ordered and the quality of the food. I recommend to try this bbq place.

I was throwing my head back and closing my eyes upon the first majestic bite with meat from the perfect charred flavor of the Texas toast, buttery , complimenting the succulent and juicy smoke filled meat with perfect color and consistency in the big daddy !!!! My mouth watered as I was eating 😳. I conversated and was taking my time so the chicken had time to cool and even cool as you can see it was dripping juice tender , silde off the bone with no coaxing at all !!! The Mac and cheese was perfect in every way not too cheesy not too soft or firm just on point !!! The jalapeno creamed corn ..... Muh lawd the creamed corn , was by far the best I've ever had , it even beats my own ! The cream was the nectar straight from the heavens . I would put this creamed corn up against any other person's. Not one single thing was short of stupendous and down right amazing. Your kids wouldn't heaitate to debmvour these green beans and the birracho beans.... well , not to be dramatic but I would die for these beans !!!!! I would almost even say it was orgasmic. I will be back to do the whole menu but for the love of God, please do yourself a favor and come check these guys out , it's not just nourishing, it's not just quality taste , it is a whole soul moving experience!!!!!! The lean brisket and ribs were excellent—both were flavorful and cooked perfectly. The potato salad and mac and cheese were great sides and paired well with the meal. The homemade BBQ sauce was incredible; I liked it so much I would have GLADLY bought some to take home.

We had lunch at B daddy‘s on Main in Bandera today. It was fantastic. I had the chicken with creamed corn and green beans and absolutely loved it. I got a sample of the turkey and it literally melted in my mouth. It’s really cute inside very Bandera. I very much recommend and will definitely go back.

I eat here fairly regularly... They are MUCH BETTER than the BBQ place that was there before... Their pulled pork lately has been FIRE... Their brisket is my next go to... It's good... I can't speak on their Turkey, but I hear it's good... Their ribs are pretty good... I have only tried their sausage once... I haven't found a side that I Truly like yet, but I Am VERY Picky... Others have liked the sides... I just learned of a baked potato they have with the meat and stuff inside so I will try that next... But for them being Brand New to Bandera, we Love It (I was told they didn't have Barria tacos, but I see it on the list below...??)

We had the brisket loaded potato and a 2 meat plate. Loaded tator was awesome the 2 meat plate was good. Potato salad needed help(needs pickles, onions and mayo or ranch). Charro bean were very good. All and all one of the better bbq joints around. Give them a try you won't be disappointed. Thanks guys see ya next trip.

Had B-Daddys in Bandera for the first time on Saturday with my wife and it was great! Had beef rib, brisket, sausage, slaw, potato salad, and beans and every single item was great. The atmosphere was so much better than before - high ceilings and felt like a proper market. Service was good as well. Didn't have dessert but will next time - cuz there will certainly be a next time! Keep it up B-Daddys! You've got a good thing going and you've elevated the playing field for Bandera. Thank you!

We decided to try the new place in town and see what the hyp was all about. Was definitely worth a try. The food was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Portion sizes are great as well for the price. Sweet tea was good as well.

Best Mac and cheese hands down, the jalapeno cream corn was delicious as well, and the brisket melts in your mouth! We will definitely be back!

Good food, not great food. Mostly seasoned with jalapeño. There are better BBQs in the area. Reasonably priced. Others cost more.

good meat but no knife for beautiful Beef Ribs, only fragile plastic knives, even asking for a real knife, incredible for a BBQ...! Bring your knife!

Tacos were the BOMB!! Hubbys 2meat plate . Not so much, hardly had flavor. And luke warm. My fault not paying attention- but later realized we got over charged like $20! Will give another try earlier in the day! But my Tacos ROCKED!!

Best tasting banana pudding. Clean and updated. The potato salad lacked some flavor. Brisket was on point along with the pork ribs. Food got cold really quick faster than you can eat it. One med size slice of brisket on a three meat just doesn't cut it. The mac and cheese was delicious.

Over priced small portions was like buccees in seguins bbq I had to ask for pickles onions etc it comes plain Jane style

Order pulled pork to go, it was so greasy there was liquid grease in the bottom of the container - went through several paper towels to help it

Bought chopped beef sandwich and potato salad and peach cobbler. 27.00 $ The chopped beef had mostly end pieces of very charred brisket. It was very course chopped more like chunks , impossible to eat as a sandwich. The potato salad was very bland. The peach cobbler was raw. Compared to B Daddys in Helotes this restaurant was lacking. Very disappointed.... The service was quick and friendly, establishment very clean. What I bought was subpar. Hopefully the owners will get the kinks worked out and the food here in Bandera will be just as good as the food in Helotes!!

Disappointed lately with BDaddys. When they first opened this location the pulled pork sandwich was amazing and the brisket was always good and flavorful. Lately it has not been as good. Pulled pork lacks flavor, almost seeming as it sits in liquid being held for too long. Brisket seems to not be as flavorful loosing some smoke flavor. I would love to try some chicken but they are always out. And I would normally be ok with that, but when you are out of chicken and turkey at 5:30pm on a Friday, you just simply did not prep enough. This will probably be the last time there for a long time. Its just not worth the price anymore.

Brisket and pork ribs lacked flavor, the Mac and cheese was to dry but the cream corn was good. Price or the food needs to change, I don't mind spending money on good BBQ, I just didn't find it here....

I had the pulled pork and it was pretty dry and lacked flavor… Not what I would expect expect from a small barbecue restaurant. I went to Kliens Barbecue in Boerne the next day and the flavor and juiciness was amazing.

They wanted $30 for 2 chop BBQ sandwiches and I laughed all the way to the next restaurant 😂

They're never open due to the fact they "say: they ran out of food by 4Pm. We were told everyplace in town was closed which was a LIE. Everybody else is open with plenty of food. I hate LIARS. Spread the word.

The meat was cold and didnt have much flavor. The coleslaw and potato salad tasted like nothing but onion. $50 wasted.
