Always good food. My husband had the strawberry salad and it was a very large portion and delicious.

We love this particular Schlotzky's because of how fresh the bread is! Everything here is amazing! Even the cokes are consistently carbonated. This location is simply the best! My favorite!

The Food is very fresh and tasty!! I have never been disappointed regarding the food. Cool place to cater an afternoon training or business meeting! I would advise the Management to be careful of the person to work the drive through.

Made an order online for pick up. Parked and ran inside to get the food, quick process! The sandwhich was good, their chips are great! Alittle pricey, but its todays economy.

This was the first time we tried one of their pizzas. I was delicious. We will definitely be back for pizza again. The restaurant is well located in front of Lowes and in the middle of one of the most heavily trafficked business districts in the Beaumont area.

Schlotzsky's sandwiches are consistently good. I love the bread they use. This location seems pretty popular. If you order a sandwich that is toasted plan on waiting a while. It's worth it. When I get home with the sandwiches (15 minute drive) they are still warm.

I went through the drive through today. What a wonderful person to speak through the mic to place my order. Her name was Karen. She had a smile and a happy. Hi how are you. I wish more people had her wonderful personality. It would make this old world a little bit happier. Karen did that for me today!!!

This was our first time eating at a Schlotzky's, it won't be our last as it was really good! The pizza was delicious and as it was after 5pm it was only $5! The staff was very friendly as well.

The staff are well organized and efficient in all areas of the business. The atmosphere is welcoming, comfortable and clean and the owner has a lot of pride in the store which is clearly reflected in the service and appearance of this establishment.

I've been ordering online but today I just drove up to a line of cars....I read the menu while waiting... garlic bread (about 4 pcs) is included with all soup...not exactly. YOU Must Ask For It.... just found that out. It made the Potato Soup an extra treat...by the way they were out of Chicken Tortilla last night, maybe next time 2/29/24 We shared a medium original and it just right. Got a small break for being seniors and enjoyed the new retro decor. We will return.

Food is always great. I usually get the pick two combo. Everything I've eaten from here has been great. Salads, pizza, sandwiches, whatever... you name it, it's probably absolutely delicious. AND somewhat HEALTHY!

We go here quite often. In all the years this place has been open, I have never been told "We close at 9" when I said my order was for here at 8:30. Let me add that it wasn't that she said this. It was HOW she said it.

Update 12/12/25... I just have to say again how much I appreciate this location! The food is perfect, hot, the pizza full, the sandwich is full and I just love their packaging. Everything is neat fits in the bag properly and you get plenty of napkins without asking. The lady at the drive-thru is just the sweetest ever, I love this place. We are blessed to have them in Beaumont... Their food is absolutely top-notch! I had a little mishap with this to go order, the soup spilled and broke through the bag and spilled all over my car. I went back and the owner, Julie, rushed out to my car and helped me clean it up and replace the soup! You just don't get service any better than that..

I took my son here. We split the chicken fiesta sandwich, baked potato soup, and got fruit instead of chips with our meal. Every bite was like heaven. The soup was perfectly seasoned, came with cheese and green onions on the side, plus some crackers. The sandwich had the perfect amount of each ingredient. I love the free pickle counter. I wish they had regular lemonade instead of sugar free, but we found a good drink as well. Atmosphere was pleasant.

This has got to be the VERY BEST SCHLOTZSKY’S I have ever had! I ordered 3 Turkey Original sandwiches for my Mother, Boyfriend and me and they were made to perfection! The Team that makes the sandwiches in the back made them exactly the way we ordered them and they were crispy with the right amount of fixings on them! They literally tasted like gourmet sandwiches! We all said that we definitely will be back to visit this location when we are in Beaumont again! The entire staff was very friendly and the man that took our order was very polite, and friendly! The environment is very clean and I love the decor of the interior/exterior of the building! I wish I knew the names of the employees, but I commend them for their hard work! 10/10 would recommend!

Great staff- they are so accommodating!!! I had decided to take my lunch to go instead of eat there & they were very nice about getting it out to me in a quick manner. It was also a very clean facility!

Food was great but prices are very misleading my meals I thought would come out to 16 and some change made the combo a large and paid 32 bucks. So I'd say it was a little over priced for 2 sandwiches 2 drinks and 2 bags of chips.

