Very nice and pleasant experience! Great octopus, big portions and very tender indeed!! Only we didnt like that we were served and charged for a bread without asking for it..🙂‍↔️ I was missing a bit of some species but surely will ask for it next time. Very quick service and professional as well!🙌🏼 Definitely great place for octopus's lovers and other good food. Gracias!

I took a portion of their famous octopus and some bread and tomato. The octopus it’s around 30 euro, wich it’s a lot but the quality of it, the service and the ambience are very high. That said, if you don’t come to eat that it’s probably quite overpriced for the other plates.

I recommend making a reservation, but they will help you if there is space available. Everything we ate was delicious. We left the cooking temperature of the meat up to the chef, and he chose to cook it rare. It is a quiet, clean, and high-quality restaurant. The portions are very large.

Another place that’s been sitting on my list. Such a nice atmosphere, not like a regular restaurant around the corner. They accepted me without any reservation. The service is so nice, people are really attentive and helpful. I ordered garlic prawns and it was delicious. I used the bread to get all the juices in the pan. I also ordered grilled octopus, which should be the headliner but although it was good and tender on the inside, it was grilled a bit too much for my taste.

BEST OCTOPUS WE HAVE EVER HAD. And the beef tenderloin with foie gras was one of the most delicious dishes I have ever had also!!! Our concierge at the Intercontinental (Pol) told us to go there for the octopus. But everything was delicious. The English speaking waiter was able to help us and we are so glad we went!!!

We found this restaurant through google. And it exceeds our expectations in every way. It is a busy restaurant, we went on a Friday evening. Juan was our waiter, although it was a busy evening, he was very sincere, friendly and attentive. Although his first language is not English, we communicated through google translate without problem. The food is amazing. We ordered Racion pulpo a feria, which is a , it was incredibly tender, juicy and fresh. Grilled scallops were full of flavour, the garlic and olive oil just match them perfectly. The black rice with seafood is another memorable dish. The finale was the fried milk dessert, a heavenly dessert served with whipped cream. All in all, it was a remarkable meal which my husband and I enjoyed very much.

Absolutely amazing!! The food was delicious, paella was divine, the octopus, the 1kg steak, the goat leg and the fish were just mouth watering. The starter of chorizo was fabulous, the deserts all, fantastic! The sangria, and wine, were lovely! I cannot say how much we loved the whole menu!! The waiters/waitresses were so caring and kind and helpful! The atmosphere brilliant! It is expensive but if you want good traditional food, this is a restaurant you must try!! Definitely recommend!!! If there were 10stars I would definitely give it!

Restaurante gallego. El pulpo, la empanada y el lacón muy buenos. La lubina también. Los postres no son gran cosa. El servicio genial pero el local muy muy ruidoso. No podiamos escuchar a nadie. El precio es bastante alto (cada plato mas o menos 20-30 euros). Si quieres comer comida gallega es tu sitio.

Llegamos derivados del local de Buenos Aires, por una incidencia imprevista, nos llamaron y dieron esta alternativa asegurándonos que todo sería igual, éramos 4 y habíamos escogido el menú de 60€. Como íbamos con tiempo no tuvimos inconveniente en desplazarnos hasta el Paralelo. Al llegar a la Pulpería y explicarle la situación el jefe de sala nos indica que ese menú no lo tenían y el de 60€ era para un mínimo de 8 personas (cuando solo había algún plato diferente, los esenciales estaban, y en él se indicaba raciones para cada 4...🤷🏼‍♀️) No entendimos el pq de esta situación dadas las circunstancias, le intentamos preguntar cuál era el problema..., finalmente, ante nuestra decisión de marcharnos, y de muy malas maneras, nos aceptó mantener su menú de 60€ para 4. A partir de ahí todo perfecto, excelente producto, calidad y cantidad, en el punto adecuado de cocción, un excelente servicio por parte de la Camarera. Si no doy las 5* es por el mal rato que se nos hizo pasar en la entrada, pero salvo eso es totalmente recomendable y seguro que repetiremos.

Fuimos a cenar a Pulpería Can Lampazas y nos gustó mucho. Pedimos unas bravas, el steak tartar y el pulpo a la brasa para compartir; todo estaba delicioso, aunque el steak tartar se llevó claramente el protagonismo de la noche. El personal fue muy atento y servicial, y el local es amplio, con muchas mesas y un ambiente cómodo si no hay mucha gente. El precio es algo elevado, pero si buscas auténtica comida gallega, es una buena opción.

Sensacional!! Local ubicado en el corazón del paralelo cerca del metro. El restaurante es diáfano y se ve la cocina. Y tienen un servicio está atento. Te dan la bienvenida con un pan gallego que te cobran la porción cara a 2,80e pero está exquisito. Imposible irte de allí sin pedirte el pulpo que está tierno y sabroso. Y por redondear, las croquetas de bogavante deliciosas. Seguramente, nos queden platos por añadir excepcionales pero volveremos para corroborarlo. La tarta de queso👌

Una experiencia fantástica en la pulpería. La comida estaba deliciosa, con un pulpo perfectamente preparado y de gran calidad. El ambiente es acogedor y se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. Pero lo que realmente hizo especial la visita fue el trato excelente de Fernando, nuestro camarero: atento, amable y muy profesional en todo momento. The food was mostly nice (avoid potatoes), but very expensive. 25 -30 Euro for a small plate. You can easily find a better and cheaper options in the neighborhood. As for the atmosphere: you sit in a plastic tent with limited views on a noisy street and people around you are smoking.

