Me my sister and daughter came in for lunch. We were seated right away. Took a while to be seen by our waiter Jamus which he apologized right away explaining he just got done with an 8 top. He was so nice and gave excellent service that we didnt care about the little wait. Gave some good dish recommendations. He was super nice and laughed with us. Customer service was extremely wonderful! Every person I encountered here from the hostess to the runners was great. Our waitress, Kia was very attentive. She interacted with us like she knew us. I watched her with other guest and she was the same with every table she had. From having small talk to asking if we were OK, she was a pleasure. There was an issue with my food. I ordered cheese sticks and they came out cold 2 times in a row. I never want to be the customer that makes a servers job harder, because dealing with people is definitely stressful. CJ, the manager, was very apologetic and understanding and he even took them off of my bill even after I told him not to. I have never been to this location before tonight but this is now my go to location all because of the great people they have working there. Thank you for the immaculate customer service. I will definitely be back!❤️

I noticed some changes to the menu recently but my favorites are still on it. I enjoyed a 3 meat smokehouse combo and as always, the first thing I take a bite of is the street corn. The sausage on this trip was particularly good. The best part was the honey Chipotle chicken crispers I ate later that evening at home. Service was great and prompt.

If you know me, you know Chilis is a lifestyle more than just a restaurant. Since moving to the DFW area I have been looking for my "home base" Chilis and this one takes the cake! My food has always hit! Soda is always carbonated and perfect. I always sit in the bar area and Maddy and Davena have always taken care of me. My drinks are always full, the queso is always out quick. Best service I’ve ever had a chilis.

Our server Pierre provided outstanding service! He was attentive and did a great job anticipating and meeting our needs. Even though it was dinner rush and they were clearly busy, I really appreciated that he stopped by to let us know our orders were being prepared and would be out soon. When we told him how happy we were with our service, he suggested that we should make his Chili's our new preferred location, and we might just do that!

I never get tired of eating Chili’s. My husband gets their quesadillas and that’s my favorite. Greta service and fabulous food.

My wife plus I came in for dinner while craving something shareable. We chose the triple dipper featuring chicken bacon avocado plus big mouth bites served with amazing fries. The food arrived fresh, hot, plus full of bold flavor. Every bite felt satisfying from start to finish. The experience left us smiling plus already planning our next visit.

* Update... skillet queso is back and all is right again. Fries were good and crispy too. Our waiter was attentive and very nice! *Update. They got rid of their skillet queso and replaced it with something that tastes like the cheap jarred stuff. The queso was the reason I went. Loved it on my fries. The salsa was very watery. My fries were soggy, no color to them. My burger was very good, but I can get a good burger at other places. $73 (with tip) for 2 meals. 3 cheesesticks and 2 regular drinks......probably won't be back. I used to be ride or die for Chili's 😭 The 3 for all is a great deal. My burger was very good. Their queso is my favorite. The service was a little slow. Took awhile to get drinks and main entree. The machine on the table to pay the bill was not working and it took awhile to pay the check. But I will definitely go back.

Kevin was my knight in shining armor. His meat recommendation was top notch. Would never take any one else’s meat. Slight downside for service and reason it’s 4 stars, he wouldn’t let me twirl his majestic mustache. But he gained it right back and why it’s now 5 stars because he gave me excellent dance advice. I have been here when it was quite bland and dry but everyone is allowed a bad day, there was an added nuance of it being a really busy night. But personally if im looking for an affordable night out with my family we always choose this location as one of our options because the service is amazing here.

The smooth texture and rich flavor came together in perfect harmony, like comfort food dressed up for a night out. Some would call the experience a solid 10/10… but me? I visited this place on a Friday around 7PM so they were packed, every table was full and customers were waiting which is to be expected for a Friday night. What I did not expect is that this Chilis staff must have all been former NASCAR pit crew members or something, anytime a customer left the table was cleared and a new set of customers was seated within a blink of the eye. I waited less than 5 minutes for my table then the real show started! The waitress Maddy was at our table taking our full order (not just drinks) within a minute, another minute goes by and our drinks were served, about two minutes later our soup was served, shortly after we finished our soup our meal was served, all while Maddy kept checking up on us to make sure everything was good or if we needed any refills. She was never alone though, her coworkers were helping her deliver items and carry plates back, each person working seamlessly as a team. The food was all very hot and fresh, and I was throughly impressed with the quality of everything I ordered. I’m typically a pretty frugal person but I felt compelled to tip more than 20% since I was so impressed with everything! I haven’t been to a Chili’s in over 10 years, but I’ll definitely be a regular at this place after this experience. Shout out to Maddy and the leadership at this location!!!!