Great food but I ordered mine with no mustard and it came out plastered in mustard !! They just need to listen and there is no difference in original and original deluxe save some money and just get original !!

I've never really tried out their entire menu, but I recently tried out their Pizza. To my surprise, they had a delicious BBQ chicken pizza.the crust was well baked in the flavors between the chicken, red onions and barbecue sauce harmonize well.

I love The Original, and it's always good. The dining area is clean every time I've been here. There is also a nice covered patio if you want to eat outside.

The sandwiches are always amazing here, the potato soup was less so. Will pick something else next time. Staff was nice and the restaurant was very clean.

The food is always good, but they seem a bit lazy with their salads. For example, the last 3 times I've gotten a salad with apples and they put whole apple wedges in my salad. It's still tasty, but difficult to eat that way.

Good food, usually well constructed. Sometimes they pile all the meat in the middle of a sandwich to make it look more "full" at the cut, which makes it ridiculous to try and eat without meat redistribution. The BIGGEST problem here is their kitchen timing. Get ready for half the table to be finished eating by the time the other half gets their food delivered to the table. Every. Single. Time.

I enjoy going to Schlotzsky's usually for lunch while at work. The food is pretty good and I do so love the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine they have in there now. It's one of the newest models and its calibrated perfectly. They just redid the interior and it looks really nice. The additions of booths against the walls are a welcome addition. The only complaint I have is that they are very expensive for the type of food they have there. A medium "original" sandwich with chips and a drink (there are no combo discounts, everything is a la carte and full price) will set you back between $11-13. That's very pricey in my opinion. But overall it's good food and great sandwiches on sourdough bread.

On the pricier side for sure, can easily spend $50 on a family of four. I've always enjoyed it, my family enjoys it, will definitely go back, quality food. I wish they didn't charge for meat substitutions, ie. Turkey original comes with Genoa, I don't eat pork, very easily could substitute it with more turkey at no extra charge, but it is what it is, definitely not a deal breaker.

The sandwich was excellent. This was the first time I've been to Schlotzsky's in years. I had forgotten what size and which sandwich I order. The staff was extremely helpful. Poor lady took my order, then I completely changed it, and she had to start over. She did so with a smile and no complaints.

My son and I split a chicken pizza and a medium original. Both were good as expect, but there seemed to be A LOT of lettuce on the sandwich . I guess I should have ask for lite lettuce and made it a deluxe original so it would have had more meat. All in all it is still one of my favorite sandwiches. The service was quick and the restaurant clean with only minor thing that needed attention. I will be going back as the Beaumont location is my favorite.

Ordered chicken and avocado sandwich with rye bread. Excellent sandwich that I have gotten from here for about 15 years. I gave it 4 stars because they no longer have whole wheat bun. Manager also was very understanding and accommodating when I said the sourdough bread on sandwich that I first ordered, tasted hard and stale...willing to remake entire sandwich with rye bread (which I requested to replace the sourdough bread). I will go back.

Me and my boyfriend went to eat here not too long ago and we mostly have no complaints! The food was brought to us and was very good. Loved the cream soda there and still come to order it. :3

I haven’t been to Schlotsky’s in about 40 years and it will probably be another 40. The Reuben we bought looks really pretty but the bread didn’t taste like rye, or anything other than colored bread. The thousand island dressing had little flavor so I’m guessing was watered down. The sauerkraut was scarcely discernible. As a matter of fact I couldn’t taste it in the sandwich.

One pizza come out perfect the other not so much. It's like they went heavy on the cheese on the first, realized it was a mistake and then we light on the second. All I can reasonably deserve is consistency.

The please was empty,the food was great but the service sucks. Our food sat on the ledger until we retrieved it. Next time I order a Turkey & guacamole sandwich, I would appreciate it if you actually put guacamole on it.

Decent sandwiches, they are beginning to become overpriced. Other than that they are a good spot. Some of the portion sizes are small and they just renovated to have more of a hipster atmosphere if you're into that.

Inside was dirty. Trash area needed to be wiped down. Bread needed to toasted more. Too much mustard on sandwich. One employee was sitting on the counter. Others just standing around.

