The restaurant was one of the few had some Xmas eve hours. We had been super busy getting ready for company and didn't have time to eat at home before our Christmas service. We were wiped out and cooking would have just meant getting behind in cleaning. I really appreciate the friendly service even though they had been crazy busy that day and it was almost time to go home. Next year I hope to have it together enough to give the poor staff a break😬.

We stopped by after a fun shopping trip at the mall. They had great service and tasty food. We shared the combination fajitas that came out sizzling and smelling wonderful. The beef and chicken were seasoned well and super tender. We also had a small queso that was perfect with the chips & salsa. The chips however were a little less than crispy, (not stale, but not crunchy enough) but otherwise really good. The sopapillas were a hit for a sweet treat for the kiddos, they loved them.and I tried a very tasty adult because, the Coconut Crusher, delicious!

I used to love this spot. My ticket was messed up, the worker didn't know how the rewards worked so she messed that up. The food? I've had better.

We went to this restaurant only because I was given a gift certificate for it, for my birthday. The fajita meal my friend ordered she said was fairly ok, in that the fajita chicken tasted a bit dry. The meal I ordered tasted like way too much chili powder was used on everything. So, we probably will not be going back to this or any other Casa Ole. The waitress was most attentive and cordial, though. The place seemed a bit older and a bit "musty" too... although Mexican-themed decor is beautiful and very vibrant.

Do people even work here? I sat waiting in the lobby to be seated for 20 minutes in an empty restaurant, no employees even visited the front except to silence the DoorDash tablet in the front. And that’s when I was taken care of. I sat to eat and my server was nice enough but I heard the single most bored sounding birthday wishes being sang by the staff to a mortified kid. It’s like an office building where the soul was peeled out of it like a sticker on a cardboard box. Food was great when it finally gets to you though would recommend but take out on this one.

Food order thru Grubhub. My main entrée the crawfish, shrimp, and spinach cheese stuffed enchilada was not as described. Menu states not only stuffed but topped with crawfish and shrimp. Mine was not. Food was tasty for delivery, but it might be better to enjoy this restaurant in person which we intend to do.

Well me and my wife ordered through door dash and when we received our food we were missing some items like our chilli con queso and the side of beef also missing the tortillas that go with the flameado we got a beef taco and tostada that we didnt even order and when we called the manager she was very rude and unprofessional stating that the order was checked twice and there was nothing she could do that it was door dashes problem that we had to take it up with them which doesn't make any since when all they do is pick up the food and deliver it and the dasher that brought it has delivered our food several times and is very professional. I really don't think that he took out some items that were missing and replaced them with the ones we got but didn't order. So to Tonya the 23 yr veteran manager you should run a little tighter staff if y'all double checked my order and still got it wrong thanks for the horrible experience at your location it will be the last time I have a bad dinner from your have a great night .

I am a long time Casa Ole customer, and I went back to the restaurant on Eastex freeway again today, even after a bad experience yesterday. It was no better. The cheese enchiladas were dry and did not taste fresh at all. The bean chalupas were very skimpy on both days. They could barely be called chalupas. (There must be a lettuce shortage.) Also skimpy on beans & rice. Just sad. Even the chips changed. Most of our money went into the trash can. Casa Ole was once a great Tex-Mex chain, but Poppee must be crying...I'm afraid his formerly beloved restaurant chain has finally hit the bottom of the barrel.

No service, was told server had walked out and they were short handed, but then after waiting longer, asked if they had kitchen staff - "not really" was the answer. We left and went somewhere else.

There was no option for 0 stars, so I had to put a one. So I could share my information and or experience.... Very rude on the phone when I placed an order for pickup, maybe there should be training for customer service, since this is you're supposed to be apart of the service industry being a restaurant and a CHAIN restaurant at that... also when I asked for the name of the person taking the order they just refused to give it and then hung up. Overpriced! Low quality.! No customer service and the lights are off at 8 o'clock at night. Looks like an abandoned building. I'm not even sure how clean the food is. If I get sick, I'll let everyone know.And call my attorney.... Maybe I should call the food inspector. I'll keep everyone posted, definitely, will not be ordering anything from Casa Ole again. The "Casa" was $30 for just salsa and queso dip.

Ordered take out my husband went to pick it up we live near this establishment so it took him less than five minutes to get home the food was cold guacamole was brown burrito was salty queso thick and cold nothing was good I’m really disappointed because last time we dined in the food was good .. . I called and explained this to the manager she offered to replace the food today but only for today.. why would I want the same food today when I told her it was not good? She said well it’s only for today. I won’t be going back anytime soon

Food was good and service was good. We got there about 1:45pm afternoon, there was a lot of empty tables but we had to wait a few minutes. Once we was brought to our table, I noticed the tables were all kind of set up crooked, no salt, pepper, sugar or sweet and low on the tables. When I asked for sweet and low the waitress said she would have to go all the way in the back to get some, her tone was like it was an inconvenience, but I did get the sweet and low a few minutes later. The menus looked like the were 100 years old. My husband's was all faded out. Never have I been in a Caca Ole in that bad of shape. If the shape this one is in is any indication of why the others have close, I understand why the closed. This one needs updated ASAP or it will be closing it's doors.

The restaurant is filthy. No one has pride in this place anymore and it makes me sad to see. Every time I’ve come the staff are on their phones or sitting and snacking in the room behind the counter. There’s an old saying my very first boss told me and it stuck “if you have time to lean you have time to clean.”
