Restaurante con terraza exterior centrado en cocina italiana tradicional, con toques calabreses, destacando por su pasta casera y pinsas. El local es pequeño pero acogedor, con una atmósfera cálida gracias a su iluminación tenue y bien distribuida, y la música suave a volumen perfecto. Si bien la decoración es ecléctica, la originalidad de los adornos le dan un toque agradable. La limpieza general está bien cuidada, tanto en el salón como en la presentación de los platos. La atención del personal es cercana y profesional, con un trato amable y detallista que marca la diferencia. Sobresalen especialmente los Ñoquis con nduja, los Rigatonis Norma, y las Alcachofas fritas con paleta ibérica. Entre los postres, nadie debería perderse los canolos, frescos y preparados al momento (de los mejores que he probado en Barcelona), y la joya de la corona, el Nutellotto, una experiencia altamente especial para el paladar. La experiencia sensorial global evidencian que el fogón es dominado por un excelente chef. La relación precio/valor es equilibrada, considerando la experiencia total, las buenas cantidades, la calidad de los ingredientes y el servicio. Muy buen Verdejo y muy buen café. Lamentablemente solo puedo poner 5 estrellas, pero se merece 7. Recomendación: el lavabo necesita servilletas para secarse las manos.

Una experiencia perfecta. Fuimos con mi pareja a cenar (con reserva) y todo estaba buenísimo. De entrada compartimos una pinza muy buena, la masa estaba perfecta. De fondo probé la carbonara, que debe estar entre las mejores que he comido en mi vida. Lo acompañamos con un buen vino. La verdad, la comida es espectacular. El limoncello buenísimo también. Lo único "malo" fue que nos tocó la mesa al lado de la caja y por el tamaño del lugar hay mucho ajetreo, pero es un detalle. Volveremos seguro.

Paisano Bistró is a great spot if you’re craving honest Italian food done right. Everything we ordered was well executed, flavorful, and nicely presented. We started with a crispy croquette, perfectly golden on the outside and soft inside, simple, comforting, and a great way to kick things off. For mains, the pasta al pesto was excellent. The sauce was fresh and vibrant, generously coating the pasta, topped with creamy burrata and sun-dried tomatoes that added a nice balance and depth. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients here. The gnocchi with prawns was another highlight. Soft, pillowy gnocchi in a rich, well-seasoned sauce with cherry tomatoes and pesto, finished with a perfectly cooked prawn on top. Comfort food with a refined touch. We paired everything with a rosé wine, which was light, refreshing, and worked very well with the food. it’s conveniently within walking distance of the Sagrada Família, which makes it a perfect stop after sightseeing. Overall, Paisano Bistró delivers solid Italian dishes, good portions, and a relaxed bistro atmosphere. A very enjoyable meal and definitely a place I’d come back to.

Came here party-of-5 for lunch early JAN2026. We sat outside in the cold, but the food and drinks came quick. The service was friendly and accommodating. The food was exceptional. My wife got the mushroom ravioli which was wonderful. I got the pappardelle which was stunning flavors. The carbonara, burrata, etc, was all very, very good. We couldn’t say better things about the food and drinks.

What a great surprise to encounter such a genuine Italian pasta restaurant in the Catalonia stronghold of Barcelona. Fresh pasta cooked to perfection and sauce with deep aroma and taste, authentic olive oil and balsamic vinegar, added to a youthful yet refreshing professional servers, and inviting atmosphere which accommodated my partner’s large walker without any question. No wonder this place has received so many five stars. I recommend this place highly to anyone who appreciates fine but not overly expensive dining.

This was my second time visiting this amazing restaurant (my first time was in December 2022). It was just as wonderful this time as it was during my first visit! I ordered the Pasta Carbonara and it was out of this world! So delicious! The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was perfect! I made a point to tell Christian, one of the owners, how this was my second time eating there and that I would definitely be back again next time I’m in Barcelona! Gracias Paisano Bistro! We stopped into this Italian spot for lunch, and even without a reservation, they graciously squeezed us in. The staff was kind and accommodating, and although we had to eat a bit quickly, it was absolutely worth it. Having been to Italy before, I can confidently say this food rivaled what we’ve had there. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and authentic. The caprese salad was a standout. The mozzarella was light, creamy, and perfectly paired with the freshest tomatoes. I’m usually not a tomato person, but these were so mild and flavorful that I couldn’t stop eating them. The pizza was fantastic as well, with that perfect balance of crisp crust, rich sauce, and fresh toppings. We let our server choose for us since we were short on time, and his recommendation was spot on. The service was above average, and we appreciated the hospitality. From the quality of the ingredients to the warm service, it was a true gem. 10/10 recommend for anyone craving authentic Italian in the heart of Barcelona.

