The total experience at Jo Jo's is the most important value. They are consistently quick to serve, anticipate requests, and offer great food at great price. ( sounds trite but truthfully so) I've been here many times.

Beef and Broccoli 🥦 was hot fresh and tasty rice was on point as well general Tsos chicken was great also just wish I had a little more sauce for them but other than that everything was packaged well and arrived hot

The wait staff needs to be more friendly. While there I got a fortune cookie that said "There is nothing that costs so little no goes so far as courtesy". The staff needs to read this!

The environment was peaceful, the food tasted good, the portions size is mid, the place was clean and restrooms too, the service - they kept a close eye on me and watched me walk to my vehicle, and kinda uncomfortable and uneasy to talk with and a lil difficult for them to understand me, there manners are a bit off-putting a bit to me at least. over all (3(1/4)Lunas)🌕🌕🌕🌘🌑

I was in town to hang out with my son. One of our favorite things to do is play liverpool rummy. So we decided to find a restaurant where we could order dinner and play at the table. We were craving chinese food. My mom suggested Jo Jo's, so we decided to try it out. We walked in around 5:30 pm on Saturday night and sat ourselves in the corner. There were 4 tables occupied already. It took about 5 minutes for them to bring us a menu out. We asked a few questions, and the waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered 2 eggrolls, eggdrop soup, orange chicken, which came with fried rice, and beef lo mein. The eggdrop soup came out first. It was DELICIOUS!! Could not have been any better. Perfect in every way. The eggrolls came out next. They were piping hot. Like hehehe hoohoohoo hot. But oh so delicious. Especially dunked in the sweet and sour sauce. The orange chicken and beef lo mein came next. Both were fabulous! The orange chicken was not too spicy. The beef was so tender. The atmosphere was ambient. Several times, I mentioned how much I loved the music that was playing. I wish I knew the names of the songs. The waitress could've been a little more friendlier, but maybe she had a long day. We oftentimes felt ignored or not checked on like the other patrons. She also was loudly tossing silverware on 20-25 plates she had spread out on the table next to ours, which was quite annoying and could've either been done quietly or after hours. There were probably 20 people that came in and picked up food they had ordered to go. I can definitely see why. Next time, I'll be ordering the food to go. Our bill was $33 plus $10 tip.

Just had dinner, the "pork" wonton's was simply a fried wonton there is hardly any pork inside. I ordered the General Tso chicken its real chicken but the first 3 pieces I ate (and only 3) were 90% gristle. After that I could not eat anymore. The fried rice looked and tasted like steamed rice that was soaked in soy sauce. The man at the register made my ticket correct but I learned my lesson about eating here.

Flavors are good, but the pricing didn’t jive with the quality/ portion. $27 with tip for Mongolian (beef/ chicken/ shrimp) wonton soup and egg roll. The meat was definitely skimpy. And just my preference, but the meat wasn’t “crisp”. Just the same texture of any other basic Chinese restaurant. Service was friendly and attentive.

Food was good service was somewhat okay really made me and my family feel uncomfortable and I really feel like it's because we were young black people in their establishments don't ask for a tip allow me to give it to you the server kept watching us as if we were going to run out on the bill like no I have money never again..

I originally ordered my food to go, but since I had been traveling about an hour and a half, I decided to eat there when I arrived. I even told them to just leave everything in the to-go containers. After I paid, Morgan told me, “Normally if you order to go, you have to take it to go, but I’ll let you do it this one time,” which came across as rude and unnecessary. The restaurant was not busy—only one other person was dining—so I don’t understand the issue. This will be my last time eating here. A little kindness and good customer service go a long way. The food was just okay!

This establishment is NOT welcome to people of color. As soon as I walked in I was not greeted warmly nor did I feel like my presence was wanted or welcomed. I have ordered take out from this restaurant before and the food is good. Had I came in to eat first and experienced how my kind is unwelcome they’d of never gotten a dollar from me. I have never been greeted so rudely anywhere as I was here. I highly recommend the hole in the wall on calder. The food is great as well as the service and they appreciate our (people of color) business.

Service is bad because the staff are rude. I also found hair in my food and noticed no one in the restaurant. Maybe that's because I'm not the only one that had that experience. 84/100 makes it make sense.

The food looked thrown together… I wouldn’t feed it to my dogs. No taste no flavor, bland. For what I paid I feel I was ripped off. The owner didn’t care nor try to make anything right!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER THERE AGAIN!!!
