First timer at Dutch Bros and this was our stop before heading back to Long Beach and wow the customer service was beyond amazing. It was really early in the morning and the weather was extremely windy but the staff was so friendly with good attitude. We chatted and made our day by making us laugh and it was a great way to start my morning. I wished I remembered my cashier bc he was such an awesome person. He took his time to explain the drink menus and gave us recommendations and we loved them all. When we were heading out he was at the drive thru taking orders and the line was moving swiftly. Lastly, drinks where all delicious will be come back if I’m near the area. Such a great experience.

Amazing experience at the Barstow location. Friendly service , very engaging and felt very welcomed. Coffee great! Same with the green tea on this hot day. Excited to try this Lemon poppyseed muffin top. Go Dutch Bros!

Came here after a long ride going back home, Lani was such a great person taking my order at the drive through. She made sure she repeated my order, asked if there was anything else I needed. I would definitely come back. Such a professional woman. Thank you for my drinks. Golden eagle, Strawberry Horchata chai latte, and a cookie butter chai.

Considering this was my first time at a Dutch Bros, I’m extremely impressed. I’m typically not one to leave reviews because I think they are overrated. I’m also someone that expects a lot out of myself and hold businesses to a high standard especially when they charge a premium for food and beverages. Which makes me more inclined to write negative reviews when truly necessary. The HIGH LEVEL OF SERVICE that Eliana delivered was DAMN impressive!! Not only did she ask me all the right questions to craft a true Dutch Bros Drink experience she was also personable and attentive to what exactly I was looking for. This is above average, I have been to premium boutique, coffee, shops that delivered less in caliber of service. I will definitely be stopping at Dutch Bros when my need for coffee strike and I am reasonably close. Also, it’s worth noting the first question I asked per pertain to what brand of non-dairy oat milk did they use and to my excitement they use what I consider to be the best brand in terms of flavor and quality you know the oat milk brand CALAFIA FARMS this is the barista blend that is in a tall square shaped container, not the thin rectangular container, which is the same brand but a different milk entirely.

We live in the Sacramento area and are coming back from Missouri in our motor home. The heart on our lid was a special touch.

My favorite spot to get coffee since they came to Barstow is Dutch bros! Not just because of of the delicious coffee and how huge the cups are. But more importantly the staff!!! I have a few favorites!! SARAH and ELIANA!!! Always very friendly and outgoing they love to have me try new drinks or know my drink when I mobile order and come hand it out to me while I’m waiting in line!! Anyone to say they are ever rude 100% that customers fault! The best customer service everrrrrr. I love them!! Thank you Dutch bros for employing people who make my day better and serve delicious coffee. You guys are the best!

Chrissy was awesome and made our night even better with his awesome personality and conversation. It was much needed before our long drive. 10/10 recommended this location!

Staff always very friendly. Drive thru can get busy, walkup window faster usually. 911 is the strongest coffee probably (very strong)and Americano is the cheapest basic coffee (ask for milk or cream and sugar with it it's plain). Pay me later I just made you an expert. They are always friendly coffee is expensive but good.

Ok so before I start I have to say, I have MS. Some days are good, Some bad. Well dumb me was having a bad days and I walked up to the window and lost my balance and went down. At this point I realized I didn't have the strength to get back up. That's when Jeanie came out and picked me up and put me back on my feet. Got me to the bench and made sure I was ok. When they finished my order CJ walked me to my truck to make sure I was stable and didn't fall again, You can not pay for that type of service. They all made sure I was ok and safe. I have never been so grateful for them. Thanks guys!

Then at the window SARAH or SARA proceeded to get a huge attitude and not apologize for skipping my car. SARAH or SARA has porr customer service and needs to be trained again. She needs to learn how to handle and deal with customers cause SARAH or SARA was in the wrong today and i hope this gets corrected.

I go to any coffee shop in the sincere hope that I don't have to be there long. I understand there are lines, so I order ahead, again for the sole purpose of saving time. I get to the pick up window, that is also the order window ? The employees are all chatting with the customer in front of me... I'm still only there to pick up. After 5 minutes, the customer left and so did the employees. I had to shout through the window " can someone please just hand me my drinks". Then someone did. To be honest, I do not like Dutch . The flavors are all artificial tasting to me, but I know several people who really like it. Personally, I wouldn't really go back unless someone else requests it specifically; To be fair, it's a popular request.

Need to hire more staff. I waited in line for 15 minutes and after ordering and paying it took another 10 minutes. Why is only one person work here? Wow

We have come here twice...the coffee is good if you like it with a lot of cream and milk...I have to ask for a double shot to taste the coffee...I guess its just not my thing as a lot of people like this place.

The drinks are always great, but the service really needs some work. My friend placed a mobile order at 6:15, we got there at 6:40, and didn’t get our drinks until 7:13. And honestly, this isn’t the first time something like this has happened. There have been multiple times where I’ve gone up to the walk-up window and waited over 30 minutes just to have my order taken, while the drive-through kept moving the whole time. I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue or what, but it’s frustrating. I love Dutch Bros, but I definitely won’t be coming back when I’m in a rush.

