Excellent sweet lady taking our order thru the drive thru today. I complemented her on her excellent drive thru etiquette. She should try so many others at other drive thru that are so rude and could care less if you ever return again. I so wish I had gotten her name. Thanks for a good evening experience. By far, our favorite DQ location. Employees always return a smile, it's kept clean and the food is always served hot. Best thing, I have not found a DQ anywhere in Texas that serves a Flamekickin' Hungerbuster the way this store does it. Also, you may not see it on the menu, but try the Cheese Tots with Jalapenos!

Ice cream run !!! They have really good non dairy and gluten free dilly bar's.

Oh man...who doesn't love the classic chocolate dipped cone!?!? Theur burgers could be a little more presentable.. buns were kinda squished by tht doesn't affect the taste, delicious!! Fries were HOT AND CRISPY!! And whts dairy queen without ice cream?? Mmm mmmmm.

One of the best Dary Queens in the country. I've been all over and this place has some of the best service, freshest and tastiest food. The employees are alway friendly, the food is hot, the manager is on the nob taking care of her customers. When I'm hungry in Pasadena, this is where I go!

I didn't go inside so, I don't know about the service or atmosphere. But the Fish Basket was absolutely excellent! I will be going back for another! 40 mi drive so, it will be a bit.

I ordered a hamburger with cheese. It was very hot. French fries were hot and very tasty. Service was fast and the employee was super nice. Drink machine was neat..to choose your drink, the flavor was fun. Drink station was clean and well stocked. Restaurant was super clean. Bathroom was very clean. Interior was very nice. Floors were clean. The exterior was clean. Shrubs were pretty. Stop here if you want a tasty burger

The wait times are bad sometimes. I recommend the dipped cone.

Every time I have gone to this particular location I have gone through the drive-thru. The employees have always been nice and courteous. The food has always been freshly made and hot. I have never had an issue!

Always Excellent service! We go a couple of times a month and can count on good burgers and my favorite, tacos, for ab quick bite. Clean and even though 2 tvs are working, it's not too loud which is nice for my hard of hearing mother. That's what I like about DQ!

Very good experiences recently, much more generous with the portions than other locations nearby. Not just the fries and Blizzard toppings, but all kinds of ways. Way more chili and cheese on the tots, and more tots at that. They've got these new gravy cups way bigger than other DQs, looks like a damn coffee cup, and they actually fill it up. Excellent service as well.

Went inside and ordered food to go. The cashier she was African American with locs in her hair had the best attitude she was so nice and while I was waiting she brought out others food to their tables instead of them having to get up which is a nice touch. I ordered a caramel sundae and my friend had the a tropical blizzard. It was the very best caramel sundae I’ve ever had. It looked almost too pretty to eat. Almost. I tried a bit of my friend’s ice cream, and it was delicious too with its grated coconut. I was pleasantly surprised, and loved the price as well. I’m looking forward to going back again the next time I’m craving ice cream.

Fairly decent Dairy Queen. We went through the drive-thru with a large order, and there were no mistakes -a bit of a long wait, though. Over all a pleasant experience.

I like dairy queen but this one can be really hit or miss, probably depends on who is working that day. Sometimes it's excellent and sometimes they get everything wrong. I highly recommend trying the pecan pie blizzard though, best blizzard I've ever had!

It's as good as it always is. I choose dairy queen over Whataburger anyday. I gave it a 4 star as there is always room for improvement. But get by there and get you a hungerbuster with cheese and bacon. Then top it off with a shake or blizzard yum!!!!

Great service I will only give 4 because they had water spilled on the floor and we told them about it, it past 1 hour that we ate there and never mopped the floors they stayed like that, without a sign that at least warn you it's slippery

First time there.. Good service and clean dining room. I mean it's Dairy Queen so the food was what you'd expect, but it was at least hot and fresh unlike some others we've stopped at.

Stopped in for a blizzard after dinner, unfortunately for us there was a schools sport team in front of us, I don't understand how you can wait in line for so long then when your at the counter say let me see what I want 🤷‍♂️ But when it was our turn the employees took care of us fast and good.

I recently had the pleasure of trying the steak fingers with gravy and I have to say, it was a game-changer. The gravy was so delicious that I could have eaten it on its own, and the steak fingers were cooked to perfection.

The Dairy Queen on Garth road is the best Dairy Queen in Baytown. Great team work and very good food

I have been at this DQ for 5 straight Sundays to have a banana split. Only today 09/12/21 I was unsatisfied with my split: the ice cream was softer then usual, portion was less then expected, hot fudge sparingly applied, and the presentation was not good. Will go again. We'll see how it goes.

