Our delivery driver was so sweet.

WE have stated away from Pizza Hut, becuase the last pizza was over cooked and the toppings were not fresh. We decided to try it again the the pizza was great. The cook prepared the pizza perfect. Thank the staff for me, and preparing a great pizza.

The employees were very professional and willing to help. I had a large order it was made promptly and cooked perfectly. Thank you to the evening staff at the Seabrook TX Pizza hut

Yesterday I ordered a pizza for myself. When I called, the man who answered the phone was super helpful and I honestly felt as though he was trying to get me the best deal for what I was wanting. He was kind and had patience. I really felt like he cared and had awesome customer service skills. During our conversation, I told him the pizza was for my birthday. Well the pizza came quicker than expected which was awesome. I bring my pizza inside and as I'm going to grab a slice I noticed a sweet message! Thank you so much to the employees here for the birthday wishes! Small things like this can put a huge smile on someone's face!

Usually when I order pineapple pizza there’s barely any so I go to the store or buy more, but they gave me so much without asking for extra so I would highly recommend ordering the pineapple pizza.

I have never been a Pizza Hut fan until a few months ago when our other pizza ( competitor) fell through on our orders. Not only did this location bring the freshest, hot and great tasting pizza I have had in many years from a fast food pizza restaurant, the service exceeded the pizza. We now order 1-2 times a week from this location. Job well done!!!! Singed, One happy pizza loving family, and one of Pizza Huts newest fans!

The trick to this Pizza Hut is to order the pizza in advance and carry out. That's the way to have a successful experience here. Other experiences such as delivery or placing the order at the location and waiting are less pleasant both time and quality wise.

I like the pizza here better than other pizza places in our immediate area.

An $11 pizza + cheese sticks is $21 after all the fees, then $31 at the door (after all the fees again? Couldn't get an explanation). For the price you pay, might as well order from somewhere good.

The pizzas and cheese bread were so dry and disgusting. Not fresh at all. It was was over cooked and some pieces were missing some ingredients. I fight with my family to get pizza hut, because they want to order something else and this is what I get. They proved there point last night.

I sat in the waiting room after paying for my pizza for over 20 minutes just to go up to the young lady that was at the cash register to find out that it had been ready for who knows how long. Anyways it took me about 50 minutes to get the pizza after the order was placed. Never going back to this pizza hut again.

Lady in the phone was such a piece. Wrong order delivered. Paid cash. Asked for the right food. Was given a free attitude. Complete with ridicule and questions about why MY WIFE didnt do this or that,WHILE I WAS WORKING. Asked for my cash back. Was told to leave all the food in boxes so they could pick it up. BUT my kid ate a slice. So i put 3.75 in the box. No knock on the door. NO REFUND. ONLY STORE CREDIT....... W.T.F. G A R B A G E

Overall was disappointing, pizza was cold, somehow pineapple was added. It took me three tries to get the order to go through and I checked toppings every time, though i suppose i could have overlooked the pineapple. It was simply not that good at all especially for the price i paid. cold, and soft . Massively disappointed. even caused upset stomachs for the remainder of the weekend.

We had a pizza delivered Friday, September 25, 2020. I have never had a bad experience with Pizza Hut until tonight. It was delivered on time and the lady that delivered it was very sweet. But We had to throw it away. It was so greasy. It was just a waste of money..

Pizza was one of the worst I have had in years. Delivery was great. Driver was great also. Pizza was hot. Con.. Pizza had little to no cheese or marinara sauce. Flavor was disgusting. I have never had this type of pizza EVER from Pizza Hut.

We barely order from this place cause EVERYTIME we do something is wrong either they get our order wrong or they forget to bring a sauce ! Last time I ordered from here was in July and the got both pizzas wrong and so I called them about it and the manager at the time apologized and ask if I wanted for them to redo the order or take a credit for next time! Well decided to take the credit and last week wanted to use the credit and they said they have no record of it even happening!! They won't even honor it or anything,even when I described the order from the online receipt date and time stamp!! I'm done with pizza hut , they don't care about their customer or their product !!

Pizza made terrible! Asked specifically for light sauce & by the time I got home the Pizza was falling apart because of too much sauce . Pizza was cold because I had also ordered cheese sticks & was told my order was given to someone else..i had to wait for an extra 10 mins ... no big deal thinking I will get them fresh ..ha ha I get home cheese stick are not cooked all the way :( Called to speak to a manager and they had me on hold for 8 mins... no one ever picked up .. if only I didn't have my newborn with me I would drive back up there..so disappointed..Dans Pizza in Webster I'm your faithful Customer now!

We order a pizza (2)one pepperoni and a supreme they both wasn’t good at all supreme just sauce and a few mushroom may be 2/3 slices of onion and everything was in the middle of the pizza the crust was too much whit no ingredients and no cheese no sausages horrible last time Pizza Hut seabrook!!! Please check your order before leaving the store!!!

