I moved here from Corpus Christi and ate at this McDonalds first. Every visit I have had here over the last few years has been stellar! My food came out quickly, correctly and was given to me with a smile. Even when the cars are stacked at the drive thru like today, the line moved along with breakneck speed. This crew and management should be commended on their expert level service. I think this is how all fast food places should be run. Kudos y'all !

I just want to apologize for my Grandfathers actions on august 3rd 2023, while some parts of our orders were wrong, he could have handeld it in a much … calmer manner. and im sorry for everyones day we ruined, the food was very nice, and despite missing a couple things off our order the employees were very kind. Again im sincearly sorry for him, he had no reason to yell. Have a great day

This location is known for their streamlined service to their customers. It's not your practical large establishment. Most customers I've viewed enter inside order and depart. There are two drive thrus which seem to be packed with vehicles constantly. Parking is a problem...since the drive thru goes through the parking area.

By far, my favorite McDonald's and I've been to many :) This location has a friendly, efficient staff, and their food comes out hot and "fresh" consistently. And, they always get my special order, correct! Thank you to the team that makes this a great experience each time!

I'm surprised by this location, and although I put low on service due to forced Self-Ordering I'm pleased with setting & a cleaner McDonald's for once and small toddler play scape in a cooler temp safe space.

This is the only McDonald's we visit because it still has a decent playground. Playground and restrooms are kept clean as well as the rest of the establishment. What we can see, that is. Food has always been good(for McDonald's) and don't forget top it off with some delicious soft serve ice cream!

This is one of my preferred McDonald's locations in the greater Austin area. The food quality here is better than some other locations but they can be pretty slow at off-peak times. This location doesn't seem to have food sitting precooked as often as other locations, which means I often have to wait longer than other locations, but I'd rather have something freshly prepared vs something that's been under the heating lamp since yesterday. Staff seems friendly.

12/5/2022 - updating my 4 star review.. I ordered a shake with no toppings because I am allergic to whip cream out of a can. So, of course my shake came with whip cream. The employee (if I were to guess, I would say she was the supervisor for the shift) opened it, took the lid and scraped whip cream off into the big trash can and gave it back with a new lid There was still whip cream in it and when I told her I was allergic, she gave me a dirty look and acted put out that she had to get me a new one. She totally dismissed me when she handed me my meal. There was only one other person in line, so not like they were swamped. This location is going downhill in employee service!

I'm 56 and haven't had a Quarter Pounder with cheese since I was in my 30s. It was delicious. Lots of sesame seeds on the bun. Cheese on both sides of the beef which had a nice grill flavor. And McDonald's pickles are the best pickles. The strawberry shake had lots of flavor.

McDonald's food always seems well and consistently prepared. Service was courteous and attentive. Can't say I like kiosk ordering much -- seems to take twice as long as counter ordering, and is occasionally confusing. Eating area and bathrooms were clean and well-kept. A good McDonalds location.

Rarely would I ever visit McDonald’s, but I had a craving. Poor service followed by cold food, and I called the store and spoke with the manager. End of the day, she made it right, brought me a fresh warm sandwich and threw in a couple apple pies. I appreciate the gesture and she was admitting that they have some new folks training, I know this is an area where McDonald’s has been traditionally strong. Edit: Clearly someone pays attention to the reviews. The very next day after making the review, all my "extras" we're fulfilled. Went from no salt to a carton of high blood pressure 🤣.This McDonald's is ok... They rarely ever handle "custom" orders properly. Custom as in extra salt, extra sauce, etc. Wouldn't be a big deal but some of these things come with an upcharge. They're also slower than the average McDonald's at lunch time.

Well, I admit that I love a cup of McDonald's regular coffee when I need that fast caffeine fix when I am out and about. I do think their coffee is great. But the service here, ordering at the drive through, was just awful. I just wanted a cup of coffee, but I was in line for about 15 minutes, and the employee/cashier basically tossed my change back at me, and it ended up on the ground. She didn't so much as look up. I know they must be understaffed to have service this poor. I hope they don't have this kind of problem on a continual basis.

It's a fast food joint like all of the others. I go there when I'm crunched for time because they're fast and the food is not terrible, except this time: soggy tiny hot fries and my burger was barely warm after sitting for some time. It was before 1:00 PM too. Surely at that hour, as busy as they were, my lunch should have been much better? :-(

The young lady who took our order I guess she was a new hire, she was not trained properly and could not operate the register properly she even had problems putting the order together, she got very little help from her supervisor because he was busy taking care of the drive-through, I guess they were short staff.

