Darks was an amazing server , it was our anniversary and she went above and beyond to make up feel special and welcome. We were also new to trying oysters and she gave us great recommendations and we loved the experience. Would highly recommend for good seafood and pasta and would love to come again !

Went with my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. The food is delicious! Staff was friendly and attentive. When we’re in Bath again we’ll def come back!

We had a table for 10 people for my friend’s hen do back in June. We had a fabulous time! Staff were friendly and they took care of us. The food was tasty with generous portions. The drinks were also nice. It was a Saturday night so busy but we could talk and enjoyed the opera singer in the background. The bride who loves Italy was in heaven. We very much loved our dinner at Sanremo. Thank you for having us!

Fantastic night out for my Mum’s birthday! Me, my Mum, the rest of the family absolutely loved it! Top service by all the staff, especially Naveen who was serving us throughout! Shoutout to the kitchen staff/chefs too for amazing food!! Everything was tasty, fantastic service, stunning restaurant too. Very clean, spacious, smart. Couldn’t fault anything! - Higher end of prices but it was worth it. Thank you! I’d highly recommend.

Jessica who was front of house saw to our needs with our seating and glass wear (you have to have the right wine glass for the wine right?!). Armand our waiter was very attentive, happy and made sure we were looked after and catered for throughout our meal. It was my birthday and I had a surprise birthday song and little dessert, which was so thoughtful! Warm and friendly staff, great atmosphere, great food. 100% recommended the Sanremo to anyone visiting Bath.

We were a large group dining in the restaurant. We had a fabulous meal. Not the cheapest, but a fair price and it felt like a really special occasion. All our waiters and waitresses were lovely. Attentive, quick to help and friendly. The food was very tasty. Everyone in the group enjoyed their meals. We were upstairs in a separate dining area, not the main restaurant. It might have possibly been too noisy for some of my older relatives to hear had they been downstairs, so I was glad of that. Thanks for a lovely night

We visited Sanremo when in Bath for my mums birthday. Beautiful food, a lovely atmosphere and the staff were so polite. We didn’t get the names of the two gents serving us but they made our visit extra special. They also surprised my mum with a birthday treat! We will definitely return when in Bath again. :)

Searching for a special place for my wife to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, I stumbled upon Sanremo. The reviews were very favorable so I booked a dinner for two for our anniversary evening. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredible, making us feel special and very welcomed. The food was excellent! We began with a couple of starters, scallops, and the other zucchini frites. Both were very tasty and well prepared. For our mains, my wife chose the lasagna, and I chose the tuna. Both of our dishes were fabulous! We were highly impressed with our food and all the staff, especially Aaron, our waiter. I would definitely recommend Sanremo to anyone looking for a great meal and terrific dining experience.

Vibrant atmosphere with a really talented piano player and singer! The food was excellent and I was shocked by how large the portions were. Felt like I was still in America! Seafood tower seemed like it was never ending. The sole is big enough for multiple people to share, as are the chicken and pasta dishes.

Warm and welcoming service, beautiful décor and a relaxed atmosphere. It made for a very enjoyable dining experience. The food was consistently excellent – fresh oysters, a perfectly cooked medium-rare T-bone steak that was so juicy and full of flavour, and truffle fries that were crisp, buttery and well seasoned. The portions were generous and great for sharing between two. We finished the meal with a light, well-balanced tiramisu that wasn’t overly sweet or heavy. Overall, we had a wonderful meal with attentive service and would happily return. Thanks to the staff, and especially our server, Naveen, for such warm service.

Wow, what an amazing dining experience at San Remo. My husband and I were a little late for our booking and although it was packed, we were seated immediately and got drinks straight away. We were looked after by Naveen who was attentive and helpful. Jess at the front desk was incredible, very friendly and understanding that we were late. The door was superb, we had garlic mushrooms and calamari to start and a seafood risotto and pasta for mains. Everything was delicious. The decor and atmosphere of the restaurant was amazing, we loved it! Thank you !

