This location was awesome! Taco Bell is my favorite fast food chain. Love Tex/Mex! There were clean, profession, & adept y dealing with annoying people (like my friend who took me!) They were what we like to receive in customer service. And the food was as advertised. Oh No wait, probably attributable to Hurricane Nicholas.

I'm a regular at this location. The employee at the inside counter is good at his job, he always remembers my name and even asked if I usually eat inside when I come in so he knows next time. That's good work ethics. Other than that only complaint is the people that come up to my table while I'm eating and ask me for money/food. They should make them leave, it's uncomfortable

It was a quick trip through the drive thru. I haven't been to Taco Bell in a very long time and had no clue there was no longer a Mexican Pizza on the menu. I know I can't be the only one that will miss it 🤷‍♀️😓 The items I got instead are good. Nice young man and woman working the window.

Taco Bell is the same and had always been the same. If course it's not authentic but it's fast food. My family and I would it because we all have favorites to choose from. They even have a happy hour where their drinks are cheaper. Although whatever combination you buy, it's actually the same food only more or less of something or not. The breakfast is cool. I enjoy it. However, they don't offer something that includes beans and I'm a bean eater. But you can add beans for a small fee which I do. Overall food is good enough to keep coming back even if the customer service isn't the best. They do try hard but it is fast food and management changes often and so do the employees.

Ordered drive thru and fit home and found I was missing part of my order. Called and spoke with Johnathan and was told to come back and I would get the rest. While in the drive thru waiting at the window the cashier Skye was very nice and respectful! Awesome job Johnathan and Skye!

My family loves Taco Bell. Their food is hot, and the service is good. If they make a mistake, they make your order right. With great customer service and they add an extra drink or taco, whichever you choose. Just for the inconvenience. That's service from the old days when customer service meant something. It's good to know some businesses still practice the art of true customer service.

Young Mr. Alex C. was BEYOND professional and attentive working the drive thru this evening.... he absolutely deserves recognition for actually sounding like he enjoys his job and wants to ensure the customer satisfaction is met. I did offer personal praise at the pick up window as well but wanted to reach out so that everyone knows how pleasant he was to deal with. It's not every day you get a fast food worker who actually cares about the customers and shows it.

The manager CLAYTON is a great person!! The store was clean, he was professional, courteous, and one of the best managers I've met since I've moved to Baytown. A lot of other places treat you like just another number, but Clayton the manager really put his heart into helping me resolve a mix up on an order that his employees accidentally gave to someone else. When I drove back to pick up my food, nobody acknowledged me until Clayton saw me standing there and he was more than willing to go above and beyond to help. You're a rockstar, please give this man a raise. He definitely deserves it.

Service was okay. They are friendly enough. The only thing is drive thru is their main priority , so they look at you kinda crazy for walking inside to order. I had to wait about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me.

They added all new features which is self ordering kiosk is very amenable during the rush hours which cuts off waiting time. Olefia is very kind and respectful and best at what she do. Always provide fresh & warm food. Service was quick. Seating area was cleaned as expected. Staff was accommodating.

Really nice people. The staff was nice the food was delicious and the property was very well kept. Restrooms were very clean. I was very pleased with the food and was very impressed with how nice everyone was. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. I know I will be revisiting this place anytime I'm in Baytown. Good prices great food and exceptionally nice staff.

Called twice a little before 9pm to see if they still sell Baja blast freeze that late. And then I was going to ask them not to sell one to that dirty ginger Chris Christopherson cause he told me he was gonna stop by there. I’m sure the place is nice and clean and the workers are friendly.

The a/c was not working well, and someone else claimed my order, but the manager replaced it quickly without any fuss when I made him aware I hadn't gotten my food. As far as the food is concerned, it's Taco Bell, it was hot and fresh.

This is my favorite taco bell to go to. I've gone over 20 times since moving to Baytown and I've never had any problems. The burritos and tacos are never cold and the service is great. Everyone is always so friendly to me and my wife. Also they always put enough cheese on my food which no taco bell ever seems to.

The wait time is usually long if you go after 7pm but thats expected. My order has never been wrong, all the staff I’ve encountered is nice, and taste is consistent.

They messed up one item on my order, everything else was fine. Returned the one item and the cashier made right by remaking it and offering compensation for the mistake. At least the one bad apple who made the item first isn't ruining the bunch.

Overall not a bad location, only main complaint is the lack of attention to details (e.g. forgetting to grill burritos). And my personal gripe of them pulling my favorite online order and rewards options from the app.