I went to the drive to and ordered a number one. I hate going through the drive thru and while i'm ordering I get cut off when i'm talking. I get to the windows to get my order and they park me. I sit there for atleast 5 minutes. ( had enough time for a phone call). As I watch 4 or 5 calls that were behind me get their orders. Finally I get my order along with 2 other cars that were parked. The food is warm at best.

I've only ever written a couple of bad reviews, I mean I'm pretty understanding especially nowadays, however after trying to give this this place the benefit of the doubt I've come to the conclusion that they just don't care. It's not that they just had a bad day or are short staffed or something that could be considered an excuse. I've ordered at their drive thru, on their kiosks and at their front counter from their cashier and the customer service and food have consistently been sub par. I haven't received a single French fry that wasn't undercooked in any of my orders, they constantly get my order's wrong. When you can't eat the food you order what's the point?

The place was packed so I had to sit in the kids area, and although there were no kids the whole area smelled like dirty feet. I go every morning to get coffee and the staff is amazing. This is the first time going at night and the staff was SO rude. I asked for the cookies to be dropped fresh and I didn’t mind waiting. They made me wait a really long time just for them to bring me cookies that are hard like a rock, not fresh at all and they did not even bring me the correct amount. I asked for 6 and they brought out 3. I’d rather drive 30 minutes to the next McDonald’s than to go back to this one.

We confirmed it with the person that received the orders, then with the cashier and the guy at the window said no orders online, and just ignoring us. I have gone to this McDonald's SEVERAL times in the last couple months due its convenient location. And every single time their have been issues. No exaggeration when I say EVERY time.. Every time their has been something left out or done wrong with the order. Worst customer experience ever. Waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes. I wanted a simple ice cream cone. I was initially told that it would be served in a cup. Odd, but sure I’ll oblige. Once I pulled up I was told the item I wanted, a simple ice cream cone, would not be made because it was “too watery” and zero attempt was made to remedy the situation. Last 3 times, they shorted us at the drive thru. This time I decided to go in and fix it. Not sure if the employees were mad i came back or if they couldnt understand me, but they grudgingly got the rest of my order and no apology. Then we found this little added bit of protein at the bottom of my kid's fries. I quit McDonalds years ago. Now thankfully my wife is done, so I no longer have to drive there.

This place is horrible I placed an order and they gave me a scoop of some sauce in a chicken nugget container and was laughing the whole time inside the drive through. I didn't think anything of it drove off to find out what they had done and immediately went back. They looked like dogs with their tails between their legs when they got caught. Faked apologized and the in some disgusting fries to make it "better".

Service and efficiency is slow whether drive thru or dine in. Dine in however seemed slower . The kiosks still require you to get a tent and pay out at register which is counter intuitive to be faster. Food took more than 15 mins. Not worth the wait nor the play area inside.

Huge line. They serve drive through first. Order included 3 double hamburgers, 1 double cheeseburger, plain. All came as cheese burgers, yet 3 were wrapped properly as hamburgers. None were plain. I had zero use for them as the plain double cheese was for my dog, cant feed him pickles, onions, ketchup, or mustard. I absolutely LOATHE cheese on my hamburger, so I had no choice but to toss all 4. 2 20-piece chicken nuggets, both so old and soggy we threw away a full box because they were nasty. Honey mustard sauce instead of hot mustard. FFS, I ordered it myself on the kiosk. Did half your job for you and yet it was still a disaster. I want to be refunded for all the food I paid for that wasnt prepared or served properly.

Horrible customer service. I was charged for items through the mobile app and I had THE RECEIPT. I WAITED 30 minutes and they refused to give me my food. Not only is the staff extremely rude but the manager was irate before I got to the window. I was belittled and made to feel as though I don’t know how to work an app (I’m 20, I know how.)This used to be my favourite spot but not anymore. This is the first time I have ever given anything a one star rating. If you value your time and money don’t come here. I will also contact my bank to get my money back for both orders. (See how it says collected in the photo? It was never collected because they REFUSED to give me my food)

Absolute travesty - worst managed fast food establishment I’ve ever visited. The owner of this franchise is negligent and should not be running a business. I waited over 25 minutes for an order I never received and ended up leaving because the staff was so incompetent. Every single order in front of me was wrong in one way or another. Three others were so frustrated they walked out. This location couldn’t have been worse. I left without my food or a refund. After reading other reviews about the same inability of the staff at the Bee Cave location to perform their jobs, I put 100% blame on the owner and the management team they hire.

