Everything was amazing. I even tipped the waiter and also told the waiter to keep the change. Everything was clean organized very nice the environment. It was satisfied I ate a fettuccine Alfredo and was very full and very delicious. I will be coming back here if I get the chance.

The chicken gnocchi soup is so good!! Our server was awesome and we didn't have to wait long to order or get our food. I ordered the chicken Alfredo with chicken gnocchi soup and both were delicious. My son ordered the unlimited soup and loved the chicken gnocchi the best. My friend ordered cheese ravioli with salad and loved it. Our server was on top of everything and made our visit enjoyable. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Mmm this place is good. The spinach artichoke dip was very good..so good tht we filled up on appetizers before our meal got there. The staff was friendly too.

I have always like Olive Garden. I thought I would have to give it up. I lost 70 lbs and got rid of diabetes on a Keto diet. But, we looked at the menu last night and discovered you can get Zoodles!!!!! I had them with spaghetti sauce and meatballs. Next I'll try chicken alfredo. Great job Olive Garden!!!

Our server was amazing! He did everything great, and if he didn't know an answer to our question he found someone that did. He was right on time w all our food and drinks plus bread sticks. He was funny and very polite. Me and my husband went in for the new soup or salad and pasta dishes for $13.99 deal to try it out and we will be back. U can add fritter Cristy chicken ( which isn't fave) or meatballs or sausage to ur pasta for a few dollars more charge. But the food is always great. I got to try the new crispy chicken over the famous Alfredo pasta. U can never go wrong w that dish. So delicious!! The soups were all very good. For the price it is a great place to enjoy great food and get very full!!

Came here twice for lunch once and dinner another time. We enjoyed being here. The staff is friendly. Prompt services and clean place for sure. I understand that they're short staffed but I have never been disappointed at how we were treated at the restaurant. Both times, the place was busy but we got our food order taken promptly and food came out 20 mins later. They even gave me 2 different soups at once for just myself as I ordered soup and salad. My kids were able to order what they liked and they were happy.

Food was great. Waiter made a few mistakes with drinks and food. The seats at the booths need to be upgraded. When you sit down you sink and sit on the springs within. Just a little uncomfortable

The reason I gave only 4 🌟 instead of 5 is because when we got there and got seated. I noticed a sticky substance on the table. I had asked the waitress for a wet cloth so I could wipe it down. She proceeds to bring me a napkin. Which does nothing but fall apart as I wipe. Only when I got my water I used a ice cube to clean it. Brighter side food was hot and fast. We only had an hr for lunch. We were able to eat and get back to work on time.

We went at exactly 10pm, and we ordered what we usually do, so it made it pretty quick for the waiter, but for some reason, he was being a bit rude. I called him over politely, and he just side eyed me and went to the other table, and even when he brought us our salad, he blew raspberries over our salad, which was disgusting. Guy with the man bun I hope you learn to be a better waiter and have some professionalism next time!

Overall, the food and the service were great. The waitress was very attentive to us and checked on us often. The food was hot, yummy, and cheesy! The only thing that threw me off was the odor. I assume it was from the carpet throuought the restaurant. Maybe a deep carpet cleaning could fix that.

Best part was the salad but limited to 2 choices of salad dressing. Great service and atmosphere for a party of 9. Food was good but atmosphere and service is the main reason for another visit. Recommend a roasted garlic and olive oil dipping sauce with the bread sticks.

Olive garden was a place i used to love. Now there's younger servers that customer service is not like it used to be. I had minestrone soup & it had maybe 1 or 2 beans, no pasta & a lot of stew tomatoes & zucchini. The servers was not that friendly even when I tried to Crack a joke.

Location is only 0.3 miles from I-10, so it is good for travelers. It is super clean. The food is ok but not a WOW, the soup and salad with the bread are excellent. Our waitress Ms. April was extremely great. Expect to pay $20-$25 per person, People putting $50-$100 per person that is by far NOT true at all.

The only thing that was disappointing was taking my daughter to the restroom and a waitress was in restroom vaping. That’s why I gave the atmosphere a four instead of a five. It was good the service was sub par as the food took forever as well as the appetizers. The wait wasn't bad until we received the food. One was chicken when we ordered shrimp and one had chicken added to a dish that we did not order. Once fixed it was good the $4 charge for chicken should of been taken off but it was fine. It's a place we go maybe once a year so over all not bad not great just good.