The waiter was very cheerful and friendly, and spoke to us in a bright, welcoming manner. He even used some Japanese, which we appreciated. His explanations of the menu were very clear, and although it was our first time at the restaurant, we were able to make excellent choices. The food was delicious, and we had a very enjoyable time.

Celebrated my anniversary here with my partner and it was a wonderful experience right from the start! The ambience and architecture of the restaurant set the mood for a nice dinner. We were greeted by staff immediately and our server offered us complimentary prosecco as a gift. So kind! We ordered our food and it came incredibly fast. The food was also amazing the carbonara and beef cheek were great, portion sizes were also quite generous. Our night ended with also a complimentary dessert to really end our dinner on a sweet note ❤️. i couldn’t have asked for a better restaurant experience for our anniversary. Special thank you to Naveen our server for the night.

We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Sanremo! The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. But what truly made our evening special was the exceptional service from Stefania. She was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Her warm smile and personal touches, like the sweet note she left for us, made our meal unforgettable. We can't wait to come back and highly recommend Sanremo, especially asking for Stefania if you want a truly fantastic dining experience! Grazie mille, Stefania!

Absolutely incredible from start to finish. The lasagna was rich and comforting, the marinara linguine fresh and full of flavour, and the mushroom bruschetta was the perfect starter. The tiramisu was a flawless way to end the meal. The atmosphere was beautiful and the service made it even better — Joaquim was so friendly, attentive, and gave us fantastic recommendations. Easily the best food I’ve had in a long time. Can’t wait to come back!

Delicious food and incredible atmosphere. Me and my boyfriend were served by Armand. We were provided excellent hospitality with a warm welcome. He was always around to provide support whenever needed.

A great discovery! Set In a resplendent period building this place not only creates a massive impact it delivers. My partner had 36 oysters and I had pizza. I normally shy away from from oysters but the leak and apple salsa ones were moreish. Accompanied with a crisp Prosecco. Brilliant service throughout.

Great experience at Sanremo, the great ambience is on par with the food. Service by Daria was spot on great attentiveness and knowledge of the menu. Would happily bring the family with us for our next meal here.

I am Italian and it is the first time I have found a restaurant with delicious food very similar to Italian dishes, the mussels with peppers are delicious, the salmon is delicious, furthermore NAVEEN OFFERED an excellent service, helpful, kind, friendly and very professional! We popped in for an early dinner after a day out in bath. We were welcomed and served throughout with superb hospitality. The food was absolutely amazing, full of flavour, great quality, Bellisimo 👌🏼. We would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone that loves Italian food. The wine was also superb. The service from start to finish was impeccable, kloi was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. We had a small intimate wedding with just family and choose the dining room in sanremo, it was perfect. Lovely venue, great room, perfect set up. Food was outstanding, great drinks choice and we had the perfect evening celebrating! Would definitely recommend & use again

Real Italian Ambiente, wonderful location in an old Bank building filled with flowers and art. Shared the burrata and had some of the homemade pasta. Food was incredible and fairly priced.

Food: ordered the tagliatelle alla bolognese which was 10/10. My family is Italian and I lived in Italy my entire childhood and can safely tell you this is extremely authentic. The pasta is made in house and tastes very fresh, there is a generous portion of ragu, and the sauce is perfectly seasoned. Also a very generous portion, I do not believe this could be finished if starters were ordered but that depends on the person. My mother ordered a gluten free carbonara, the sauce was very good but the gluten free pasta was not the best we have had (I am unsure if they also make GF pasta in house). Service: attentive people, we were asked how the food was and served quickly. Atmosphere: clean restaurant, all tables set up neatly. The decor is quite nice, the ceiling is painted which is fantastic, I have attached a picture for reference. All in all I would recommend, very good value for money. We ordered 2 pastas, one still bottle of water, a latte, double macchiato and a limoncello spritz and the bill came to around £60 including the service charge (I believe this is around 12% which I believe is fair).

Its an amazing restaurant with a very fancy design. I would love to mention the brazilian barwoman called Keila she made the best pinna colada that my family ever tasted . I definitely recommend!

