Beautiful studio apartment literally on the lakefront, enough nightlife to be entertained, not so much to be disturbed, fabulous staff and really well appointed, very enjoyable.

We arrived on a rainy day around 9pm when all tables were taken. Many guests were about to finish we were happy to wait for an empty table. This gave us the opportunity to watch how the restaurant's staff was going about their duties. It was a delight to see how they gave their best to cater for the guests, no lazy standing and chatting, just ever attentive and quick moving around. Never empty handed they rush to and from the kitchen in order to most efficiently serve their guests. They communicate among themselves on a display of great teamwork. We were given a table at the fringe of the seating area, and when it started to rain again they very quickly reassigned us to a freshly made up table in the dry seating space. The food was excellent, the wine selection great. Throw in the mix reasonable pricing in a prime location and you have a complete winner!

We stopped by here for lunch on our way to Stresa. Really enjoyable, wonderful setting, delicious food and friendly staff. What more could you want, totally recommend here.

Una location molto carina direttamente sul lago maggiore, il posto si presenta curato e ben tenuto, noi abbiamo preso la pizza, gli do una sufficienza c’è margine di miglioramento. Lo staff molto cordiale e i prezzi della pizza nella media. Consiglio vivamente di prenotare per non aspettare che qualche tavolo si liberi; é un posto molto frequentato in quanto la sua bellezza e posizione meritano davvero molto; l’unica nota dolente che ho potuto vedere sono i prezzi della cucina a parer mio un po troppo alti, ma non avendola provata mi fermo solo alla cifra letta sul menu, per quanto riguarda la qualità e la freschezza delle materie prime non posso assolutamente esprimermi.

Giro in moto, posticino in riva al lago maggiore con vista sull'isola Madre Cibo ottimo e molto abbondante. Consigliatissimo soprattutto ai motociclisti!🤙

Convinto dalle recensioni, prenoto in questo ristorante. Bisogna chiarire che si trova lontano dai luoghi più rinomati,in un piccolissimo comune, con una posizione strategica sul lago, dunque la location è molto bella, specie la sera. Parlando del servizio, questo è stato buono, accogliente, semplice e cordiale. Si capisce che cercano di fare del loro meglio. I piatti molto saporiti, credo si senta la mano del cuoco calabrese, infatti i gusti sono belli sapidi e spinti, una buona qualità dei prodotti di pesce, ovviamente considerando che si tratta di un ristorante turistico. I costi sono giusti e in linea con servizio, qualità e location. Consiglio di provarlo.

Pranzato di domenica, il locale è sul lungo lago di Feriolo, frazione di Baveno, piccolo borgo tranquillo. La location è notevole, sembra di mangiare sull'acqua, gli spaghetti alle vongole veraci, poche, con crema di pomodorini gialli e olio al basilico, erano buoni. Il dolce secondo me è stato meglio, tartelletta con pere e gelato al cioccolato.

Era la prima volta e devo dire che mi sono trovato molto bene. Buona scelta di portate tradizionali, con ampia scelta di pesce di lago. Non ho assaggiato i dolci che ho lasciato per la prossima visita. Buona con ampia scelta la carta dei vini. Il tutto accompagnato dal tavolo in prima fila sul lago, che non guasta agli occhi. Consigliato vivamente !

Questo ristorante pizzeria non è solo apparenza ,oltre alla splendida location che abbraccia il lago maggiore ,questo ristorante offre un ottimo menù ed un ottimo servizio. Nella mia degustazione ho apprezzato molto la carbonara con pesce di lago ,ma sono stati apprezzati anche le pizze ed i dolci. Qualità prezzo buono ,, consiglio vivamente

Easy casual Resto in Feriolo . Lucky to have a table without booking . Service was great. The waiter(brothers)served us . Very friendly . Food was good cannot complain.

This restaurant was recommended by the lady at the hotel we stayed. They own the hotel and a few restaurants around. My partner and I visited two of them. Here, we started with an appetizer comprised of various fish-based dishes. All cooked perfectly with great taste. The highlights were the grilled octopus - best cooked and tasting one I've every tried, and the tuna ragu that was full of flavour and fresh. The "pizza" (as noted in the menu - with quotes) seems to be their own interpretation. I did not have high expectations because the slices of bread they provided to the table initially had a very strong and unpleasant taste and smell of commercial yeast. From this much yeast I would expect it to have risen well at least - but no, it was very dense. The pizza as seen on the pictures has not risen at all either but no strong smell of commercial yeast at least. The dough was crunchy like a biscuit but had a good taste of flour - based on this I judge the ingredients are high quality. The toppings tasted amazing as well. Hence, the 4-star rating, otherwise I would have rated lower. Overall, it seems like a good restaurant, well-priced considering the high-quality products and I would return again but would not order pizza. Based on my experience, I believe everything would be perfectly cooked apart from the flour-based baked goods.

Avevo alte aspettative per questo ristorante ma purtroppo mi ha delusa. Abbiamo preso la carbonara di lago ma purtroppo l’uovo era stracotto quindi poco gradevole. La vista e la posizione sono davvero impagabili ma 45€ a pranzo per due piatti di pasta e un bicchiere di vino su tovagliette di carta è davvero troppo.

