My husband took me here for my 40th birthday dinner. We had an 8:05 reservation and the timing was perfect for the fireworks. We got a seat right by the water and I had a perfect view of Cinderella Castle - we didn’t even need to leave our table for the fireworks. They dimmed the lights and piped in the music - it was all so magical. The food and service was also incredibly magical. We had the calamari and steamed king crab claw - both succulent and unique. I had the Korean BBQ salmon (so delicious, nothing was left on my plate) and my husband had the redfish (exquisite - also nothing left on his plate). We finished with the key lime pie and complimentary champagne to celebrate my birthday. Our waiter, Nelson, was phenomenal! The whole evening was the best meal I’ve ever had on Disney property. I understand why it’s so hard to grab a reservation! It’s worth it!
This was a great experience! We booked dinner for 8pm on a clear night there is a great view of major kingdom. Our timing was perfect to watch the fireworks that topped off our evening. The food was spectacular I would say the best on our trip, I had the lobster and filet both cooked perfect. I loved that for how busy Disney is this was a relatively quiet restaurant very needed after a long stressful park day.
Fantastic experience, the best at any property in Walt Disney World. All the apps, drinks, and entrees are delicious. The hands-down favorite is the almond-encrusted cheese cake, in fact you might even want to start with that! Desman provided excellent, informative, and attentive service. He's the best! Book ahead and try to get a seat by the window to view the fireworks. Check the start time and plan for the spectacular show. Highly recommend experience.
I love absolutely everything about this restaurant. From the way the building looks outside, the food & drink offerings, the PHENOMENAL service, down to the fact that you can see Magic Kingdom’s fireworks right from your dinner table (if you don’t have window seating, you can view them from the balcony). THE FOOD! I’ve come for dinner on multiple occasions & I keep telling myself I will “explore the menu” but the chokehold the blackened redfish has me in is so unreal. I’ve ordered it on three/five of my visits. The sauce & the light crunch from the hash are heavenly with the flakiness & flavor of the redfish. The ocean inspired charcuterie board is mind blowing. I’ve never seen anything like it. It’s so creative AND tasty. I was a little nervous seeing vanilla as a listed ingredient in the lobster bisque but it WORKS. One of the best lobster bisques I’ve ever had. The plancha-seared scallops and the Parisian gnocchi (have since been taken off the menu) have this Meyer-lemon cream sauce that I could literally drink out of a cup, SO GOOD! The lobster tail was cooked to perfection. So juicy, warm & buttery. Now the drinks. My goodness! That white sangria could be batched & sold by the bottle in stores. They took one of my favorite wines (Kim Crawford’s Sauvignon Blanc) & elevated it into an easy to sip cocktail. So all of my wine girlies, this is for us! The salted marscapone espresso martini is cute & playful with a nice flavor profile & it also packs a punch. Two of those will have you feeling mighty fine. The marscapone foam is interesting & an unexpected pair to the espresso but they actually marry quite beautifully. The empress lime gimlet is a great riff on a classic gimlet as well. They have great wine selection here & offer various pour sizes so you can try different ones. Almost like building yourself a little flight. Desman was my server & the service he provides could’ve made a five star review on its own. Extremely attentive & exceptionally knowledgeable about the menu, you would’ve thought he crafted it himself. He was so attentive to our table, it was as if we were the only table present, meanwhile, it was a full house! Once a dish was emptied, he was there carting it away. Before I could take my last sip of a beverage, another was offered. Hats off to him! My only drawback is not saving room for dessert. 100/5 stars would definitely recommend!
This place really blew me away. I expected good food, but we loved everything we had. The tortellini is perfect. It's just packed with flavor. My pork chop was perfectly cooked. I might have liked a hair more seasoning, but it was very good. My wife got the scallops and gnocchi and they were also perfectly cooked and seasoned. Our drinks were the best we've had in our week at Disney: I had an old fashioned, and my wife had the gimlet. I don't usually like gimlets, but this one wasn't too tart. If they all tasted like that, I'd drink way more! As an added bonus, watching the fireworks from Narcoossee's porch was a great experience. The sound from the site was played there in perfect sync with the fireworks, and it wasn't crowded at all.
Dinner came at a price but was definitely all around a great time. From the top tier service from our waiter highlighting his favorites and recommendations. The views from within outside are great right on the water. The food was excellent. Just cooked right to perfection. Even the dessert cheesecake was something out of this world. It was so good. I must say the risotto did have a super funky smell to it but im sure it was just the cheese they probably used in making it. Ended the night with fireworks 🎆 outside during dinner. Will totally return.
This was the perfect place to have our Valentine’s dinner! The Surf and Turf was a 10/10. We enjoyed watching the fireworks at 9 PM after we ate.
Absolutely amazing!! I would return time and time again! The services was a magical experience, with a performance on top!! The food was fantasmic!! Happily Ever After Fireworks after our meal on the lakeside deck we're something else! Can't wait to go back! 🥰
Incredible experience. Loved the filet and the atmosphere. Any seat will give you a great view of Cinderella castle.