Drive thru service was slightly busy however, they expeditiously moved the orders fast. Customer service was good & my favorite item on the menu (Chalupas) was crunchy, hot & fresh. My only complaint is the lack of sauce they put in the orders & the broken taco shells. Fast food at a decent price is exactly what you get.

The food is what you expect and the staff at this location has always been kind to me personally. However, if you place a pickup order through the Taco Bell app, you will inevitably end trying to explain to someone that you're missing a drink and that any customizations you've made to literally anything isn't right. This location usually makes it right, but it's very frustrating to have to go through the hoops and ladders -twice- to get your order right.

The place is clean and the crew is friendly. The service is quick, even when busy. The food I've gotten has always been good. Even though one tends to empty themselves through the hind end. But over all I'm not big on lots of fast food. My wife being pregnant is only because of the baby lol.

I Come here every now and then and sometimes my order is right and most of the time its wrong. So my wife ordered is some keto friendly power bowls that I can say were delicious. But after driving 15min back home and starting to eat I noticed all the extras we added were not even added to our food. Doesn't make sense to have something ordered online and have a specific time to pick up and still not have it right -.- just annoyed because there was time to have it done right.

There are always homeless people in the restaurant asking for money. I have gotten hair in my food and several times the food is not correct. They need to work on customer service (smile, welcome to Taco Bell, your guest order number is, guest # your order is ready). They need to try to take a quick few minutes to clean the dining area ever so often and they can ask guests how everything was.

Team member was irritated to wait on us and take our order inside. Then, when I asked for a knife to cut the Mexican pizza that was not cut when made, the same team member heckled me. We will never go back. We'll take my business to another location.

I happen to like Taco Bell. I ordered chicken quesadilla with extra crunchy taco. It's cut into 4 pieces. 2 had few pieces of chicken. The others had mostly cheese. Not a very even spread. The tacos were soupy to me. I took a bit and the grease poured out the other side. I'd say about a palm full. The taco meat didn't taste very seasoned at all. The service was quick as I ordered from a kiosk. The place was well kept and not littered as I have witnessed at other locations. The food filled my belly but was not 100% happy with how it tasted nor the amount of grease.

Management good, I've only had one major issue here with management in the past though. Lately no issues, however, this taco bell Is know to get the order wrong from time to time. And the quality of the food in terms of organization and a nice full burrito would outweigh the mess ups. No one wants there 1$ burrito to be thicker and fuller than their 4$ burrito.

I gave it a three because it took 30 minutes of waiting to get a chicken burritos I purchased. One of the server asked me what I was waiting for, I told him a chicken burritos, he went to look at orders, he said I am next. I observed that the preparer person took a burritos out of a wrapper, put it between a heat/ cooker press for a minute. Wrapped it up and gave it to me After my bite, I tasted no chicken, more like a cheese burritos. I paid $6+ for that small burritos. I didn't want to come back to file a complaint. The workers were very slow. I am sorry to say I will not go back to that location. PS restroom is now access through employees only. No longer free access.

This morning I was the only one in the line about 10 AM and when I placed my order I forgot when I know and I pulled up to the window and as I told the woman at the window that I was missing a part of my order she said that I had to go in the lobby or drive around to order the rest of my food only thing that I needed to order was nacho fries. What I don’t understand is just because it’s Covid and I am missing one part of my food I forgot to order I had to then drive all the way around just to order what I was missing. That is terrible. I spend money at this location all the time but my experience today was terrible when they said it was policy. I know they miss out on money with that not adding your order at the window

My only complaint is that they always, always forget something! I get a special made burrito, (meat, beans, cheese, rice)...not a difficult request. They give me a hard time ordering it, like its some big deal then they leave it out...twice now! Today, surprisingly enough, they got that right, but didn't give me 2 soft tacos! My orders are always $35+ and that's a lot for taco bell! I just wish they could get it right instead of telling me "everything's there" as I'm checking behind them

We love Taco Bell by joe vs. on Garth . my mom and I went around 9:20pm. The lady that took our order was super rude while we were ordering. We were asking for our food to be specific (no lettuce , no tomato stuff like that) cashier Jordan Z told the people there “Do y’all here this lady, “ like really we are paying for our food I don’t see what the problem was. But really if you don’t want to work then why even be there .? Super rude then when we went up to the window to get our food they kept rolling their eyes and laughing . It’s just ridiculous how people are really. Makes you not even want to eat to it food

I was the only person in line, and ordered some food. Everything went fine and the food was decent as always. The guy that gave me my food handed it to me wordlessly, and I said "Thank you and have a great day." The dude didn't nod, he didn't acknowledge my gratitude or my goodbye in any way. I drove off feeling disappointed. I can't help but imagine how the staff must be treated to have so little regard for manners or general courtesy. If Taco Bell was busy or something I'd understand, but frankly it was just weird.