My 1st time having this drink... its the Grand Coconut Margarita when I tell you it was so good its one of the best Margaritas I've had in a while. If you like Coconut flavor this is for you... well done Chili's 👏

Good food during the lunch times, $8 bucks for a starter and entree is a great deal. The food is pretty consistently tasty here. I will always be down for Chilis over losers like Applebees. There is really no comparison.

Have been back here in awhile. Was nice to see that the food, service, and atmosphere was just as good as ever. Our server, Kristen was fun and efficient. Our entrees were very good. I had the Classic Ribeye which was tasty overall - it was perfectly medium rare and salt-crusted, which I need to be careful of in the future for health reasons. My sides were standard fare: loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli, which a little overly seasoned. I also had their margarita-of-the-day called Cherry Blossom which tasted like a cherry limeade! It was awesome! Lol! Overall, a very pleasant dining experience!

We had a texted coupon for chips, salsa and guacamole which was nice. Our visit on a Sunday at noon coincided with easing of coronavirus restrictions, see picture. They were able to fill 90% according to the young hostess. She tried to seat people at three booths right next to each other when there was plenty of room to distance parties. One group moved. It seems like this place is less concerned about viral safety than other restaurants. We may come back after we get a vaccine in the first quarter of 2021 (hopefully), but not before. The restaurant was nice and open feeling, but that probably makes it easier to spread the virus too. The chips were a little soggy and cold, but our waiter Jacob was great and got us some new ones. My wife and I split the triple dipper and had food left over. It was a good deal with our coupon. I will likely come back next summer, but not till I get a vaccine.

Overall, all was good. I asked our server what craft beers they had on tap, and he named all beers. Lol. Not a huge deal. My friends nachos were brought out wrong and she had to wait to eat until her new order arrived. Management did come by twice and apologized. I just felt bad that she sat there with no food while the rest of us ate.

Pretty good place to eat if you want good food without breaking the bank. The honey chipotle chicken and waffles was amazing-- definitely a must-have item on the menu. The burgers were good in their own right as well. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the entire restaurant seemed clean, modern, and overall nicely put together. My only complaint would be the strawberry lemonade definitely not being worth the splurge; other than that, a great place for a quick bite.

Its a nice place to hang out, have lunch or dinner. Big variety and good food. If you feel like having a beer at the bar, there is always frozen mug beer to have and so delicious nacho dip.

My husband and I decided to eat at Chilis tonight. We didn’t want much so we ordered a triple dipper! The greeters were friendly and prompt. We were seated in between 2 large parties so that was a little awkward. Food was hot and I was satisfied. However the entire time we were there, this gentleman that appeared to be a manager talked to the table behind us the entire time. Often flinging/playing with his ponytail. When we arrived, he was eating on a quesadilla standing up. While standing and talking to what appeared to be his family, he pages and ask the staff, “how are we doing back there instead of actually going to check. We were there for 30-45 minutes. He stood there the entire time. Not one manager visited a table to ask customers how their food was. It’s not a good look to a customer to see a manager not engage.

I gave my recent order three stars due to the chicken crispers not seeming fresh or hot and my double order of fries only seemed like a single order of fries. I expect more from this location and more when I spend $40 on two meals.

I hadn't had the pleasure of eating at what was once a favorite place years ago, so decided to give this location a try versus 121/Glade. It can be hit or miss sometimes, so I gave up! In the mood for them after a year, I ordered the triple dipper with SE egg rolls and 2 orders of the bone in wings! So saddened as something was completely off with the wings as far as flavor! Nicely, the egg rolls did not disappoint! Perhaps not so fresh oil, but it really affects the taste, as completely not their famous wings I use to love! Maybe it was an off night! *shrugs

My family stopped by Chili's for a late lunch, and most were pleased with their meals. I ordered a burger, it was cooked just right and was very juicy. The homemade pickles are the best, and the portion size was just right for an adult. My children had chicken tenders, fries, and quesadillas with mac and cheese. They loved it. My husband ordered surf and turf. The steak was tasty. However, the color was off. It looked as if the steak was once frozen and then thawed in water, leaving the steak a light color. The server was friendly and attentive. Yes, I would revisit but wouldn't order steak again.

