Great food and it comes out fast. A friend introduced me to the place and on my first visit he grabbed a burger and I grabbed a Baked Potato... Little did i know that it would feed me for 3 days.

Every time we come home we always enjoy the food and service!! Unfortunately the last two times we were home the Nederland location was closed!! But if you are in town you have to stop by!! Everything on the menu is great but our family favorite is the chicken fried steak, and the burgers!!

Thank you for being so kind during the holidays! The person that was working the window today at 7:30ish had a very positive attitude! Also the food is cooked perfectly and delicious!

The food was delicious, not a big fan of picking up the food from counter for each thing however the food was Great Jose was so nice I ordered churros they where out of the dip but he went and found some for me and it was freezing in there but over all good experience

We pick up take-out from Novrozsky's fairly often. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious, no matter what we order. We pay strict attention to the time, as they always say it will be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. We live in another city, and it takes us about 15 minutes to get there, so we make sure we are ready to go before we call in!

Delicious and very generous portions. We will definitely be eating here again. We came back and the burger was delicious. The fries were crispy and the tea was fresh.

Food was great! I had tilapia, rice and salad and my husband had a hamburguer. Staff was friendly. As we left, I forgot my handbag, called back and they kept my belongings safely behind the counter. The place could use some paint touch up but, overall it was a good experience and I recommend it.

This is a nice casual (order at the counter, no waiters) restaurant. Food is tasty and portions are large. The main food they offer is burgers, but they have a fine selection of other food to eat: their menu is worth checking out. Their baked potatoes are popular in my circles. They have a wonderful vegetarian burger (black bean) and offer great fries and onion rings. I have been eating here for years and years, and never once had an issue with the staff. The seating area is clean and well lit. Not only do they offer good food, it's a good place to eat.

Went there for the first time because it was recommended to me by a friend. The food was tasteless and under cooked. Their ranch is pretty good but that’s about the only thing I would buy from this place. Buy the ranch and head out! Edit: I have finally gotten the chance to go back and re-try Novrozsky’s after receiving a gift card from the owner himself. My visit was tremendously better! The food was well worth another take. I am glad to have had the chance to visit again. Overall Novrozsky’s is one of the few places to get a really good burger. The manager from the store also greeted me and made sure that my concerns were heard and noted for this time they wouldn’t disappoint and disappointment I got not! I highly recommend to stop by for a bite and especially buy a whole lot of their ranch!

I've been here numerous times. Their menu has a variety of options and the portions are hefty. It is a great restaurant to go to for your first time or one hundredth time. Just be aware that the fries are charged separately. Also, they have a designated pick-up window so you can't just pull up and order.

All I know is this has been the best hamburger in Beaumont since I first tried it years ago. They use real ground beef and you can taste the freshness. Compared to fastfood chains even Whataburger which is nothing like it used to be there is no comparison give me a Norvosky's burger every time. I often get take out but if you have never had one I suggest dining in for your first try...💪🏿

We arrived very hungry, and they brought the different items we ordered as soon as each was ready, allowing us to tuck into a basket of fries before the burgers arrived, and the sweet potato fries even before the fries! All done with a willing smile and desire to help us enjoy the visit. To be recommended.

I always enjoy eating from here. I picked it up to go for the office. It was a rather large order. Everything was correct. The chicken fried steak baked potato is always delicious. I can never even eat half of one though. I ordered the nachos. They are really good. Three of us shared them and still didn't finish them. The salsa is really good. The only thing I would change would be to offer queso to go with the fried mushrooms. I really love theirs but the only option to dip them in is ranch and I cannot stand ranch.

Service was very, very fast. Gran got the Mahi Mahi dish and loved it. She catches and cooks fish as a lifestyle, and had to offer me a taste. It was perfect. Any fish with her praise is worthy of a good review. I had the southwest turkey burger and some of the contents kept falling out, but what kind of stuffed burger isn't messy? Very filling, great taste.

