Chick fil a is chick fil a. It knows what it is and doesn't deviate. Reliable. Good. Affordable. Have to say that their efficiency when dealing with a rush is spot on. And the food is consistent. Their breakfast chicken minis are a fav for my kids.

Food is always good, and service is consistent. This location gets very busy with high school traffic during lunch time, but they handle it very well.

I'm not a huge fan of Chick-fil-A food, but it is always an overwhelming experience here. The staff is friendly, helpful, and they seem to enjoy their jobs. They seem happy that I came and are eager to help. Even with something as simple as asking for help with the WiFi sent someone into overdrive to make sure my question got answered. He had been working on some other tasks, but those were put aside until my WiFi issue was resolved. Kudos to the management and the team at this location.

Chick-fil-A is a great for me I’m regularly going through their drive-through since their food is a great substitute for fast food when you’re in a hurry but still want to eat healthy. A lot of the other fast food chains just don’t do it like Chick-fil-A they always provide good service with a smile. I usually just get a chicken burger and their fries, oh their fries are by far the best fries I’ve ever had. they’re never greasy which is what I prefer.

This location has the nicest people. I don't work over there anymore so I don't get to visit, but I'll always make a stop when I'm in the area. Clean, nice, and great food. The drive through line moves rather quickly as well.

Best Chick-Fil A ever!!! I ordered a breakfast biscuit with a yogurt parfait. The yogurt was still on the truck being unloaded and the manager had me sit down for a few minutes so he could run out to the truck and grab the yogurt. Most places would have just said oh well or offered a refund but he went out of his way to make my breakfast better. Thanks y’all!!

Yesterday when I went inside a nice distinguished gentleman named Chandler took my order. He reminded me of chandler bing from friends. He is the best worker there. He is awesome and so nice and made me feel like I was at home. He took my kids order in a funny voice that made them laugh. Overall was super cool and will be coming back just for him.

I’ve been to a lot of Chick-fil-As but this one is one of my favorites. I’ve been visiting for the last four years, and they rarely make a mistake. When they do it is always easily fixable and they have no issues doing so. I also love to do the ‘pay it forward’ gesture here as they encourage it to go forward. We order for the VA hospital in Austin to pass out breakfast and they come through every time!

I love this location!! When I get here I always feel like the happiness and excitement of the staff brightens my day. They always have gone above and beyond. I use my app exclusively. One time I left my house without my wallet. I ended up going to this location because I had my phone and could pay with the app. Well unfortunately this day their scanner wasn’t working. They tried manually entering my member number from the app. For some reason their system wasn’t working. The manager comped my meal and told me next time I come back I could pay it forward by paying for the person behind me. The next time I went I did just that!! It felt really good to give back.

They were crazy busy as usual. Drive-thru line was long so I went inside. I was waited on by Wise who was exceptional. He made great suggestions which I took and was so so kind, helpful and professional. He even checked on me after, as I waited for my food. He really made the lil extra effort to walk in worth it.

I haven't been to many other Chick-fil-A stores, so I can't speak to the other ones, but this particular location is wonderful! Great food, great employees, great customer service! If I could figure out how to steal a couple of them for where I work, I would. In a heartbeat! They also handle lines like no other fast food restaurant. The ONLY thing I would change is more signage, preferably where the 620 traffic enters, that encourages vehicles entering that way to allow the other main line of traffic to merge. It's very frustrating for those who have been waiting to have someone just cut the line because they came off 620. Or made an illegal turn to cut the line.