Check your food before you leave especially if you have food allergies. They just sling your food out the windows. No communication I'm assuming. They always put sour cream on my food. I have a dairy allergy. Becareful. Stay away if you can.

Make sure you check your bag before you leave the drive thru. Twice now they have told me "it was all there" and when I checked, it wasn't. Knocking on the locked door gets you attitude because they want you to get back in the drive thru line. No thanks, line is always long at night. Not waiting another 15 to 20 mins to go back thru the drive thru to correct YOUR mistake after I already waited 30 mins just to order. They need to slow down to ensure accuracy.

I was in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes, and my order wasn't correct even tho they repeated thru speaker and twice when I got to the window. How hard is it real to leave off the tomatoes when told No Tomatoes. Not being a Karen I have an allergy to them.

The problem is less "the money" and more "what I get for my money". If it cost me $20 for dinner, I compare the food to other $20 dinners, which is why I've gone from twice a week to once every two months.

So I ordered online for a nacho bel grande and then they say they can’t make it so I call and ask for the manager and then she said they had cheese was just going to be 30 mins cause they just dropped it to warm it up. I order 3 fiver layer burritos and asked for no sour cream and there was sour cream. The burritos were falling apart and one of them had very little in it. I paid extra for onions on my Mexican pizza and my grilled chicken burrito and didn't receive the onions . I also paid extra to have creamy jalapeno sauce on my grilled chicken burrito instead of the chipotle sauce.

This is not the place to go to they have been screwing up orders the times I have gone..I figured I go and maybe they have been better on service but big disappointment they are still the same poor management,bad service I would recommend that nobody goes there (My order was just 3 soft tacos and took them over 30 minutes if I would of never said anything they might of forgotten)

Not usually busy around 11:20pm ...wrong!!! It was a long line, but they are usually quick. Or so I thought. This was a RIDICULOUS wait time for 3 tacos. I got in line at 11:20, stuck in line (seriously need an exit/bypass lane!) for 40 minutes! When you see that it's too long of a wait, you're trapped, you have to wait the whole time! Every other fast food restaurant has a bypass lane and it doesn't seem like anyone else needs it except for the one restaurant that doesn't. Cancelled my order to the assistant manager, who didn't seem a least bit concerned. Y'all need to speed up your game (management included), this isn't gourmet, everything is already prepared. Not worth my time and definitely not worth my money.

This place is disgusting. Homeless people outside, Makes it shady. The speaker seemed bit off, the lights in the lobby have been turned off before . Food was not correct and I got a big piece of burnt food on it. Do not recommend this Taco Bell. The staff did not even apologize and the girl with the weird eyeliner who took my order seemed bothered because I asked her to correct for me after she lied to about the order and I was super nice. I came home and did not eat it and it was super flat tainted by their aggression. Don’t waste your money here. They wanna rush the orders and they have made a mistake every single time. Overall. Horrible food and horrible service.

Takes the fast out of fast food. Literally the manager must have brain damage. Takes 45 minutes to get from ordering to the drive thru window because they can't even do a normal taco in less than half an hour, even when the inside is closed. This location should be demolished, or all staff should be fired and replaced.

Soggy Tacos and it almost takes an act of congress to get the sauces that you include on your order. This was not the best taco bell I've ever visited. I'm just being honest hopefully they'll get it together. Also I noticed there is a health warning on mobile app that some foods may cause cancer and reproduction problems so I will definitely take that under consideration. Just my thoughts!

jake at the taco bell on garth was very unprofessional and rude. we came to get some food before our trip, and he rushed us when we were trying to order. then wad very rude at the window. i was trying to talk to him and he straight up closed the window on my face!! we didn’t even do anything to this man. you picked your job. its not our fault your miserable. JAKE COULDNT EVEN GIVE ME STRAWS. something needs to be done about this employee.

