Best service and food from a Subway store that I have ever had...the vegetables were so fresh, savory and sweet. I asked the employees if they grew the vegetables out back, like Granny and I used to do?...they laughed and replied, yes!...I smiled and ate up!
This is the only sandwich outlet which is open on sundays. Rest of the subways on hwy 146 were all closed . I've been coming here for quite some time and the quality and hygiene is good.
The employees of this location do a great job. They're good listeners. Also, they keep the restaurant clean.

I must start by saying I normally don't review places, especially fast food chains. This Subway however is by far worthy of it. It's top tier in every category for me and when it's busy the lines are dispatched fast. The bread, meats and cookies are always good. It's an overall great experience
The service here is always better than other nearby Subway locations. Other subways "run out of" my preferred bread at dinner time but not this location. Also, one visit, their register was not accepting cards and the manager/owner let me walk out with my $14 order since I had no cash. When I returned the next day with the cash, the manager was almost in tears, so grateful.

Easy and close to all the Port Rd. working people when you don't want to go far. Restroom always clean and long lines are usually dispatched quickly.

Every1 & everything was great. I went during lunch & was surprised by their efficiency. The only issue I had was with the Oven Roasted Chicken, tasted like it was placed in water too long.

They are quick but that is about the only good thing about them. The sandwiches are just sloppy (mayo and mustard falling out of every side), and none of the employees can speak fluent English. I can't understand what they are saying half the time.
It’s an ok place. Nothing above average. Tomatoes are served despite not being ripe (yellowish to whitetish center). Manager usually does not listen (maybe hearing difficulty?) even after you request what you want.
I really think they should have more workers at this place. In very slow with making your food
****Tiny Portions **** Subway sandwiches have gotten very small. Or maybe it’s just here? My six inch sandwich was the size of a hot dog bun and was gone in about 6 bites. Was still hungry afterwards. I ordered it pickup, but had I seen the sandwich as they made it I would have told them to cancel my order. I hope that others have a better experience.

