i have no idea what the lady saying but she makes the best coffee out of any dunkin’ donuts in the county. every time i pull up at dunkin’ donuts i pray for a person that makes the coffee like that one lady but sadly there’s only one of her. she needs to be a trainer or something, give her a promotion
This is the best Dunkin around, the young lady who works the drive through is very kind. This Dunkin is out the way but its way better than the one near my house. 5/5 best Dunkin around
Im sorry I can’t remember the name of the lady who helped me today :( but I went around 12:30 on 2/4/21 and she was at the drive through window taking payments, she is always so incredibly social and kind whenever I go, which is almost every day. I felt she deserved some recognition!! :-)

This restaurant drive thru is convenient and busy, but going indoors part of the parking lot is tricky. Indoors is nice and cozy, but there is no restroom for customers that I could see. The customer service is good and service is fast.

I come here most ever week day for a mid day black coffee. The staff is kind and helpful the patio where I normally sit is well maintained and the inside seating area is always clean. They keep the bathrooms perfect and the coffee always taste like it should. Highly recommended this Dunkin’ Donuts to anyone
Today didn't have a nice experience here, and is not the first time I come here. Even the door says they close at 9 pm, I had to leave the store 10 min before. I came in at 8.25 pm, it's raining outside, so I bought hot things, I was planing to finish and leave on time, but the manager told me they have to go home so I have to leave the store before. After that, I left the store, leaving everything there on the table. I think that's not a nice customer service
I've been coming to this DD for a little while now and the morning crew is the best. I usually order online and Pinky is always has a smile on her face and is so polite coming through the drive-thru. My daughter only ever wants to go to DD just so she can see Pinky which is awesome cause my kid doesn't open up to anyone...she is super shy and avoids people. I also have to praise Monica, she manages a great morning crew and always says hello to me when I do walk in. The service and atmosphere is great. Drinks and food: The drinks are always wonderful in the morning. Again, I do online orders so I put in exactly what I want and they deliver. The food Is okay. I do enjoy the mini bagles and toast. The reason I only gave 4 stars for food is because sometimes I have to work late and the late afternoon to the night crew make my drinks wrong. But that's the only reason. Overall, hats off to the morning crew!

This Dunkin is super clean and great for quick breakfast or coffee. They forgot my syrup today but I called and Monica offered me a remake tomorrow. They’re kind and friendly I like this location for quick coffee, tea and juice (refresher) breaks. 5 stars for their customer service and kindness.
The only Dunkin’ Donuts I will visit in Boca Raton!! These women are kind and very accommodating. Unlike other Dunkin’ Donuts, they participated in the Veterans Day free donuts, special. Thank you, ladies for your appreciation.

Love the staff at this particular location. In the mornings things can get a little backed up but be patient. The staff is always smiling under those masks, you can hear it in their voices when they take your order. Doesn't take long to know no matter how big or small your order is, they are spot on with your order and will give you friendly start to your day.

Good coffee as expected, usually busy but line moves faster than a starbucks line. Staff is kindof hard to understand but they are friendly for the most part.
Such long lines that it backed up into the road. Difficult to park. I ended up walking in and ordering. The order seemed to be right, just too many orders for them. It did take a while to get drinks out.
A clean Dunkin with quick service. The food and coffee is what it is, but if you want a mug of java and need to charge up your phone this place is as good as any. The free WiFi works well enough too.

The customer service use to be amazing, not sure what happened but even the food isn't consistent either. This location is a hit or miss for me.
Dunkin' reward program sucks they don't reward you for being loyal.
Good food, and usually pretty quick. The two for $4 food are listed as a sale but when asked what was on the 2 for $3/4/5 deal nobody knew what it was, so i paid $10 for something that should have been much less. Manager gave me attitude when I said they should be listed. Its like there trying to hide that deal...
Sweet tea is great customer service is poor maybe it is their culture to not smile? This is the store in Boca Raton. The 2 women were from another country but could still smile and be courteous
The doughnuts look delicious but their breakfast food is pretty lame. Avocado toast and the hash browns are tasty but the sourdough sandwich eggs look fake and omelet bites are pretty bad. Girls are nice and really hustle. Drive thru gets crazy and sometimes blocks traffic.