TacoBell #035721 in Baytown TX. Ordered 2 soft tacos. Upon arriving at the window I wanted to add more items. Shift manager told me that it is their restaurant policy that "you cannot add items at the window except drinks because it keeps the line moving". This policy is absurd and inconvenient. I will not be buying taco bell any more. They didnt give me a receipt, I had to ask and they had trouble printing my receipt, it took the team members some time to reprint. So much for keeping the line moving

Ordered a number 2, which consists of 3 Soft Taco Supremes and a large drink. They got my order of correct but when opening the wrappers there was hardly any meat on all three tacos. The tortillas or wet so had to throw 2 of the tacos away. Will not come to this place again!

Just got through waiting. This location is terrible. I kept coming back because it’s close to my apartment but no more. They always are out of items and the line is exceptionally long and slow. In Houston the lines are as long as here, more than honestly, but I’ve never had to wait 30 minutes for a taco or like tonight, to find out an item is out. It’s dinnertime. Whoever is managing the place needs more training.

The food was cold and the beans in my bean burrito were dried out like it was the bottom of them because what was in the burrito was only a very small amount. The food is never very good here. My advice...drive a little further to the taco bell closer to I-10. The food there is always hot and fresh and the workers are very friendly.

1) They were very nice in the drive-thru, repeated my order back and got all the items. The 5 items that were ordered without sour cream had it in there, but that's fine we'll eat it. The pizza was underneath all the items so it was squished and messy. But thats fine, scraped it onto a plate and ate it. The burrito supreme lacked the tomatos and "supreme" toppings but its okay because they graciously included a long black hair inside of it instead. Wish I saw it before getting halfway through the burrito. But hey whoever's hair it was, keep up your hair care routine, it was definitely a long healthy hair without a split end! Too bad yall didn't answer the phone so I could impart this message personally instead.

Terrible food and worse service. The cashier didn't even greet us as we walked in or ask to take our order. This was a big disappointment because this is one of my favorite establishments, so I was not expecting bad service or for my food to not be cooked all the way.

Haven't eaten at taco bell in years and wish I didn't yesterday. I got a nacho bell grande yesterday and have been vomiting, suffering from stomach cramps and have severe diarrhea. Food poisoning?? I'm pretty sure that is a YES.

It’s amazing how when we get inside and start ordering before they switch to their lunch menu and finish ordering, the lady from the kitchen steps up and says they don’t serve breakfast anymore even though we were able to order breakfast items. Also disappointed because I ordered hard shell supreme tacos and they had no sour cream, two pieces of tomatoes, and only a few pieces of lettuce. On top of all that no freezes even though we were, again, able to order it. None of this would have been an issue if we would’ve at least been informed of such shortage of items or maybe they just didn’t want to make it. No refund offered for drink, and had a regular cup thrown our way with no difference back for the freeze or anything. I’m honestly upset enough that I don’t want to eat. I never come to Taco Bell and it’s not without reason. I hope things change here soon and they get better with their service because this is ridiculous.

We were in the drive-thru, waiting to order for about 15 minutes before we reached the speaker. Once we reached the speaker we were met with silence for another 5 minutes so I pulled up to the window to order. The person at the window tried to hand me food but I mentioned that I hadn't ordered yet. They told me I would need to pull around to the speaker & wait in line again to order, or I could come inside - because they weren't allowed to take my order at the window. I refused. They stated it was against their policy to take orders at the window & I stated it was against my policy to come inside from the drive thru. They still refused to take my order. I wasted 20+ minutes & left with no tacos. Very poor customer service.

Do not eat here absolutely disgusting and take absolutely way to long to fulfill orders. I was waiting for a door dash order for 40 minutes and while waiting they had employee that was making the tacos that would pull his phone out with the same gloves he was handling food with. He would text on his phone then put it back in his pocket and go back to handling food. Asked manager on how long food would take and they had no clue. If your a food delivery service I wouldn’t take orders from here they are always extremely long waits and waste of time.

Customer service here is the absolute worst. Time and time again not only are you ignored when they are not busy you get some sarcastic remarks made to you. Completely pathetic and unprofessional. I've walked out and not returned for months only to find the same attitude. Those workers might want to improve job performance there. Apparently that's all they'll ever be!