I had to repeat my order 3 times for the young lady on the intercom. Although they had to park me for my food, I was pleased that my order was correct and did was hot and taste as expected- average. I don't know why managers put employees in a position that they are clearly not trained well enough to keep the line moving.

They need learn how to read the tickets so they stop messing up orders and wasting food. AMD should always have a manager on duty so when a customer wants a refund, it can be done with out a hassle.

This is the slowest DQ that I’ve ever been to. You’re staff needs to be adjusted for efficiency. They always make you wait in the front of the building last night their were at least five cars waiting in front of me.

Just got home with 2 taco salads. Was the WORST ever. No refried beans, way too much lettuce, barely any meat, no tomatoes, a smidge of cheese and NO sour cream. 😤😤😤😤 Never going back to that one again!

This is a brand new establishment and already they're starting to get careless with the workers. Dropping food on the floor and hesitating trying to decide whether you want to throw it away or put it back on the tray is a major food cleanliness violation and major no-no. When they fix the food right it's good. Only issue I have is that there are too many teenagers working here, therefore, causing a lot of food mistakes. Other than that, it's okay so far.

I asked for a bacon cheeseburger 20 minutes ago and this is what I got for bacon, manager can I get a refund or something or a free meal?

This was the nastiest burger ive ever had, everything tasted old and cold

I ordered a taco salad and I received no utensils, no dressing, no sour cream and no taco sauce!

They gave us the wrong combos and on the burgers we got the condiments and toppings were wrong. The pattys were all burnt and the bacon wasn’t cooked at all. On one burger the receipt shows no lettuce or tomato but both burgers had lettuce, tomatoes, and jalapeños. The fries were over cooked with no seasoning. And even our drinks were bad. By far the worst experience I’ve had at a Dairy Queen in my life. Born and raised in Texas. And we didn’t even get the full kids meal for my son

Just went thru the drive thru first they messed up the order. Then when we repeated the order to them the guy at the drive thru window start. Yelling and cursing me and my husband out needs to be fired no questions asked.

They cut the medium drink cups in half yet still want people to pay the same price. Absolutely disgusting will never go to this DQ again driving across town to one of the others a far battle value for the money

Food was made wrong and my chicken and dumplings were extremely watery and smelled spoiled called to get my food remade I was asked to bring my food back and they took it back through the window and they are most definitely not pose to do that due to covid so I know if they did that with me I can only imagine how many other meals have been brought back inside smh...

Came in after a day at the water park.... ordered a burger, mayo and cheese... no onion no lettuce.... didn't get cheese. So they thru a piece of cheese on there and put it in the microwave. Everything is now soggy. And the lady had attitude about it... when we first ordered and paid, the lady said nothing... just walked off... didn't give us out cups. I had to wait for her to come back around for the cups.... asked for bbq and was told that is extra. Im sorry if they are having a rough day.... but not our fault!!!!!!

Waited 20 mins on a 2 pc chicken kids meal. Ordered a mocha moolatte and had to go up there 3 times to remind them to make it. Then they made vanilla instead of mocha. Terrible service!

Order bacon burger. Staff was super nice. Minus the manager Jessica. My burger had no bacon and then when I politely sent it back, they put half cooked raw bacon. I returned it for a refund and the lady checking me out was super sweet, but when the manager had to come process my resound she had anattitude and never one apologized like the other staff. Customer service at this location is the worst I have ever witnessed. Between the yelling between employees and the rudeness while taking our order this was the least of the issues at this store. I ordered a banana split that was given to me right side up versus flat. I also ordered a chocolate blizzard with chocolate and it was handed to me with chocolate all over the cup. When I got home there was so much chocolate in my cup holder from the laziness of the employees at this location. The manager at this location was arguing with me about the messiness of their delivery. When we drove off my 9 year old child made the comment, “I think they need more training. “

Food was overall great. The only issue i have is with staff members being very loud and vulgar. Not sure of their name but a short girl with glasses and long dark hair was cussing very loudly while people were eating in the dining room and was being rude

Today 5-8-25 went through drive through i was trying to order my food the lady in the intercom was struggling to speak English so I started talking in Spanish to help her out to get my order right and she processed to stop me and tell me "I no speaka Spanish" I told her well you clearly don't speaka English either she told me " I no gonna serve you " please get people that speak clear English or Spanish or bilingual so they won't get offended when you try and make there job easy

