Oh my God,,, the waitress (Lisa) is amazing. Not only did she help me with my order,but Lisa had such a great memory for the menu as well... picked up on our taste and personality so fast.... I will be returning,I pray Lisa's here cause my daughter hates to order..but Lisa made the experience smooth... Keep up the great work IHOP!!!!!!!!!

Food was great. Service was good, but, lots of mistakes. Don't get me wrong, She was really trying hard, though. We gave her a great tip, because, she went above and beyond for us. She was so friendly and helpful and professional. Restaurant could have had a little tiding up. Overall, we had a great dining experience. I do recommend this restaurant.

Our sever was quick and care. She always made sure we had everything. The pancakes were good and bacon were awesome. I don't know if I have a chance to come back but I highly recommend to everyone

This was not mentioned in the advertisement & in my opinion should be automatic if you dine in with children during the advertised hours. Restraunt & it's restrooms were clean. Visit started out great, our server took our food and drink order, after bringing us our food, it went down hill. I requested crispy bacon, she claims the cook gave her the floppy bacon. She didn’t offer to take it back and get crispy. She never returned until she brought us the ticket. She catered to her few other tables around us. She let us run out of drinks which is a big no no! She didn’t offer any to go drinks, asked if we needed anything, she just sat the ticket down and walked off. After about 10 minutes, she returned to get the ticket. Needless to say, Brandi needs to be retrained and spoken to about how she treats others. We have not been to this location in years and after that afternoon, we remembered why. We will never break down and return to this place.

Waitress was not that great at all. They did not have tea. So she had a make. So instead ask me, would I like some water while I waited or anything. She just tell me that the T would be ready soon and that she would be right back to take order after waiting 20 to 30 minutes and seeing other people ordering with another person. I got upset. I speak to the manager. I was told she was busy on top of that. Then, the waitress runs over. Oh, what did I do? Do I do something wrong now? I mean, come on. Then, we finally got to order. And I'm I ordered over medium eggs. I got overhard, she asked me, is there something wrong? I said, well, this is not over medium. It says owed it out as a waitress. You should know what you're bringing to the table In the back, I could hear the cooks say, well, that is over medium. Then, the waitress told him, well, she just don't like em. If the yolk is hard, that is over hard, not over medium. Asked for 2 things a butter she brought one as for tabasco never. By the time she finally brought my extra.Butter my pancakes were cold and would not melt the butter.My sausage was cold, my bacon, was cold. They need to send their crew to Galveston, and let them train them on how to do customer service and cook the food, right?

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Do not order pick up from this location EVER. I ordered in, got told to show up at 10:10, show up at 10:10, and then spend the next 10 minutes standing alone at an empty front desk watching my food get cold on the shelf. It should have been like 30 seconds in and out. The reception was just EMPTY. What's worse is that this has happened the last 2 times I have been in too! And as if that were not enough the pancakes I got had bits of stuff on it too! Like, are you guys not even doing a wipedown between orders?? I have literally never written a review for anywhere before but MY GOD the experience there is terrible. 1 Star - Terrible place to get breakfast

We sat for two hours and 7 minutes. Never got actual service. We waited patiently. The waitress in our section needs to be fired, very rude and nasty when I asked for service. She continued to wait on everyone in the section. When the manager came to "apologize" for our ticket being lost. (How convenient) she smiled a spiteful smile. This location is horrible the server was horrible and the manager is worthless. I have already contacted corporate and filed a formal complaint. Can't follow link given to me. Another bullshit runaround by ihop.

Service is almost non-existent. I want to spend the last day of my life here because they’ll find a way to make it take a week. Also the air conditioner vent was dripping on us. Doesn’t seem very sanitary above food.
