Excellent, carefully prepared and authentic home cooking. The appetizer buffet is all you can eat, as are the other courses. The pesto-filled pasta and breaded mushrooms are a must-try. We were along the Salt Road, a winter's day in the steppe (October 19th), and despite being "booked" for a party, the very kind and professional owner welcomed us and offered us excellent mandilli de sea (thin strips of lasagna pasta) with pesto and breaded mushrooms. He was careful to welcome us, without making us feel bad about how dirty and smelly we were (the walk in the rain had left us in truly merciless conditions), and he turned up the electric heater, allowed our shoes and jackets to dry in the middle of the room, and gave us advice on the stops we were missing. Frixou or cuculli, farinata, and cheese focaccia (all made by the excellent cook), served with amazing bread.

An excellent Sunday lunch in a pleasant restaurant that never disappoints. The assorted appetizer buffet is the highlight, but also the delicious ravioli al tuccu and with mushrooms, and the fantastic braised beef in Barolo. We were there this evening, September 10, 2022, for dinner. The manager was professional, courteous, and incredibly welcoming. All the food is homemade, incredibly fresh, and the portions are generous. We started with "MIXED HOUSEWARE ANTIPASTI" (MIXED ANTIPASTI), then we had 2 generous portions of "TAGLIERINI WITH LIGURIAN PORCINI MUSHROOMS" for our first course, followed by "BREADED MUSHROOMS" and "FRENCH FRIES" as a side dish. Finally, for dessert, we had "NUTELLA SEMIFREDDO" and "PISTACHIO PANNA COTTA." Excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back, even with our kids. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. MUST TRY!!!

We arrived at 4 pm, and despite this unusual hour, the host was able to welcome us and organize a wonderful lunch. The asado and roast beef dishes were very good and plentiful. The homemade bread was excellent! Thanks again, we highly recommend it!

I went to eat at this restaurant today with friends and was pleasantly surprised. The food is excellent, the portions generous, the wine good, and the location is wonderful from start to finish. The atmosphere is very refined and clean, with an open kitchen. It's very welcoming, and features a beautiful 1980s-style cabinet that I loved! The owner is extremely kind and approachable, very helpful, and friendly. The waiter who served us was quick in delivering our orders, keeping us waiting even though the place was packed. He was also very professional, kind, and polite. I will return again and recommend it.

I went to this restaurant for my brother-in-law's wedding. They were super attentive to everything and the food was excellent! As soon as we arrived, they asked us if we had any allergies or intolerances, and during the ceremony I saw specially prepared dishes brought out for those who said yes. The appetizer was really, really good, and the rest was too. Everything was delicious. And, just as importantly, they were very kind and attentive. The waiter realized I didn't eat fish and said, "I'll have you make me a mushroom risotto right away!" I was pleasantly surprised! By the way, my husband, who eats fish, told me the fish dishes were even better!!! Overall, highly recommended!

On a cold Saturday evening, my husband and I, alone on our wedding anniversary, decided to try returning to this traditional restaurant we hadn't been to in maybe twenty years... beautiful place, a roaring fireplace, and incredibly kind owners. You can't imagine... we left rolling, and the best part wasn't the size of the portions, but the quality! We hadn't eaten so well in ages. The appetizers were exceptional and different from the usual, the first courses were noteworthy, and... the mixed fried fish was spectacular, golden and crispy, just like it used to be, with all the sweetness that tradition has handed down. Well, what can I say? Two weeks after our first visit, we returned with friends, and they made a great impression, both for the food and for their friendliness and cordiality. Bravo!!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised. I dined here on New Year's Eve, and despite the full house, the dinner was perfect. The service was excellent, the food was good and plentiful. The wait staff was always friendly and attentive. Parking isn't easy, the road gets crowded easily, and rudeness is notorious. Recommended for both two-person dinners and dinners with dozens of people.