Il pizzaiolo è cambiato ,pizza neanche all altezza di quella dell anno precedente anzi visti i prezzi della pizza non ne vale proprio. MENU bambini petto di pollo impannato non vale il prezzo patatine poi tipi mc donald ...una delusione quest anno rimane l ambiente bello ha perso parecchio .

Noi siamo stati a pranzo e il servizio è stato buono, i due camerieri argentini si sono dimostrati semplici, gentili e volenterosi per l’impegno con cui accolgono i clienti con cortesia. Non ho notato la rumorosità descritta in precedente recensioni. I piatti sono risultati molto saporiti e piuttosto salati, derivata dal cuoco pugliese. Peccato per la scarsa presenza di piatti a base di pesce di lago, ad eccezione del lavarello al burro e salvia, un piatto ovviamente grasso, ma interessante. La qualità complessiva non è eccelsa, ma in linea con le aspettative per un ristorante turistico. I costi sono elevati, più legati alla posizione che alla proposta culinaria.

Abbiamo cenato in due a metà agosto. Terrazza direttamente sul lago, servizio molto veloce, forse un po' impersonale, ma mi sembra un locale principalmente per turisti con rotazione veloce dei tavoli. Primo più che discreto, frittura di lago un po' deludente, sia per quantità che per sapore, considerato il prezzo. In conclusione se vi sta bene spendere qualche euro in piu per la bella location può essere il vostro locale, se siete più attenti alle pietanze un po' meno a mio avviso.

Food is good but disappointing service compare to other local experience. With Covid measures in place, very aggressive welcome not equal depending on the customer. Waiters are not looking carefully enough and miss important details (not enough menu, missing places). In the first hour, everything was going super fast (dishes served less than 15 minutes after the order) and then, everything went so slow (difficult to order desert and get the bill). Would not go back.

The experience was pleasant initially, but ultimately it seemed to devolve into a mere attraction for tourists. Despite offering Limoncello, we were provided with a disappointingly small glass. Moreover, the charge for the Limoncello was €5, a price I found to be quite exorbitant.

Food quality average (therefore 2nd star, should be 1 star overall). Side dish already cold and old. Therefore rejected. Main dish almost finished when new side dish came. Organisation/service very poor. Bold response from waitress when we asked to change table. Just NO. Overall impression chaotic/disorganised. Many wrong deliveries at various tables. Personnel did not ask if we wanted to drink something. The coffee we ordered did not come etc. etc.. On top of this the prices were extremely high. 5 euros for a Coca-Cola, 6 euros for 0.0 % beer and for a sloppy wine. Highest so far. Atmosphere: noisy. Conclusion: visit not recommended. There are much nicer places to enjoy Italian food.

The owner and staff on 9/6/24 were rude and disrespectful. Food was pretty good but not worth coming back. After walking out from paying the bill, the owner came up to us looking for a tip. Horrible service, unprofessional, and the food is not worth the price. Arrivederci!

I am not your difficult customer and understanding by nature. We arrived around 8.45. Staff was not welcoming in any sense from the start. We were rushed to order, got given dry bread without any plates or cutlery. All the mannerisms of several staff members were unprofessional and impolite. First course was there in 2 minutes, drinks within 20 mins. Then we got pushed to start the main course, when we asked for a few more minutes to finish our starter, we got declined and got our main served. Twice the staff came wanting to take our still half full plates away. The second time I said it was impolite and got no reaction. Upon leaving no goodbye or thank you. If you are not Italian I recommend you to stay away. Overpriced and average quality. The definition of a tourist trap.

All of the dishes we tried (as a table of 7) were trying too hard and the flavours were completely off. The mushroom pasta, the salmon ceviche and the octopus salad were notably terrible. The prices were way above the quality of the food. The waiters never asked a single question, threw the food down, and overall were extremely short and rude. They clearly wanted to finish their shift. So disappointing, especially having visited the sister restaurant Serenella (which was excellent) previously. Worst meal I’ve had in Italy.

Truly the worst meal I have ever had a restaurant. I'm sorry I didn't photograph the dishes, but my sister and I were taking our mother out, and I didn't want to call negative attention to the meal. Luckily, she chose better and was quite satisfied. My sister and I, instead, ordered the tuna appetizer and then each the sliced beef. Both dishes - the fish and the meat- were so full of tough sinew that most of it was impossible to cut - even with a steak knife. Such a waste of food and money.

Kind of a tourist trap: lousy service and bad food. Way to busy for the amount of staff, but more important the food was not what you expect in Italy (and for this price) The only good thing is the beatutiful view at the lake. Not planning on going back

If searching for a great place to eat, with beautiful view, this should be the place ! The outside seating area has one of the best views ever! However the food is at best average, pizza's and salads seem a bit overpriced and unfortunately we got the wrong table designated twice, food was served late and cold and they even forgot some dishes.. It's not the experience we hoped for. But hey, therefore the view is really stunning .. !