Hard to get a reservation here but worth the hassle. The pork was unbelievably tender. The shrimp and grits were very tasty and the cocktails were excellent!
Best restaurant that we dined in at the Grand Floridian Resort - the entrees were served hot, fresh, and in a timely manner even with a full house. Waitress friendly and happy. Nice ambiance too on the water.
Beautiful atmosphere for dining. Located at The Grand Floridian hotel in Disney World this water front restaurant is highly recommended. Service was amazing. Food was amazing! Menu was not vast but definitely offered top notch options. Surf and turf was a favorite for half our party. Desserts were simple and tasty. Overall an amazing experience!!
Decided to try one of the couple of restaurants we had not tried yet. Went with Narcoossees at the Grand Floridian Hotel, Walt Disney World. Food was delicious. You can see the castle from your dinner table & if you get there at the right time can catch the fireworks. Would recommend checking it out. Started with king crab for an appetizer and it was delicious. They also brought out fresh baked sourdough loaf. Scallop dish was delicious, and the desserts were really good too. Had 2 kids and usually Disney menu but the shells and cheese was fantastic. The Nemo cupcake was adorable. Even brought out special birthday chocolates. Great waiter from Chicago. Good food. Will definitely be on the places to go back to.
3 of us had dinner here while visiting Disney World. The meal was excellent, 2 had scallops with gnocchi and one had the salmon. All were exceptional. The drinks were also great, the seasonal old fashioned was sooo good! We passed on dessert, we wanted to leave our sweet treat for later. The view on the lake is terrific, if you time it right the fireworks from MK can be seen, as well as the electric light water parade. It’s pricey, but we thought worth it!
Dining at Narcoossee’s at the Grand Floridian was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, everything felt magical — exactly what you hope for at Disney World. Our server, Rachid, was absolutely wonderful — warm, attentive, and knowledgeable. He made us feel so welcome and guided us through a fantastic meal. I loved being addressed as a princess! The shrimp and grits were hands-down the best I’ve ever had — rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. We also tried the calamari, which was tender and crisp, and the surf and turf with scallops, which was cooked to perfection. I also loved the espresso martini. To top it all off, the almond cheesecake was delicious — light, creamy, and the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. Highly recommend Narcoossee’s for anyone looking for a special dining experience at Disney. We’ll definitely be back!
Trying Narcoossee's is not a decision you will regret. Located on the Seven Seas Lagoon at the Grand Floridian Resort, Narcoossee's serves amazing food with amazing service. We made the decision to dine here for our 20th anniversary dinner. As we ordered our drinks, we were served a fresh sourdough with Hawaiian red salt. It was amazing. I ordered a Sam Adams Cold Snap, while my wife tried one of their Salted Mascarpone Espresso Martinis. We decided to get the Brisket and Ricotta Tortelloni for our appetizer, it did not disappoint. For our entrees, we tried the Filet and the Milk-brined Pork Chop. The filet was good, but the pork chop was amazing. Everything we ate was delicious, no complaints here. To top it all off, we were treated to an anniversary desert. It was an Almond-crusted Cheesecake. It, too, was delicious. Service here feels more personal than most of the other restaurants we have tried in the past. Even though the restaurant was busy, we never had to look for our server. He was constantly checking up on us. Top notch service. The atmosphere was nice. We were lucky and got seated where we could overlook the water. Overall, this is absolutely somewhere I look forward to going back to. If you are looking for a place to try while at Disney, I highly recommend giving Narcoossee's a try. I can't imagine you would be disappointed. It is kind of on the high end of prices, but it's ok to treat yourself while on vacation, right? Make sure to get reservations, don't chance it, and miss out on your opportunity to try some of the best food Disney has to offer! Trip stay // March 30 - April 3 2025 Overall Experience // 10 of 10
We had an amazing meal earlier this week and would highly recommend stopping in. The food was delicious, the service was fantastic, and the vibe was really nice as well. If you’re looking for a quality meal on Disney property with a gorgeous lakeside view, make a reservation here.

This is one of the, if not the best dining on Disney Property. It’s located at the Grand Floridian with views of the Magic Kingdom. The service is impecible and food is creative and delicious. You are greeted warmly and made to feel at home. Our server Hilda made great recommendations and was engaging and felt like a longtime friend. During the fireworks, you have an incredible view and the lights are dimmed and music piped in. You can also go out on the patio to watch if you choose. I highly recommend dining here if you have the chance.

Absolutely love Narcoossee's. Food, service & atmosphere 5 stars. The wild mushroom risotto is to die for, so delicious! Our waitress/cast member tonight, Maura, thank you for an exceptional service you were great !! Our reservation was later in the evening which made us stay to catch the MK fireworks. Their balcony has a great view of them!