Great service with mediocre food. Dry Alfredo sauce on my pasta. Lasagna was dry as well (buy frozen it’s better). The chicken parm was thin and dry as well. The salad was great though. I’m giving it 3 stars because our service was excellent. Try Italiano’s on Lake Houston if you want good Italian food (the garlic knot bread is to die for).

Usually a good experience all around, but this location is still stuck in the covid era with 8 or 9 parking spaces dedicated to "To Go", 3 handicapped spaces, and the rest of us have to park around the back of the restaurant with insufficient lighting and glass on the ground. I can't enjoy a nice meal when I have to worry about my car windows getting broken and my stuff taken. Also its kind of a long way to walk...

As is common these days, the place was not very clean at all. Silverware, napkins, bathroom, menu, tabletop screen (which I HATE) and even the bread plate was filthy. The bathroom door was absolutely disgusting, like it had never been cleaned. Ever. Don't they see it!? The food (chicken Parm) was overcooked by a lot, but the soups were good and the bread stick dips were very good. The salad had ugly wilted lettuce and way too many peppers. The server, Nevaeh, was very nice and attentive. She's the only reason we'll be back, but it won't be fo a while.

Put off whole meal making me unable to eat as others at my table where able to enjoy their meal. When voiced, waitress said would ask and see about it never came back even for us to pay. We intended to pay cash but as she never came back we where forced to pay with card and just left with. No answer, a sour taste and sick stomach.

I'll preface with the food was great! Chicken & shrimp Carbonara and Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo. The lasagna fritta was a bit overcooked though and a bit cold when it arrived to the table. Now, the reason for the 2 stars. Our waitress seemed completely clueless and almost out of it. She never once offered a refill on our drinks. I ordered a Moscato and it took over 10 minutes for her to bring that back. The place was NOT full and she only had 2 other tables. She was standing by the fireplace laughing and chit chatting with another wait staff. When we placed our order we asked them to leave the bleu cheese off the steak gorgonzola to which she simply nodded her head. Off she went to the kitchen to put in our order. Thirty five minutes later we get our food. The steak gorgonzola is just steak and noodles with barely any alfredo sauce and none of the sun dried tomatoes which are advertised with the dish. I ask her about that and the alfredo sauce and she shrugs and says she can go get some sun-dried tomatoes from the kitchen and turns back to get those. I assumed maybe she would get a little alfredo sauce as well, since we literally had one small spoonful of sauce in the middle of the noodles. If I had to guess I would say 2 tablespoons of sauce. She came back with a small serving of tomatoes and no sauce. We had to ask her again about the sauce and she replied "Oh you wanted more?" (that was the point of brining it up the first time), and walked off to get more. The manager walks up to the table to ask how everything is. We tell him basically what we are saying here and he is nonchalant with a simple "Sorry. Enjoy your meal." and walks off. We just shrugged it all off and began eating our meal, which was actually really good. I go to pay for the meal and realize that they have charged me for the sun-dried tomatoes. I ask the waitress and she flags down the manager. He explains that the bleu cheese and tomatoes are pre-packaged and measured, so since we didn't want the bleu cheese he had to charge us for not using the pre-packaged tomatoes. What?! That's insane. And it wasn't a large amount of money but it's the fact that the waitress failed to inform us that if we OMITTED an ingredient, we would have to pay extra for the other advertised ingredient. This location has been going downhill for some time, but this was possibly the worst service we have had at this location (we have had 3 other issues with slow/inexperienced service and never complained). We won't be back. Also, why does it stink so bad each time we walk in? The floors look filthy, I assume they need to be heavily shampooed and odorized.

I rarely do reviews on restaurants unless we have a horrible experience…which leads me to our experience at this Olive Garden. Now I have eaten at Olive Garden plenty of times, so I knew what to expect when entering, we ordered 2 chicken Alfredo pastas. They come with our choice of soup or salad. I order soup, my gf orders salad. We usually share the salad because it’s a lot for 1 person so I asked the waiter for an extra plate. He questioned me if the plate was for the salad because there would be a charge if we asked for a second salad, I’m thinking sir, I am paying for this whole meal…whether we share or not my money is still going into the restaurant …I said that’s fine because I knew we weren’t going to get a refill. Our entrees were not terrible, our only complaint was that the pasta was a bit over cooked and there was not enough sauce for the pasta(again I knew what to do expect at og) …so I asked the waiter for an extra side of Alfredo for the dry noodles and he said they would charge us for it but he’s not going to though, but just to be aware for next time…when we left I told my girlfriend be careful where you step because they’ll charge us for using their ground. Now at the end of the day I know Olive Garden is a business and they’re trying to limit how much product goes to waste or making sure their product to sales ratio is balanced, I just hope this is the reason and it wasn’t about race, because no one else sitting around us never got threatened with a charge.

