I forgot to do this 2 weeks ago when I went in, but I wanted to say that my server was a really nice guy. The food was eh, but that wasn't his fault. His name was either Jason or Justin, I only forgot becuase it's been 2 weeks. He went above and beyond to be nice and curtious.

My boyfriend and I had a great experience at Olive Garden, thanks to our server, Elias. He was super helpful with my order and made sure we had everything we needed. He was so kind the entire time and even brought us a fresh salad, gave us mint chocolates at the end, and provided an insulated bag for our breadsticks, which was a really nice touch. His service was attentive and thoughtful, making our meal even better. We really appreciated it!

I would like to take this out to you to acknowledge the Olive Garden restaurant in front of Southshore mall in Bayshore. It was one of the most pleasant experiences we have ever had eating out in a restaurant. The service was fantastic! Elias went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, and as the Olive Garden says, feel like you will truly enjoy your experience here the manager Dana went out of the way to come over and ask us how old he was. The food was delicious and as I said before the service do yourself a favor and stop at the Olive Garden Bay Shore today.

For a chain restaurant olive garden doesn't disappoint. Super tasty options!! The staff there are very kind people. Best fettuccine alfredo, soups and appetizers.

Everything we had was phenomenal. I had the seafood Alfredo and took home the 5 cheese Ziti home. The gnocchi soup and bread sticks were so fresh! The only thing I'd change is the tiny scallops. Fewer bay scallops would be much tastier than the smaller (slightly fishy tasting) scallops. But that's just preference. Otherwise, my aunt and I LOVED everything 👍 Our server was great too!

Initially, our hostess Felicia seated us in a booth, but recognizing that it was a bit cramped for six guests, we requested a different seating arrangement. Manager Kristi and Felicia promptly accommodated our request, relocating us to a more comfortable area. Our server, Bella, was exceptionally attentive and polite, contributing to an overall excellent dining experience.

This is one of the best Olive Garden restaurants I have been to. The service is amazingly good; a cheerful and smiling server, always attentive and checking in to ask if everything is ok. Really good food, everything cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. In addition there were two general managers checking in to also ask how our food and service was. And the atmosphere was very warm and friendly, it just made the evening perfect. Thank you Dana and team.

Arrived around 7:10 on a Saturday night. The restaurant was pretty busy but there was only a 5 minute wait for a table for 2. The manager (christine?) Was at the front podium and was positively communicating with her team. We were seated in Kamrons(my recall on names and their spelling from last night is a little fuzzy) section and he was prompt to service us. He made recommendations, checked in on us and had a pleasant demeanor even though it looked like his section was pretty full. I enjoyed my experience dining at this establishment and would definitely return.

As someone who is a huge foodie and enjoyed the best authentic Italian food Staten Island had to offer for 6 years before I moved back here, I never thought I’d write this review or even step foot in here. However, with two kids now we decided to give it a shot and were shocked at not only the amazing service, but the food as well. I don’t remember the young mans name, but he was so attentive and pleasant- made the whole experience so wonderful. The food was also honestly pretty good- we loved the meatballs and tiramisu! Would definitely return and recommend! What a nice surprise - so warm and welcoming

I have not been to an Olive Garden in at least 20 years, which at the time I really enjoyed and had a great meal. Tonight, on a whim I went to the Bayshore Olive Garden and again had a great experience. The food was amazing as well as our waitress. Great, clean atmosphere with a great staff all around! Two managers greeted us to see how everything was 🙌🙌🙌 I will definitely be back! If another locations are not receiving great reviews send them to Bayshore because their doing it right!!!!

My family and I regular this location. Service is always polite and timely. Food is always prepared to your liking. Olive Garden has a few different appetizers, main dishes, and drinks. We tried the shrimp appetiser, and it was amazing. Our main dishes were great as well and so was dessert. This specific location in Bayshore, New York, is so spacious and clean. The service was outstanding, our server was so good, and the manager stopped by a couple of times to make sure we were getting everything we needed. We were really happy all around. Will for sure come back.