This is ABSOLUTELY the worst pizza hut to ever exist. I have had more issues than I can possibly count. Probably 10+ pizzas that were delivered overr an hour after ordering, once a pizza came literally 2:55min after ordering, and the driver said "Yeah I came by twice and no one answered" which is a lie because the front door is literally directly next to my PC. Another time, just now, I placed an order, called a hour and a half after placing the order and was told "Oh yeah there was an accident, we canceled your order an hour ago!" He then lied to me and told me he called me twice and left a voicemail, which is hilarious considering I had my phone in my hand at that moment with zero missed calls or voicemails. Be careful ordering from here, unless you enjoy your pizza arriving a hour and a half after you order it, ice cold.

Here goes a story, we order pizza right and we are waiting for it. We are truck drivers so we are in a big rig parked at the corner of an intersection in a lot that was legal to park in. I used an address from a store that i could see, most likely hit with a stone if i decided to throw one. I put where we were in the delivery instructions, this did me no good. I get a phone call expecting it to be my delivery driver , I answer and the lady says did you order a pizza I say yea yadayada, I try to explain where I am and she goes nono listen get out and walk over here and hangs up. I was a little confused as to why my pizza delivery driver was giving me directions on how to get my pizza when I ordered delivery. So I call back to find out rather then pizza hut or the delivery driver calling me, he gave out my number to some random person at a bar near the address. I got my pizza, but this baffles me...

It has been hit or miss for my fiance and I going to this Pizza Hut. But the last time I went, I had to wait an hour. I placed a carry-out order and got there a few minutes after the time it should be ready. I paid (which was a mistake) and then waited. I kept waiting for about 25 minutes until I lost my patience and decided to say something. But then when I want to say something, there was no one there (I think they all went outside to smoke while food was piling in the oven). I said to myself WTF is this place. Then the girl in the front came back (she had dirty blonde, mostly brown hair with pink streaks, thin, and I wasn't sure if she was 16 or 30, she had a weird face). I asked her what was taking so long and showed her my e-mail that showed it should have been ready 50 minutes ago. She said "sorry about that, we're waiting on the pasta." First off, I didn't order a pasta, which spells incompetence on her part, so incompetent that she shouldn't work a minimum wage job. Second, it shouldn't take that long to make a pasta anyways!!!!!! I order 24 wings with a coupon for free breadsticks. I finally told her I don't need the damn breadsticks and that if my wings are ready, just give them to me. She gave them to me and knowing I was dissatisfied, didn't ask if there was anything else that could have been done to "make my experience a good one." I took the wings and left. The wings were soggy and almost cold by the time I got home (I live 1 1/2 miles away). FAIL, again and again on their part. I didn't want to be angry but I really was, so angry. I don't have a lot of time off from work, and I wasted 50 percent of my waking free hours at Pizza hut, thank you for that gift Pizza Hut.

Took about double the time to deliver, on top of that the girl that delivered had very poor service. when I gave her a $20 on a $14 order, she didn't ask me if I wanted change back, she was just about to walk off. When I asked if I was getting change back, she stated she thought I was giving her a tip, at which point I decreased the tip I was originally going to give and when she was about to leave after giving me my change back, she rolled her eyes. Never ordering from this location again.

The ball guy comes up with his little blue shirt and with his attitude says well if we're busy then sometimes we forget, but I know that they weren't busy because the lady just said she came in and the boxes were already out for me so they weren't even wrapped up so this location is slipping and I guess they feel they can just treat the customers any other way depending on how you look or how they feel as opposed to policy seeing as Zelle pizza, how does a franchise store they should be doing things how other franchisees are moving and not just making things up as they go. The good thing is, they never know who's coming in their store whether secret Shopper or not they should be treating all customers with respect and value their customers.

He proceeded to say he didn’t have change. After a while he finally said he’d go get change. He brought the change back but said I was supposed to tell the store I need change. Where does it say that?! My bill was $27.04 and he kept $28. TOLD me what he was going to do. I had 4 Pennie’s to give. I wanted to tip what I wanted. I am a single mother. And just taking my money without any say wasn’t right.

Today 11- 21-2023 we ordered French fries and pizza. When we tasted the fries the were cold and sitting in grease . We did not order lemon pepper but got lemon pepper. When I went to take them back he said we ate half of them and would need to buy the replacement we literally tasted a couple.... thats how we knew they were lemon pepper. The guy at the counter called us a liar. We work next door and order there at least once a week ..but today was the last day we will order .. until there are new employees.. I really wish we could have talked to a manager today

Cold pizza, delivery was late. Wrong food ordered. When called to ask to send a new one she informed me that they don’t do the type I ordered anymore(should have been specified online). For some reason special orders weren’t printed on to receipt. Offered me a $5 to next order and I informed the lady I wouldn’t be ordering from there again. She did credit my card the $5. Supposedly it will take a few days(I know this is normal). Didn’t apologize once for either the late delivery or the fact that they couldn’t prep what I ordered. Last time I order from here. UPDATE: should have checked all my food before I made this review. Also got wings, and they are the wrong sauce. This place is seriously a damn joke.
