Starbucks always gets 5 stars from me, the best coffee drinks! Staff is friendly and bathrooms are the cleanest anywhere.
I just wanted to say to the guy that greeted me like I was on a DND side-quest today that I love and appreciate you. You made my entire day much better and I get really nervous ordering things so I'm sorry if I didn't show it. 👑 You dropped this king.
My favorite Starbucks 💛 They have the best staff and if anyone says otherwise they are not being truthful❗️
Good coffee and good treats. This store is very consistent. Employees have a great additude and are friendly.
Great staff, they are very friendly and courteous. As a regular visitor, they have all gotten to know what I usually order!
Love it. Love the lemon loft my son likes a warm choc chip cookie
Gerardo and the other baristas took care of me even though I made a mistake when ordering. This is a great location.
By far the BEST location yet. Very friendly staff! If I drove that way for work I would stop here everytime!!
Staff is always friendly and it’s a great place to study! Atmosphere is welcoming as well as relaxing.
Excellent service, couldn't have asked for a better Starbucks in the Lantana area.
Some of the absolute nicest people I've ever met. They're always willing to have a conversation and ask about your day! One of my favorite locations.
I want to say THANK YOU to MY STARBUCKS! You take care of me and kept me going during nightshift, and keep me warm during day shift. Again, Thank you for everything!! You are amazing!!
My favorite Starbucks. Their drive thru is consistantly fast and they don't leave their food in the oven too long like a lot of Starbucks. One of their regular drive thru workers, Jaimie, is super nice and put in the extra effort to remember my name and order. Out of the 9,001 Starbucks I definitely recommend this one.
Stopped by yesterday around 330 with my kiddos. I believe the employees name at the drive thru was Lexi (brown straight hair, glasses, blue eyes). She was wonderful! First time in a long time did someone at Starbucks actually try and make conversation and small talk!
Great, convenient location near Lantana. Plenty of working space inside, while the drive-thru is always fast. Consistent and polite staff add to the experience. They also do a great job keeping the dining room & restrooms clean.
When your flights are all cancelled and you are stuck in a city thats not your home....its nice to go someplace with smiling happy people. Great service...coffee perfectly made just the way I like it....and breakfast....no funny looks bc of how I am dressed or look (they lost my luggage.) Thank you Starbucks.
Solid drinks and kind staff!
These people will spoil you! As long as you have a good attitude and are a decent person, the whole staff just goes above and beyond for you. Great place to study, to work, or to have a coffee date.
Took my girls here for their 9th Birthday morning treat! Their two non-coffee drinks were great! Nice people working there, too!
This location has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to make sure my order is ready and right. They have the friendliest staff too. I will drive out of my way to go to this location.
The baristas are always nice and attentive, I really appreciate their kind service. I know it can be a hard job at times, so I’m never impatient or anything. I order teas pretty exclusively and enjoy sitting in the cafe. It’s always clean, wifi is reliable of course, and it’s a great environment to come and study or work on your laptop. (Not too noisy, music isn’t too loud or disruptive). Love it here.
Tyler is awesome! They always take such good care of me and our crew @ Bazooka Charlie’s!

I love regular coffee as it is. No extra stuff. Starbucks is fine but its not my thing.
This Starbucks is super amazing almost always. Lately they have messed up my drink a couple times through the drive thru but that won’t stop me from going like everyday!
Been here twice. Two different days and time of the day. Both visits, our interactions with staff was beyond pleasant as compared to our visits in SoCal, AZ, Las Vegas and Palm Desert - this Starbucks is 10+! It was also very clean 5/5- hot tea prep could be expedited a bit from both visits as could additional hot tea options. I’d definitely make return visit.
Quick service and the food was done to order. Seemed pleasant enough, but staff appeared extremely busy, so the cheerful, pleasant greeting I'm used to was lacking. There were 4 team members, but could have used a 5th as the order taker was also heating the food.

Overall the staff is nice. However, it isn’t always consistent. Example, I ordered an iced latte and received a hot latte. Which isn’t horrible but when I said that it was supposed to be iced the person working just said “oh sorry.” It was just disappointing. Again this isn’t a bad location. I just wish they would do a little better.
This location is consistently out of iced coffee. I know its getting cold but I prefer iced coffee all year. The one in Kroger is never out of the items this one seems to run out of or the “truck didnt drop off”. They do have fast service and its generally not packed here.
Make sure if you place a mobile order to go up and ask for it when you get there. They don't have them sitting out for you to pick up. I sat waiting for 10 minutes after I got there before noticing that it had already been completed and was sitting behind the counter the whole time. Starbucks, if you're going to have that policy make sure your customers know instead of assuming. When everyone is standing around waiting for their food order and nothing is in front of the mobile pick up sign, we guess that they're still working on ours and everyone's order. If we cannot see that the order is complete then we don't know that it's waiting for us. I get that it's a pandemic, but post a sign, have a queue....something to let us know normal process has changed.
I love Starbucks I mean who doesn't? Having been to this particular location more than 7 times I can honestly say there seems to be an issue with the baristas where occasionally someone doesn't make a drink right. When you're running late or if you don't have a lot of time, you need reliability. Unfortunately I have had instances where my frappe had 0 coffee in it (literally flavored ice) and ruined my morning. May not have been everytime, and they did compensate me on a different occasion for the error, but that's why it's not a 5 . Staff needs to make sure drinks are made properly.
This morning at 10am at the drive-thru, I asked for the maple pecan latte, after we were on the road, I realized they had not put the flavoring (or whipped cream) in my drink. All I had was a coffe latte😏 hoping they are more careful with what people order. And, the label on the cup had the correct drink name.