Top notch food and service. We had the Surf and Turf, NY Strip, and Lobster Bisque. Both steaks cut like butter and melted in our mouths, and the Lobster Bisque was amazing. Delia, our server, was excellent! She made sure we had everything we needed and that everything was to our liking. The additional food servers, bartenders, and hostesses were so nice and helpful as well. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
My wife and I celebrated our upcoming 10th anniversary here and it was fantastic! We had a table right next to the window looking across the water to Magic Kingdom! The food was amazing and the staff surprised us with a couple glasses of sparkling wine and a couple of chocolates in honor of our anniversary which we enjoyed as we watched the "Happily Ever After" fireworks show taking place right out our window! Thank you for a magical experience on our 1st visit to your restaurant! It won't be our last!
We ate here on a recent trip to Disney World. We didn't have a reservation and were seated at the bar. We were waited on by Sergio the bartender. He was the absolute best! So attentive and knowledgeable. I wish we had taken pictures of our food but we devoured it before the thought occurred to me! I had the filet and shrimp and my husband the swordfish. They were both amazing! Dinner here is a bit of a splurge but was so delicious. If you go, be sure to say Hi to Sergio.
On Grand Floridian property on the water. Make reservation well in advance although I was able to get a late table 72 hrs in advance. Food, service and the view of the lake and later the Magic Kingdom fireworks are fantastic! My favorite restaurant in all.of Disney World. This is the best of Disney dinning.
We visited Narcoossee's in March 2024. This is one of the most difficult reservations to get at WDW and it was one of the later restaurants to reopen after the pandemic. In terms of reservations, Narcoossee's doesn't seem to follow the same rules as other signature dining restaurants. I could only book 30 days out (instead of 60 days, +10 as I was staying onsite). Cast members told me they don't release the same way, so if you're trying to get a reservation, check daily and I had no problem getting a reservation a month before our trip. Located at the luxurious hotel, The Grand Floridain, Narcoossee's has been considered one of the best for many years, both for food and location (you overlook the Magic Kingdom). I had the Shrimp and Grits along with the Gnochhi and Scallops. Both dishes were amazing. Narcoossee's is always a restaurant I try to dine at when visting WDW.
If you can and you are 2 people the bar is the best place. Bartender was fun and very knowledgeable food was good and you can watch the fireworks from magic Kingdom
We got the filet with mashed potatoes, and roasted carrots, and the pork rib chop with warm fingerling potatoes, braised red cabbage and homemade apple butter. Dessert was almond crusted cheesecake with a Lambert Cherry sauce, and the chocolate mocha cake. Our first time going and everything was amazing, the atmosphere was perfect and the food was also. We will definitely be back!!
Of all the Disney restaurants I’ve been I have received some of the best service here. Depending on your seat and time you come to the restaurant, you can get a beautiful view of Cinderella’s castle. The food, drinks, and bread are very good. I had a steak which was excellent. This is an upscale restaurant and the price reflects it. I would definitely be back.
We absolutely LOVED this restaurant. Phenomenal food, service, location, and views of the water, castle, and fireworks. We will absolutely be back on our next trip.
Narcoossee’s reopening was nothing short of spectacular. Disney’s first modern “redo” that kept the hallmarks of the original location and menu. So happy to see Amer, our now lifelong friend (because of this restaurant) after so many months of closure. The space is now leveled and more open. It is also nice to see Disney keep the ala carte menu and NOT do what is occurring at California Grill. They kept what makes this restaurant special, as menu retains most of the classics with even some callbacks to the fish dishes of the past. The new redfish is NOT to be missed. Definitely try the ravioli appetizer too! (Though this one is on the smaller side). Of course, favorites such as the shrimp and grits and almond cheesecake are still on the menu. Grab a reservation as soon as you can!
Let me start by saying, "Wow!" The food at Narcoossee's is amazing! If you love surf and turf this is your place. The menu has a fantastic selection of fish and other catches from the ocean. On my most recent visit, I enjoyed the shrimp and grits starter. The shrimp were perfectly grilled and the grits were creamy and had the perfect level of heat. As my entree, I ordered the pan-seared scallops and they were just plain exceptional. They were served with a truffled Meyer lemon cream sauce, peas, gnocchi, mushrooms, and ham. This was the finest meal of scallops I have ever enjoyed and one I would definitely return for. As a bonus, this restaurant is seated on the waterfront with a view of Magic Kingdom and The Contemporary. Try to book a reservation around fireworks time and you will have a great vantage point. That said, book soon because Narcoossee's will be closed for refurbishment before the end of the month. (Special cast member shout-out to Rita, who made my dining experience extra special!)
One of the finest dining experiences available on a Disney property. This is not like eating at a Disney restaurant that happens to be on Disney property. This is a full-blown proper fine dining restaurant with outstanding food and service. Make your reservations well in advance because space is limited and for those that know, they booked this place early.
This is my favorite restaurant at the Grand Floridian thus far, but it is expensive. It’s worth the price, though! The food is fantastic, the views are beautiful and the service is top tier. The surf and turf and the wine selection are great. They also parted us with a delicate macaron after dinner!
