So far so good, other people complain to portions but I did not have that problem. I have been to the Lynnwood and Barstow station panda in this food and portions were the same. Maybe it depends on the person serving, also do go to say it's probably the fastest to drive through you could go through to include McDonald's. As fast as they swipe your card your food is being handed you out the window which is nice. I highly recommend.

This is the newset location in Barstow, CA. The food was great compared to other locations, which taste like chemicals... The employees are very friendly and the whole atmosphere is pleasant. I will definitely eat here again soon.

I stopped in for lunch after a visit to Walmart and the Wells Fargo ATM on the same parking lot. The food, the service, the atmosphere were all five star. I enjoyed the meal of orange chicken and teriyaki chicken with the combination of fried rice and chow mein.

I got there, and there was barely any sesame chicken left. However, more was cooked fresh for me very quickly! Love the Super Veggies option instead of chow mein or rice and always get it. Very busy here, so not necessarily the cleanest tables all the time (especially rush times), but hey-use a napkin and clean it yourself if it bugs you.

We haven't been disappointed with a Panda. Good food for fast food.

Ordered the Angus steak and mushroom chicken with fried rice.The food was hot and they gave us more then usually. The egg roll was greasy. I ordered delivery. The food came quickly and was well secured. They included all the sauces I asked for and the utensils.

I asked about a side and my order became a plate and bowl, not just the plate I ordered. I didn't notice the price was way to high till I was leaving so I ended up with wasted food because the chicken was dry and gross after day 1

The workers are nice and welcoming and the restaurant is also nice. The food is delicious and hot but the reason why it's three stars for me is because they give very little meat. They give you plenty of rice or chow mein but a small scoup of meat. The Panda Express at Barstow Station and in Lenwood gives you a lot more. Not worth $8. This is why I recommend paying extra and getting the plate instead.

One of the few places around where you spent spend good money for mediocre food, and get treated like you're inconveniencing the people working there. And when someone orders an issue of the spicy shrimp, put more than two shrimps on the plate.... Put like five or six, y'all ain't hurting that bad.... Get with the program on customer service too. Even excellent food with blah service is a yuck experience.

I ordered a side (firecracker shrimp )that you had to pay extra for just to not recieve it and the have not answered the phone. The other sides looked old . I will for now on take that trip to lenwood for panda

Brand new store got to work out the kinks.. went to drive thru and ordered Kung Pao Chicken and got Orange Chicken instead.. Ordered Beijing Beef and barely got any meat.. SHADY ON THE PORTIONS!! if I'm paying $8 for a bowl don't shade me...sorry but if you want the locals to support your business gotta figure this stuff out otherwise Barstow Station and Lenwood are my spots..

We got a family meal for takeout. We ordered a large Rangoon, got home 40 minutes away to find out we got 3 pieces, when my husband asked for sweet and sour he was told they don’t have that. Food was a 4/10. Service 1/10. Will not be going back. We tried to call about the Rangoon to see about a credit, no answer. Will not be back. Horrible place.