One of the busiest fast food restaurants in the area, but also one best and fastest fast food drive-thru's I think I've ever seen. Getting into the drive through can kind of suck though and God help you if you park anywhere in front of the drive through line. It's Texas so people are pretty friendly when driving, but... seriously its a double line and it can get Long and I've been in that position and let me just say... there are some scary soccer moms out there if they think your cutting in line... enough said I think. Regarding the line... or rather the lines... it may look like a nightmare but they get through it really quickly. Like we're talking less than 5 to 7 minutes with two full lines of cars nearly going nearly to the street (620). Maybe ten minutes but that's still pretty great compared to any of the other "fast food" places around. Especially Whataburger which... just don't lol. Doesn't matter the time of day over there or how many cars are in the line there could be a single car in front of you and it will still take you 30-45 minutes to get your food realize the order is wrong or undercooked or just plain gross. That's not the case at this Chick-fil-A. I don't really eat fast food that often anymore but when I do I go for the grilled nuggets which your usually pretty on point. Fries are also great, and the pricing... eh... it's a bit high. I don't get a drink either and it's pretty high for an eight piece grilled nuggets and a small/regular fry. That being said it's a great place for a quick bite, and even on Friday and Saturday nights after football games at Lake Travis High likely their busiest nights the place is a major hang out, but is still pretty darn quick at least the drive thru is I've never been inside, and I have no desire to lol. No matter what time of day (except Sundays, obviously), this place seems crazy busy, based off the Drive-Thru lines alone. But honestly, going inside is worth the parking time and way faster than the Drive-Thru. The staff is always so friendly and helpful and I've never had to wait long for my orders.

Picked up a $500+ corporate order to-go at 330 on a Thursday. The staff had me sit for a minute as I was 5-6 min early. Multiple Staff including 2 Managers brought bags and one clarified number of gluten free buns. They were effectively, comforting in diligence. Then loaned us a heated travel bag (to be returned), then 2 staff offered to help carry and load my car. Outstanding, really so far. Went on the lake and was driving home around 840pm and said I should try to return the heated food bag and I arrived at 903pm. I grabbed the bag and pulled in the lobby door but it was locked. An employee saw me and flagged a staff manager who greeted me and took the hot plate heated bag. So the whole thing was a banger. This location in Lakeway provided top service and the food was a delight.

Pretty sure in the past I've reviewed Chick-fil-A's and given them five stars, but if this location could get a sixth star I would give it to them. They have that pick up window that's not a window it's like a doorway and to me it just makes everything move as fast as possible. Keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen. 💯

This is one of the nicer and more thought out Chick’s as there is plenty of room for drive thru guests, dine in and pick up guests. The drive thru doesn’t interfere with the parking lot and it’s easy to get in and out of. Staff was friendly as always and our food was fresh and yummy!

I come to this Chick-fil-A pretty often, and there’s one team member who stands out every single time, the girl with the cool green glasses 🌿😎. I don’t know her name (I really should ask next time!), but she is consistently the most positive, upbeat person I’ve ever met in fast food. No matter how busy it is or how long the line, she greets you with a huge genuine smile, says “My pleasure!” like she actually means it, and somehow makes the whole experience feel fun and personal. This location is usually great but pretty crowded on the week days and the food can sometimes suffer because of it. Try to go during lunch kr early dinner and it’s good but after 7 the food starts tasting very old.

Friendly staff but failed to mention that downloading app gets me points towards free food. Overall their location has made them busier and nowadays parking is tight and the drive thru lines are tight to get around and long. I only go here once in awhile for their chicken strips, fries, and a small Coca-Cola. The breading is delicious and not too much and the chicken is always moist and tender. Fries are great as long as their hot; but that's me, I gotta have hot fries or they just ain't right. The only reason I did not rate this place with 5-stars is because of the price - $8 bucks for 4 chicken strips, fries, and a small coke -yikes! But I have to admit, you pay for quality, and their chicken strips are very good.

This chic fil a is great and I should know, I've been to too many! The service is fast, food is delicious and consistently good, and the restaurant clean. My only gripe is they do not do a good job keeping the anti bacterial wipes stocked by the playground.

Overall, this is another great Chick-fil-A, food is as good as you expect. The big issue with this location is the parking lot and drive through traffic flow. They really struggle to move the vehicles through effectively and the parking lot is always a backed up mess. It's typically takes at least 15 minutes to get through the line. Park in the adjacent banks lots and walk in, you'll get your food much faster and totally avoid the disastrous parking lot.

