Horrible customer service at McDonald's drove me into your establishment. Everytime I come here your customer service is amazing. When I give you guys my order the order is correct everytime. Also when I ask for sauce to go with the chicken strips. You guys put it in the bag. 🤯 Everytime I went to mcdonalds and asked for BBQ sauce I end up having to park go inside and ask them for sauce that they forgot. But even then if the Mcmanagers would teach their employees some Mcservice. I would go back. To the managers at dairy queen do yourself a favor and don't hire any of the Mcemployees. It would take to much time to break their bad customer service habits. I appreciate your guys service and I know it's hard trying to keep composure while dealing with rude entitled customers but you guys are killing it. 💪💪

We got an ice cream cake for my son's 18th birthday. It was really good and pretty, but they did transpose 2 letters in his name. He didn't mind though. It still tasted the same 🤣

Bring back the A1 burger why did it ever go away, best thing yet on the menu. Love your affordable prices, hot food great staff you have a number one establishment in Washington. Thank you guys. You are phenomenal!!

Food was awesome tonight. Best we've had. Fresh and tasty, not like the other big box fast food restaurants. Nice kids working there, too. Yummy red velvet blizzard. Ice cream floats are a fave since childhood!

My girls and I visited this location today and the food was awesome. When I ordered the employee missed part of my order and as I reordered it I forgot to order two items, which is the reason I drove to dairy Queen in the first place. When I got to the window they said that they would still take that order really quick and they were able to fulfill it and under a minute. I was pretty impressed with the staff last night. Thank you!

Love this Dairy Queen. Fast and friendly, every time. The ice cream is always on point and the food is always hot. Good deals on boxes, too. Bring me kids here often and they never disappoint. I would highly recommend this Dairy Queen to anyone.

The food was fresh and hot, served quickly! Chicken finger meal with gravy, fries, drink, and small sundae is a great value! Very clean and modern establishment with atrium style windows for a light and airy feel. Savannah, who took our order, and more importantly took care of us with a smiling face and bubbly attitude and clear desire to serve; a refreshing change from so many teens who act like the customer is a burden. Restrooms we're clean and stocked. Plenty of shade trees around the well maintained parking lot was a welcome and rare sight for my constant companion: Timber (my dog ☺).

Food is good, generally it's what I ordered, though sometimes they skimp a little on the amount of the toppings they actually give you. I've had whipped cream on the top of my sundae look like it was scooped on with a melon baller. The staff is usually young and look like they're overwhelmed, but they're always friendly and responsive.

Its a Dairy Queen, you're not getting gourmet food, but this DQ from what I could tell is clean, well kept, friendly staff, good hot food, and has yet to fail me after a few visits. I see a lot of nit picky reviews on here, but keep in mind what it is. Overall I have had no issues here and will continue eating here every so often.

Definitely not the Dairy Queen that I remember as a younger man but it's still decent. Seems like most of the burgers feel like they are either microwaved or just reheated. Too bad. They used to be fantastic when I was younger. Oreo blizzard is still the best in my opinion. The staff are always nice and helpful

Stopped in to buy a couple of ladies milkshakes that have their home in a nearby nursing home. The ladies behind the counter were cheerful and bright as being helpful. Over ten bucks for two medium shakes is a bit much, but in today's environment it's not unreasonable. The gals just raved about the quality of their shakes and that makes it all worthwhile in my opinion.

My food could have been warmer the couple times I’ve went but other than that it’s an easy go to place for lunch which provides a lot of space for parking and the staff are friendly! While I was ordering I kept hearing the gals in the back being extremely obnoxious. Giving McDonald's vibes. The food was great though. There were a bunch of the gals staring and pointing at us while I was eating my food with my family. Made the entire experience unpleasant. Will not come again. At this point rather go to McDonald's for cheaper and better experience with shockingly BETTER service.

The people who own it are cheap stakes, I have been there only twice and can guarantee I am never going there again. I got a double cheeseburger meal and immediately a weird smell came from it, I took one bite and it was all I could do not to through up. The French fries were extremely greased and disappointing. Believe it or not(which I couldn’t) the Pepsi tasted like RC cola or so sort of off brand. Finally, I ordered a (medium) “Oreo” blizzard and if you were to add up all of the cookie it would amount to less than half of a cookie. At the bottom of the blizzard there was a quarter of a cookie and it was not Oreo brand so not only are they giving you little to no cookie they cant even give you real Oreos