I must advise against using their drive-thru service, as it seems they have no qualms about shortchanging customers in terms of both portions and variety of items. On a recent visit at 2:50pm, I ordered a cub meal consisting of beef and broccoli, half chow mein and fried rice, and a strawberry Fanta soda for my child. Unfortunately, at 2:55pm, when I received my order and inspected it, I was appalled by the meager amount of food in the bag. For a cub meal, which already cost a steep $8.37, we were given a mere three pieces of broccoli and just one piece of beef. Seeking an explanation for this lack of portioning, I went inside and spoke to Juan, the person who initially took my order. I shared my concerns with him and showed him the disappointing contents of the meal. To my disbelief, Juan had the audacity to inform me that, according to their standards, the cub meal only includes two pieces of beef and three pieces of broccoli. This response was not only ludicrous but also insulting, particularly considering they had already forgotten to include the apple crisp in the bag. I strongly recommend avoiding this location and instead patronizing the Panda Express outlets or stations. It is disappointing to witness such blatant attempts to scam guests out of their hard-earned money. Cub meals, which have increased in price, are supposed to provide a well-rounded dining experience with an entree, side, drink, and apple crisps (since they have done away with the cookie). Regrettably, we did not receive a fortune cookie or the promised apple crisps with our meal either. I have attached photos for your reference. In conclusion, the Panda Express at this location falls short of expectations on multiple levels, ranging from portion sizes to customer service. We eat at this Panda quite often. Today I spent 20 minutes in a line of just three people waiting for a single person to serve us. I think they are prioritizing drive-through and there was only one person serving food. There was no acknowledgement or an attempt at communicating ;to the 3 people waiting in line that someone would be with us "soon". In the mean time, a male worker came in from cleaning the outside (he had some kind of a mop when I saw him outside when I walked in) and he soon started serving food to assist the original female server. He was sloppy,. In a 5 minute span, I saw him spill food multiple times and cleaning the food with his hands, sometimes washing his hands, sometimes not, he dropped a tray, it seems he threw more food in the trash than serving it After watchinig him I was no longer hungry for Panda and I left after expressing my displeasure to the manager. We like this place because it is always impeccable in terms of cleanliness and the food is decent but today was a big fiasco. Get it together Panda!

Horrible serving. Never have i been served a plate with a child portion. This girl served me as if I was a toddler. There is a reason why I preferred a plate. When I brought it to her attention all she can say was ohh I'm sorry and closed my platter.

I recently bought a plate of broccoli and beef at panda express and it was just broccoli and a 2" x 2" piece of meat. How miserable, the terrible attention, I do not recommend this place.

Definitely room for improvement, went during "lunch hour" no rush was observed in dining rooom. Big gripe is the entree portions.... Beware and hold the staff accountable when they are prepping your food at this location. I got nothing but broccoli in my broccoli beef... Rice was undercooked... Never had this issue before at Panda but moving forward not recommending this location. The let down was too much and when I called the store to rectify the issue it was not to my satisfaction... Stand by your product

This place is to new to be this disappointing. I came to the drive through tonight with my family. We had a long day and looked forward to grabbing some panda. It was not busy 1 or two cars a head. Got our food and headed home. Got home to pure disappointment. One of our plates were incomplete entree completely missing . Opened up our other plate that was beyond skimpy my beef and broccoli have 3 trees of broccoli and 2 small beefs.. its already expensive as it is bur to pay for stuff you didn't receive really grinds my gears...I shouldn't have to check every little thing but I guess if I ever decide to go back im going to have to.

Food is never ready. It doesn't matter what time of day or if you order it online and pick it up 20 minutes later. It isn't ready. I have been there 5 times in the last week, and I have had to wait 10-15 minutes every single time. Staff does not care and give different unbelievable excuses every time. They will say anything just to get you to leave and move on to the next customer. Furthermore, the food sucks and my egg rolls this last time came out burned and black. Major decline in service as well as food quality of food since it first opened up. Disappointing every time now.

But another rude employe named Maria approached my wife and said she did not pay for the soda. But we did. And proved it with the receipt! At the same time Mike looked at me very aggressively shaking his head like we did something wrong. Long story short, what a shame, we love going to Panda Express for a long time now, but had never experienced such a poor customer service. We are considering never going to a Panda Express again, just so dissapointed after today!!!

The worst pandas I’ve ever gone too. Pandas is amazing when the food is made correctly and hot and fresh. I’ve eaten from here twice and the food is never good. I hope they start making their food here properly for this location.

She was a bit surprised on the ignorant way Mike was doing his job, however as we payed for the soda she took an emty cup herself. I was sitting at the table and watched all of this happen. Well my wife dropped the food at the table and was about to go to the soda station to fill it up for the first time. But another rude employe named Maria approached my wife and said she did not pay for the soda. But we did. And proved it with the receipt! At the same time Mike looked at me very aggressively shaking his head like we did something wrong. Long story short, what a shame, we love going to Panda Express for a long time now, but had never experienced such a poor customer service. We are considering never going to a Panda Express again, just so dissapointed after today!!!