It was hands down the best meal I have ever had in my entire life, the steak was cooked to perfection and the lobster was unbelievable. The starter I had was the Torteloni and it was the best starter I had ever eaten. All I can say is thank you to Ryan our server who answered any questions we had and made recommendations that we would not normaly get(The Torteloni), and the chefs that cooked it all to perfection.
GRAND OPENING UPDATED REVIEW: THIS PLACE IS AWESOME; WITH THE NEW RENOVATION OCCURRING OVER THE PAST 9 MONTHS THIS RESTAURANT HAS RECENTLY OPENED ON APRIL 2ND, MAN IT DOES NOT DISAPPOINT! From the triple filter in-house complementary water, to the most excellent, crispy and fluffy bread basket, delicious calamari appetizer, or the surf n turf combo that was mouth watering and full of flavor - very delicious. Everything is high quality. The service was top notch. Our server was fantastic and the manager even stopped by to chat with us for a little bit. Breath taking views across the bay and you can also watch the fireworks here too! This place is phenomenal. You should make your reservations today. Do not hesitate to come and visit this wonderful eatery! Get the surf and turf!
We ate here for our 5 year wedding anniversary, it was an amazing experience. I haven't eaten everywhere at Disney, but right now this is the best food I've had there. The steak was cooked perfectly (medium rare), and the lobster tail was amazing. The drink selection is great and so many options to choose from. The service was fast and the people were exceptional. It was pretty expensive, but totally worth the price.
Had the pleasure of dining at the establishment. The food was incredible. The service was great and the views were amazing. We started off with the buttermilk calamari as well as the shrimp and grits, and those two appetizers were amazing. The shrimp and grits took the cake though the barbecue flavoring, and the sweet grits were just extremely savor and delicious. Our entrées consisted of the redfish, the scallops, and the New York strip, with a side of “loaded” mashed potatoes with crispy pork belly. Across the board everything was cooked perfectly and delicious. We also got the fresh lobster bisque and finished with almond cheesecake and a chocolate ganache hazelnut bar across-the-board everything was amazing , I would definitely go back and highly recommend!
Elegant place and great food and great service. All the food was excellent however portions do vary and can be pricey. Appetizers were generally small and pricey for the amount. The entrees were excellent, also pricey but some of the portions and taste made it worth it. The milk-brine pork chop was absolutely excellent. Large piece of meat served on the bone. The flavor was excellent and nicely charred that you could even gnaw on the bone. Hibiscus butter topping was a unique flavor but was still good. Drinks were pretty good too. Smoked dark and stormy had a bit of spice to it but was not overpowering nor spicy, the pineapple syrup offset it nicely.
Had a wonderful experience dining here with my husband and toddler daughter on our first Disney trip last week. Staff were knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. We had a table by the window with a beautiful view of the lake and Magic Kingdom. Food was incredible. Highly recommend.
An upscale dining experience that is beautifully located at the Grand Floridian Resort on the water overlooking Cinderellas castle. The service is absolutely flawless in every respect. Very attentive and accommodating. The Buttermilk Fried Calamari was delicious. The Blackened Red Fish was amazing! Perfectly prepared with a nice lite crust. The homemade Macaroni and cheese was outstanding. The newly refurbished Narcoossee’s is open and airy. Prime location for fireworks viewing while dining. Reservations are strongly recommended.
Oh my goodness this place is one of our favorite restaurants for special occasions. Everything is perfect from staff to food to drink. Can not recommend this place enough. Go hungry as you will want to finish everything you get to eat. I skip breakfast and lunch when going here to save room for all the fantastic food!!
Right now, Narcoossee's is probably my favorite disney restaurant. Food was impeccable and stands above other wdw restaurants that I have been to (no, I haven't been to VnA but all other high-end restaurant offerings). Our server was a long-time CM that made our experience even better. We will be back soon.
This was our last meal on our Disney trip and it did not disappoint. We had an 8:30 reservation and landed a table by the windows. There was so much happening on the lake with the floating light show that the kids were impressed. The food was fantastic. I wish we had gone earlier in the week! We had so many good meals by then that I couldn't appreciate this one as much as I should have. They paused out service after dinner so we could go outside and watch the fireworks. Dessert was served as soon as we walked back in.
A topnotch location, staff and menu. Every experience is pleasantly memorable. The plated presentation is a blend of simple elegance and well-balanced flavor. To start we had the shrimp and grits snd lobster bisque, butter poached lobster and steak for the main course, then finished with a chocolate and toasted coconut Creme Brule accompanied by the almond crusted cheesecake - a signature item. Yum!
One of Disney's fine dining restaurants located on the grounds of the Grand Floridian Spa and Resort. Lots of big windows, sits along side the lake so there's scenic views of the Magic Kingdom, the Contemporary Resort, and the Polynesian Resort. The food was great, the service was great, and the atmosphere is that of a beach front property. Most people didn't dress up - they appeared to be in their park clothes. We would definitely eat here again.
