If you're wanting chipotle and want it to be worth your money ignore this one, they are constantly always out of something, You can never get a full meal with everything you're expecting off the menu. Time to time I will pick up a order to go, Meal is always super light and barely feels like full servings compared to other chipotles. I tried to give this one a chance but its a constant let down.

Tried for the first and last time. Very little variety and the food tasted mediocre at best. The price for what you get are outrageous. 16$ for a steak bowl. Rice was under cooked the steak was tough and the staff were less than helpful 😒.

Going to give this location an ‘F’ .. walked in to it during a downpour during the Covid pandemic- didn’t have a mask ( it was soaked !) .. got screamed at by a staff member. Called corporate & gave em hell.. but to no avail . Left angry & embarrassed. Still won’t go in there to this day

It’s just sad going to this location. There’s always something wrong. First time I went they completely ignored my order because they were under staffed. Now I came in and when they are handing me my order they said “yeah there’s going to be missing items because of the weather” They didn’t have rice, chips, or guacamole. Like are we serious. This place needs to be shutdown or whole new staff because this is ridiculous. It’s everytime something’s wrong.

Advertised a BOGO deal after 4pm, but they decided to end the deal early and didn't tell customers until we got to the register to pay, after waiting 15 minutes in line. Which was already frustrating, (not to mention they were out of white rice, mild salsa, chimichuri, and chips, with no offer to make any more despite closing time being 2 1/2 hours from time of order) but then I get home and the rice was hard/undercooked, meaning we paid full price for food we couldn't really eat. Attempted to get some sort of refund/compensation through customer service 3X and chats were ended before an agent answered any questions or even asked me what my issue was. Will not be back to this chipotle. Between the poor service and poor food quality, and then being unable to address these issues with customer service, it's not worth it.

I’ve never been so disappointed with a Chipotle visit. The rice was hard, some of the steak was nearly impossible to chew, and some pieces were so fatty I honestly thought they were raw. My bowl also had random ingredients I never ordered, even though I was ordering in person and watched them make it. The biggest issue, though, was that the store refused to honor my valid BOGO coupon. Nobody there seemed to know how to use the Chipotle app, and apparently, there wasn’t even a manager or anyone on duty who could figure it out or help me. I was told “there’s nothing we can do,” in a condescending way which is ridiculous for a company this big. What bothers me the most is that I brought my friend here (we’re both students) and I offered to pay with my coupon, which didn’t even work so we were both stuck in an awkward situation and very disappointed. When I contacted customer service, I expected them to fix the situation- instead, they sent me the exact same coupon that didn’t work in the first place. No refund, no apology, nothing. The woman on the phone wouldn’t even let me speak when she asked what had happened and started yelling at me for asking, “how do I make sure this doesn’t happen again?” I ended up paying full price for a meal that was barely edible and service that was completely unhelpful. I used to love Chipotle, but this experience really changed my opinion. I was literally craving it and I got an overpriced bowl of inedible ingredients. If this is how they treat loyal customers, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

This location is not very good for some reason I go over on sterling literally have no issues, but in East Peoria the food was mediocre at best. The burritos are small barely any meat in them , I wanted extra veggies there was barely any in there. I would not come back here I will just drive out a little further for the sterling location. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Double steak, extra rice, extra cheese, extra sour cream. Look at the size of this burrito. It's not double or extra anything. So disappointed!!!! Been craving chipotle for over 6months but there isn't one near me, finally got to grab some and this is what I got.

Rude Staff, filthy tables, Out of drinks and veggies. Ample staff to restock or remake it but lack of committment from staff. I have to ask for everything twice or thice to make it a normal portion. This place was good at one time not anymore. Staff needs to be trained for good customer service.