This restaurant is excellent by every measure. The house salad , garlic breads can be a meal all by themselves and the main reason for our visit. The bread is served warm and seasoned perfectly with a garlic juice and it is unbelievable. The house salad has crotins, red onions and green peppers (pepperoncini )that are very spicy but outstanding. I had the fettucini alfredo and my wife had the tour of italy( which are three pastas, chicken parmisan, fettucini alfred and lasagna ) and it was delicious. As an appetiser we also ordered lasagna fritters that were very tasty as well. Mangia que te fa bene.

My family and I had a great time. Food and atmosphere was great. I only put 4 stars because food is a little expensive for portions. However, I want to publicly put out there that we had the BEST waitress anyone can ask for. I believe her name was Aleyus! She was great with our kids, the service, her sense of humor in this time we all live in and she definitely deserves a raise! 💪🏿🔥❤️

I appreciate that this location (so far!) has not compromised on their quality. The breadsticks come out warm and the salad is fresh. Love their lunch specials, it’s a rare treat to be able to enjoy a full meal under $15!

Came here on a busy Saturday night with my girlfriend and only waited a short, reasonable time to be seated. Although the hostess could have been a bit more attentive, our waiter made up for it with excellent service, very kind and on top of everything. Great manager UPDATE 4-2025 Place was run down looking!!! Matt must had a bad day or maybe don’t like us!!! Then my husband and I ate entirely separate meals. The only thing we had eaten the same was the spinach artichoke dip and exactly 1 hour after eating it, we both became sick in our stomach. It hit us both at the same time and it was the only thing we have in common so I truly believe it was this dish. Other than that the minestrone soup was delicious and both of our meals were good.

We were there celebrating my grandma on what would have been my grandparents’ anniversary after losing my grandpa earlier this year. My grandpa loved going to OG with my grandma so it seemed a fitting choice. We had a reservation and still had to wait. It was Friday night, not very busy but still and there were 14 of us so I get having to wait a little. When they finally sat us, they tried to separate us by putting some at a table and the remaining people at a booth nearby. We had to wait longer for them to finally put a table together to seat all of us. The waiter was very nice but the service was not great. We ordered soups and salads, some soups came out while others didn’t receive theirs (myself included) until much later. They brought one bowl of salad for 6 people. The bread finally arrived after the soups and salads were eaten (not mine yet because I still hadn’t received it yet) and it was hard and cool. By the time the entrees came, it was so late, most of us got to go containers. They did give my grandma a complimentary dessert to take home which was very kind. I don’t think our server should have had our party and other tables without some additional support. From the looks of it, he was being spread to thin. I hadn’t been to Olive Garden in years and after that, I have no plans to return anytime soon.

First thing we noticed when we walked in was how dirty the place is . When we got to our table the table was dirty . We were very close to leaving but didn’t . If you want some trash food in Longisland, you can definitely go there. We had orders sirloin with pasta and the sirloin was tasteless! We ordered chicken Alfredo too but both of the dish has so less amount pasta ! They served so small portion of pasta. We have tired many Olive Garden but I guess, this is worst. Second visit: sitting in another area in the same restaurant, I get charged for lobster ravioli AGAIN! Time to investigate. Third visit: I purposely wanted to sit in a different sitting location to see if I will get charged for the same lobster ravioli. Yup, it happened again. All waitresses didn't apologize for the error, because they knew it is a scam. Testing over this location (but will visit another location for new testing): If you visit this location, they purposely auto-add this charge on your bill. You must review your entire bill before paying because this location is trying to steal $20+ from every customer that visits this location. Let assume 10,000 people visit this Restaurant, this location banking 200,000 causing us to pay more on the tip. Trust me, I will be reporting them today regarding their actions. In addition, reaching out to my attorney regarding this behavior. Olive Garden, I am allergic to seafood so it was an easy catch.

Went there back in May I have gluten allergy got sick right away order online said I have extremely allergic to Gluten. I ordered the gluten free rotini and zuppa Toscana which are both supposed to be gluten added meat sauce and grilled chicken to rotini called up the manager acted clueless just said we will give you a 25 dollar gift card without any concern of my allergy restaurants especially a chain like olive garden should take people allergies seriously.
