For some reason every time I come here and order a change on my burgers, it gets forgotten or left off due to laziness. It's just mayonnaise guys, it'll take half a second extra to put it on the burgers that I'm paying you guys for.

There was a 30 minute long wait, they were out of Coke, so I got Dr. Pepper (which tasted like water), there was not salt on the fries, and the chicken nuggets were cold. I was just driving through but will definitely not stop there again.

Server dropped some fries on the floor. Four staff members passed by it and none of them picked it up. We were there for over an hour. So I am really curious to find out what the difference is between a McDouble and a double cheeseburger or a hot and spicy and a McChicken why is it that other McDonald's locations which aren't too far from Bastrop will apply the buy one and get another one for a dollar While this McDonald's location choose not honor that deal I do believe that the McDouble and double cheeseburger are both made the same way except for the double cheeseburger has two slices of cheese I do believe the hot and spicy and the McChicken are both made the same way except for one is hot and one is not so what is the point of applying a deal of a buy one get one for a dollar only to two certain kind of sandwiches when they make them the same way anyways I do believe that when a customer brings up a coupon or deal that you'll have online y'all are supposed to honor it but unfortunately I guess this McDonald's does not honor with a customer's request is when your state online buy one get one for a dollar it does not say in the small print that they have to be the double cheeseburger or or McChicken only it does not say no substitutes

They forget something almost every time I come. Then have to turn around (more gas) to get what I paid for and what they forgot. They even told me once they needed to check cameras… if they stopped clearing the board before actually getting orders out then they wouldn’t be so forgetful.

Bastrop Texas location, We ordered 2 plain double cheese burgers. 2.large vanilla latte's. We told them that they doubles were for my dog that was with me. We received 2 single budgets loaded w extra mustard onions and large cups inside filled inch shprt medium coffees. Horrible service at thos location after 6 pm. We don't have this issues with other locations.

The night shift needs to be replaced!!!! None of them take their job serious and the food is always disgusting and old with no time stamps on it! Every NIGHT I go there I have to go back to have the food replaced! I don’t recommend during any rush hours they are unprofessional rude, and won’t get your order right. Got mad at us because we paid for 2 meals and they gave our order to the car ahead and then wanted us to just take the “KIDS MEAL” that was just a plane burger.

The employees were very rude and inconsiderate. They didn't add the sauces I bought to my order. Because I chose the sauces, the employee was rude to me. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever seen in my life. I will never buy anything from here again.

Placed a DoorDash and left a meal out of the order that was for my child. When I called to ask about it Manager there had a very rude response and was very rude altogether. Didn’t apologize for the mistake. I had to reorder through DoorDash which cost me double the amount and was told I have to come and pick up the food. That’s the whole point of DoorDash the convenience of it. Why would I pick it up? Need to train employees properly and train manager on how to be respectful to your customers.

I wouldn’t know how to accurately answer any of the categories besides service. On two separate occasions, I’ve gone early in the morning at 4am to purposely avoid traffic. Had a craving for a McGriddle each time - sat in an EMPTY and open drive thru for 5 minutes and didn’t get any feedback from a staff member. Just sat there saying hello over and over again. Whataburger for the win again. Two thumbs way down. Never going to this McDonald’s again.

Worst McDonald’s ever .. been here twice 1st time I saw a small roach and the food was burnt twice , hash browns came out dark brown and sausage in breakfast sandwich burnt brown too.. 1 star… can’t get that nasty taste out of my mouth… inspectors need to investigate this place . Drive-thru service was unbelievably slow. I did a mobile order about 15 minutes before I arrived to the restaurant, it took me almost 25 minutes to get throw the drive-thru (it was severally slow and backed up) and then still had to pull over and wait for my food for over 10 minutes after. What is the point of mobile ordering if it’s going to take that long?

my boyfriend found a tooth gem or makeup gem, some kinda gem in our fries. tried to call to let them know and they said ok and hung up. tried calling again and they didn’t say anything so i hung up to try to reach out again and it just beeped….like they blocked my number… i was just trying to let them know it’s gross and such a huge health hazard but they don’t care i guess!