The food quality at all Mickey D’s has deteriorated. The price has increased, the customer service inside is hardly present, the bacon egg and cheese biscuit has only one very small piece of bacon and is no longer worth the money. This is consistent across all of the MCD locations we have visited this summer on our travels.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The workers here are so rude. I wanted to order hot and spicy pancake McGriddles, but I guess this location doesn’t carry them. Instead of telling me they don’t have them, the employee at the drive through was extremely rude and laughed while I was trying to describe the item. I drove away and went to the next closest McDonald’s location- they had the hot and spicy pancake McGriddles and were all so kind and accommodating. I will always drive farther instead of choosing this location.

Big Mac burger was a mess. Extremely stale bread. Employees only cared for their friends coming in. I asked for ketchup and they gave me 2 packs for big Mac meal with nuggets. This is a typical McDonald's where you can get your food like you expected anywhere else that you go like these franchise stores. However this one in particular have been to several times and picked up food here before and not very friendly staff doesn't communicate with their customers or acknowledge them for that matter. Not acknowledging the customers is a big no-no. People half the time are standing there like looking down to the work area and no one acknowledges anything the customer has going. But like I said other than that the food is as expected that you would get from a McDonald's.

Made us use the kiosk when we only had cash. While other people got to order at the register. Didn't receive a receipt from the kiosk. Missing the kids drinks and one of the kids meals. This is strictly from a DoorDash delivery perspective but still is definitely an in-general thing even for regular customers. My delivery was supposed to be ready at a certain time (nothing crazy- it was one order of nuggets, one order of fries and cookies) and I literally waited there for 23 minutes. I had to wait 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me at the counter. During my wait, people were coming up to the counter- one saying their entire order was wrong, one saying different things about their food being wrong, one saying she didn’t get something and one saying the Happy Meal didn’t have the toy in there. After 23 minutes (plus the few minutes driving there) I unassigned from the order. I was trying to money DoorDashing and I wasted 30 minutes of good time when I could have gotten other orders. Even if a place gets busy, I understand a few mins late. They had a lot of people working. I’ve worked in super busy/demanding kitchens with less. 30+ minutes on an order of nuggets, fries and cookies is ridiculous.

Their speaker was not working and the manager did not listen to us when we told him we could not hear him. He acted like we were making this up and then refused service. We pull out and other cars that pull up drive off as well. They didn't get to order either. The manager needs training on customer service and listening skills.

Seems everytime we walk into this location we are ignored (& we have to call someone over from the back to take our order) since they are expecting you to place the order on their app (on-line) or the machines when you walk in.

This McDonald’s doesn’t even deserve a star worst McDonald’s I ever went to. I went in today for my lunch only had 30 mins went in and there was barely any people then I placed my order on the kiosk and it didn’t even give me a receipt and people started coming in which keep in mind I already had order my food. So I’m waiting and I get up to stand in the front because it’s been like 15 mins and I see people who came in getting there food before me and I look and mines just there sitting on the counter then more time goes by and it’s been my whole 30 mins and I call for one of the people and tell them I want a refund and he goes and tells the manager and she like doesn’t care doesn’t say anything to him and again I’m waiting like another 15 mins just to get a refund while there’s a big line in the front cause no one’s taking orders in the front and so the same worker I told I wanted a refund try’s bringing me my food again while it was sitting there for 40 mins and I tell him again I don’t want it because all my time I had wasted which keep in mind I only had 30 mins for lunch, so he goes and tells the same manager again and he says something but I don’t understand because she said it in Spanish and then I’m there waiting again and then finally the main manager comes out and gives me a refund and I paid which card and she gave me cash instead smh the worst McDonald’s ever I basically waited a whole hour to just get a refund because my food was just sitting there they were only worried about the cars in the drive through and not the people inside

I ordered chicken nuggets and noticed there were five cars in line. After paying, I pulled up to the second window. From there, I counted about ten people, and it seemed like I was kept waiting at that window for an unusually long time. While waiting, I overheard various conversations, making it feel more like a social hangout than a fast-food restaurant. Eventually, someone came to the window and instructed me to move to a designated waiting spot. After an additional eight minutes, I had to go inside to check on my order, only to discover that it had been sitting there the whole time. The cashier was surprised when I mentioned I had ordered chicken nuggets. This was particularly disappointing because I was on my lunch break, and it became evident that the staff focused more on their conversations and socializing than on serving customers.

I ordered a meal and two Big Macs with a deal. The order was wrong, and they charged me for everything separated, obviously increasing the cost of the order. I had to explain this to three different people. They all understood what the issue was, and the last one was the manager. What was really disappointing is that she didn't offer absolutely any solution, and her response was: Please double check next time. That's exactly what I did because I never left the drive-through.

