We stopped for a bite to eat together. And we found a nice place where we could eat well and with satisfaction. (We ate an excellent goulash.) The dishes are very well prepared and the food is good and authentic. The service is precise and attentive to the customer's needs. The menu has a good choice where they offer various first courses, different side dishes and different types of desserts... The prices are good... We will definitely be back to eat... I recommend it.

Good morning, dear readers, this time, my personal impression/review is of an osteria. Long live simplicity! Considering it has a fixed menu (the so-called "workers' menu"), it's unexpectedly exceptional! A broad menu, packed with truly excellent dishes! From the unique pesto (finally the real thing, with garlic, Ligurian olive oil, pine nuts, and Parmigiano Reggiano; not even remotely comparable to the chopped herbs found in various supermarkets... and in many prestigious restaurants) to ragùs of every type, not to mention well-stocked and delicious second courses that will make you think for a moment about your favorite places! A family atmosphere of rare efficiency, where everything works flawlessly and, thanks to the management of a woman of rare patience, kindness, and efficiency (an added value for this unique trattoria), I and hundreds of people find extreme satisfaction in our palates. Almost daily. The two very young men (probably the owner's sons) and everyone who works in the kitchen also do very well. Fantastic, unique without any ifs or buts.

Lunch on June 21, 2022. Clean place, great service, excellent tripe. The coffee is also really good. Convenient parking, outdoor terrace with a small veranda. Excellent value for money for fresh dishes made with quality ingredients. Perfect for a quick lunch, as they're always open for lunch, but closed in the evenings, and their closing day is Sunday.

Hostaria Ca' Nova is located at Via G. da Verazzano 4 in Struppa (Genoa). The restaurant is welcoming, clean, and has a pleasant veranda. The menu offers a wide selection of delicious, light dishes, and fresh (not frozen) cooked vegetables are always available. They also offer a wide selection of homemade desserts. The staff is friendly and efficient; the quality/price ratio is excellent. It's only open for lunch and closed on Sundays.

An excellent trattoria for those who want to eat well and save money. It offers a wide selection of starters, main courses, and desserts, all typical Ligurian cuisine. The staff is fast, friendly, and professional. Everything is excellent. I highly recommend it.

The rooms aren't very large, but you can feel the clean atmosphere of a family-run restaurant serving home-cooked food. The service is good, and the staff are all friendly and accommodating. Prices are reasonable, and the food is quality.

A friendly, family-friendly atmosphere in a pleasant trattoria. Excellent first and second courses. Service is quick and appropriate for a midday meal, which needs to be quick. My only complaint: The tables are cleaned a bit too quickly, with just one cloth being used to wipe them all down. It's a shame, because the place is charming and the prices are reasonable.

We're not regulars, but we consider ourselves regulars and regulars. We're happy that the management and therefore the baton has been passed to Sandra, who knows the entire organization very well. As usual, the trofie and lasagna are superb, the cured meats, especially the excellent prosciutto, etc. Always recommended.