I have visited this location several times prior to this review. My last experience is why I felt compelled to leave this review, with evidence. First and foremost, the food was hot and tasted great, also my drink was very delightful (hence the 3 stars). The negative and unfortunate thing is that, after asking for a side of lemons to put in my water, I found a piece of hair in the cup (see first picture). I informed the waitress and she looked at it and said oh I’m sorry about that and walked away quickly, without taking the lemons away or offering to bring more. This is how I was able to capture the picture. I have no hair on my head thus I knew it was not mine. I’d recommend just being observant of your food and drinks as this could happen to you. Not a bad location at all and things do happen. I get that. However, the response from the waiter was not up to par. I could have been offered more lemons for my water and the cup could have been taken away immediately instead, I had to look at it while consuming my food and beverage.

The only reason I ever ordered Chili's or go into a Chili's is for the skillet queso. With that being removed, I cannot eat at, will not order from, nor recommend a Chili's.

It’s Chili’s I didn’t expect fine dining. Apparently they’re making some changes to the menu and one of those changes was ditching the famous skillet queso…. What the replaced it with is a crappy Ro-tel/velveeta knockoff. Not great compared to the skillet queso. Service was so slow and the iced tea was served hot over ice so by the time you get to drink it you have room temp tea with 1 lonely cube fighting for its existence at the surface. As long as this is the experience I’m just going with fat food.

We ordered our burgers at the counter bc when I attempted to do it in the app I got an error msg stating it was unable to contact the restaurant. So I went inside and ordered at the counter. The lady was very nice. I ordered two mushroom Swiss burgers, But I don’t recall that she asked how I wanted them cooked. Then went in my car to wait. We didn’t wait but maybe 10 min to get our food my husband even said wow that was quick. When we got home and opened our burgers were both burned & charred. We were so hungry, we ate it but totally regret it now because we’re nauseated and have a burnt taste in our mouths! Very disappointing burger for chili’s they are usually the best. We honestly crave the Chilis burgers.

Prior to COVID, we used to order from this Chili's location at least once a month for a weekly staff meeting at our healthcare office. This is our first time to order since the pandemic subsided, and it was a pretty disappointing experience. We ordered platters online to serve 16 for an office meeting. We scheduled curbside pickup and no one came outside when I arrived for pick up even though the parking signs say "Sit tight, someone will be out soon." I went into the restaurant to get our order and no one offered to help carry it out - there were two employees standing at the counter and no other customers but me. Got the food back to the office only to discover that our House Salad party platter bowl was filled halfway, and the two Triple Dipper party platters we ordered were definitely not as generous as they used to be. Previously we could order three party platters plus a house salad to feed 25-30 people and always had more than enough. The price has increased on these platters as well. I'm not writing this to completely trash Chili's - the food is still great - but to warn anyone who is ordering party platters from this restaurant to be aware that you're not going to get the amount of food that you used to and you're definitely going to pay more for what you do get! We won't order again from this restaurant for our staff meetings.

Our waitress was amazing did a great job with bring drinks and our food, the problems we had was the 2 runners and the floor when we came, on the floor it was really slippery and greasy, where we sat a lady did clean that spot but the whole foor was dirting like it never got swept, I understand it was a busy day but at least get the greasy floor clean, now for the 2 runners. The one that brought the food didn't worn my wife it was very hot and my wife almost dropped it on our newborn and son, and the other runner 1st he just comes and throws everything on the table and we was asking for our other things of chips, but he didn't even give a sec to ask, also I took my son to the restroom and come back and we see that there's server's putting the food out for everyone and we are waiting to pass and he just walks right in frount of my son almost running him over, and I notices 2 but he was wearing crocs to work on the work room floor which Crocs aren't a good choice for food service. Food was great though but feel like the runners didn't care.

Food was overpriced for how much you actually get. Definitely a victim of shrink-flation. Burger didn't fit the bun, the steak had no crust, was gray and unevenly cooked. The southwest eggrolls taste fine, but have clearly gotten smaller, are filled less, yet cost 40% more than a few years ago. The appetizer plates that came out had one dirty and two wet plates. Could've at least dried them for us. Literally had 4 different people working our table, so I don't see the point in leaving a 10-20% tip when the actual server did a miniscule amount of the work. Our server wasn't even paying attention when taking our order as he was looking around instead listening. I had to repeat myself a couple of times because he wasn't engaged in taking my order. Everyone was friendly though, so that's a plus I guess. But honestly, your dollars can go further for a better experience elsewhere.

I went on a date with my boyfriend and we are teens mind you. He had 10 on mobile and 25 in cash. He payed the 10 on the kiosk at the table and gave the waitress the 25. She only gave us 5 bucks…did they target us because were teens? If so please don’t do that. The food was delicious but please stop treating us teens like this.