1. The attitude of the person who was on the phone taking orders was terrible without enthusiasm, very bad attitude when taking the order and when collecting payment. 2. I just ordered a Happy Meal with Fries without Salt. They could not comply with what I asked for. I also told the girl who gave me my order that I asked for them without salt, she was very nice (Paulette) but inside someone else yelled that they cannot be given without salt. Also the manager said: "Just leave it" (Dennys) As a manager your job is to inspect that everything goes well, as it should and to give the customer what they ask for, even more so with something as simple as some simple fries without salt. 3. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I used my app to get free medium fries with the purchase of $1 and when they redeemed my code I got a check mark on my app that it was redeemed successfully yet on the McDonald’s cashier it would not go through as it would say the code was already redeemed. I explained to the manager that I had not redeemed the code if not it would not go through on my app but she still kept saying that because her cashier said it did then she would believe that. I told her if I can speak to a manager and she said she was the “manager” which was funny because she ended up calling someone about my situation in Spanish. (I thought you were the manager ? ) I don’t think she knew I speak Spanish so told her that was she was telling the person on the phone was false because I had not redeemed the code elsewhere. Long story short, it was probably a glitch in her cashier and instead of honoring the code she told me AS A FAVOR she would give me free small fries. That was such a slap to the face as at the end of the day I would have preferred for her not just not give me any fries than thinking she was the one doing ME the favor of giving me small fries. I ended up going to the whataburger right in front. As management myself you should never take up a huge amount of time arguing with the customer. For fries??? They lost business and obtained a negative review instead of just honoring the medium fries. Huge disappointed from the “manager” today at 4pm.

I ordered a fish sandwich with extra tartar sauce. I was charged.35 extra n it was in the box not the sandwich. My spouse ordered 2 cheese burgers n they were ice cold! Never again will I go to this McDonald's. Wake up owner.

I absolutely dislike their service. I had a question about breakfast and THE MANAGER saw my mom and I standing by the cashiers and she kept talking to another employee after clearly looking at us and walked away. I had to go up and talk to another employee to ask if they were still serving breakfast. The food is okay, but I have lived here for 6 years now and the service has always been this way. Absolutely horrible. Rude employees.

Ordered two McDoubles with no pickles, the receipt even said so. The sandwiches had "extra pickles", the tag on the sandwich. and the amount of pickles on the sandwich, said so. How does that even happen?

The auto attendant ask you if you're using a mobile app did not know it's an auto attendant I was just ordering a drink for a dollar somehow they put it on a $10 order of which I didn't order anything I ended up leaving because the manager didn't understand that I was just trying to order a drink never received anything after 10 minutes of trying to order

the lady taking orders didn’t understand anything we were saying. One wanted TWO DRINKS. One diet Dr Pepper no idea and a medium sprite. She rings us up for three drinks and charges us. We let her know her mistake and she takes the third drink back and shuts the window and didn’t give us the money back for the third drink. So we paid for an extra drink we didn’t get

Horrible service.Dennis was the one who took my order everyone in the back was cursing and so was she, she had an absolute disgusting service the manager was there too and didn’t say nothing. Please do better as a fast food place.

Trash all over the place. Had to go grab my order from the front when I placed my order through the self service ordering screen. Trash was overflowing and there was random garbage on tables and the floor. Will not be recommending or returning to this McDonald's.

The food came fast and was made right, but it wasn't fresh. The cheese was cold on the burger, the fries were made recent enough they didn't taste awful but weren't hot. The men's room was dirty, and the sink is broken. It still functions but feels tacky. There really needs to be a 2nd stall. Im not sure rating service is fair? We did table delivery. It wasn't exceptionally friendly but it wasn't rude either. Just an order drop off and a thank you.

I waited at the window for 5 minutes before anyone spoke a single word to me, just for them to tell me to drive up and wait (15 more minutes) for a 10 piece nugget and small fry. I wanted to eat my fries on the way home but they were cold. This will be the first and last time I come here.

I placed my mobile order at 6:26 AM and went to pick it up at 7:12 AM. While waiting to be served, Leslie just stood at the window ignoring me with another employee. I asked about my order, and they had no idea about it. I showed it to them again, and they started physically searching for it. Then she went to look for it in the system and told me I had to pay for it again to reorder it (paying again, so my mobile pay doesn't apply, or they don't care about the advance service at all). I called to report her, and a supposed manager answered who wouldn't give me her name and was arrogant and rude.