This place is much cleaner looking then other Dunkin’s around the area. I tried the new brown sugar gold brew foam drink and it was alright. The drink tasted over brewed and it was too sweet. The cold foam was from a whipped cream dispenser. We ordered 10 donut holes and got one extra!

Morning cashier was rude and made my day start off not so well. She put the wrong sandwich in the bag and I was stuck with the wrong order when I got to my place and saw it.
My go to DD severely disappointed the entire car today. I've eaten and coffeed here maybe 100 times. Today the word of the day in the car was cold. 2nd word of the day was old. Both coffees were cold, one was a 3 creme, other was abold and 5 creme - both mediums - both were light on the cremes and cold coffee. Black pepper bacon, first time trying should have been called paper tin, tiny cinnamon with light black pepper bacon. Sad little potatos and a cold, hard to gnaw through, sausage egg and cheese croissant - around 10:15am - Sad day for DD and I had one of those Starbuckers in my car annoying me before we hit the drive through. Service was, as always, nice
I goto this Dunkin’ on the way to work good coffee it’s got a drive through so that’s absolutely a bonus the 2 stars is a lack of customer service it wouldn’t kill them to wish people a great day when servicing their customers or did the employees forget your in a customer service job lol
It is a painful place to go into. You stand by the register forever before ordering and then your food or drink takes even longer. Orders are often wrong and the staff doesn't care. One of the managers is extremely friendly though.
I've been to this location twice, the first time I got three coolattas.... one of the cups was cracked..... not only that but one of the coolattas wasn't even frozen..... so I let it be. I went back today and ordered a chicken bacon Sandwich with hash browns and an ice coffee.... The hash browns were cold.... the chicken patty was half the size of the sandwich also tasted nasty and rubbery.... ice coffee was good..... I will never go back to this location!!!!!
I wish there were more coffee drive thru options around this area because I can count on one hand all of the times I’ve gotten a decent ice to coffee ratio. ALSO, they advertise that they accept Apple Pay on the drive thru speaker, but PINKY (that’s her real name?) but made us get out of the car because she could touch our phone. She was incredibly indifferent and didn’t offer an apology in the miscommunication. A different cashier on a separate occasion has definitely handled it for us. Thanks for wasting everyone’s time.
Every time I come here the lady at the drive thru just talks over me and then when I finally get to the window she wonders why I’m giving everything back to her and that the order is not accurate at all. All she keeps saying over the speaker is “I got you I got you” Ahhh, no you don’t because I’m not even finished with my sentence. As a former Dunkin manager years back, this location is sub par
Getting a smile was worse than pulling teeth. Not a welcoming visit. No one wants to patronize a place where Jessica makes you feel like you are putting her out to take your order.
The food is great, but the customer service could be a little bit better. Going there various times due to proximity, I feel like they treat their white clients so much more cheery than their black clients. It's sad that I'm saying these things in 2021.
Tried going this Dunkin location for the first time and could not believe how rude one of the workers was! There was a simple mistake in my order that I wanted corrected. Yet, this worker had an attitude, was snatching things from me and raised her voice at me to ask “Why would I do that?” When all I wanted is what. I ordered in the first place. The manager was very rude to me, he flat out didn't acknowledge me. He only spoke to my husband. They were out of almost every drink we asked for and then gave us something completely different that tasted awful. They then very angrily replaced it with something worse.
Been to this dunkin over 100 times just bc if it’s convenient location, however this is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever experienced. No matter what ratio of cream you want in your coffee, it’s always loaded with too much!

Pick a different location if you want to get what you've actually ordered. No quality control going on at all. I ordered in there app and customized my sandwich to change the bread option... went through the drive thru and grabbed my sandwich from the bag once I hit the road, only to find they gave me bacon instead of the beyond sausage - made a u-turn and went back through the drive thru. They gave me a new sandwich and a sorry we screwed up order of hashbrowns and I set off on my way again... only to find (once on the road again) that they messed up my sandwich AGAIN. This time it was the correct meat, wrong bread! No time to head back a THIRD time & ended up throwing out half the sandwich after trying to make it work. Won't be back to this location. I'm done.

