well i was actually at this place working not eating. but im a big fan of Chik-Fila food too and the whole franchise. I have been doing the canopy work for their drive thrus for over a year now.

The Dowlen Road Chick-Fil-A has very friendly people who work there and the service is always fast and the food is always hot and fresh.
I want to personally thank the Huntsville Chick-fil-A for their incredible show of support for Veterans today. As I went through the drive-thru for lunch, I was greeted by a beautiful sight — small American flags proudly displayed at the entrance, standing tall and radiant. As I moved forward to place my order, I was deeply touched to see that each branch of the U.S. military was represented by its flag, thoughtfully arranged for all to see. It was an emotional and proud moment for me to see the U.S. Army flag, along with those of the other services, waving in unity. As a 25-year honorable retired combat veteran, I was profoundly moved by this public display of appreciation and recognition for the men and women who have served in our Armed Forces. Thank you, Huntsville Chick-fil-A, for going above and beyond in honoring our Veterans. Your genuine patriotism and community spirit do not go unnoticed. I hope this heartfelt gesture brings your business continued success and growth. Respectfully, A Proud Veteran
I’m leaving this review to specifically shoutout Edgar and K’Den my 2 yr old son had an accident (potty training) By the time I came from the restroom changing him they were already finishing up cleaning it. They were so sweet and respectful. I seriously can not thank these 2 guys enough 🤎
This is a good location. Food is typical. Price is typical. Customer service is above average for fast food. No complaints.
Anytime I go here, I ALWAYS get my food quick! It doesn’t matter how many cars are in the drive thru or how many people are in the restaurant! The service is always nice! Specifically Patrick, he was very sweet and helped us when our order was messed up (which never happens)! My favorite chic fil a to go to for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

Outstanding Service and Great Food – Especially Thanks to Brody! I had a fantastic experience at Chick-fil-A recently, and I want to give a special shoutout to Brody, one of the new trainees. From the moment I went through the Drive-Thru, Brody stood out with his genuinely kind attitude, bright smile, and excellent customer service. He was extremely helpful and made the whole visit feel warm and welcoming. A few days later, I came back and sure enough, Brody greeted me with the same level of enthusiasm and professionalism. It's clear that he's a hardworking young man who takes pride in what he does. I truly hope he keeps up the great work! As for the restaurant itself, the atmosphere was brilliant. The only minor issue was the noise coming from the kids’ play area, it was a bit loud and could be heard even in the drive-thru. But honestly, it ended up being more entertaining than bothersome. At one point, a kid slid down and shouted at the top of his lungs. It made me laugh more than anything. Now onto the food, absolutely a 10/10 across the board. The fries, chicken strips, sandwich, soda, and ice cream were all delicious. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to add a little more salt to the fries. Other than that, everything was perfect. All in all, this visit was a reminder of why Chick-fil-A is a favorite for many. But what truly made my experience special was Brody’s outstanding attitude and service. Keep it up, Brody, you’re doing a great job!
Austin treated me extremely nice after informing him of my issue. Austin made me feel happy and the entire staff always provides amazing service. I love eating here cause truly care about their customers
Oh, Chick-fil-A, how I love thee! The food is fantastic! The staff is genuinely happy to see you. They have a super-efficient drive-thru if you need it. This was my first visit to this particular location. All those things you come to expect from Chick-fil-A were true here as well: the food, the people, the efficiency. Our food was actually ready before we left the register, so the person who was tasked with bringing it to our table met us at the register. I was trying to use my Chick-fil-A app for the first time, so I took a little longer than I should have leaving the register. I couldn't get my app to pay for my order even though I had linked it to my debit card. The girl who waited on me wasn't sure why it wasn't working either. Finally, a manager asked me if I added funds to my account. Huh? No. I hadn't. I didn't realize it didn't come out of my bank account. So, next time I'll know to add funds before I go. Since we don't have a Chick-fil-A yet in Buffalo, I don't want to leave a bunch of money just sitting there. My husband and I were talking, enjoying our meal, when a Chick-fil-A worker came by to check on us. We told her we were doing great and the food was perfect. Then she got really chatty with us. I mean, over-the-top chatty. She began asking personal questions about our work and where we live, and then she started telling us about her college major, her mom, her mom's job, her dad, her dad's job, etc. I left there knowing a lot about this girl. I think it's great that workers stop by to check on you, but when it gets to the point that you can't have a conversation with your table mates because the worker is dominating the conversation, it's a bit much. If I lived in Beaumont, I'd be searching out a different location in case this girl were working again, or I'd hit the drive-thru instead of dining in. But since I'm just here for a short time, I won't let that stop me from a delicious chicken sandwich and those unbeatable waffle fries.
Cashier was rude, had to repeat order multiple times. Was ignored by staff when trying to get refills. Instantly helped people that walked up after me, ignoring me. This has happened on more than one occasion. Worst chick-fil-a in the Beaumont area.
Everything was excellent. Have been back a couple of times. We have to update. Went there today. Chicken was lukewarm plus not a lot of flavor as other times . Walffle Fries if that's what you want to call them . No need for ketchup because you couldn't dip the little pieces anyway. Hope next time will be better. If not I won't be back.
They literally never get my order right. The worst Chick-fil-A I’ve been to and I’m from a whole other state! Needs structure and to get peoples order right !
Tried a mobile delivery order. Was charged but the app glitched and didn’t send thru order. This also redeemed my free delivery fee for the day. If you use the app use a credit card in case you need to charge back. Customer support can’t see a transaction so I guess they assumed I was lying. Also their phone number just sends you into a loop of waiting music.
Horrid experience, totally incompetent staff. Placed a delivery order. Entirely wrong order delivered. Tried calling unit to rectify situation. Put in auto-connect hell. Drove to restaurant. Manager snippy. He tried to remake WRONG order. Finally got a refund + compensation. Then told credit would take 3-5 days to show up on my account. Avoid these incompetent people at all costs.
How hard is it to put an Avocado Lime dressing in my bag? I can tell you that I was charged for it, but it was non-existent in my bag, but there were 2 Honey BarBQ 's .. not impressed.
Absolutely unacceptable service from Chick-fil-A! We ordered through DoorDash and they forgot our Sunjoy. Simple mistake? Sure. But what followed was just outrageous. I called to let them know, and the manager on the line admitted it was their mistake. Instead of offering to make things right, he demanded that we go to the branch and pick it up ourselves. Excuse me? We ordered delivery for a reason. Their error, and we’re the ones who have to suffer for it? And to make it worse, the manager was extremely rude—bossy, dismissive, and unprofessional. He literally told me “it’s not his problem anymore.” I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. No apology, no empathy—just attitude. Chick-fil-A is known for good service, but this manager is the complete opposite. He should NOT be in that position. He doesn’t care about customers at all and clearly doesn’t understand accountability. If this is how they treat people after they mess up, I’m done. DO BETTER.