The drive thru opens at 5 and they are never ready at 5. I’ll sit there at the speaker waiting with no communication. After I say hello again, then they say hold on. Then something is always not ready or working. And they always forget something from my order.

So I was doing Door dash, arriving perfectly on time and waited for over 20 minutes to retrieve the order for the person. No communication with me, like "Hey we are a bit behind on getting it out" I had to flag one of the people down and while I know they are busy some communication would be very appreciated considering waiting 20+ minutes is annoying to begin with.

My husband and I stopped in to get a quick bite. We placed our order and I stood at the counter and noticed the manager on her phone for roughly 5 mins before turning around and asked me if I placed my order which I had answered yes. Upon receiving my order which included a fish filet large meal, a large coffee and a mcdouble. We ordered those items to get the monopoly game pieces. Upon looking over our order, I asked the gentleman why did the fries and fish sandwich and large sprite did not have the pieces on there and he replied with oh the game is over. Which clearly it is not because my coffee cup had the game pieces. So then the gentleman proceeded to speak to the manager in Spanish and then she turned and handed me an empty coffee cup to give me a game piece. And I stated ok, but I'm missing three game pieces, one for the sandwich, one for the fries, and one for my husband's large sprite. The manager looked at me and said, well I gave you a cup for one piece. How does that make up for it. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. Do better!!

this was the worst experience i’ve had at a mcdonald’s. we ordered two large meals and were given medium drinks. we did not order medium drinks. Israel told us we ordered medium drinks with attitude, to which we told him we did not but that’s how he decided to ring it up. he also said they had the gold sauce, but we were not given ANY sauce although it was ordered. when my husband went back in to ask for it, not one person understood or spoke english besides Israel i guess. i didn’t get my gold sauce, so they’re not getting a good review. and i hope Israel gets fired.

HORRIBLE PLACE! Spent over $22 on a meal because none of the staff could speak English. The food was horrible, chicken was stringy and full of gristle, sauce on spicy chicken was all over the packaging. Happy meal had 5 French fries. No one knew what a monopoly game piece was. DON'T GO HERE!

This McDonald's is an infuriating black hole of wasted time! I was forced to endure a torturous 25-minute wait for a simple order, an eternity that defies the very concept of "fast" food. The staff stumbled around in a clueless daze, moving slower than molasses in January, with no hint of urgency or organization. Not a single word of apology or explanation for the maddening delay—just pure, unadulterated incompetence. It’s as if time itself conspired to trap us in this purgatory of a restaurant. This place is a monument to inefficiency, and I’d rather wait for the end of the world than suffer through this McDonald’s again. Avoid this time-sucking vortex at all costs!

Absolutely terrible experience. Not only did they get my SIMPLE sausage egg and cheese biscuit order wrong once, but they messed it up a second time, by only receiving bread . When I went inside to simply reorder and PAY again, instead of fixing the mistake with basic courtesy, I was insulted and called names in Spanish by the staff. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable.

Normally this location is pretty good, but today I was very disappointed. I was asked to pull to the second window and watched as they served 8 people behind me. I ordered a bigmac meal with a large fry and received a small portion of fries. I get you're trying to keep your drive through times low, but why are you pushing me to the second window and shorting me when I ordered in advance on the app? Yikes.

This the first review i have ever done. Just tired of it. I do frequent McD here semi often. I can say maybe 20% of the time is my order correct. Do i need to check all through the bag? Then what is the point of drive through. Can’t there be an expectation of it being correct? I order unsweetened ice tea. I ask them to their face every time if it is? Yes i am told. It hardly ever is. Among other things. Just ridiculous.

Theives and the store is filthy. Paid extra for milks for my kids' happy meals, they forgot both of them and since she never gave me my receipt, I can't even demand a refund. EVERY time I've gone inside in the last month there have been multiple flies in the pastry case. You would expect that the McDonald's near the pricier area with competition would be nicer, nope. Skip this one and head down 71 to the Y.

great staff but got my order and was a "Large double quarter pounder meal" they gave me a medium fry and the box looks like it has been to dragged on the ground and chewed on by mice. The burger was supposed to have mac sauce and I know from working at a McDonald's in the past that the qtr pounder is supposed to have 4 pickles. If I hadn't waited till I got home I would have taken this back. Its disgusting and its awful what manager was like "Oh its just rodent damage put some food in it they won't notice." id give them negative stars if I could. Minus 3 stars for this location and the management won't ever respond to this to fix there employees terrible work. Edit: I called the store they answered and are doing what they can to fix the issue +2 stars.