Sarah and Kim at the bar were awesome. We had such a good time. The food/drinks and service was outstanding
What the what. Let’s talk about amazing food, amazing ambiance, and simply amazing views. Shrimp scampi undoubtedly the best I’ve had, and I’ve had a few. Not to mention that shrimp is a fantastic source of protein, this dish was superb! All this is true, while sitting in a beautiful restaurant in the wonderful Grand Floridian resort area. Further, with a multitude of windows taking in an array of Magic Kingdom resorts and events. Could this be the best restaurant experience I’ve had?? Well, certainly in the top 10.
A truly great dining experience. Top notch service and food combined with a beautiful waterfront view. Highly recommended getting reservations. Whatever you order will be excellent be it crab, lobster or a different seafood or a perfectly cooked steak. They also have tasty dessert menu and an extensive drink list. Narcoossee’s also has a nice waterfront view of Magic Kingdom’s fireworks.
What a fantastic restaurant. My wife has aa few food allergies and Chef Julie took pain staking effort to create a meal for her that was OUTRAGEOUSLY good. Out waiter Perdro was also a very good server. We came back the next night and It was Chef Bob or Rob and server Tom were on their game as well. Just a all around great dining experience.
The menu is great! Wonderful food and service! Seafood charcuterie, lobster bisque soup, blueberry feta salad, blacked rockfish and shrimp bucatini pasta were all superb! Seats by the window are the best, but the renovation isn't as special as I had hoped. A new paint scheme. No tablecloths so that felt less fancy. Overall, the look of the restaurant didn't live up to how amazing the food was.
Dinner, fireworks and a pair of great bartenders … what more could a couple celebrating our 45th anniversary ask for. Casey and Aaron truly made our evenings at Narcoossee’s memorable. Lobster bisque to start, Filet and Lobster, great paring with a bottle of the Prisoner red blend, fantastic follow up with great desserts ! The best bar coverage of a dinner meal we have ever had. If you are among the many that didn’t make a timely reservation here, never fret, just ask if Casey or Aaron are working the bar and find yourself having a fine dining experience while at the best Disney Grand Floridian Resort restaurant.
We sat at the bar for a cocktail, appetizer, and dessert. The calamari and almond-crusted cheesecake were delicious. We enjoyed the old-fashioned, which was similar to the seasonal old-fashioned we've had during the holidays at the Enchanted Rose, but it is the standard old-fashioned at Narcoossee's.
Found this place while wandering the Grand Floridian. I didn't have a reservation, so I sat at the bar. What a prime experience all-around. Kay was an excellent bartender and the food was as good as it gets. I tried the fig-glazed pork chop - which was the best I have ever had - and the espresso martini with mascarpone foam - which had just the perfect amount of sweet and bite. Entrees come with tasty fresh sourdough bread and salted European butter. Beautiful view of the lagoon and the Magic Kingdom across the water. This is a must-try, whether you're a foodie or a Disney completist!
This is one of our favorite spots that we frequent often and everything is always wonderful, but on New Year's Eve they really blew it out of the water! The food and drinks were amazing, the service was excellent. We especially enjoyed the table side visit by Chef Joe and the delicious appetizer samples! Special thanks also to the amazing Alyssa, Jason and Sarah (best bartenders in Disney), Edwin & gentleman Larry! See you guys soon! Lisa and Nick
Very good food! The calamari was tender and flavorful. The cauliflower salad that came with it was vinegary and amazing! The lobster bisque wasn't my favorite, but there wasn't anything wrong with it. Just not my preference. The blackened redfish was definitely the highlight for me. All of the best textures with the right flavor profiles. There was crunch with the hash and the blackened flavor was on point. Unfortunately dessert wasn't possible with our desire to try everything.
Narcoossee’s is located at The Grand Floridian Resort & Spa property of Disney. The building and style is gorgeous. The service, exceptional! The sour dough bread with butter & Hawaiian Sea Salt was so tasty! The Scallops were fabulous! I highly recommended this restaurant, for a quiet and delicious meal!
This was our first time eating at Narcoossee’s and we could not be more pleased. The atmosphere and decor are lovely and the views of the lake are great. They have a wide and varied menu and everything we had was delicious. The service was also impeccable. A great dining experience!!
We went there on 9/23 night, around 8:30. Shortly after we sat down, it was the fire work time. It is amazing watching the firework on the water. This place has been remodeled. It is my first time coming back since then. Our server, (I forgot her name, I’m sorry. I got carried away with the firework) is AMAZING! She is very tentative! We don’t eat pork, she even mentioned that the calamari was fried in the same oil of pork. Then desert time, she ask the chef about the gelatin. We truly appreciated her! Love the mocktails! My scallops was very delicious. So is the risotto. However, I ordered the ocean charcuterie, and never got it. I am not sure if she did not hear me since it was the firework time. Or the food runner forgot to bring it. We did not pay attention to the check. Until the next day, I was trying to tell my friends what a good experience, then I realized this hahaha. 😂 Besides this, it is another highly recommended place to go to. Dining early, you can see the beautiful water view. Dining late, you can see the firework.