Probably one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in Barcelona! Everything was absolutely great, from the food to the service! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! You must of course try the Octopus because it is their specialty! Meats and stews are also amazing!!! The service was correct, everything you spect without being to much! El pulpo buenísimo. Las croquetas también. Los segundos (rodaballo y solomillo al foie) vinieron algo fríos. Lo comentamos y rápidamente nos trajeron el rodaballo más caliente y nos cambiaron el solomillo, ya que lo habíamos probado, por otro recién hecho. El tiramisú muy bueno. Nos invitaron a un par de chupitos. Se agradece.

The food is amazing and the portions are good but the service is slow and not very friendly, they expect you to know how things work and they expect you to know exactly what you want to eat as soon as you get the menu. The waiters are running up and down all the time and arguing between each other. It takes a long time to be attended to, it looks like they are doing a lot of things but nothing was getting done.. also they charge like 2,80 euros for bread (nobody explained that) and for some reason the pulpo doesn’t come with potatoes and its charged extra, we had the black rice as main but it was not the best, it tasted just like the vegetables in it. Every plate comes at any time and it can be like 20 minutes wait between dishes.. the dessert was huge and delicious. The place is loud and looks messy with waiters running around and arguing very loud about things like this is not my area or im not serving this table.. its not a cheap restaurant we spent around 50-60 euros per person.. went on a sunday. You must make a reservation.

Nuestro camarero muy atento y servicial. Pero el ambiente entre algunos de ellos era incómodo al verlos discutir a menudo. Pulpo con trozos duros, y muy aguado, muy caro por la caludad que es... El carpaccio dudo mucho que tenga 2 años de maduracion, aparte del sabor super suave lo sirven con muchisimo queso, kikos machacados y mas cosas por encima (cuando la carne es supuestamente tan buena no necesita añadidos que tapen sabor).el tocinillo de cielo no se si se equivocaron y me trajeron un flan, o si directamente no sabe para nada a tocinillo... Me he sentido "engañada/estafada" 124 €, bebiendo agua y sólo disfrutamos del steack tartar...

Reservamos con 2 meses de antelación porque teníamos entradas para el espectáculo del Mago Pop. La experiencia fue bastante decepcionante. Pedimos pulpo (28€) y mi chico se encontró un trozo de plástico en la boca mientras lo estaba comiendo. Algo así en un plato de ese precio es, como mínimo, muy preocupante. Entendemos que en cocina pueden ocurrir errores, pero lo realmente decepcionante fue la reacción del restaurante. Se lo comentamos al encargado de forma educada y, aun así, no tuvieron ni el más mínimo gesto ni detalle cuando trajeron la cuenta. Sinceramente, una situación así debería gestionarse de otra manera. La sensación final es de poca profesionalidad y de muy poca preocupación por el cliente.

Nuestra experiencia muy mala. Nos pusieron en un comedor que no era el principal la verdad que pensamos estaremos más tranquilos, nos pusieron en una mesa en donde había una puerta con la salida de emergencia al final de todo,y nos sentimos abandonados ya que tardaron mucho en atendernos los camareros iban mega perdidos o quiero creer falta de personal pero muy mal el servicio.Los platos no sabían ni para que mesa eran. El caldo gallego frío no estaba caliente y le faltaba consistencia.El pulpo muy bueno la verdad, picaba porque el pimentón era picante íbamos con un niño de tres años…los cachelos van separados que la verdad ni comimos y para ser patatas cocidas el precio me parece elevado 7,80. De repente nos vinieron a tomar los postres cuando nos faltaban los segundos 🤦🏻‍♀️.Tardaron como tres cuartos de hora en traernos los segundos el solomillo frío y el pescado a los veinte minutos apareció. A todo esto de repente pusieron el aire aconcidionado un frío se lo dijimos al camarero pero como si nada. Cuando acabas te dan una botella como obsequio Vino de Can Lampazas. Expectativas muy altas y la verdad que nos decepciono, no volveremos y a mi parecer muy caro y eso que no bebimos vino.

Let me take you through my experience chronologically. First of all, I asked for an English speaker, to which I was told to wait by the door. There seemed to be some confusion when seating me; one waiter took me halfway into the restaurant, then a manager took over and lead me somewhere else - I needed a table for one. The service staff were quite helpful though, the menu was complicated with many different sections, and they helped me place an order. I ordered a grilled beef sirloin with a side of spicy potatoes, and asked for it cooked well done. I also asked for a nonalcoholic drinks menu, but they only had very few options and no menu, Pepsi, Coke zero, still water, or sparkling water, were my options. The food arrived very quickly, served on a hot plate on a wooden tray, the presentation was nice. But the plate was too hot to the touch and heated up my cutlery when placed down. The beef was not cooked well done, it was actually quite rare. The outside looked cooked, but once cut into, it was very red. I could tell the beef was rushed, hence the speedy service. It was very watery as well, some parts were so raw that it was uncomfortable to try and eat, despite an excessive amount of chewing, I eventually had to take a sip of my drink to help it go down. I didn't receive the spicy potatoes I expected, instead they were standard french fries and some grilled peppers, seems the menu is quite misleading. The fries were really bad and too salty, the peppers had no spice or any flavour to them at all, they were likely not fresh. I was immensely dissapointed with my meal, especially considering the relatively high prices. The service staff were good, helpful, professional, but also casual enough to feel comfortable to talk to or ask for assistance. The problem seemed to be in the kitchen, rushing orders perhaps due to being an hour away from their closing time. When I had finished my meal, I was asked if I wanted to order desert, but I noticed they were 30 minutes from closing so I refused; I don't want a rushed or leftover desert. The restaurant itself is nice, with plenty of seating and a classy theme. But I wouldn't recommend it. Its overpriced and the food is a let down.