I come to this location fairly often, my drinks are made the same each time which is nice, my only complaint is mobile orders. Every time I place one it’s not ready until 10-15 minutes until after my initial pick up time. I usually place it 20 mins before work so that i know i have time to grab and go, 80% of the time im stuck waiting for my drink. It’s a little annoying especially when I place the order way in advance. Wish they handled them better! I understand being understaffed and am more lenient in terms of waiting longer but even days where it’s slow and there’s multiple employees I’m stuck waiting. Plus some of them have attitude if theres something missing and i point it out? How is it that im stuck waiting that long AND my drink is incorrect :(

The service at this Dutch Bros is super inconsistent. Mobile orders take forever, and my hot coffee was cold. What a waste of money. I'm probably not coming back to this spot.

My niece and I went to this location today, first we tried to go thru the drive thru waited for 5 minutes and we didn't even move. Then my niece walked up to order; She ordered the Rebel: Shark Attack, which we both thought was pretty good it didnt look like the picture though. She ordered me a Dirty Rush: Tropical which is a lemon lime base soda, blue raspberry, coconut, and passion fruit syrup with sweet cream foam on top. It tasted like chemicals, the lemon and coconut over-powered the entire drink. I would not recommend this to anyone looking for a tropical flavored drink. You will not find it here.

I want to share some feedback about my recent experience. Dina has helped me a few times, but unfortunately she often comes across as rude when I ask for my drink to be made correctly. I paid for a “Pitch Perfect,” so I expect the drink to be prepared the way it’s supposed to be. She mentioned that she wasn’t properly trained, which I understand can happen. I apologize if I ever came across as rude—I try to be respectful as a customer. However, the customer service during these interactions has been disappointing. I do want to acknowledge that I’ve seen her working hard, and I understand she may be a good employee in many ways. That said, customer service and effort when preparing orders are very important, and I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences.

The runner had poor attitude. Ordered a blue lagoon lemonade extra sweet with a splash of green tea -_- it was no where near sweet and just tasted like tea and wow the strawberry fruit where is it at no where near what they advertised highly disappointed in this location:(

Spot off the highway, looked forward to trying Dutch Bros coffee after hearing all the hype but after pulling into a tight parking lot and seeing they do not have a public bathroom it was a major fail. Seemed like a pretty big line for a large selection of sugary drinks so I passed. Starbucks right down the way has a bunch of bathrooms available for customers to use.

My wife ordered a cold brew with no ice due to my medical condition that I can’t have cold drinks. Dutch Brothers served me a half cup of cold brew. Starbucks never served their cold brew like this. This is the las time I will go to Dutch Bros. Dutch Brothers are becoming greedy like all commerial stock business..

Came here to get some coffee and the line was long. They were not using the intercom system nor did they have anyone taking orders by the card as they do in other locations. However, when I ordered at the window and realized why they were so busy and didn’t have anyone helping out, they were taking a selfie.

Though I had a wonderful server I saw 2 young ladies doing inventory while there were 12 cars outside. 2 women one older one younger were handling all the orders during this time. The older woman going back and forth outside to take orders and then coming back in to help make the orders. I find this to be a horror when management or other is just sitting back and allowing these two to be the ones running around with like chickens with their heads going crazy. I was pretty surprised especially because usually Dutch Bros is the best at customer and always shows teamwork. This was not the case today. The 5 starts is for the women that was rubbing and cunning back and forth helping with the orders and going outside to do the orders too.

This Dutch bros was so bad. We waited 30 minutes for coffee and when we asked for the order they said they forgot. There was 2 homeless people both smoking. The atmosphere was so bad and the coffee isn’t even that good.

Six people working with a total of four orders. We were in line for 24 minutes while those working stopped making orders to talk and giggle amongst themselves. They also offered us a “extra” drink that they didn’t know whose it was or how long it had been sitting on the counter.

It took ten minutes before barista took my order. It took another fifteen minutes for the barista to make my order. The barista had a number of friends who apparently work here, who came up to the window to visit. The brista was very nonchalant about my time and how much of it he was wasting. The drinks are great. However, because of the slowness and the lack of customer service, I believe I will stick with starbucks.

I’ve been going to Dutch bros for a really long time now, and I have never been disappointed like this. This specific location is the most depressing. When the girl took our order she didn’t smile, didn’t say hi and glared at us the whole time. Then when we got our drinks they weren’t even made right. Then when we tried to get her attention to see if she could fix it. She ignored us and walked back in the building. I’m not too happy with my experience this morning. And on top of it I didn’t even get my coffee.

Service was horrible. Said she'll be right with me and waited 5 minutes to drive away lol. Ill make my own coffee at home from now on and avoid this location 😆...

Dutch is my fav coffee shop! I have visited several locations as I travel out of state and this one is by far the most disappointing one. While in line I saw two broistas yapping it up, and 4 cars in front of me. Who haven't ordered. Then a vehicle with a dog out the window a heavily pregnant woman wobbled over there to pet the dog and socialize for 5 straight mins. Once she was done she decided to go have a seat on the patio. Then when it was my turn to finally order AT the window, we had to scream it across the drive thru window to the girl on bar. Several times mind you. If you can't hear your customers order at the window maybe turn the music down or utilize the employees that are just standing outside doing nothing. So extremely disappointed. If I didn't already waste 20 minutes in line I would've absolutely drove off. Horrible horrible and an embarrassment to the Dutch Bros name

When we ordered ahead, others were given their drinks before the drive thru window after ordering in the drive thru. I just don't understand how their line was moving so slowly as well. Made no sense.

This place will add a minimum of 30 minutes to your road trip. It takes a disgusting amount of time to get a coffee even when they’re slow. If driving south it’s better to stop at the location in Victorville.