Just want to say the server was wonderful and the food was good but the hostess that set us at our seat was so rude and so ugly to us.she had an attitude. Even when I asked her for a bag and some complimentary chocolate, she was so rude like she was to good to do such thing. Someone needs to replace her old self or retrain her on hospitality. Just because she is elderly doesn't mean she has to be that way. If I walk in next time and she is there im just going to walk right back out and take my money elsewhere.

So, the first impression is literally stinky! Literally!!! The place stinks, something mix with dirt, and sweat,so uncomfortable! This restaurant is so dirty - it really needs a refresh so bad. I stopped coming here 2 years ago when the carpets were just cleaned over night with what smelled like disgusting rank water, we sat in the car area where there is tile to try to get away from the carpet. The dishes they brought out for bread and salad were dirty, the replacement dishes brought out were too. The salt gets washed if something because it pours mystery water on your food when you try to use it so I asked for another and that one did it too right in front of my server. So incredibly gross!!! 🤢 That was the last time until last Friday, I wanted soup and breadsticks since it was raining and thought, “it has to be better right?” It wasn’t! Dirty doors, dirty booths, the seat backs are gross, food in the seat they tired to sit us in at 11am when they opened, do it had to be there from the day before. Water pouring out the salt shaker STILL!! So gross! Bland food, that tasted only like burned oil. The cloth napkins had a very rank smell to them. I’m done again. Our server got us a brand new salt and pepper he had to remove the seal on which was so nice because the bland food needed it. I could’ve walked through taking down many photos of dirty areas but they know it’s dirty.

I’m not sure what is going on with service at some of the restaurants in Baytown but most of (not all) the service has gone downhill especially at this specific Olive Garden, I haven’t gone here and expected much in a while, but last night in particular was the worst it’s been in a long time, the food is always just ok and service is usually ok. Last night we were seated rather quickly as it’s not really busy here often, we asked to be seated in a booth and they said that would be ok, but the booth that sat us at was kind of in the corner, no big deal, we waited about 15 minutes before our drink order was taken, the waiter that took our drink order informed us that our waiter was busy and would get to us shortly but he would get our drinks. We waited about another 10 minutes and still had no water, and had not seen our waiter, while 2 other couples were seated in each side of us being waited on by the waiter that got our drink order. Not sure exactly why he would be waiting on the tables on either side of us and not us. Either way that particular waiter was very rude to us right out the gate. Manager did not seem to care at all. I can’t imagine why it’s the least busy restaurant in a 10 miles radius.

The waitress seemed to be in a bad mood. We'll order something, and she wouldn't wait till we finish talking. Never gave us refills either.

The dishes we're dirty and smelled like rotten eggs. I also found a piece of plastic on the broccoli. The waitress was very nice. I'm not mad because I'll eat anything but I won't be coming back here. I just don't want to get food poisoning.

Our server Chrome was the worst part of our experience. The food was excellent but we ordered acholic drinks that didn't have any alcohol in them because we ordered an extra shot with the drinks and I believe they never put any in the actual drink each additional shot was 10 dollars and with only 2 drinks each with additional shots our bill was almost $200 just ridiculous for 2 people to eat a meal with a couple of drinks. Our server was just trying to up sell us to increase the amount of our bill. As a OTR truck driver we dine out a lot and occasionally have a drink at the end of a long week of driving so I can tell when my drink doesn't have alcohol and I asked our server and he said that they did have alcohol but I believe he was lying. Don't recommend this place for a good time so only one star.

There was an off smell like body odor, the table was sticky, and even though we ordered the all you can eat soup salad and breadsticks we didn't get soup until after 45 minutes of waiting. It took so long to get the second bow of aoup I ended up just cancelling it.I'd give it 0 stars if I could but that's not an option.

I don't want to make a laundry list of complaints, waited over an hour for a glass of Riesling, It took three people to figure it out. With multiple stops to the table to reconfirm order. After the meal ordered a single espresso which never arrived after more then half an hour of waiting with our togo boxes, and car keys in hand, we decided to leave. My degrees are in food and beverage and hospitality. I try never leave negative reviews, but after two managers and three servers couldn't get my espresso in 35 mins I have to say one star. Be better.