Always clean. The food comes in a respectable amount of time. The portions are on the edge of being to large. The prices are right on. It's consistently good with flavoring to match. Enough selection that you won't get burnt out on it. Definitely holds it's place as an option for dining

I ordered hamburger wraps. They were the best bunless burgers we have ever had. They use soft leafed Romaine and incased the burgers so the toppings and condiments stayed put by long tooth picks. My compliments to the chef! Usually other places put a leaf of iceberg lettuce on top and bottom. Novrozsky's was better. All burger wraps should be made in this manner.

My first time eating here 2/5/24 was awesome! I ordered lunch the mushroom swiss burger and onion rings, and dinner for later the Taco Spud. The burger was juicy and made perfect and the onion rings were hot and crispy! I added a salt for my taste to the onion rings and spud. No big deal. The spud was tasty even reheated! Service was great as well! Will definitely come back again!

It was very good. I hope the next time they get my order right. I ordered a Shrimp bake potato, they gave me chicken. Went back to get it the manager was sooooo rude about it.

The food is ALWAYS fresh and plentiful! My daughter and I usually get the chicken fried steak sandwich and fries to split! It's huge and tastes great! The service is always stellar!

Boudain balls are so good. Novo chips are crispy and seasoned well. Tried a chicken fajita salad it was good. Baked potato no chives delicious and plenty of toppings. Best baked potatoe in beaumont. Also a turkey burger with avocado for a healthy option. Lots of extra homemade ranch. Novorskys food is always hot and fresh and made to order. They are pretty consistent on everything they make.

Philly cheesesteak and mushroom swiss burger were delicious, and big portions! Usually go to the Sulphur location on way to casino, glad we got hungry and tried this Novrozky's in Beaumont ... was a little off of I10, but really worth the detour.

WoW!!! Totally impressed! My first time trying this Novrozsky's! Holy Cow! Everything we ordered was delicious! Fried Mushrooms of generous proportion were off the chain good, crispy and not greasy! Chicken Strips are out of this world good, crispy and not greasy! Full of flavor! Hamburger was great a little mushy on bottom, but that's due to Door Dash being late! Other than that delicious! Oh and they have waffle fries and sweet potato fries and they are sooo good! 10 out of 10! We will be back! Thank you Novrozsky's❤️

First time visiting and the food was Very good. I tried the turkey avacado burger, WOW! very flavorful and not dried out. The Jalapeño cheese vun was perfect with it (and not very spicy and just a little sweet) I also had there seasoned waffle fries and they were awesome as well, IMO, better than the chicken place... My hubby got the cheddar bacon burger and rings, he really enjoyed his food, too. Great discovery! Next time we are rolling through Beaumont, we will stop by for some burgers!

We had the original chicken tender meal, the buffalo chicken tender meal, the country fried steak sandwich and a basket of onion rings. Everything was totally delicious. Great atmosphere.

Stopped here on Friday night while traveling through area. Fun, local place with friendly staff and fun environment. The food focused on natural ingredients and was relatively innovative. We tried the peanut butter bacon burger and garden salad. We found them to be really accommodating. I want to go back and have the fancy akaushi beef or taco salad next time!

Grilled chicken sandwich is delicious; Inconsistencies when it comes to how the chicken is presented. So be sure to request thinly sliced chicken if thats what you prefer, Otherwise you may get a half chicken breast.

They offer healthier choices including vegetarian options! LOVE the Black Bean Burger & the Turkey Burger on whole wheat or marbled rye with avocado & a basket of fried mushrooms & their homemade Ranch Dressing! MMM-mmm GOOD!

Come hungry. Everything I've ever tried was plentiful and well made, just plain good food. Their signature stuffed baked potatoes are HUGE. It will satisfy the heartiest of appetites.

One of the best burgers in town. Onion rings are amazing. Could usually be cleaner and atmosphere is generic but we put up with it for great food. Good for group lunches, where chaos is expected and you’re willing to wait a bit. Prices not too high. Sweet tea self serve is good.

I've been to this location only twice, and both times were great. I believe I had like a barbecue cheeseburger both times and it's so delicious. My boyfriend had a mushroom wrap and he also enjoyed it. Everybody was friendly and it's a cool to place to grab lunch!