Molto comodo, sulla Via del Sale. La signora che lo gestisce é stata carina e gentile. Non posso dire molto sul cibo, ho preso solo un ottimo panino. Prezzi ok.

First time at this restaurant. On a Saturday night, unfortunately, the place was empty... which is a shame. A wide variety of dishes to please everyone, in short. They also bring you frisceu and focaccia right away to pass the time. I love pesto and I order it everywhere I go, and when a pesto is good, I already know I'll continue to eat well. I assure you, the pesto is top-notch. Then the fresh fried mushrooms with a truly top-notch breading that wasn't at all greasy. The person who ordered the meat said it tasted like butter. We had a problem with the ATM, and the owner offered us a bottle of bitters to apologize, but it wasn't his problem, it was his waistline, so I recommend cash anyway. I give it 4 stars for two things... If you can, don't leave the R.E.M. music on repeat, a little better lighting, and don't leave the appetizer buffet... abandoned there... they're a bit sad, especially when there aren't many people inside. Otherwise, the food was excellent. If you want more, they even do seconds... basically, you don't leave hungry.

Sosta lungo la terza tappa della Via del Sale. Ottimo luogo per riposare ma prezzi alti e menù non altezza del conto. Non ho trovato una grande cortesia onestamente, ma la signora che gestisce il tutto forse è stanca. Spero possa cambiare l'approccio al cliente (specialmente ai camminatori) perchè le potenzialità ci sono. Nota positiva il gelato artigianale e il caffè...davvero ottimi

We went for a family lunch, 7 adults and 2 children. The menu reads: FULL MENU, APPETIZERS, FIRST COURSE, MAIN COURSE, DESSERT, WATER, AND WINE 40 EUROS PER PERSON. There was a buffet of appetizers to choose from. We ordered three trays of three different first courses to try, and one person ordered a second course. No dessert because we brought our own cake. Water, Coke, and a bottle of wine were included. We still spent 40 euros each, ate only appetizers and tried three first courses. The kids each had 5 ravioli and four fritters as an appetizer; they charged me 40 euros! There's no children's menu. The ravioli were good. I thought it was unfair to charge for the full menu when no one ate the full menu! We won't be back!

Come ristorante non posso dire nulla ma alla 100 persona che mi chiama e mi dice ma perche la Signora del ristornate ROSBRUNA ci manda a Pannesi invece di seguire il sentiero ufficiale VM ? ovviamente dico ha tutti di NON dare retta ha tale errato consiglio ,perche bisogna solo seguire la targhetta ufficiale VM, segnalato e pulito dal FIE. inoltre come fa ha dare dei consigli che visto la sua eta non ha mai fatto la Via del Mare a piedi? cara Signora la prego di piantarla di dare indicazioni pericolose perche il sentiero che va a Pannesi , oltre ad essere brutto, non è pulito , non e inserito nel REL e non è gestito da nessuno e le sue FALSE indicazioni sta creando molti problemi agli esursionisti.Rispetti il lavoro del FIE che ovviamente mi ha gia segnalato tale problema,gli escursionsti devono seguire la targhetta ufficiale, si chiama vIA del Mare (vm) perche si vede il mare a CASE BECCO un panorma sublime, mentre il sentiero che va a Pannesi è altamente SCONSIGLIATO ( buio, e pieno di rovi) .

Buona struttura, ma sconsigliamo di dare indicazioni errate ai camminatori, in quanto possono sorgere problematiche di protezione civile come soccorso o ricerca disperso. Anche a noi sono giunte informazioni errate, convinto che si possa migliorare questo punto e servizio, siamo a disposizione per aiutare la struttura a fornire informazioni puntuali e precise così da fornirle ai prossimi escursionisti.

Io sono consigliere della FIE, concordo pienamente con Sonia Poni.. e aggiungo che le persone che tolgono indicazioni o deviano gli escursionisti dai sentieri ufficiali della REL, in caso di incidenti o di perdersi.. sono previa denuncia penalmente perseguibili..