Wow. I was blown away by this place. I love Disney, but I did not expect the food here to be absolutely spectacular!! All the flavors were on point. Fine dining at it's best!! We had the BEST waiter (thank you Michael)!! We went here for our anniversary ❤. The calamari was on point, the crab cakes were the best I have ever had and the scallops with gnocchi were perfect. We finished it out with a dairy free carrot cake which was so tasty!!!! The only thing I did not enjoy was the bread. It had too hard a crust. We will definitely be back and were truly blown away by this place!!
5 star experience and maybe my favorite Disney restaurant! We decided to ball out for one meal. It was expensive (I believe around $80+), but I can't tell you a better meal I've ever had in my life. I got the lobster and steak, and it was 11/10. The lobster bisque is out of the world. Drinks are strong and delicious! They accommodated my gluten allergy with gluten-free bread (however, they weren't sure if it had sugar or not, so I skipped it). I forgot his name, but our server from Morocco was fantastic as well. We watched the fireworks go off over the water after dinner - they dim the lights and play the music over the speakers. You don't need a sports coat here anymore, but people typically dress nice.
We have been to Narcoossee's about 15 times. Always an excellent meal. Their filet and lobster is delicious; the lobster melts in your mouth. Their signature almond cheesecake is also very good. Service has always been excellent. Ask for Amer or Cody. Both wonderful servers.
This was easily one of the best meals we have had at any Disney World restaurant. The service was outstanding and the food was excellent. The restaurant is located across the lagoon from Magic Kingdom and there are views of the park from every table. Based on our experience here I'm sure we will return at some point.
Dining at Narcoossee’s was one of best Disney dining experiences for me. Their coastal and Grand Floridian design is sleek and upscale. Service is impeccable. And the food. The prime NY strip steak was so delicious. It was perfectly cooked to perfection - medium rare - and it paired so well with potato mash, carrots and broccoli. It wasn’t a 2.5”+ steak house sized cut, but I was extremely satisfied with the flavor of the tenderloin. The scallop with Parisian gnocchi was equally superb. The firework from the Magic Kingdom after the meal was an icing on the cake. I think I will be a frequent dinner at Narcoossee for years to come.
On a recent visit to Disney, choose this location for my birthday dinner. It was a good choice! From our server Edwin - who makes you feel at home and special to the firework ending - you can’t go wrong. The restaurant is on the edge of the Seven Seas Lagoon with a deck that offers beautiful views of the evening events. Including the magic kingdom fireworks. The staff is courteous and sat us before our reservation time. We were, as mentioned, lucky to have Edwin as our server and he was quick to explain the menu and offered excellent selections of food and wine. The bread service offers a delicious crusty loaf with a soften sea salted butter. And you need to save some of that bread because their lobster bisque - served from a heated kettle at the table is to die for. The surf and turf although pricey was worth it. The meat was tender enough to cut with a butter knife. The lobster tail succulent. I choose the vegetable paella and added the scallops…. the dish was flavorful with just enough rice not to overpower the broiled veggies and an excellent accompaniment to the huge seared scallops. My friend had the risotto and my impression from my taste of it was that it was cooked perfectly and had a delicate creamy feel with the hints of the salty cheese - she also choose scallops and they are truly a good size portion and delicious. I will definitely return here in my next trip. Very good meal and again excellent service.
Came here with my beautiful wife on our honeymoon 😊 My now brother-in-law and I found this place while we were walking around on a trip here earlier in the year, and it piqued my interest. I remembered it while we were planning our honeymoon, and I'm glad we did! The interior is pretty and elegant, and the lighting is good, not too bright or dim. The service was absolutely spectacular! Our waitress was super excited that we just got married and gave us free champagne with our dessert for the occasion 😁 We started off splitting a key lime martini. That was refreshing and delicious! And it's shaped like a Mickey which is adorable! Our appetizer was the seafood charcuterie. I used the alligator cheesecake strategy before we decided to get this (IYKYK). I'll rank it in order from best to worst: Lobster sausage, ahi tuna pastrami and octopus capicola. The lobster sausage was where it's at! It was amazing, and something I've literally never heard of! Our entree was the blackened Redfish, which we split with a side of the loaded mashed potatoes. The fish was fantastic, you could tell it was very fresh and it had excellent flavor, well seasoned and cooked just right! The succotash it was atop was an awesome touch! The loaded mashed potatoes were nice and creamy, and the pork belly in them was so good! And lastly, dessert. As mentioned earlier we got free champagne and.... Chocolate!!! We got some chocolate WITH a card with our last name on it! That's incredible, I've never seen a restaurant do that before for a special occasion!!! It was good chocolate too! Our main dessert was Pavlova, as seen on Bluey! It wasn't what we were expecting, but in a good way! We were expecting like an Australian version of tres leches cake, but it's actually a meringue dessert! It was delicious too! This was an absolutely amazing and memorable dinner! Thank you Disney for making it happen !