Awesome Turkey burger! It was bursting with flavor! For the cost of the avacoda they should add more than 2 THIN slices. The tea was really good and sweet.This place was clean and comfortable although some of the seats could use a little attention. The staff was cordial. The music was really nice and enhancing to the atmosphere.

My husband got the shrimp spud and son the hamburger. They loved theirs! We got a huge basket of fries which we shared. I will give them another try but no more bbq spud. Tastes like fake meat.

We went here yesterday and it was really good the food is kind of more old-fashioned tasting like a homemade kind of hamburger. My husband got the bacon cheeseburger with peanut butter(scary right lol ☺). I got a patty melt on rye bread and it was really good it might could have used a little bit more condiments like a little more mayonnaise but it was good and we all got French fries. If you don't want just a ton of french fries you might want to get a single order and not a basket like we got but it was a lot of fries I ended up eating half of my sandwich and bringing the rest with a ton of french fries home. I tasted my hubbys sandwich and it was crazy it was ok the peanut butter wasn't to sweet or to salty so it wasn't bad but it's not something I would order again but a fun experience! Hubby liked it( he loves peanut butter) tho!

Have not been to Novrozsky's in awhile; now we know why. They used to give Sr. Citizens a free drink - not anymore (but they don't bother telling you that). I ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken w/fries & toast. None of it had much flavor, but I was hungry. CFC was a little too crunchy. Hubby ordered the Iron Gut Burger on a jalapeno bun. The meat needed to be cooked longer. As we looked @our ticket to see why it seemed so much.....that's when we realized we were charged for our drinks. But not only that, we were also charged for the jalapeno bun (which was NOT stated on the menu - it just said, choose your bun). My husband brought this to the employees attention. She said it costs extra. He said it does NOT say that on the menu. She said.....Oh well. 😱 Duh??!! Guess who won't be going back to Novrozsky's????

I usually get the chicken fried steak but today it was very over cooked and not the quality as before It had a lot of tough parts in the meat—it was a lower priced cut by the suppler 6/15/23. Ticket number 101.

3 stars because I called twice and got no answer 1st time was to order for pickup. 2nd time was to let them know my order was wrong. I ordered a Hickory BBQ Burger without cheddar… I got a plain and dry burger with a side of bbq sauce. No onions or jalapeños. And seasoned curly fries. But for seasoned waffle fries. The fact that I can’t get anyone on the phone is frustrating. Burger was dry (obviously). I did put mayo on it, but planned to so that anyway once I got it.

Don't know what's going on there today, but my shell was very greasy on my taco salad. My husband said there was a lot of grease at the bottom of his meal as well. Normally their food is so good, not sure what happened today.

We usually enjoy our food and service, but today my burger was overcooked. Since the service was good I decided to try and eat it anyway, but the gnats were so bad we had to ask for to-go boxes and leave. We were very disappointed. The lady that took our order said, im sorry, gave us the boxes and continued to talk to 2 young men that were just visiting.

I got the seafood and my friend got a country fried steak baked potato. Both were overpriced and bland. There was barely any fish in my fish. The fries were alright. I wanted to add cheese but there was a $2 upcharge! Would not recommend and won't be back.

Went to Novrozsky's for the first time in 5 years. I had a $9 bacon cheese burger that was not good. Bacon was under cooked, the Nolan Ryan beef was over cooked, and the bun was stale. My wife's burger was barely ok. The fries were ok. I paid $24 for hamburgers that weren't good. Very young staff but nice Novrozsky's use to be good.

I gave 2 star for the quality of meat product. Otherwise we ordered a double double two of them.( Call in order) After getting home taking a bite its hard as a rock on the outside as well as my husbands. Burnt !! So we call the store the lady tells him to reorder bring back the food. So we did after going back to the store replacing the burnt patties its still burnt. So over placing taking money and not making it right.

I had stopped eating here for about two years. I decided to try it Sunday for dinner with my boyfriend i got the chicken strips and he got the fish too go. The food was hot, but mine was bland as hell and the chicken was hard. there was no seasoning at all it was just really bad and the gravy was awful super thick like paste and again no seasoning. for what we paid I was expecting it to be better than it was.