Exceptional place. A hidden gem right behind the Sagrada Familia. Impeccable food, exceptionally friendly staff. We were 4 persons arrived at lunch time without prior reservations. The staff accommodated us in no time with a smile, food order was supper fast and the taste was unbelievably good. Really deserved a Michelin star. We really enjoyed our meal at this lovely restaurant. We went for lunch after visiting the Sagrada Familia, and we got the mortadella pizza and the bolognese pasta. Everything was cooked perfectly and had so much flavour. Their service is fast and the staff is very friendly. The restaurant is pretty small though, so I imagine it fills up quickly during dinner service, but we still highly recommend going!

The Italian food here was absolutely amazing! The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the pizza was excellent—but the real star of the night was the pesto spaghetti. It was incredibly fresh and flavorful, with sun-dried tomatoes that tied the whole dish together beautifully. The service was top-notch—polite, attentive, and on top of everything—and the kitchen was impressively quick. I visited Paisano Bistró with my wife and 4yo son *twice* during our 5-day stay in Barcelona. That says a lot. We found the restaurant through google reviews whilst we were in the area and had an early dinner. The restaurant is a family-run business. The son, Cesare, and his mother are the cooks while the father is managing the place. We had the Pinsa Margherita and the Rigatoni amatriciana. The pinsa was spectacular. You could taste the home made marinara sauce and smell the freshness of basil. The amount of cheese was balanced so that it wouldnt make the pinsa "soupy". Star of the table: Rigatoni amatriciana!! Home-made pasta made the difference, along with the dark red sauce flavoured by the pieces of guanciale which gave a crunchy texture and a sweet tone on the whole dish. Paisano Bistró is a MUST to visit restaurant while you are in Barcelona. You won't regret it!

Salí vomitando por los ñoquis, horroroso el saber a marisco con pistachos, con la gamba cruda, que horror. Me lo recomendo el Jefe y yo no, quiero los ñoquis con burrafata pero al final tuve que elegir los de Gambas con pistacho. Error mio. Atmosfera cargada, mucho ruido, local pequeño es logico el ruido. Rapido servicio y atencion correcta. Super caro, 80€ 3 personas y recomendado lo mas caro, que listo. Contesto por aquí ya que no me deja contestar a tu respuesta. Volver de momentos no, pero es probable que lo haga ya que yo soy de dar la cara. Primero, si supieras la noche que he pasado, me repetía el sabor de gamba cruda. Segundo, el estofado de ternera sin mas, 4 tropocitos de carne, patatas bastantes ya que es mas barato, algun champinon troceado y guidantes si que había. Lo podemos porque pensabamos que entradas en el menú, cosa que no había. Tercero e importante, los platos de mis padres estaban ricos y se comían. La Camarera dijo cuatro platos más pedidos antes de decir el de ñoquis con marisco y no vi a nadie comiendolo en todas las mesas que había en el restaurante, asique no me lo creo. Cuarto, nos recomendaste los platos más Carlos, acción incorrecta por tu parte. Mis padres salieron del restaurante sin más, poner buena cara sabemos todos. Quinto, antetodo gracias por la atención prestada y por la coordialidad.

La croqueta de berenjena muy buena. Muy rápidos para retirar platos vacíos pero cuando se quiere postre, nadie se fija, nos daba tiempo a pillar postre, pero nos cansamos de esperar a que se fijarán y nos fuimos

Desafortunadamente hemos pasado una mala experiencia después de ser clientes durante años… El servicio muy indiferente (no estaba ninguno de los camareros que ya conocíamos), la comida estaba fría, UNA CARBONARA FRÍA y que le faltaba pimienta y sabor a Parmesano… El tiramisú no tenía sabor, demasiado café por encima por disimular… El pan que normalmente está recién calentado, estaba durísimo y frío, no pudimos comerlo era una roca… En el postre nos ofrecieron dos chupitos pensando que eran los de la casa y los cobraron. 2 platos, 1 postre y 2 bebidas por casi 60€… Si hubiese sido nuestra primera vez definitivamente no volveríamos.