I ate here for my 28th birthday and had a wonderful dining experience. My partner had the korean salmon and I had the surf and turf. We shared the shrimp cocktail, which was one of the best I've ever had. The steak was just incredible with the carmelized onions. The salmon came with this delcious rice side with saffron and a honey curry that made the dish unique and delicious. My The waitress gave us an excellent wine pairing. Ultimately, the restaurant made the night really special.

Food appetizers were mediocre but the filet and scallops were very tasty. Preferred a more remote seating area than right out front of the kitchen. Service was excellent! Overall very nice experience. For the price point - I would skip the appetizers….

The food was excellent. The service was also very good. My only complaint was that we made a reservation ahead of the fireworks so we could view them, but people would not leave their tables so they could see the fireworks. This led us to getting our table not only an hour late but getting an obstructed view of the fireworks. So keep the fireworks at 7:55 in consideration when making a reservation.
Sunday night sat at the bar and went out my comfort zone and ordered a Salted Mascarpone Espresso Martini. So glad I did, it was good without that heavy punch. For dinner I ate off the starter menu and enjoyed the shrimp and grips. Had a little spice to it but the pow pow.
Beautiful restaurant overlooking Seven Seas lagoon. Excellent service. Recommend brisket and ricotta tortellini appetizer. Great views of Magic Kingdom and Contemporary resort. Enhancements must be paired with an entree in order purchase. Lobster tail delicious! Sour dough bread with house butter. Paella is vegan entree and is spicy. Reservations are a must due to popularity of this place. Great seafood dining!
They had some new and interesting options since I've been here a few years ago, but I do think they lost some of their better options as well. We got the cold seafood tower appetizer and in some ways it was excellent, but I think there were some simple misses here too. The shrimp were probably the biggest shrimp I've had in my life, I mean just ridiculously big. The crab was great, but for $140 there is no reason that there wasn't more. The mussels, while good, aren't really traditional chilled seafood fair nor was the tuna poke, which was also good, but just an odd choice. Raw oysters and more crab would have been a much better choice. We also got the ocean inspired charcuterie board, which was very creative and interesting. Everything tasted as it was advertised and it was really fun. The tuna pastrami could use a little work in it's presentation, but everything was pretty good. I got the surf and turf and this was more of the miss in my opinion. A recall a lobster entree that was a large lobster with popcorn butter, but this was a tiny lobster tail that while just fine, and I was full anyway from the ridiculous appetizers, but it wasn't impressive. The steak was good, but I can't say it stood out either, nor would I really expect it to as I associate narcosee's with seafood, but there was no big shellfish entree to impress. This is a seafood restaurant... I expect several shellfish options that are not wee bits. There's two land mammals as entrees, one vegetarian option, two cooked fish (yaaaawn), a pasta dish with shrimp, a pasta dish with scallop, and the surf and turf. The entrees section of the menu needs redone as a seafood restaurant, not to make everyone just satisfied there was something mediocre for them. The drinks were quite good. I had three of them and they were all very good and were real cocktails. I would have loved to have tried more. The wait staff were really great.
This place is in a beautiful location. The food was good, but I felt for the price was a little underwhelming. My wife said her steak and lobster were perfect, mine was a little tougher. I was upset by a minor server issue. Shockingly to me they brought my son and I our food and placed it in front of us while my wife and daughter were sitting without food. I thought a place presenting this level of class would serve ladies first. Luckily the food was ready, the wait staff (not our waitress) just had to go back and get it in a second trip from the kitchen. I also felt the charcuterie board was interesting but not worth the associated price for this diner. My daughter got the King Crab Leg appetizer that was $49 - it was ONE leg. It was large... it was good... I just wish she got a cluster, not one singular leg. Especially when it lists a half pound of steamed crab legs.