Fried egg burger was trash. Just a really weak, bland item. Wife had the patty melt and it was also weak. Low quality feel to the preparation and ingredients. Can’t blame the “supply chain” for that. Boudain balls were good so that’s why I gave 2 stars. When you pay as much as they want for their food, you would expect it to taste good. Definitely not the same as it was when I was a kid.

Friday night we really hoped for some all out gourmet burgers , thought for sure Novrozskys was the answer. The place was clean and thought the food would be equally as impressive,,,,,, Fried mushrooms where terrible I can’t even explain but the burgers are seriously lacking the quality for the money spent…. $55 meal for my wife and I and one patty for my dog . I have no idea how Novrozskys is considered a cut above , get better food at Waffle House. Sorry but it’s true. Fried mushrooms were terrible, burger really needs more consideration for the money spent …. My opinion obviously. Sorry I hope this review helps you to strive more for customer satisfaction.

If you want a delicious looking buffalo chicken sandwich that is a complete letdown, this is the place to go. 70% of it was all breading. The chicken was thinner than my tiny finger. Even though the sweet potato fries were burnt, they tasted okay. Overall, $22 will buy you a not great experience. Maybe the brownie will be phenomenal... fingers crossed!

The last 3 times I’ve ordered from here they have screwed up the iron gut burger. Last two times they left salsa out, this time it comes with no jalapeños. They are literally what make the burger the “iron gut.”

Ordered to go. Got the cheeseburger. The patty was burnt and dry and tiny. I still had half the bun left with nothing in it. Actually took it back to complain of their poor quality. If you're hungry don't come here.

Food was wonderful as usual however the manager tonight 9/11 8:30PM called my sister a "Sir" and ignored her when she asked for a to go plate. I addressed this with her directly and she stated that she was "on HER phone and was not trying to ignore her." Did not apologize at all. Will continue to patron other locations however Beaumont will get none of my future business.

Why is this location the only one in the area that cannot make a decent sized grill chicken salad. Let's throw in one handful of iceberg lettuce (literally), sprinkle a pinch of cheese, and 4 cherry tomatoes. This place is a joke. This is the 3rd time in a row I've ordered this, and they still cannot get the dressing right. I will not be ordering from them again. Pathetic when it take 30+ minutes for 2 salads.

Never ate be decided to try. Walked in and stood at counter and not one employee out of the 4 that was at the front acknowledged me. I walked out after standing there.. they looked at me and continued on with what they were doing. I know they may have call orders but I was the only was standing there.. and whoever kids stood at the counter. I didn’t even get a “one second mama”

Never comings here again!!! Waited 40 minutes for a simple chicken salad 🥗, the salad was brown, the purple onions where really big like a whole onion was in my salad, the chicken was good I’ll give them that😅, but the chicken juice got on my salad which made it soggy too....and the gave me big chicken slices I asked them to cut them in up , this girl chuy said ...oh I have see if they will ..... I’m just wait, I should be able too, they never did it.

The food was not good, HIGHLY OVERPICED FOR THE SMALL AMOUNT OF FOOD THAT I RECEIVED. The burgers and fries are so small I thought it was a whopper jr meal from BURGER KINGS. That’s how bad it sucked. The buns were not even toasted. The fries were cold. I have eaten better at MCDONDALS than this place and I don’t even eat out like that. FYI IM NOT EVEN FROM HERE, SO THAT SHOULD TELL YOU ALOT. DO NOT EAT HERE. I’D RATHER YOU EAT AT Cheddars or Pappadeaux‘s. BECAUSE THEIR FOOD SUCKED. Wish I could give a 0 star.

Worst Novrosky’s I’ve ever been to. I was one of the first people to get food in the morning, so there’s no reason that my food should have looked like it was warmed up from the day before. As soon as I got through eating, the food came right back up. When they were back there cooking I didn’t even smell anything cooking, and I believe the potato was from yesterday. Food made me sick I will not return. If you want food poisoning, this is the place for you.

Tables nasty and disgusting, the cashier acted like she didn’t know what we were talking about when ordering. The Vidor location is ten times better than this place.

