Been about a year since I've been here...still great Food and Service as always..was awesome to meet Taneka she was a great bartender, extremely busy but still took care of me and everyone else! Stop by and see her and show some ❤️ $$
Hayleigh our bartender was amazing. I just found put if youve never been here. Let them know and uhhhhh you'll see. But order an Apetizer first ;)
I wanted to write this review solely to highlight the exceptional customer service my family received from the manager, Jeremy! My family dined in on a very busy night, but from the moment we walked in until the time we left, we never felt unattended. We were seated right away and greeted by Jeremy, and we later found out he was also helping both the server and the bar that night. Even though everything was served within a reasonable amount of time, Jeremy still made sure to check in on us and went above and beyond by offering an item from the menu on our next visit to make up for the wait. He was very friendly and truly made our night out more enjoyable and beyond our expectations! Also worth mentioning, the food was served hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious! I will always recommend LongHorn for their dedication to providing great service and quality meals.
Visited at around 5 on a Friday evening. Plenty of seating available, atmosphere was quiet and enjoyable. Appetizers were the stuffed mushrooms and onion petals. For the main course my wife ordered the bone in ribeye with a loaded bake potato and a side salad. My meal was the T bone with rice pilaf and a side of steamed broccoli. My wife asked for medium rare and received a medium rare steak. Seasoning was on point with a nice flame sear. The T bone was ordered rare and received as such. Again the seasoning and sear were perfect. We ordered a mixed drink for her (strawberry margarita) and I had a Mai Tai. Our server was courteous, considerate, and attentive. At no time did we feel pressured to rush a decision and periodically check to verify everything was satisfactory. For the quality of the food, prices were fairly set. The complimentary bread and butter were fantastic. We will definitely eat here again. The only detraction we found was the entry/exit setup. Customers have to exit through the same doors they entered. Exiting past waiting customer entering is a little congested and confusing.
This location was FANTASTIC! Ashley (Red) was our server and she did a magnificent job; she is very friendly, responded swiftly to any of our needs and went the extra mile to really make us feel comfortable and enjoy ourselves. As for the food.. I could not have asked for a more perfectly cooked sirloin, everything came out hot, fresh and seasoned just right. We will definitely be eating here again!
Went yesterday around 6 PM. Our server was amazing and the food was so so good. I got a steak that was Parmesan crusted with the brussels sprouts and the grilled shrimp. I highly recommend the brussels sprouts and getting your steak Parmesan crusted for the appetizer we got spicy chicken bites and the stuffed mushrooms. I love the chicken bites. They were amazing and the sauce was so good. The stuffed mushrooms were a little bit too much for me. But they were amazing regardless. Wonderful night highly recommend
Celebrated my ex sister-in-law's birthday yesterday. Everything was fantastic. Super service, awesome food. Best in town all the way around. I had the Pork Chops and sweet potato w/cinnamon sugar and butter 😋
The food is top notch! Ask for David! He made our experience none like any other. He was not a big talker (which my husband liked, I am a big talker lol), but our drinks NEVER ran low, food was piping hot and bread was brought out before it was gone. He was on point in every way. The kitchen staff is 🔥Pablo our Sous chef made our steaks perfectly! The rest of the food was just amazing as well! If you like mushrooms, try their stuffed mushrooms and you will want that as an entree!!! Chasity the host was friendly, attentive and ran around the restaurant assisting the servers and seating people promptly. We even tipped her, she was so sweet!
08/15/2024 Lunch. As usual, my wife and I shared a steak today for lunch. We shared the 20 ounce Outlaw Ribeye and a salad. As always, the steak was delicious and a delight to eat. Adewunmi, our server (aka Thomas) today was excellent (5 star good). Ask for him if you want great service. He made a very good meal an excellent experience for us today, and I wanted to make you aware of him for when you're ready to go there for a steak. Another nice thing was that the kitchen split the meal in half for us. And divided the steak and potato onto separate plates before serving us. Lunch was 5 star all the way today. From the food to the service, our meal was uniquely satisfying. The only drawback was that the music was a bit loud, but we were having too good of a time to mention it. Rating first impressions: Excellent: Uniquely satisfying. V Good: Better than I expected. Avg: An everyday meal. Good food. Fair: Below par. Dirty & or flies.
Everyone was polite and nice. The food was delicious. This is a pricey place. I did not need steak sauce for my steak. No one used it at our table. The fried okra is the best I've ever had. The bathroom was clean.
Had the Ribeye. Highly recommend medium well. As you can see this is a steak house. I was glad I chose a steak today. Service was good although they took my cell number I didn't get the notification until after I sat down. Strange set up however glad to get a nice table. My wife was very impressed therefore we will be back.
Delicious food and dessert. My steak was perfect (Medium Rare), white cheddar stuffed mushrooms were delicious, potato soup was yummy and highly recommended. Thank you for the amazing service we received from Jonathon S. my family (party of 7) was well taken care of.
Had seen mixed reviews so decided to see for myself. My experience was great. Ashley,our waitress was attentive and the filet was dead on. Enjoyed it and will be back next time I am in Beaumont
Excellent experience at this LongHorn Steakhouse restaurant. We also had an amazing server named Elena. The food was excellent! The brussel sprouts are amazing, the strawberry pecan salad was excellent, and of course their steaks were mouth watering!