I got the roast beef, bacon and cheese sandwich. Im sorry but 1 slice of bacon cut into 4 pieces does not make a sandwich that advertised bacon on it. It tasted ok but it would have been better if i could taste the bacon

Food was good, I think we were a bit disappointed with the friendliness of the staff. We spoke with the waiter that brought our food out, he never smiled, other staff walking around like the world was ending that day. With all that is going on, I think customers would like to be greeted with a smile and a friendly word. But maybe I'm asking to much. Regardless we wish you the best.

Not like it used to be. They don't spread the meat out to get it hot, so it is cold inside your sandwich. I always ask for them to please spread the meat but they ignore it. It's a good place overall, but seriously, when you spend almost $20 for a sandwich they could do better.

Tried ordering via the app, but it wouldn’t let me sign in or create a new account! Fortunately I was able to order over the phone no problem. But when I arrived at the drive through, the senior discount hadn’t been applied, so she had to re-ring it up. I’d ordered the large extra-original with additional tomatoes and black olives. When I got home, it sure didn’t look or taste like what I’d expected. Can’t comment on atmosphere, cause I went through the window. Service was not as friendly as previous visits, the lady at the drive through seemed like I was bothering her. The napkins were crumpled up and thrown in the bag, unusable. If I decide to have another, looks like I’ll have to go inside and personally supervise in order to ensure the order is correct. Usually these are the best sandwiches in town and I hope they can return to their former level of quality.

Really enjoy the sourdough buns, and the service is very good, but the atmosphere feels like I'm sitting on a lawn chair outside a convenience store while I eat my sandwich. Also, a selection of kettle cooked chips would be a great addition.

my sandwich just wasn't cooked enough, I mean the bread on the outside was crisp but the inside of the sandwich was soggy I have had much better schlotzkys sandwiches before they haven't quite got it figured out here for whatever reason. I will be back to try again because I just mess with schlotzkys like that but I wish the sandwiches came out on point. but whatever it was still edible.

I ordered 2 small sandwiches with no mustard, add mayo, no lettuce and no olives. I got 2 sandwiches with mustard put on my bread then wiped off somewhat and mayo added and 1 with mustard and lettuce. The girl told me they messed up on one so they made me another one and gave me the one that they messed up on. All together, I got 3 wrong sandwiches. This was my first bad experience with this location and I have mixed feelings about whether I'll go back anytime soon. Jack in Beaumont.

Staff was busy, but this the 4th time I went to the Dowlen Rd location and got a full supreme sandwich. I always order a SMALL CHEESE ORIGINAL NO ONION, EASY ON MUSTARD AND LETTUCE. IF YOU CANT EAT THE MEATS ITS A PROBLEM. I TAKE IT OFF BUT THE SANWICH STILL TASTES LIKE MEAT.

Today they deserve barely two stars. We ordered, pulled up after a car and paid at 6:05. One car ahead of us. It's 6:27 and they finally come out... with the WRONG ORDER! Waited another few minutes and finally got our food. Group of kids behind the counter smokin and jokin without a work ethic in their bones. Usually our order comes out at a pretty decent time for being made fresh and busy. Tonight there was no reason.

The broccoli cheese soup was terrible. It was way too thick and tasted burnt. Also the bread was too hard that day and one of the cashiers acted like me asking for things I needed bothered her

My pizza, a personal Pizza, that I ordered has almost no toppings on it... It was mostly crust. I mentioned it to one of the ladies when she brought it to me at the table, she just looked at me. My husband ordered a barbecue jalapeno personal pizza with extra barbecue sauce and it was dry, he asked them to add extra sauce and she brought it back to him just a mess of sauce all on top completely sauce then. The person with us also ordered a pizza and his had almost no toppings again it was mostly crust. Their soda machines are bad tasting like either bleach left in the cleaning process or the mixture / blend of soda is way off. It has been that way for several months now.

I want to the Schlotzsky in Beaumont Texas today. Neither one of the employees smiled. The look on their faces was like "oh great a Customer ". I ordered a med . Turkey, avocado sandwich. There was like 10 slices of turkey. Tasted like generic lunch meat.!! Never again!!!