The three separate times I got a burger have all come out dry and overcooked. Two of them I picked myself and ate within 5 minutes. The baked potatoes are ok, but the skin was also burnt almost black.

Even after asking twice for our Mushroom burger to come without mustard or mayonnaise, the waiter/kitchen did not serve it correctly. Our last trip here was us waiting 45 min for a baked potato. We will not return.

What a disappointment. I believe I actually got food poisoning from the hamburger. The lettuce was shredded iceburg bagged lettuce that tasted like the bag it came in. The pic on the menu shows whole leaf lettuce. The bottom bun was soggy. I would not recommend novroskys to anyone. 2 hamburgers and onion rings costs $30. 5 thumbs down. The onion rings were dripping in grease.

With a desire for nachos, I tried Novrozsky’s. Normally the right decision but today it wasn’t. With the current water situation, they offered can drinks which was ok. But my food… I ordered nachos with beef, cheese, and peppers on the side. Apparently they chopped up a patty which was over cooked, the cheese was not hot so everything was glued/gummed together. The peppers were good but the salsa they included was watery. This was not a good experience at all.

I stopped here on Labor Day evening. My party included 7 females. I was passing through and I have eaten here many times before. Our intention was to eat and use this as our last restroom break. Right after we ordered my youngest daughter went to the restroom and the toilets were covered in feces. She reported it to counter and was told someone would to clean it. We saw one employee go in and quickly leave (cleaning supplies are in the restroom). Twenty minutes later my older daughter went in and nothing had been done regarding cleaning the restroom. My wife then reported it again and explained we had 7 females who would need to use the restroom. After this report we witnessed 4 people (one looked like a manager) going in the restroom and leave quickly. Three of these employees were witnessed apparently talking about it behind the counter but nothing appeared to be done. Ten minutes later another of our party went in the women’s restroom and it still was not cleaned. She then reported it again and was told they thought it had been done. As we left I held the men’s restroom for the ladies in my party to use a clean restroom. To add irony to the whole situation, the store proudly had their 90/A health inspection passing score posted on the entrance door (I guess restroom facilities are excluded from health standards.) As an aside my son has worked over two years in fast food this would not have been acceptable at his place of work.

Every time I order for delivery they fail to include ranch with the Buffalo chicken sandwich. It has become a running joke to see if it will be included. I think I'm at maybe 1/10 orders that have actually included it. Buffalo + ranch go together like Al and Peggy Bundy. It shouldn't be that hard. And I *KNOW* they see the special request--my sandwich is devoid of lettuce and tomatoes as requested, but alas...no ranch. Please. If it costs extra I'll pay, but you give me no options to include it or buy it as a side.

I did not eat at the restaurant, my brother in law bought an $80 turkey and it was NOT good. Don't waste your money! My brother in law is a good cook, knows what he's doing. I do not think he messed up! And let this be the FIRST complaint...ya know some people don't take the time to complain, they just go somewhere else. Happy Holidays!

Their burgers are so mid, but the reason im making this review is because i have bad enough food poisoning from their burgers to be hospitalized. I should have known by both the clueless appearing teens running the kitchen and the weird taste in the burger i didnt finish last night. Curse you novroskys, it feels like im evacuating razor blades every 40 minutes.

This past Saturday we had the most horrible meal. We ordered 2 fried chicken baked potatoes and cheese burger with fries. It was inedible. The chicken in potatoes were burnt and the size of. Ones thumbnail. It's like during the day you had perhaps saved pieces of chicken that had burned and added to potatoes hoping that the gravy would soften them. $27 for these which we had to throw away. My son's burger he had to throw away for a high price too. Not new customers. I live 5 minutes away and we always order from here because as a rule it's always been good. It was horrible. Will not eat here again. If we had not ordered takeout I would have said something.

Went here for first time because their baked potatoes were recommended as being huge and filling. WRONG!!! Purchased the shrimp potato with about 5 shrimp. If that many. Potato was dry and limited by shrimp only. Waste of my money and time. For emphasis I included another potato from another restaurant that looked TOTALLY different but was also a Shrimp potato. Apples and broccoli. Novrosky's potato is the one where you see a majority of the potato.