We stopped here on the way home from visiting my sister in Houston. It was SUPER BUSY, like, I thought our Chick-fil-A's get busy, but they are nothing like this location! 🤪 It was so packed at lunch time on Wednesday that I had to park across the street! That was scary crossing that busy road with four kiddos. I won't ever do that again. Anyways, the food was good and delicious just like any other Chick-fil-A. The sweet tea tasted a little off. The staff wasn't as friendly as our San Angelo locations, but that's okay because I don't live there. The food was good, so that's the most important thing.

The line was long but like always Chick-fil-A has a handle on a rush. What they didn't have a handle on was the two rude guys taking orders. I understand it's hot or you've been outside a while, but we didn't deserve being interuppted or the attitude that came with it. No salt on the fries sadly enough. Saving grace was the young woman in a red hat at the food window. Smiling face and very sweet! I could see her face flushed too so I knew she was outside a while like the other two we dealt with. Two types of employees.

The food is still good but the dine-in experience is terrible. It's evident that the store has prioritized the drive-thru over the dine-experience. They've sectioned off the seating area with packing materials, and about 4 of the 10 or so tables were dirty the entire time we ate there. Parking at the restaurant is also terrible. You either need to park in the farther lots or risk having to wait for some car in the drive thru to let you back out into the double wide, long line to leave. It's a shame.

Kids always love Chick-fil-A but we don't normally eat out on weekdays and they close on Sunday. So always have to plan ahead for us. This particular location has 2 lane drive through and plenty of dine in tables and parking. Close to where we live so we will be back for sure!

If they manage to get your order right, it's pretty good. Unfortunately I would say their accuracy rate is like 50 percent. Don't pull away before checking your food.

I hate giving this 2 stars, but they have slipped SO far down into just another fast food place. The usual happy employees, were on there phones, group talking around the register, ignoring the customers. I was really disappointed. When I received my food, there were no napkins, no straw for my drink, and the sauses I requested weren't there. I know they used to have an incredible team, and I know they can turn this around. I'll be back soon, I miss hearing "my pleasure"

The wait wasn't too horrible. About 10 minutes. They lost my buddy's order somewhere and had to make it again. The person giving out the orders didn't have any condiment's on hand nor knew where the ranch was when I asked. The person taking my order didn't really know what options came cheese wise on the sandwich that I tried, just asked what cheese. It was really crowded as well. There was only two clear walking isles just to maneuver around the restaurant.

The last several times I have gone, the chicken nuggets have been MINISCULE. Like unbelievably small. They used to at least throw in some extras if they were that tiny, but now they're trying to pass off bits of fried breading as a chicken nugget.

What has happened to the freshness of this Chick-fil-A? Ordered chicken sandwich and fries and they were cold so I returned and they graciously replaced but even though the new sandwich and fries were hot they were not very good at all. Very tough chicken sandwich and fries were stale.

Guess what! If you order tea with your combo meal (instead of a coke), it's going to cost you ten cents more!! That's ridiculous. A coke, which is less healthy, is cheaper than tea? So, don't order a combo meal. Just another business who cares more about profits than people.

This chick fil a manages to mess up orders more than any other location I’ve ever been to. I swear, it’s either a great experience or terrible. No in between. Make sure you double check what you ordered before you leave. We routinely would get things like a hash brown nugget bowl with no chicken nuggets in it. Their problem routinely seems to be just for getting small but critical things. Order a side of mac & cheese? don’t expect a fork Order a nugget breakfast bowl? Don’t expect salsa Order a salad with Italian dressing? Don’t expect the dressing.

Similar to almost all fast food restaurants across the country, Chick Fil A has also joined the club. For last few times that i have ordered food through DT, the quality has been bad. Chicken is dry, and stale. The company sells only Chicken so there is only one product to serve, and shall be served beyond customer's expectations, yet, i am seeing a continuous decline in quality and taste. On previous occasion, I called the MOD and shared my concern about the quality of food, and she thought i was calling in for free food or credit. I clarified her assumption and told her that I am not calling to get any freebee and instead I am concerned about the food quality, and that it can be a health hazard and requested her to share my concern to the owner/manager. I went again today hoping that my chicken will be any better than last time. However, the food was stale, cooked hours ago, and tasteless due to poor food and quality management. The absolute worse location … always a the longest line .. a line to park to sit inside , a line to park for carry out and a line around the building that goes out the street for the drive through and the same line you have to sit in just to leave .. unless you want to add minutes just to order your food then 14 more min just to leave after you have gotten your food I suggest go somewhere else … took me half an hour to get my food and I was a carry out … I had to park across the street and walk to the restaurant just to get my food ..