Was looking for a place to eat and stumbled onto Sanremo, definitely a gem! Was directed to a table without any issues being a solo traveler. Staff was hospitable and attentive, Naveen did anything to make me feel welcome, thank you! Food (lasagna) was delicious and very filling, would definitely come back.

Had a wonderful evening anniversary meal with my girlfriend here. Absolutely spectacular place to go! From the entrance to the table, food and service everything was spot on. Felt very well attended to but never rushed as the waitresses were so friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Armand made our anniversary so special. :) We came here to celebrate and had such a lovely evening, largely thanks to Armand. He was super attentive the whole night, in a really genuine & kind way. He completely surprised us by bringing out some complimentary champagne to toast the occasion, which was such a thoughtful touch we weren't expecting. It really set the tone for the night. If you get him as your server, you’re in very good hands. And the food was amazing, they’ve got a fantastic chef there, never been disappointed. Definitely recommend the steak!

We celebrated our one-year wedding anniversary here and had a fantastic experience. From the moment the team found out about the occasion, they were incredibly attentive and made us feel genuinely special throughout the evening. The food was excellent, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. We were also kindly treated to complimentary drinks during the evening and, to our surprise, an extra cake to taste at the end, a lovely and thoughtful gesture. Wonderful service, great atmosphere, and attention to detail that really made the celebration memorable. Highly recommended.

They were super accommodating despite us not having a reservation (while other restaurants in the area weren’t). From the vegan options the soup of the day and the fried zucchini were great. Great service by Armand. 4 stars for the food because we didn’t love the vegan pizza, I’m sure they will fix it based on our feedback in this review. 🙃

We had a fantastic lunch at Sanremo Bath to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. A special mention to Dora, who looked after us so well she was warm, attentive, and made the whole experience feel really personal. She went out of her way to make my daughter feel genuinely special, which meant a lot to us. The food was excellent and we were really impressed with the vegan-friendly options too plenty of choice and everything we tried was delicious. A lovely atmosphere, great service, and the perfect place for a special occasion. We’ll definitely be back!

SanRemo in Bath is a lovely restaurant with a beautifully laid-out interior. The decor and setting are really charming and make for a great dining experience. We were a little disappointed with the starters as the calamari felt overpriced and didn’t quite hit the mark in taste. However, the main courses more than made up for it. I had the linguine marinara and it was fantastic, full of flavour and perfectly cooked. Overall, a wonderful place for a meal in a beautiful setting.

Very good experience in Bath. The restaurant is spacious, large, and very well located. Despite being busy, we were seated quickly and the service was fast from the beginning, which is always appreciated when you’re exploring the city. The food was very good. My wife ordered the truffle mushroom pasta, which had excellent flavor, well balanced and aromatic. I ordered a chicken Alfredo pasta. The Alfredo sauce had a really nice, rich flavor and the pasta itself was delicious. The chicken wasn’t my favorite in terms of texture, but it still had good flavor. We also ordered a pepperoni pizza, which was very good, made with fresh ingredients and well prepared. Overall, the food feels fresh, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is quick and efficient. A recommended spot to enjoy good Italian food in Bath with a comfortable and easygoing dining experience.

Thank you Joao for looking after us, you were really attentive and were great fun to be there with. We were walking down the street in the rain at lunchtime and saw a sign outside offering oysters for £2 each. We raced in there and very glad we did. A really lovely room, great service, lovely oysters and very good rose. A lovely lunch. We ended up having 18 oysters and would rcomend this restaurant highly, we will go back next

Food was lovely. Service was a bit chaotic at times, multiple servers would come by to check on the same things but understandable since it was a very busy Saturday night. Staff were very warm and welcoming.

I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who loves Italian cuisine. Priced at £50-80 per person, it may seem a bit steep, but every dish is worth it! The venue is cozy, and the atmosphere is delightful. A special shoutout to our waiter, Joao, who made our Saturday night truly enjoyable. Don't hesitate to visit!