Our visit was probably the worst ones I’ve ever had with just our server Alex. Not knowledgeable very irritating. Just two of us and the big table behind us got here after us, got their food first, our server wasn’t even checking on us. Highly irritated at this point. The only things saving the visit was the managers, very nice and helpful after dealing with someone was unsure of literallllly everything. Didn’t even get to enjoy my food at this location, just wanted to go home. Took 20 minutes to figure out what needed to happen. Which was very simple. From someone who works in food and beverage can EASILY handle using two rewards.

Worst experience my family has had at a Chili's. Our black waitress was prompt and attentive to the two tables across from us with blacks but pretty much ignored us because we're white. We had to get the hostess to make the waitress take our order. We witnessed other whites walking out for the same thing but we already invested time, so we stayed. The ribs were nasty and looked like they were rejected by someone else. We always tip well but not this time. No tip and we'll never go back. We recently moved nearby and we will be telling everyone who is white to avoid this place because we weren't the only ones facing this. It was rampant at this location.

Picked up a to go order tonight I paid $45 dollars for 2 entrees of salmon and broccoli . My salmon was browned and they put raw broccoli in the to go containers. Horrible , but who cares, right… they won’t notice until they get home 😡

I go to this Chili's often enough and almost exclusively use their online platform. Ordering is simple, but their curbside and to-go needs some serious work. Their times are never accurate. I live four minutes from this location and have been given waiting times of 30 minutes (on a busy day, understandably), yet when I arrive ten minutes early my food is already done and COLD. This has happened more than once--these orders were the Cajun Chicken Pasta. I've had times where I've ordered and immediately go to the restaurant and my order is ready. Less than 10 minutes. The garlic bread is soggy, the pasta is luke warm at best. Then today was the worst. I was given a waiting time of 20 minutes. I leave immediately and get there 15 minutes early. This time I ordered the chicken tenders with Texas cheese fries and a couple other sides. I check-in, as I always do, and then I sit and wait, and wait, and wait. The time they gave me already passed, so after a few more minutes I call to see how much longer my food will take. I'm not upset, I'm just trying to gauge how much longer I will be sitting there. The lady on the phone was not the lost polite, albeit she wasn't out right rude, but when I asked how much longer she simply answered with "I'll bring the food out as soon as I can" and then comes out a minute later to hand me cold food. I have been waiting for over twenty minutes and I'm handed cold food. The tenders are luke warm at BEST and rubbery, the fries are luke warm and the cheese is SOLID. This is absolutely ridiculous, and I would definitely like to be contacted by management.

This was my first time to order bone-in chicken wings from Chili's, and they were so hard, tough, and dry, possibly over cooked. So, they kindly brought another order of wings, which were also too hard, tough to eat, and dry internally. There are a lot of things that Chili's dose very well, but its not wings. I would not recommend these wings to anyone!!!

The food in this location is WAY too salty. It is a recurring problem and I will not return to the Bedford location I have done takeout from this location repeatedly and this issue is getting worse. Other Chili’s are not like this. The kitchen staff are not following Chili’s recipes.

Food was ok. Experience with waitress was horrible. And completely unprovoked. We came out for Father’s Day weekend, and my husband wanted to hold the baby. Please explain to me why the waitress came over to the table and said my husband deserved a drink because I was making Father’s Day about me because he was holding the baby and not me. Her exact words were “I guess mom makes everything about her and even turns Father’s Day into Mother’s Day.” She then ignored me the whole visit until she realized I was the one paying and not him. God forbid a loving father wants to hold and sit with his child. Apparently I’m the villain for letting him spend time with his daughter on Father’s Day weekend.

Wish I could leave a 0 star review! We actually decided to leave this Chili’s location — after being seated, we waited 10+ minutes without anyone coming by. When we finally got up to leave, we explained to the hostess why, and there was no attempt to fix it or even acknowledge the wait. Super disappointing! Luckily, a visit to the nearby Euless location more than made up for it.

Me and my wife ordered their sirloin. We asked for medium rare and got rare. Fine whatever we send it back to get it cooked a bit more. Minutes after i finished my sirloin i throw at my table. There was no warning. I got up to go to the bathroom and throw up more. I don’t want what was wrong with that steak but i haven’t even been that sick from steak. Anyways the alcohol was good those and so was the chips and salsa. The Mac and cheese noodles also weren’t cooked through at all. It was basically hard noodles with cheese. Our server though. That’s a different story. She never gave us straws or silverware but we watched her give it to other tables around us. Not sure if it’s bc me and my friends were lesbians or not but that was insane. Our friend ended up getting the silverware after 20 minutes of her not getting us any. She also didn’t have a welcoming attitude. She acted as if she didn’t want to be there and because of that as soon as we could we left. Didn’t even bother taking our food to go. Never had such a bad experience at a chilis. Never returning