I order the 5 cheese ziti to go after my meal when I get to work and open it up looks like it has one cheese if I pay for something I expect to get what I payed for this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here

I have been here many times with my family and have always had great service(reason why we come to same location) unfortunately this time we had the worst service. My wife always chooses salad and I always get the soup so we can share our food, this time as soon as I get salad on my plate the server told me “I will allow you to take a couple of bites but if you take more I will have to charge you for another salad” and in my mind I was like “and I will allow to keep your teeth” At that point I just put the salad to the side, our lunchtime was ruined. Imagine if I go to McDonalds and they ask me not to share my food, that’s very unacceptable!

We usually eat here once a week because the kids love it. Today was the worst experience we’ve had. The server was new and it was not busy which he had stated. I understand being new you’re still learning, but we had to ask 3+ times for bread and he stated “we’ll get it before we leave” doesn’t that defeat the purpose of getting it with the soup or salad? He also made a face when we asked for a refill on our soups which are unlimited I thought. We had to ask for refills on waters and he stated” I have a lot of stuff on my mind. “ If you can’t do the bare minimum in serving this is not the right job for you

We sat down and were greeted by the waitress and she admitted first that she was new and for us to go easy on her. Service was OK at first and then kids food came out and 40 minutes later, our food came out and it was wrong. We told the waitress to fix the food and she started " yes we can add that chicken for you" ss if it was our mistake. I payed for the food. And once all the food was done we were leaving and we're told we still had a bill or 6$ to pay for the chicken SHE forgot. What an embarrassment telling us we didn't pay our bill in front of 30 other people as if we knew she was going to continue charging for her mistake.

My wife and sister took my mother in law out for lunch yesterday. A man with curly red hair and was tall waited on them. Didn’t get his name because he wasn’t around enough to get it. The picture shows how he didn’t pre bus their table and had to put all their dishes on another table. He handed scalding hot dishes to all 3 of them without any warning. My wife literally had to go to the kitchen to ask for extra sauces and butter. My wife had all you can eat salad and soup. Never got any refills on either. Never got refills on bread. Had it not been for the host Kiana who has only been there 3 days they would have walked out. This server was horrible and should be working at McDonald’s in the back and out of sight. The manager was nice to them but the server was terrible. Every time they asked him for anything he never came back with what they asked for and ignored them. It was during a slow time of day too. No excuse for this horrible service. They left him a $6 tip and I was upset they left him anything. They did tip the sweet host $10 for helping them out. If you see a tall curly red haired guy walk out.

Holy hell that was awful. First off our servers worked their tails off!!! 45 mins for drinks from the bar, cold food, forgotten orders, no plates for salad, hard breadsticks, uncooked soup and our bill was so messed up it took 3 people and 30 mins to fix everything. Thank god our servers were kind and patient. This restaurant is so mismanaged I’m surprised they are still open. My hubby ordered a dirty martini and they held it for 30 mins because they didn’t have olives. They said all of our alcohol took so long because of a printer malfunction. My daughter tried to order a desert but they said all desserts are frozen and they couldn’t thaw them fast enough. There was ZERO ALCOHOL in our drinks. I’ve never had such an awful experience at a restaurant. Again thank god for the servers.$350 later we got ripped off and my MIL’s bday dinner was a bust.

Order 1 gallon on chicken gnocchi soup to go. Food was hot and taste was good but very very light on the chicken. We were disappointed. I most liked will no longer eat from here.

I frequent here and have always had good customer service. Went here today for a birthday lunch with my boyfriend and it was the first time we left the restauraunt unsatisfied enough to not tip. Our server Mia forgot our appetizer (literally the first thing we ordered) and because we were waiting on it for so long, we didn't want it by the time it was delivered to the table (30 minutes). She kept forgetting our requests (we asked her for extra dressing when we initially ordered AND when she came back to check on us after we asked the manager about the missing appetizer) but had no problem checking up on her other tables that came after us. We wanted a third round of soup but, again, waited too long we just wanted to pay and leave. We weren't there long and it wasn't busy either so I'm not sure what the issue was. We ate 2 rounds of soup for 45 minutes and spent most of our time waiting on our server lol.

Me & my partner went it today at 4:20 to obviously eat some pasta, they were quick to sit us down but awful customer service right after! Why? We were their waiting for about 5 minutes & then a white older couple came after us & they took their order before us while we were their waiting for someone to come! Ridiculous & racist of them for that! Remind you Im mexican american , but very white skin toned , yes we literally left after we seen that because no one had came & we were hungry! Shame on this location!

The service was extremely bad! We went and it was hard to get refills and get bread sticks. The girl was extremely slow and disappeared alot. No manager ever came by to check on us. Asked for a manager and one never came. This was our first time and will be our last! Terrible customer service!!