I asked them to toast my wrap after it was made. Stla said no, it will get hard. I said it won't. Stla argued with me saying that it will. It's my money, it's my sandwich, if I want it hard, then that's my problem.Just do what I pay you to do!! Will not ever return as long as Stla is working in this location!
They lady was rude as hell wasn't even paying attention to what I was askin for as still catches attitude after the fact I asked for pickles & she gave me cucumbers I gave her the benefit of doubt I could spoken to her in Spanish so.she can better understand me and she still managed to mess up my sandwich never again they need more customer service training
They don't close until 9. Showed up after my sons 2 1/2 hour baseball practice at 8:55 we were met at the door and told we couldn't come in. Completely rude. You don't close until 9 you should not lock the door until 9.
Service was horrible! Nobody there can understand what we were ordering an overcharged us and then came and tried to charge us more. Then put her hand up in my face and tried to shush me!!!!!!!!!! Management needs to be called!!!!
Worst subway by far in the area put No lettuce 3 leaves of spinach three black olives it’s like they were all set on threes and that’s all I got it was mainly Bread They don’t do this at Nasa Rd 1 location or the Eldorado location.
Turkey meat had some not fresh pieces tasted fishy. All three subs were-not edible
Too much confusion between employees. Why do they smash my bread down with their hands? If I wanted flatbread I would order it.
I order through uber eats and my sandwich was missing all its meat and when I called the store to try and figure it out the lady on the phone was rude and hung up on me.
I can count the toppings on my sandwich without moving anything around. Three pickles, four sloppy mushy tomato’s, four slivers of onions, and watery chicken. The employees don’t care. You will waste your time complaining to them. Better off not going so they won’t get business.
I placed an online order, since my order was returned to the store I called three times before my call was answered and on the fourth call my call was finally received and I asked for a explanation on what happen. And requested a simple refund and with that the Latina lady on the other end hung up the phone…like I don’t have a car and can make the simple 5 minute drive. I arrived, and she tried to hand me the cold soggy sandwich. I told her that my food was sitting and that I’d like it remade or a simple refund. and she told “it’s not her problem and to take the sandwich” what was so wrong with my request?
customer service is horrible. I will never come to this subway again and i wouldnt suggested it to anyone. I haven't been to subway in years and there's has been some menu changes since then so I was unsure about what to choose. The employee had an attitude the entire time and rushed through my order as if I was supposed to know what I wanted. She just threw my sandwich together with no disregard. I was the only customer in the store so I figured I could take my time and decide. Fast forward to the next day I come in to use the restroom because the gas station nearby was out of service. the same employee with anger tells me that restroom is only for paying customers and that I'm not allowed to use. I explain to her that I came here yesterday as a paying customer and she had an ugly attitude. Obviously she is very unprofessional and shouldn't be working in a customer service space with an attitude that she has. It's very unwelcoming!
What has happened to Subway??? There. Was barely any meat on the sandwich and it stopped 2 inches from the end. If I just wanted plain bread, I would have ordered it. I will NEVER go back to that Subway!!!
THIEVES!!! The mgr or lead will try to talk low & fast asking stuff to add tryna do an up charge. Do Not let them ring up until you are there. She charged me for an extra sandwich & cookies. Put my receipt in bag I didn’t know the price I just swiped my card. Not thinking she was tryna get me. When the total came across my phone & I looked at my receipt her excuse was the keys got stuck but you still OVERCHARGED $15 . THIEVES!! I remember a customer came in awhile back complaining that she was overcharged the day before & the mgr same lady persuaded that lady & didn’t give her the money. Nothing but crooks up in there I’m not going back
Ordered an online order and came back with “order ready” so I drove 5 minutes after it said this, walked in and not one person in this subway and both workers were in the back… my order wasn’t even started and the ladies that came out had an attitude that I was annoyed that they were not doing their job. There was literally no customers in there and another couple came in after me that ordered online that wasn’t started either. After they threw it together the quality was sub par, it was rushed probably so they could get back to their movie in the back. Someone bring a jersey mikes to Seabrook!
It’s the closest subway for me but make sure they charge you for the right item , it’s not the first or second time they trie up charging me for another sandwich . The food portions are ridiculous small and if you ask for more they literally add two pieces only ! Always check you’re receipt as there always trying to charge more
Been inside this establishment 4 times. Very rude employees and food portions are extremely small in comparison to other Subway locations. Spoke with the manager and she was very rude as well. Do not go to this location!
Very dirty restaurant. Employees are rude and are hard to understand on top of them not being able to understand the customer. There’s a language barrier. I saw two cockroaches and ants while eating. I can’t imagine what the back looks like with all the bugs in the dining area.
Lady that helped me has a hearing problem. First of all, as she was preparing my sandwich, I had to ask her to give me more than a few slices of bell pepper and onion. The woman was just rude, thought I was stealing a bag of chips as I was walking out the door. She yelled at me and said “you didn’t want chips” after I told her I wanted the meal. She charged me for the drink and chips separately. Girl, nobody was trying to steal from you! Speak more clearly next time so customers can understand what you are saying. Never going back b/c of how I was treated! And I will be spreading the word around.
Went in to order a meal. Ordered a # 7. I asked for a 6 inch Italian herbs and cheese. Made the mistake by saying 6 inch on Italian. Then said I wanted the Mexicali sandwhich. They assemble the chicken on top and I say to the lady oh mam, excuse mam? Mam?! I wanted italian herbs and cheese bread. She said the meat is already on the bread. Umm.. ok take it off. She proceeds to keep making the other person’s sandwich. She then asks me what I want on it. Im like your freaking menu says what goes on the sandwich! Why do I need to say what do I want on it? She then ask me what dressing I want on it. I ask for chipotle and this lady puts mayo on my sandwich. Terrible terrible service.
Very clean. Walked in asked "can I use this coupon?" Staff replied, yes just not on a premium sandwich. Great ordered 5 sandwiches. Get to register. Same staff told me oh sorry you can use that it is for on line only. Husband called owner, owner said "we will give you a refund". Staff "nope we are not giving you a refund we will give you a free sandwich" WHAT??
Just moved into the neighborhood.. Subway the only thing close by so I would probably be a regular here. My husband and daughter went in yesterday and the manager was very rude. My husband asked her to heat my chicken with the cheese on it and she said the meat is already heated.. 3 times..he had to ask. Other subways have no problem heating the meat. He asked for extra sweet onion sauce and she sighed. My daughter was scared to ask for extra olives. Just because her day was going bad she didnt need to have such a bad attitude towards customers. We will not be coming back here. He asked for cucumbers and she gave him 2. He asked for a couple more and she slammed 2 more on. My cheese was only half way on my sandwich because she just threw it on.