Tortilla chicken soup & house salad for lunch was fresh & great! The chocolate desert was huge & yummy & enough for 3 people. Loved it! Great lunch deals!

The manager was very nice and understanding he made sure my cousin enjoyed her birthday and made sure we all got our food, we had a large group of family members and had 2 waitress, the tall black guy have a really bad attitude, he dont need to work as a waitress he not friendly and I am glad I was sitting on the other side of the table so we had a different waitress she was nice and very sweet and had excellent customer service, now the guy my family members talked about him at the table and I watch him he have very poor customer service, BUT OVERALL THE FOOD IS GREAT , WE CAME FROM HOUSTON TO CELEBRATION WITH MY COUSIN FOR HER BIRTHDAY
We had a late lunch here today. Was greeted upon walking in. Seated quickly then it went downhill. Server was not good at all. Ausun was our server. We had to ask to order. For refills for to go box and check. He was not friendly nor did he seem like he wanted to wait on us at all. His negative attitude didn't ruin our meal. Food was great 👍
My husband and I ate here for our anniversary on 9.19.21 for the 1st time and it was pretty great! The 1st bread loaf was fresh but very dense with all grain in it, the 2nd was hard as rock, they coulda kept that loaf for the birds outside. I got a TX margarita which had plenty tequila in it🥴 We also got Texas brisket queso for an appetizer which was wonderful, it was warm and flavorful with warm chips. I got renegade sirloin with TX okra and loaded baked potato. I didn't care for the okra: the breading wasn't seasoned, cut down the middle and soggy cuz of the cut and it was next to my steak so soggy at the bottom as well, but the potato was great. My husband got the outlaw ribeye with broccoli and TX okra; broccoli was good and decent sized florets. Both cuts of meat were cooked medium and they were delicious! My husband said whoever made his steakade love to it🤣 cuz it melted in his mouth like butter. We'll go back for sure! Only complaint our waitress took her time returning to take our order.

They really need to get it together on wait times. App will show 1-15 mins or host stand will tell you the same and you’ll wait at least 30, sometimes 45. Host stand doesn’t know how to tell people appropriate wait times. They’ll tell one customer 15 mins (after a room full of people have already been waiting 20+) then tell the next customer 45 mins.
If you want grilled food it's great. Only 1-2 items on the meat choices are fried. Not many vegetables to choose from. Overall the food tasted good and the service was great!
The food is good, but not great for the price. We were in a very large party and they did well considering. Not the best service but due to our large crowd I feel they did well. The atmosphere is typical steakhouse style.
The server seemed distracted. He brought out 2 starters that we didn't order and took them back in the middle of taking our order. The meal was so, so. Sides were good. Steaks were either over cooked or lacking in seasoning and flavoring. One person in our party described his T-bone as tasting like they took it strait from the freezer to the grill. My medium steak came well done. Server stated that the sangria was made from scratch in-house, but it didn't taste that way. Overly sweet...like kool-aid. Several steaks were out of stock. Not worth the $300 bill at the end.

Out of what we wanted and then burnt the burger chosen in replacement. Our server had strange disposition no prebussing but did get a refill. Neighboring table was talking to their friend who was a server, let's say, in an unprofessional manner, funny but I dont want to hear it over dinner. Not horrible but not good either
Been waiting at the bar for more than 20mins and no one bothered to even ask for order. And even when I asked myself the response was as if I came here to eat for free!!! Been here quite a few times just for the steak but this kind of service is disappointing.
I was looking forward to enjoying this restaurant, but the service fell short of expectations. While our server initially checked on us, we experienced significant delays thereafter. Our entrées took 45 minutes to arrive, only for the server to inform us that the chicken parmesan was unsatisfactory and needed to be remade, resulting in an additional 25-minute wait. When the meals were finally served, it took another 10 minutes to receive the ranch dressing I had ordered. For dessert, we requested the lava cake with the check, yet it still took approximately 20 minutes to be served.

Place is pretty much empty but couldn't seat us and the host was very unfriendly. After placing us on a 5 min wait list with no explanation. She continues to laugh and talk with another worker. We waited 5 min. then left after nothing. Horrible way to be greeted at a steakhouse.