I love the sandwiches and pizza I ordered soup today. The onion soup looks like black water with burnt onions in it. There wasn't any melted cheese or croutons.and it's says on the menu. The potato soup was so thick it was not soup. I was feeling bad with the flu and wanted some comfort food like soup. I was not please. Call me sick and disappointed 😞

Ordered on the app and got an email saying it would be ready at 12:13. Walked in at 12:13 and it wasn't ready yet. Was told twice it was "almost ready" by 12:30 my lunch break was over and I asked for my money back. I was told they didn't get the order until 12:10. I'm ok with that. But why did the email say 12:13 then? Good food but poor service.

I only ordered chips today. Disappointed in female window staff as talking with coworkers was more important than attending to the Customer. (Poor customer service) Conversation between coworker involved what she sampled and how it tasted... we had already exchanged money and all she needed to do was hand me my chips. When I interruped their Conversation, she got an attitude.

I enjoy this location, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. However, I’ve had repeated negative experiences with the older woman who frequently works the drive-thru. Initially, I assumed she may have been having an off day, but her demeanor has been consistently rude during multiple visits. She often appears irritated when taking orders or responding to simple questions, and there is typically no greeting at the window; only an unwelcoming attitude. Based on these experiences, I would recommend ordering inside rather than using the drive-thru. The young lady who brought my food out to my car was very sweet.

Good food, horrible service. They forgot the salad dressing three times at the drive through. I wasn't keen on driving all the way back just to get the dressing. I wrote to the manager, who replied that they are not perfect and mistakes happen. That reasoning works for the first offense. If they keep making the same mistake for three times, they prove themselves dumb. I even suggested that they put the dressing inside the salad container so they would notice if it's missing when they close the lid. No measures have been taken at the store as far as I know. I like their salads but after the third strike, I stopped going to this location. On the bright side, Panera Bread finally opened their new store right next to Schlotzky's. Just go there instead if you don't want to deal with the morons.

I love Schlotzsky's, but I don't believe I will be returning to this location. I understand that Texas has lifted the mask mandate, but I was hoping that masks would still be enforced here for the safety of the employees and their customers. One staff member out of the five or so present was wearing hers. The young lady at the register was also unpleasant. On a completely different note, I tried one of the soups, but it was all salt and broth and a complete waste of 4+ dollars. Just stick with the sandwiches.

Terrible service. They forgot our order for 2 sandwiches. If I had not went and asked I don't think I would have ever got them. We were the only ones in the place. Then the guy brought us one sandwich and an empty plate. At this point I had enough and was heading up to the cashier when one of the other guys realized my sandwich was left behind.

I normally love this place but my last visit was a disaster. I ordered my usual which is a medium ham and cheese original with no onions on jalapeno bread. I paid my $7.57 and then 30 seconds after, the cashier pops her head outside of the window and says she FORGOT TO INFORM ME THAT THEY WERE OUT OF HAM!!!! At this point, I should have followed my first mind and asked for a refund. She asked if I wanted another kind of sandwich. I decided to go ahead and get the turkey. I've had the turkey sandwich here before, and that's not what I was given. The lettuce and tomato were ALREADY wilted and there were nasty peppercorn all over the turkey. I feel like I was given a sandwich that was just around. It made me so sick, I still have not been able to eat anything else yet. This may have been the last time I ever visit this place.

Didn’t even get to try the food, lost my appetite after two workers laughed at my mom’s appearance because she just got her lips done, she had lip blush done causing them to be swollen and both male and female employees at the register was looking at each other making faces and laughing and one even walked away. Completely lost interest in this place and We walked out, and it was gonna be the first time I ate here. Their food may be good but customer service, completely distasteful and disappointing, probably shouldn’t work in any public setting with people if you can’t have manners and compose yourself 👎

They sell medium sandwiches as large. Small sandwiches as medium. Bread is not cooked. Service is terrible. In fact I contacted the franchise to get this place shut down

Waited 20 minutes for our food, while everyone else around us got theirs that came in after. The staff stood around clueless . Finally walked up and asked if there was an issue, they had our order in a Togo box behind the counter. Looked at each other and said “I told you that was someone’s!” I won’t return to this location until there is competent staff.

I was missing the extra cheese I paid for, which was already frustrating. But the French onion soup showed up with no cheese and no croutons even though that’s the entire point of the dish. On top of that, the Center of the Roll™ was so dry and hard it snapped in half it wasn’t giving “center of the Center of the Roll™” at all. For the price, this level of inconsistency is honestly unacceptable. Every item was either incomplete or just poorly made. Super disappointing experience.