Since the old manger left 3 years ago this place has not been the same. The service is very slow. My orders are always wrong. I used to come here every week now I limit my vists to once a month. The staff yells at each other , can’t get order correct. I waited one week for 30 minuets just to get my drink, just rather go to Starbucks at least there the staff fixes things right away. It’s disappointing since I been a customer for over 14 years.
Very very cheap with the coffee. I got a large iced latte 3 times from them this month and I always tell them less ice but the cup is filled with so much ice giving way less coffee and on top of that they fill the top up with creamer. That is not an iced coffee. That is ice, water, and creamer. I would rather get my iced latte from Starbucks even though it’s more expensive because they listen to directions and are not cheap with coffee. This is my last time buying beverages from you.

Have fun ordering in the drive through. Only 1/10 words are understood EVERY time you order. If you do have allergies, avoid this location. They have no idea how to serve you what is ordered even if it's entered in correctly by the cashier. Worst service of any Dunkin in 10 miles. After months of visiting I am entirely done with the i-dont-care attitude you get here.
This Dunkin has consistently messed up my orders. the biggest issue is they always make the coffees wrong. You fight with the person through the drive through to even place your order and somehow they manage to only hear half of your order. And this is during slow hours, don't get me started with the morning time.
Horrible customer service. I’ve tried to order at this location several times and have not once been treated with proper respect. The last straw was when I tried to order through the drive-thru and as I was getting my order ready, the lady who was in charge of taking my order WHO IS ALSO THE MANAGER blurted out “what do you want” and as I tried to explain to her that we were about to order she says “well my time is running” and there was no other vehicles in the drive-thru but us. The management at this location is beyond poor which leads to the store it self lacking every basic positive aspect you would expect from a Dunkin’ Donuts and when someone is bringing their business to your store the least you could give in return is some respect.
I got my normal order of coffee... After picking it up i realized very shortly after several dead flies on my iced coffee's lid. After removing said flies from the lid I went to wipe down the lid to try and be a bit more cautious. There was a bit of gunk that came up on the paper towel. I'm absolutely appalled at this level of cleaning. Y'all are working with food and beverages you should know better than to let things get dirty like that. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO ANY DUNKIN DONUTS LOCATION EVER AGAIN.
The service was poor I had to repeat my order five times she wouldn't let me finish what I wanted kept interrupting me each time. Then when I got out there I asked her how much is a large coffee instead of a medium? She said I don't know and I'm like well I want to know to buy this product is she says you want me to look it up in a studio way and I go yes please I want to spend money here I want to know how much something is and I just laughed to myself and said wow. Then I got my order which was wrong it wasn't late ice which I said three times and I got the food order and there were no napkins so I'm like can I please have some napkins there's not in here and she gots Duty again and gave me like 8 napkins what you sandwiches so I was very upset and I drove away and then realized getting down the street that she didn't give me a straw and I was late for work so I couldn't go back. No wonder the 10 cars took 25 minutes today normally 10 cars takes 15 minutes the last two days that I went there the other girl was great
I don’t usually leave reviews but I have never had a more miserable experience at a DD. First off the drive through line is spilling out into the street. So I go inside and there’s 3 drive through customers who had to come inside because their orders were incorrect and you have employees who are disgruntled and people yelling at each other. This place has a sloth like efficiency. Never again
I spent $25 on breakfast for my friends and after receiving my food they charged me extra to get a few jellys. I just can't ap6a place that doesn't treat you like a valued customer and tried to get every cent out of you. I went inside and the place looked dirty and undesirable. I'll never go to this location again
This place needs some serious adjustments because lovely ‘Monica’ cannot do it all by herself. You can either dine in or there is a drive thru. More focus was on the drive thru, orders were flooding through but there was chaos, nobody knew what they were doing. Monica tries her best to pull it all through but there is so much she could do. She needs good support from her team, they need to know what to prioritize, if you order first, you get the order first.
If it was possible to give this place zero stars i would. I went through the drive through which was long as must Dunkins are, there was a woman outside taking orders who i told i did an online order with, after waiting 20 mins in the line i got my coffee, my boyfriend recently had a tooth pulled so i needed the lid without a straw when i asked the woman in the window she told me that the lid wouldn't fit and it wouldn't work, i said thats fine ill still take it. she gets mad and has to walk away " obviously she didnt want to go and grab it" she brings it back and what do you no? it fits perfectly. I drove off, my mistake on not checking my bag, but of course she forgot one of my food orders so now i have to go back into the drive through line where the lady working the line told me dunkin does not do refunds, i had places to be and didnt have time for this drive through line again. As to my own mistake was un able to go into the store as my baby was sleeping and who wakes a sleeping baby? plus this mom looked like a hot mess express. I waited in the line again for another 20 mins and the lady in the window gives me attitude when i told her that she forgot some of my food she told me i had just placed the order which is a lie as i have the order times on my phone. Never again will i go to this Dunkin, customer service TERRIBLE. employees RUDE. and food that i went back for of course was cold and tasted terrible. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO TO A DIFFERENT DUNKIN.

