Delightful staff and good food! I recall being extremely cold inside, so maybe come prepared for that. Food came out pretty quick. Love that I was able to take some to go, it came in really handy! So glad I can now say I like and have tried McAlister's.

The cashier provided wonderful service. It was my first time so she helped me with trying to decide what I wanted from the menu. The place was quite and cozy. It's a nice deli.

Right first of all, it was freezing cold in this facility. It was so cold. I couldn’t even enjoy my meal and then my salad had wilted lettuce in it. I was not impressed.

Floor is sticky with liquid on the floor. Bagged our lunch and left it at the front counter instead of bringing it to our table. Had to eat out of to go boxes. Didn't give us any way to eat our food. Asked for silverware and was told there was no forks. Gave us spoons to eat a salad with. Table next to us had forks. Table wasnt cleaned when we sat down. Had to clean it ourselves. No ice in our drinks either. Over all bad experience.

Food is amazing but don’t order curbside. I ordered and sat in the parking lot for 30 mins, even called and they said they would bring it right out. Nope, I had to go in with my bonnet and pjs and it was sitting right behind the front desk as the lady up there was on her phone. Horrible service.

I expected a lot more from this place considering the high reviews. Though the restaurant was pretty clean and the costumer service was nice, it’s clear that the kitchen doesn’t really do well with modifications or having food out in a timely manner. Our food took almost 30 minutes to come out despite having barely any costumers in the restaurant. When it came to the modifications, I ended up ordering the Four cheese sandwich and when the cashier asked me if I wanted tomato or not, and I said no. As if you could imagine, there was tomato on my sandwich and I’m definitely not a fan of tomatoes. Not only was my food messed up but my sister and father also didn’t get what they requested. My sister ordered a potato and the cashier told her that a standard potato came with butter and sour cream. In the end the bacon on her potato was burnt, and despite sour cream being standard, there was none on her potato. When it came to my father he ordered a salad that came with vinaigrette dressing, he requested ranch instead. As you can tell by the contents of this review, he also didn’t receive his ranch. So I really don’t know if they were having a bad day today in the kitchen, but me nor my family enjoyed our food. So all together I’m not saying that this is a bad restaurant or that you shouldn’t eat here, I just wanted to share my experience with anyone who wanted to try this place out.

I usually love McAlister’s but this one is awful. The service was non existent. The lady at the front barely is able to speak with us about ordering food. On top of that she was eating ice out of the ice machine by hand. She has headphones on talking to someone else. Food came out untoasted and cold. We have to get back on the road so don’t have time to deal with it. The entire place was empty when we were there so that probably makes sense looking back at it. Don’t waste you time just go to Chipotle or something.

Was feeling under the weather and decided to pick up potato soup to go at Mcalisters on Dowlen in Beaumont Texas. Looked forward to thick hardy potato soup as in the past. The bowl was only two thirds full and thin white water with very few chunks of potatoes. Was like they were trying to stretch a pot of soup. Terrible, I will be trying Jason's on Dowlen next time.

I came here once a couple years ago and was reminded today of why it’s been so long since I’ve been back. I placed a pickup order online and showed up to get it. I waited for 20 minutes and the lady behind the counter asked me for my name. She goes back to check and comes back with nothing. I waited 25 more minutes just to find that my order had been behind the counter the entire time. No sense of urgency whatsoever from this place.

My spouse and I used to love ordering from this Mcalisters for years, but after they hired a new manager and staff, no one can get an online or call in order correct. I have to drive up there twice and they will not compensate for wasted time and money. After it happened 6 times in a row, we stopped eating there. The food is good, but it is deli, so it can only be a limited amount of good to begin with, but the staff incompetence was the final straw.

An absolute disgrace of a business. It cost more to order a half of a sandwich and side as it does for a full sandwich and side. I just paid close to $13 for a half sandwich and side and drink to be given this. I brought it to them immdeatily to fix. I didn’t just pay $13 for this meal to be handed this pitiful wrap. Which wasn’t even wrapped properly to even look like a wrap. It literally had maybe three pieces of lettuce, few slices of chicken. Can’t believe someone put this together thinking this was acceptable, handed this off to someone off to deliver who also thought this was presentable to give to a guest. “Fixes” it and says is this better?! No. They literally didn’t not add to it but rewrapped it. I ask for a refund. Which I might add, took almost 20 mins to receive something that is a cold sandwich and heated up Mac and cheese. Now I have to leave to find lunch elsewhere. I tell the manager how ridiculous this is on the cost and that it looked liked that. Her response was “she wish she could do something about it” I understand they cannot change prices but you sure as heck can produce better quality food. You literally can do something about that. Come on.
