Love to stop here on my way back from Las Vegas. Chili cheese fries this time. Love every item on the menu . Highly recommend this place for a good hamburger,hot dog, tamale or chili cheese fries.

We as a family love burgers 🍔 but sometimes you just want to submerge yourself in comfort, hence comfort food. Tommy's is just that, the warm chili and melted cheese on your choice of one, two, or three meat patties is just an absolute delight 😊 This location is always clean, and has enough seating if you want to dine in. The staff is quick in getting your food out, and they are very polite and professional. Totally recommend, stop on by, and get your own indulgence of comfort 😋 Oh, and don't forget the chili cheese fries, tamale, or hot dog. They are all great 👍And for all the early birds out there, they also offer breakfast items that look equally as delicious 😋

Excellent stop off for a quick chili burger. Just like most, we were on our way to Vegas and wanted to just make a quick stop for something tasty, we decided on Tommy's. Love their chili burgers and usually their chili fries as well, we kept it lighter and went normal fries this time around. The food was fresh, quick, hot, and tasted great! Enjoy!!

Great burger joint to make a pit stop on your way to or from the Casinos! We were on our way to Nevada and stopped to grab a bite and this place does not let I you down. I recommend the double patty with chili and fries and don't forget the drink to wash it all down. Great burger the buns are toasted, the patties are cooked perfectly not overdone and the fries were perfectly seasoned. I kinda went a little crazy with the pepper packet as you can see in my pic but that's just my preference. Plenty of ketchup, seasonings, and utensils are available inside as well as self serve drinks I got pink lemonade highly recommend it. This place could easily be five stars but the wait time for my combo combined with the busy and packed line to order knocked off one star. Overall though I recommend Tommy's for a great classic burger fix

Original Tommy's World Famous Hamburgers, May 20, 2025 Me & my daughter & granddaughter we all came here for the very first time because I grew up on Tommy's in the Van Nuys, CA area but as I have noticed that if you get onions they will put them in muster on one side only & no chili on them so you don't really get that side cover in "Chili Sauce" plus one of the buns was burnt black & I could taste it! The "Chili Cheese Fries" were good & had lots of chili on them so I had put some on my burger patties. I guess next time at any of the Tommy's "No Onions" 🧅!!! Service was just ok & the atmosphere was also & the food we'll you know. We were coming back from Las Vegas just passing through. Thank You & ⭐⭐⭐'s across the board!

First off...we used the mobile app to order our food. Got confirmation and an email saying, based on the time you ordered, your order should be ready for pick up! We go in to pick up our order. NOTHING! They tell us there are no orders pending and they have nothing for us. We gave them the name again to check...Oh, there is an online order. 🤦🏽 So after the initail 20 min wait, we wait LONGER for them to make the order. The 2 ☆'s were for the neatly packaged food and the burger patties in the burger. It had a nice flavor and was not over cooked. EVERYTHING else fell flat! The "Famous" chili was so bland, all it did was make everything soggy. No flavor what so ever. The fries shouldnt be wrapped to steam in its own heat only to be basically mashed potatoes instead of CRISPY! AND $3.89 for 1....(1) Hashbrown!!! I figured the order was at least 2. So again, Bravo Burger Patties and Packaging. As for the service and everything else, Thanks but I dont see us recommending you or coming back for me!

The atmosphere was a friendly, welcoming environment. The servers were very nice as well. Sadly the food wasn't as good. The chili is truly their statement piece, it covers everything in a big, greasy, tasteless mess. If that's your thing go for it. The taste was equivalent to a 89 cent can of hot dog chili, messily covering the burgers, fries, hot dogs, ect. The flavor was definitely lacking here. The best item I had was the Mr. pibb. To spend $100 was very disappointing. If you eat here be sure to bring a bib you will get messy. Lastly again the servers were very nice but that's about it.

First time trying it , I had chili cheese burger, chili cheese dog and regular fries. Food was overall 3 out 10 nothing special. The burger and dogs were plain no seasoning or flavor almost looked like dog food. The fries were flimsy also no seasoning or flavoring. Not worth the 21$ I paid

First and last time going to this place. My order was simple and to go. Ordered #4 classic burger and got a chillie burger. Im a truck driver i was on the road already when i found out it was too late to go back. Tommy's employees need to pay more attention to the orders. 👎

As a OTR truck driver I always try to eat at local places on the weekend. This has to be the most over priced restaurant I have ever ate at. Had no flavor really. chili was was not chili or hotdog sauce don’t know what it is. Spent $20 on a chili dog fries and drink. Value in my opinion was around $7. Was clean inside that was the only good thing.

OK, Tommy‘s corporate all the employees here are great. All of the food is great. You however, are falling on your face. I specifically came here the time before last for a chocolate shake, but nobody can be bothered to fix the machine so I spent 20 bucks anyway and didn’t get a shake. I came again today for the third time specifically for a chocolate shake and a burger and chili cheese fries, of course but I wanted a chocolate shake. I won’t come back until you fix this shake machine. I don’t wanna reply unless you reply is that it is fixed and then I will come back. Randy, who owned the Del taco across from Kmart in Santa Clarita God rest his soul anyway when I worked at Del taco three times he decided not to fix the shake machine because he did the math and it cost him more to fix it Then the money he collected from shakes. What he didn’t realize is his business would go down down down down once in a while. All customers would come back and he would say I haven’t seen you in a while. Why not? They said well your shake machine is broken so we go across the street to McDonald’s because mom wants a shake. Get the point you’re gonna lose 20 or $30 orders because people will go down the street to In-N-Out to get a shake and spend 20 bucks on burgers and fries. It’s not just the money you make from the shake machine. It’s the whole ticket that you’re losing. You’ve got an excellent facility And staff here, if the shake machine were fixed, you would probably get a considerable amount more business. I want to see this place packed.

I recently visited Tommy Original Burger, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The prices are astronomical for the quality they offer. The burger I had was the least tasty I’ve ever tried in the US. It’s baffling how they have so many positive reviews when there’s no good food on the menu.