Came to eat here with my wife. I ordered a Bacon Belt Buster Meal and she got a Kids cheeseburger meal. We sat down and they brought out the food. I ate my fries first like I always do. I took a bite of the burger and both patties were Raw. It tasted nasty. I went to the counter to let them know and ask for a refund. One guy in the back was just laughing. I asked for the manager and another guy said he was the one in charge. He asked me several times if I ate my food and I kept telling him i only ate my fries. He asked 3 times where the burger was and I told him I had already given it to them. He had no kind of customer service what so ever and was more worried about not giving me a refund for the meal that he could only give me a refund for the burger. This place is disgusting. Will not recommend. I would give them 0 stars if allowed.

The whole point of going to fast food is for fast food. I waited for 35 minutes. They did not inform there would be a delay. Such a bad and cheap way of tricking customer's so they won't cancel the order. This diary queen on Garth Road sucks. They do this all the time.

So I’m the only person in drive thru. I order a blizzard with Oreo and heath. The lady who is taking my order isn’t even letting me speak trying to hurry up. She didn’t even read back the order. Fine.. whatever. I get my blizzard 2 seconds later all wrong. I didn’t even try to go back in. Worst location ever!! Please don’t go here!

The employees are not clean. They wear gloves but never change them. They take money, bring out food to cars, clean floor and tables with the same gloves on that they prepare customers food with. Not one employee but I witnessed several of them doing this. When I confronted an employee and asked to speak to a manager I was told there wasn't a manager on shift to speak to.

I ordered the bacon burger combo. Super disappointed clearly the burger was put in the microwave and probably sat for awhile. Highly, disappointed.

Trying to support local restaurants during these times and you expect to receive good food and service. Waited 15 mins for a simple taco salad and got something that was poorly put together. Management needs to retrain their employees or step up themselves.

I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket and the lady over the speaker clearly repeated what I had said and then at the end when reading over to me she said 4 piece so I politely asked, do you have a 6 piece and she of course said yes, and so I told her I would like the six piece. That with a large Root Beer making my total 17.09. Well I only got 4 pieces, and the bread isn't toasted and the fries aren't golden. I normally have a good experience with this Dairy Queen but this time it is terrible. And 17 dollars for fast food that I picked up is steep for this! I could have gotten something better for less elsewhere. I tried to give this property a chance to make it right but all 3 times I tried to call it's like the call is rejected. I know it's not my phone either because the manager on baker answered just fine.

Then we asked if anyone there knew how to make a blast that they used to have on the menu called a Georgia mud fudge, and someone claimed they knew how to make it. We got our blasts and we returned home to put them in the freezer. Once we got settled in and we started a movie. We got out our blasts and realized that all three of them were made incorrectly. The cocoa brownie extreme had nuts in it and no brownie. My royal cheesecake somehow got chocolate in it. And the Georgia mud fudge only had in It was chocolate syrup and chocolate chunks. And once my wife got a couple inches into it, it was all vanilla. Very disappointing, Unfortunately, not the first time this location has let me down. This location seems to have a lack of leadership or training. Honestly, I think people in Baytown. If they want to go to a Dairy Queen, the better to go to the one at Baker St and Spur 330.

Went to the location today around 1:30pm was asssited by another female cashier they stated they do not take coupons from the Dairy Queen application . I advised them if it’s a repeated issue that why have they done anything to assist I asked the lady in the video what her name was refused to give it to me so I can address customer service an the GM for the store location had an attitude an a lack to assist a customer ! If you work for Dairy Queen you must follow there policies you don’t own the store you must treat everyone with respect having other workers not talk to me into assisting me in the situation that you couldn’t be professional ! YES IM STILL CALLING CORPORATE ! An yes I’m still contacting the regional manager ! An I will be filling a complaint with customer service ! I just moved to the area definitely not good for business cause word of mouth does work an it will cost you for how you treated me today ! A simple escalation because you refused to assist me when I asked for the inforamtion a per the ADA a persons with disability will be filing a complaint a showing them the whole video wich I recorded ! Definitely doesn’t need to be in management with that type of unprofessionalism !

The crew microwaved my wife’s burger to reheat it back up, which evidently had been sitting for a while. We know that because the lettuce was cooked and the bread was gross and moist! Not only was the sandwich gross, it must have been spoiled in some way—it gave my wife major intestinal issues for four days and counting! Only go if you have an iron gut or a comfortable bathroom with time to spare.