3rd customer of the day, they didn't notice after 25 minutes of me waiting that my food order went out the drive-through to the wrong person. As the only person in the store I had to inform them of their own mistake. How terrible of customer service must a place have not to notice that they botched the first food order of the day up, the 3rd customer of the day, and the only person remaining in the dining room. Complete lack of caring for the customer and a disgrace to corporate chains. I hope I persuade as many people as possible not to enjoy DD, because they sure don't care about you...
I came in right when they opened at 5 am so there was no one in the store and one person in the drive through. I brought my service dog in with me because I bring her everywhere. When I first walked in they told me they don’t allow dogs,I then informed her that she is a service dog even though it was made very visible by the harness she was wearing. They then proceeded to tell me two more times that they don’t allow dogs in there establishment, I then politely explained to them again that she is a service dog and that does not apply to her. At this point I was very annoyed and was just waiting for my order. My dog then alerts me and one of the workers says out loud “that’s not a service dog.” I have never experienced this before and was extremely frustrated after after this encounter. Mind you I was not even in the store of 10 minutes.

Very rude service especially by the asian lady that has been there for years. I was yelled at just because I asked for less ice and complained because of the space they put in my drink along with not enough espresso amount it’s supposed to come with. A large iced latte comes with 3 shots of espresso but they only put 1 and she claims to know how to do her job while saying that is the same for medium size. They need to read manual and do things properly. They only have a good rating because of the location and they don’t deserve it. If you want some real coffee don’t come to this place. Also I bought 7 dozen donuts from them and someone sneezed on them while giving my donuts bad hygiene practices that only look good from outside.