Incredibly frustrating series of experiences over the last few months. Today was the last straw. 39 minutes in the drive-thru line. Happy to get the hell out of there and take food home for my family only to find the order was a train wreck of failure. Wrong items. Missing items. Soggy fries. Cold sandwiches. Would give zero stars if I could. Need a new CFA in the Bee Cave area. This one is a real disappointment.

Very disappointed with the catering service from the Lakeway Chick-fil-A. I arrived at 4:25pm to pick up a catering order that had a 4:30pm pick up time. Only two customers in the drive through line and one customer at the counter, so assumed this would be a fast pick up. The only thing ready was the bag of condiments. 25 minutes later they finally had the order ready which made us late delivering it to my grandson's birthday party. Another catering customer was waiting to pick up her 4:00pm order that was not ready either. Sadly, this was not the service we've come to expect from Chick-fil-A.

We went the drive through around 4:15 pm. Once we got to our house we noticed 3 of our medium fries weren't even half full. Very disappointed especially because of the cost of the meals now. Some of the fries were mostly crumbs.

We have always gotten good, tasty chicken breast sandwiches here at the Bee Cave location. But, on 09/02/21 at 5:51pm, we got two horrible chicken breast sandwiches. They were both extremely salty, so much so, they were difficult to eat. They were also the worst tasting chicken sandwiches ever. The drive thru over runs any ability to be able to park, poorly built. While trying to pick up and order and move to the parking on the right I was forced to enter the drive thru lane where I explained that I’m just trying to pick up an order. At every other chick fil b they understand how hard it is to get to a parking space and get out as well and just send me through. Not the case at this one where they maybe have 40 parking spaces available. Instead he directed me to pull in where I would be blocked in or the handicap spaces to the side which is illegal for me. For god sakes just put 3 spaces off to the side for us and your busy customers with pick ups

Tara took my order last night with a short temper and very rude facial expressions. The car infront of me took awhile to order which is why I’m guessing I got the short end of the stick. With that being said my order was messed up and I didn’t receive items. Usually this location is great.

i repeated my order multiple times because I WANTED CERTAIN ITEMS and yet they still failed to take me order right, and when i called them to tell them about their mistake they hung up in my face. overall not good costumer service whatsoever.

They don't post any menus with the prices in the drive thru, extremely expensive, low value

This is one of the worst Chik fil as—maybe I’m biased being from Atlanta. Fried routinely wet and soggy, never crispy. Same with chicken. Slow. And aren’t prepared for the rush. It’s too bad they won’t open another one close that is good given the demand here.

I dont know what happened today, when i want a chicken sandwhich i dont order anywhere else but Chic Fil a but today it felt like it was not a good as usual. The chicken was like Mcdonald’s chicken patties so thin it wont fill u up. (I usually dobt finish a whole sandwhich but today i did and im still hungry i guess thats a good thing? Idk! I dont think so!) the iced tea is 75% ice u barely had some. I never really had an issue in the past but today was a huge disappointment. I ordered from Uber.

I’m not a fan of this CFA anymore. I worked at a CFA for over 2 years and I’ve never seen a CFA mess up on my order this many times. I order from them often, both in person AND the mobile app, but it appears that they have teenagers running the store who either weren’t trained well, or who just don’t double check their work. Every time I order something, I have to call because something is either missing or incorrect. I ordered through their app today & got a salad. I’m working from home, so I can’t just up and leave to go there. They did not pack my dressing for my salad and when I called their 3rd party, DoorDash, to get my dressings delivered to me, they aren’t going to do that. They wanted to offer me a refund, but no real solution. Please learn how to get orders done correctly. I’m genuinely tired of calling to get things corrected.