Delicious food, but the service could be much better for the price you pay there. Parking is across the street, you have to walk a lot to get to the restaurant, so we opted for the valet to park closer, for 30USD... The waiter who served us was rude several times, as we arrived a little before 9 pm, the time I had scheduled, but as a couple who were going to accompany us arrived a little later, we waited for them to place the orders at once, which it seems that it displeased the waiter, who made it clear that the kitchen was just waiting for our order, as all the other tables were already ok. The spiders on the balcony made the children a little scared, but we could see the Magic Kingdom fireworks show and get emotional even so, we just didn't touch the walls and the rails
I was VERY excited to go to Narcoosee's. I have been to Disney World and have stayed at the Grand Floridian a few times but never tried this restaurant because I am not a seafood fan. The menu has now expanded where there were food options I could enjoy along with my seafood eating friends and family and I couldn't wait to go. At first we couldn't get a reservation and then the day before our last day a reservation opened for our final night and my friend and I were ecstatic. Unfortunately it was hit and miss, with very little hit and a lot of miss. The good: It is a gorgeous restaurant with amazing views. Spending our last night there watching the monorails pass by Cinderella's Castle and Space Mountain was just amazing. The Caesar salad I had was quite possibly my favorite one I have ever had; it was light and refreshing and delicious. My friend had the Maine Lobster Bisque and raved about it. The okay: My sweet potato gnocchi entree was fine. Nothing spectacular, nothing terrible. It's a seafood restaurant so I understand but I do wish the dish had been tastier to justify the price. The bad: My friend ordered the surf and turf and upgraded the steak to a medium rare filet mignon. She ate the lobster tail and loved it but when she got to her steak she realized that it was well done to the point of being burnt and not a filet cut at all. At this point we were tired and almost done with the meal and still had to pack so we informed the waiter and just asked that her meal be changed to just a lobster tail. The waiter then charged her $49 for a lobster tail instead of the $54 for the surf and turf which was honestly ridiculous. The waiter was elderly and it's a hard time for everyone so we just paid and left. I did speak to Disney and they refunded us which was very kind and I appreciate it a lot. Since then I have heard from several people who had a very similar, if not exactly same, experience. I wanted to love it here but I don't think I'll be going back. If you are going just for seafood though I think you'll have a much better time!
My wife and I would visit this restaurant every time we traveled to Disney. Unfortunately, we won't go back. The food was okay, but not great. The atmosphere was wonderful and the service rocked. However, the price is incredible. $500 for dinner was over the top. $40 for a Birthday cake that was worse than anything you'd find in a grocery store. $24 glass of wine. $9 cup of coffee. It's not what it used to be.
Our 2nd visit to Narcoossees, the first before lock down and was fantastic. This time, not so good, which is a real shame. Starter we had the calamari which was very good but the main of surf and turf, the steak was dry and overcooked. The Waitor offered a replacement steak but said it would be 15 mins so we decided to decline as we would have finished the rest of our meal by then. The chef should never have sent out the first one, especially paying a lot of money here for the mains. Atmosphere was ok, but noisy and service okay but nothing more. Sorry but we won't be returning, will try somewhere different on our next visit.
We have eaten here multiple times and have looked forward to it every time we take a trip to Disney World. Unfortunately, this time was a huge letdown. We ordered the King Crab appetizer. We each got one or two bites of dry, stringy crab. The filet mignon was cooked properly, but it wasn't a very good cut. It reminded me of one of those vacuum packed filet mignon that you get at a grocery store for $6 to $8. I have ate at many of the high end Disney restaurants. This used to be one. Now, it feels like an over hyped, over priced theme park restaurant. Very disappointed. It certainly didn't compare to past experiences.
First time visitors to this restaurant. Not impressed. Hubby's sirloin steak was riddled with sinew. My scallops were almost overcooked and the sauce was bland. I know this place gets high ratings, but with both our dishes not up to par with the higher prices than other property establishments leaves me wondering. The server took off the soup from the bill, but really they should have removed the steak since he couldn't eat it. And it was overcooked. The Artisanal Cheeses were nice but we had better at the Hollywood Brown Derby. Desserts were nothing special. Our server was pleasant. Small quiet ambiance. No need to get dressed up. Pretty view of the fireworks.
We visit Narcoossee’s quite often, as it’s one of our favorite restaurants in Disney Orlando, but this time the service was a disappointment. Ellen, our waiter, provided zero service, which was unpleasant, especially since we were celebrating a birthday. However, compliments to the chef—the food was absolutely amazing and saved the night! We had the red wine glazed salmon and steak with mashed potatoes, and both dishes were exquisite. The cheesecake for dessert was hands down the best we've ever had, and we've tried many! While the service was lacking, the chef's incredible work made up for it. Huge thanks to the chef for making the evening memorable despite the poor service!
We ate here on our first night staying at the Grand Floridian. Let me be clear - this is not a signature dining experience. The dinner was extremely rushed, with no break at all between our starter and entree. As soon as the starter plates were taken away the entree was placed in front of us. I was then mid way through my entree when my husband and children had finished their food. The server took their plates, and started cleaning the table around me. He then asked if we wanted the desert menu. We declined, and explained that I was still eating. Despite feeling like we were being rushed out, I continued to try to enjoy my entree. Two minutes passed before the server handed out the desert menus we had just declined anyway, ignoring our request to allow me to finish my entree. We spoke to the manager and explained the issues and that we had been seated less than a hour ago, yet we were being rushed. She said that would pass on the feedback to our server…. We were in and out within an hour, and eating here was an extremely disappointing start to our vacation. We expected a signature dining experience not “fast food”. I wanted to enjoy the food, not to be pressured to finish and leave. We hoped that this would be a great start to our vacation, but it absolutely was not!