2 Carmel mochas...both not fit to drink. Taste like burned coffee. Equipment may be dirty.
Ordered an everything agel toasted with cream cheese...and a latte. Gave me the bagel, no cream cheese, no knife. When I asked for both they said: Did you pay for the cream cheese? I said yes, you can check. Then she told me: We don't have knives. I asked: so how am I supposed to put the cream cheese on the bagel? She said, I don't know...... Not helpful, not nice. Someone else said: we do have spoons...maybe you can use that? So I took that. Poorly stocked, rude salesperson.
My only request was for light ice and it was met with more ice than usual. The instruction seemed simple enough. The chai tasted good but I really was not wanting a nearly full cup of ice.

This is one of the worst Starbucks I have been too, and I go to a lot! Every time I visit, my order is incorrect and I have to get them to fix it before I leave. I’ve continued to come back because it’s close, but I’m done! It seems they are too busy and my visit today seriously lack customer service.
Closed at 8:30 on a Friday night? Why are all of the lights on? The least you can do is turn off the lighted order board in the drive thru. Dumb!
Waited over 35 minutes before ordering in the drive through and then another 15 to get my drink. This was my 4th experience like this here. What’s the hold up?!
This place is waaaay overpriced for what you get. They said they aren't going to lower prices. They lost a customer. There are plenty of much more affordable options.
I stood at the register for a few mins while 4 workers just kinda stared at me. Very awkward feeling when knowing wants to even acknowledge you as a customer. 2 out of my 3 drinks were messed up. (Very simple drinks) The sitting area was a complete mess (10:30am on Sunday Jan 5th) Clearly there was no manager working. Just two pink haired girls that messed up 2/3 drinks and 2 others that seemed just as bad. If one of them was the manager, you need a new manager. Starbucks hangs its hat on consistency and these employees are not holding up standards. We expect better in our clean little town of Bartonville
The newest manager needs to be replaced, or at the very least, instructed on what customer service means and how to remain open during business hours. I have never seen a location closed during business hours as much as this one. Not worth the stop. I have been going to Starbucks for years but this location definitely changed that. Two brand new coffee shops close to this address who do better jobs, have better service, and amazing coffee. So long Starbucks…
I never leave anything negative, but there is always a first time for everything. When I first walked in no one said hi. They all did everything other then be kind and welcoming. When I asked where everything was they pointed. No one was calling names for coffee or anything. It was a mess. When I asked for a bag and a case to hold my drinks no one replied. I was standing there nicely waiting to ask them again. When it was my turn to talk and I asked ,hey pointed at something at the end and then gave me a look. If the pick up spot was working right there would not be 20 drinks and everyone food sitting there with everyone in the building confused. Do Better!!!
Good location, but be aware in morning. Waited literally 20 minutes and eventually left with no coffee after I paid. Just a zoo with dozens of customers and no way to deal with timely delivery of coffee.
Just ordered 4 drinks (in person) with specific instructions and the barista made a mistake and made one of the hot drinks cold. When I pointed out it was supposed to be hot, her response was “oh are you sure it’s supposed to be hot… is that going to be fine?” And then she walked away, not even offering to fix the drink.
Unfortunately I get cold coffee every time I come here. I started asking for the freshest or most recently brewed and it is still literally cold every time. It is such a waste of money for me. Hoping they will improve so I don’t have to keep driving to Roanoke.
Ordered a decaf mocha they gave me a hot chocolate, ordered a pistachio chocolate roll it NASTY Tasted like raw dough and had NO flavor. Go to Dutch Bros instead or 151 Cofee. Plus they don't take cash, they had to give me cash back with rolls of quarters, dimes $1 and $5. Who doesn't carry cash.
Terrible customer service yesterday when I visited. There was a long line at the drive thru so I parked and went inside. There were any a couple other customers when I walked in so I thought I'd made the right decision....wrong. I waited over 20 mins for two drinks, one of which was a simple green tea.
This is the slowest Starbucks. Really enjoy spending a solid 23 minutes in line - I have kids and am not easily able to get out and go inside. Really need to work on their efficiency.
I normally have a good experience at Starbucks but this one in particular the lady at the window was so sweet and kind I got two cappuccinos I got the white chocolate and also got the pumpkin spice when we pulled away I was drinking my white chocolate mocha and it was nothing but warm milk there was absolutely no coffee and there's no sweetener in there it was warm milk
I don’t know why people choose to work customer service if they are going to be miserable when helping a customer. I did not expect to walk in and get my Morning, coffee and get yelled at by the old foreign lady with glasses for not understanding her ignorant directions. If you don’t like your job, get a new one
Do yourself a favor and go to Dutch bros across the street, where the staff are actually nice. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Worst customer service I've ever seen at any Starbucks. Consistently rude in the various times I’ve went, but it’s the most convenient location for my commute. Today was the last straw. As someone in the top 5% of Starbucks customers and has been going to various Starbucks for 15 years. This is the worst one. I waited in a 20 minute line and finally got my turn to order, just to have no one answer when I spoke or take my order. I assumed the speaker was down and continue to the window. They then told me I would have to get back at the end of the line and wait till someone spoke through it. Someone clearly wasn't doing their job and now I wasted 20 plus minutes in line for nothing. Horrific customer service by the staff here and will not be returning to this location and will be going to Dutch bros from now on and they can have my $2,500 a year spending on coffee and tips.