If I could give zero stars I would! Worst service I’ve ever experienced along with prioritizing off the clock employees over full paying customers. Waited an hour in the lobby waiting for my food before asking when my food was gonna be ready they couldn’t tell me. BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED, I don’t know if I mentioned that. Along with that they couldn’t give me a refund since I used the mobile app. Now I have to call a bunch of robots just to talk to a real person for my money back. I ADVISE never go to this place! Just absolutely horrible, employees had no motivation to get food out and caught several employees just standing around with atleast 7-8 customers waiting in the lobby, along with that, the manager by no means was trying to help his crew get orders out or motivate his crew. AGAIN! Worst service I’ve ever had

TRASH. Any time we order from here they forget something, or they just run out of something and skip it. Who knows. Usually its the drinks they forget. This time they forgot the tacos on every meal we ordered. The drinks were wrong. And they put those brown accordion paper towels that are in public restrooms IN OUR BAGS OF FOOD. We didn't notice what they were until after eating it. Took pictures of everything and refunded through doordash. If anyone gets sick from this they're going to have a big problem.

I placed an order on doordash on Tuesday at 7:30 PM. I ordered two crunchwrap supreme combos which came with an crunchwrap, a taco and a drink. I separately added two cinnamon twist.. the drinks were the only thing that came with my order that wasn’t a discard. I immediately called the store as soon as i received my order and asked to speak with the manager, Nicholas, who apologized and reassured me that my order will be remade and that i could either pick it up the same night (tuesday) or the next day(wednesday). I really appreciate him accommodating me, but i was at work which is why i used doordash in the first place. He told me that i will be able to pick it up the next day. Today is Wednesday and i placed a call at 5:01 PM to follow up regarding my previous order. While speaking to the manager, Nicholas he said that he will have my order remade. I informed the manager that i will be sending my employer to pick up my order that was supposed to be “remade” today. However when she arrived she was informed by Marcio that I will have to contact doordash to complete my complaint about my order. Apparently doordash has been “messing up” a lot lately and as i was trying to explain to him that it wasn’t on doordash it was on the store, taco bell he kept insisting that it was doordash fault and it had nothing to do with the real problem which is the food. His customer service to another manager from a different establishment was trash! Marcio was highly rude. Marcio and Nicholas were being very secretive to each-other about my order. My employer contacted me while at taco bell and marcio talked to me over the phone and explained that i will need to contact doordash regarding my order. In closing i did contact doordash and received my entire refund, however i do not wish to continue my business from this location. This location's management and staff need to be reevaluated for their poor customer service.

Usually Never have problems with this location but the past three times I’ve had multiple problems. Today’s issues were the fact that the drive thru cashier read back my order to me when I ordered a Large DragonFruit Dream Freeze yet when I got my food the freeze was missing and when I asked for it they told me that the dragonfruit freeze was down at the moment. Also ordered my son(has a condition that requires him to eat more red meat) a cheesy double beef burrito and didn’t receive this item at all. Asked for no tomatoes on my chalupa due to me being allergic and proceeded to receive extra tomatoes.

I spent $45 WORTH OF FOOD last night on uber eats because I couldn’t drive. when my food finally arrived, I literally only had three items in my bag. It was my order, all of the sauces were in there, and the drinks were correct. but I didn’t get OVER half of my stuff. I could list down all the things that I didn’t receive. when I went to raise an issue on Uber eats, they only gave me a $10 refund when it was way over $10 that I was missing. I’m very disappointed I just wasted my money, and also didn’t even get any food or genuine compensation. Is there anything that can be done? Could I get what I was missing? What the heck.

This is the second time in a row that I’ve had a problem here. The employees, including the manager have such bad attitudes. I placed my order for pickup and they tried to make it as if I never placed an order, “or placed it to pickup inside”, because they didn’t want to give it to me in the drive thru, and kept repeatedly asking me if I was at the right store. Obviously I know what store I placed my order at when I’m sitting here looking at it on my phone. The manager yelled, “No! Don’t give it to her!”. “Oh you placed it for front counter and the front counter made it”, said the employee. The app does not tell you to pick it up inside or drive thru. Girl just apologize and hand me the food.

Probably the worst taco bell I've ever been in. The inside wasn't clean, infact the drink fountain looks like it's rarely cleaned and might have some sort of mold or mildew damage on the sides. The tea was awful and the food tasted like it was reheated multiple times and then brought out cold. While the staff wasn't out right rude, it was difficult to grab their attention. The bathrooms are locked so you have to ask to be let in, and after the 3rd time of trying to get their attention and failing, I just left. Overall, I'm sure their are a lot better options in this area to eat.

I’m not even sure why I frequent this location as it’s a roll of the dice whether or not my order will be correct … today’s Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunch included the cardboard outer paper they use to protect the shell when you just buy the taco … so the employee took the Gordita bread, coated it with melty cheese and sandwiched that around the Doritos taco … paper and all! I’m at a loss!