Very rude service especially by the asian lady that has been there for years. I was yelled at just because I asked for less ice and complained because of the space they put in my drink along with not enough espresso amount it’s supposed to come with. A large iced latte comes with 3 shots of espresso but they only put 1 and she claims to know how to do her job while saying that is the same for medium size. They need to read manual and do things properly. They only have a good rating because of the location and they don’t deserve it. If you want some real coffee don’t come to this place. Also I bought 7 dozen donuts from them and someone sneezed on them while giving my donuts bad hygiene practices that only look good from outside.
1-29-26 - I have frequented this location for years. Most of the help always has a sour puss look and attittude. Lately, in the last two weeks, I have been charged a different amount for a medium hot coffee. $3.09, $3.11, 3.20 and now $3.18. I brought it to the girls attention at the window as I always go through the drive thru. She rudely printed out a receipt showing that the price is $3.18. Today - 1-30-26, I brought my CC receipts showing otherwise and the woman had the nerve to argue with me. Really? It's not the few cents, it's the principle. This is not the first time I have had issues with charging me incorrectly. A few times, I had to bring in my Wells Fargo statement to show that they were charging me twice at a time. Also, whatever happened to good old customer service? Now they shove that stupid handheld CC machine to run your card and it always asks for a tip. Hello? I am at the drivethru. Plus, it's full of germs. I use a napkin to press the buttons. If you want a machine to do all your work, find another career. BEWARE!
By far the worst dunking around it’s Terrible atmosphere Bad quality food Service sucks They always have an attitude. Even if you do mobile pick or door dash instead of putting your food on the rack they hold it behind the counter and do multiple other things it’s annoying If you say some to them about they take even long it’s one lady in particular right now whose on the clock who definitely always have an attitude she needs to be let go. You guys need to send a couple of mystery shoppers to get rid of the bad service.
The doughnuts @ this location SUCK! They are always stale, ALWAYS!!!!! I would not be surprised if they are yesterday’s leftover doughnuts! This crew ain’t throwing anything away!!! They are so concerned about giving you an extra bag like Dunkin can’t absorb the cost of the bag….They penny pinch so much would not be surprised they were manipulating the numbers & embezzling. They are beyond rude….if you ask for ANYTHING like, may I get munchkins in separate bag from other doughnuts….it’s like pulling teeth! & they refuse to delivery….If you even ask to put creamers & sweetener in small bag w/ stir sticks they just ignore the request & basically throw a handful @ you!! Coffee sucks too….Always burnt….Oh & this is cute, they give you crushed cup so coffee spills all over…This has happen a couple times .I have boycotted this place for years but decided to try it again today…even worse than I remember …Same crew, same nasty attitude & same crappy doughnuts! If this is a corporate location, they seriously need to audit this location & bring in quality assurance team.
This is the worst Dunkin ever. They are always out of the ground take-home coffee. This time they took my money and then told me they were out of it and then told me that I had to call corporate to get a refund. The dumb guy working the drive-through doesn’t even speak English good enough to understand what a bag of coffee is. I had to show him a picture from the app. How is it OK to have somebody that doesn’t speak English well enough to work a drive-through? Unbelievable. Stay away from this Dunkin and it sucks.
This location is by far the worst one. People are rude and in the rush. Rude lady Angelica at the window makes feel like you're bothering them. I drive a additional 10 mins daily to get my coffee so I don't have to be upset here
I did not appreciate the girl taking my order in drive through rushing me to choose my drink. I said give me 10 seconds I am reading your new flavors and she kept saying are you ready, is that all you need, just the wrap.... I said no I need a drink give me a second to read through the flavors, I asked for the refreshers if it is regular sugar or sucralose/stevia type sweetener they use? She said idk it already comes with sugar! Yelling at me kept rushing me. So I get an iced latte no sugar just in case, with hazelnut flavor. I pay she says pull up you don't need to park. Your order will be out. I pulled up and someone else comes out saying what do you want. I said "oh she just said to pull up that my order will be out no need to park" ...then she is like "what do you want? Who are you? What do you need what is this?...I was like huh? Showed her my receipt that I just placed an order and what the other lady told me and she said "what do you need what are you doing?" . I'm like ok she must not understand me? I kept showing her my reciept and ended up parking. My coffee tasted like milk no hazelnut flavor and my food was cold. I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE.
I had placed an order at 9:50am on accident. I called immediately after placing the order to cancel or push the time back. The person who answered the phone wasn’t even helpful and didn’t understand what I wanted. Instead of assisting me right away she told me to call back 5 mins later: I ended up calling back later and she had given the phone to someone else to help me. The person who answered was extremely rude and I heard her in the background saying how I am arguing on the phone when all I simply said was I had called back immediately and she tried playing in my face saying that it’s almost 30 mins later after the order when the time was only 10:00 and that’s because I kept having to hang up and call back . Idk if she couldn’t do math or what but that was only 10 minutes . She said my order was already done , the reason it was done was because nobody assisted me immediately after my call! Disgusting workers with an attitude .
Lady taking orders 11/5 between 2:30 to 3pm was incapable of taking food orders correctly. She was inattentive and rude even after politely telling her the order slowly. Cars were backed up with incorrect orders. Retrain her or get better staff to operate your drive thru orders.
The African American girl who is young skinny tall, that works the drive through outside, she worked it today (9/28/2025, 11:30AM) always has an attitude, always on her phone, gives her back to the cars waiting to put their order, and ALWAYS messes up my order and I’m sure others. I’m starting to think it’s on purpose. It takes nothing to be kind to customers, every other worker is. So thank you to those that try but please remove this young lady it’s so annoying going here and seeing her because I already know it’s going to be bad.
Even if you get 2 items only they make you pull up to the curbside to increase their speed rating when there’s not even a line which wastes your time instead so what’s the point of drive through? And when you pull up they take their time to get your order done with no rush. It’s frustrating for both customers and employees because they need to come outside for almost every customer as well. The high rating you see is by restaurant owner themselves. There are much better locations. Don’t recommend.

Absolutely horrible experience. I waited 30 mins in an empty restaurant for just 3 munchkins. Meanwhile, all the employees are lounging around not doing anything. Fire everyone.
