I've dined at many Chili's restaurants in my travels. I like Chili's because you can depend on a certain level of quality that I've learned to appreciate. Chili's isn't fancy or expensive. They always serve good consistent quality food.

I thoroughly enjoyed the elegance of the new Southwestern Queso — a savory, cheesy goodness that danced across my taste buds with each bite. The smooth texture and rich flavor came together in perfect harmony, like comfort food dressed up for a night out. Some would call the experience a solid 10/10… but me? I’d say more like a 6-7 (insert 6️⃣7️⃣ hand gestures for emphasis). Still, gotta admit — the flavor was hitting, even if some people swears it would’ve been better if they’d just thrown some beef in there. But to sum it up… I love chilis.

I had an amazing experience Friday night at this Chili’s From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming and attentive. The service was quick, and everyone made sure we felt taken care of the entire visit. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered & you can tell the kitchen takes pride in consistency and flavor. The atmosphere was upbeat but comfortable, and the staff worked together like a true team. It really shows that the management cares about both the employees and the guests. Definitely one of the best Chili’s locations in the area I’ll be back! 🌶️

Upon arrival the hostess was able to seat me immediately in the bar. The bartender was not immediately behind the bar itself but no issues. She was back within five minutes able time for me to figure out what to order. My food and drinks were delivered promptly. The steak had a delicious crust and the loaded potatoes were scrumptious. The asparagus could have been a little more well for my liking but still good overall. The bartender was very kind and nice.

We love chillis, great food at decent prices and always good margaritas. On this visit it was a group of 10 sweaty hungry bikers and they took good care of us. Seated us quickly and had us drinking and ordering our food in no time.

Pierre went above and beyond for my family. 10 out of 10 will certainly come back for the customer service we just recieved! Every meal came out perfect and he checked on us throughout our stay. I managed casual dining restaurants previously, It was refreshing to not only have A+ service but to also see management out on the floor touching tables.

I visited this place on a Friday around 7PM so they were packed, every table was full and customers were waiting which is to be expected for a Friday night. What I did not expect is that this Chilis staff must have all been former NASCAR pit crew members or something, anytime a customer left the table was cleared and a new set of customers was seated within a blink of the eye. I waited less than 5 minutes for my table then the real show started! The waitress Maddy was at our table taking our full order (not just drinks) within a minute, another minute goes by and our drinks were served, about two minutes later our soup was served, shortly after we finished our soup our meal was served, all while Maddy kept checking up on us to make sure everything was good or if we needed any refills. She was never alone though, her coworkers were helping her deliver items and carry plates back, each person working seamlessly as a team. The food was all very hot and fresh, and I was throughly impressed with the quality of everything I ordered. I’m typically a pretty frugal person but I felt compelled to tip more than 20% since I was so impressed with everything! I haven’t been to a Chili’s in over 10 years, but I’ll definitely be a regular at this place after this experience. Shout out to Maddy and the leadership at this location!!!!

Today we got to sit with our favorite server, Jacob. He's very good at his job. Always attentive and courteous. If service means as much to you as the food and value. This is the place to dine and Jacob is the one you want to seat with. May Review Great dining as usual. Our server, Jacob, wasn't working today, but Mattie did just as well. She's very attentive and courteous. We'll sear with her again. I'm sure. The 3 For Me is a good deal at our favorite location, Airport Freeway.

Me and my husband went to get dinner we both got the triple dipper. Mine being the Nashville hot moss, big mouth bites, and the southwest egg roll. My husbands being the Nashville moss, big mouth, and the Nashville chicken. We both very much enjoyed our food and definitely will come back.

My husband and I decided to eat at Chilis tonight. We didn’t want much so we ordered a triple dipper! The greeters were friendly and prompt. We were seated in between 2 large parties so that was a little awkward. Food was hot and I was satisfied. However the entire time we were there, this gentleman that appeared to be a manager talked to the table behind us the entire time. Often flinging/playing with his ponytail. When we arrived, he was eating on a quesadilla standing up. While standing and talking to what appeared to be his family, he pages and ask the staff, “how are we doing back there instead of actually going to check. We were there for 30-45 minutes. He stood there the entire time. Not one manager visited a table to ask customers how their food was. It’s not a good look to a customer to see a manager not engage.

I have visited this location several times prior to this review. My last experience is why I felt compelled to leave this review, with evidence. First and foremost, the food was hot and tasted great, also my drink was very delightful (hence the 3 stars). The negative and unfortunate thing is that, after asking for a side of lemons to put in my water, I found a piece of hair in the cup (see first picture). I informed the waitress and she looked at it and said oh I’m sorry about that and walked away quickly, without taking the lemons away or offering to bring more. This is how I was able to capture the picture. I have no hair on my head thus I knew it was not mine. I’d recommend just being observant of your food and drinks as this could happen to you. Not a bad location at all and things do happen. I get that. However, the response from the waiter was not up to par. I could have been offered more lemons for my water and the cup could have been taken away immediately instead, I had to look at it while consuming my food and beverage.

Food was overpriced for how much you actually get. Definitely a victim of shrink-flation. Burger didn't fit the bun, the steak had no crust, was gray and unevenly cooked. The southwest eggrolls taste fine, but have clearly gotten smaller, are filled less, yet cost 40% more than a few years ago. The appetizer plates that came out had one dirty and two wet plates. Could've at least dried them for us. Literally had 4 different people working our table, so I don't see the point in leaving a 10-20% tip when the actual server did a miniscule amount of the work. Our server wasn't even paying attention when taking our order as he was looking around instead listening. I had to repeat myself a couple of times because he wasn't engaged in taking my order. Everyone was friendly though, so that's a plus I guess. But honestly, your dollars can go further for a better experience elsewhere.

I went on a date with my boyfriend and we are teens mind you. He had 10 on mobile and 25 in cash. He payed the 10 on the kiosk at the table and gave the waitress the 25. She only gave us 5 bucks…did they target us because were teens? If so please don’t do that. The food was delicious but please stop treating us teens like this.

Our visit was probably the worst ones I’ve ever had with just our server Alex. Not knowledgeable very irritating. Just two of us and the big table behind us got here after us, got their food first, our server wasn’t even checking on us. Highly irritated at this point. The only things saving the visit was the managers, very nice and helpful after dealing with someone was unsure of literallllly everything. Didn’t even get to enjoy my food at this location, just wanted to go home. Took 20 minutes to figure out what needed to happen. Which was very simple. From someone who works in food and beverage can EASILY handle using two rewards.

Me and my wife ordered their sirloin. We asked for medium rare and got rare. Fine whatever we send it back to get it cooked a bit more. Minutes after i finished my sirloin i throw at my table. There was no warning. I got up to go to the bathroom and throw up more. I don’t want what was wrong with that steak but i haven’t even been that sick from steak. Anyways the alcohol was good those and so was the chips and salsa. The Mac and cheese noodles also weren’t cooked through at all. It was basically hard noodles with cheese. Our server though. That’s a different story. She never gave us straws or silverware but we watched her give it to other tables around us. Not sure if it’s bc me and my friends were lesbians or not but that was insane. Our friend ended up getting the silverware after 20 minutes of her not getting us any. She also didn’t have a welcoming attitude. She acted as if she didn’t want to be there and because of that as soon as we could we left. Didn’t even bother taking our food to go. Never had such a bad experience at a chilis. Never returning
