Jersey Mike's Subs

I have been there several times already for either lunch or dinner. Subs are always delicious and very good customer service. Without knowing the exact closing time, today I got to the store at 8:56pm (actually 4 minutes before closing time) and instead of getting that type of attitude "I hate you because I was just about to leave" I actually was really well treated by a young lady who very quickly unpacked everything she needed to prepare my delicious sub and made every effort to come up with all the ingredients to put it all together (As a matter of fact I was out of the store by 8:59pm!). So young lady (and her team members at this store), this is the kind of treatment someone in this business should always provide to the customer and I commend you for that. And specifically for the young lady that helped me today, thank you and keep having this kind of attitude. This is what will make you successful whatever you are!

Love this Jersey Mike’s! The employees are always nice and they make killer subs. It’s also a clean store and managed well. I eat here several times a week and not once have I had to complain about anything. Highly recommend!

I don’t know what it is about their ham and provolone sandwich, but I am a HUGE fan. I could eat a large sandwich, Mike’s Way, with jalapeño chips, and be totally happy for a few hours. I love ordering online and picking up at the restaurant, although the estimated times aren’t always right. No worries, though, as the sandwich is worth waiting for.

My favorite sub is the BIG KAHUNA CHEESE STEAK! True Jersey style. Delicious,fresh, nice and hot,when I had curbside pick up. I was very happy with their subs.Lots of great steak and cheese.. I HIGHLY recommend Jersey Mikes at Bee Cave Galleria,in Lakeway,Tx..

Gluten Free allergy-I can’t say enough about the service and taking precautions. They cleaned area, changed gloves, place a sheet to avoid cross contamination and were diligent about my daughter’s severe allergy to gluten. Thank you for your help, we didn’t have to ask you just did!

First time trying them and I must say the Mike's original Philly was amazing! I also got the chicken Philly, wasn't a big fan but it was good. I will have to go back and try others :) There was a female staff member there, I didn't catch her name but she was on point and fast!

I am addicted to the cheesesteaks here. I typically don’t go for a sandwich like this here in Texas because we’ll it’s Texas, but this cheesesteak and the chicken version are just as good as anything you get in Philly. Ya, I know sounds crazy but they do it right with the sweet peppers the right kind of cheese and the steak is spot on. I noticed that their other sandwiches look great too, fresh, quality, and a good selection. The bread is perfectly done as well. Skip the burger joint and forget about any other sub shop this is the place to go! Oh and get the cookie, it’s incredibly good!

If I was back in the Notmrth east, I'd say skip Jersey Mike's and go to literally any pizzeria for your grinder fix, but since this is TX, it is pretty much your best bet. Skip the "Mike's Way" and select your own toppings. I'd be happier if they had black olives as a topping but they don't; not gonna lose sleep over it.

Great flavor as always but the guacamole was brown. It was a little different tasting but I went ahead and ate the whole sandwich. Later that night my stomach was in great pain and I started going through a food poisoning episode. Throwing up and going through aches and cold flashes. Check the lettuce and guac to ensure no one else is getting sick

Employee seemed bothered to be working and kitchen was dirty. If you are going to have it open at least have it clean. There were plenty of employees to clean.

The slicer is no longer cleaned before a veggie, they don't know what goes on each sandwich and they aren't listening to any "customizations" (ie add mayo, juice on the side etc). My favorite thing about jersey Mike's oddly enough was the fresh lettuce. Today it was old and browning. Just not a good experience overall

Terrible experience made the sandwiches wrong when I told him 3 times what I wanted messed it up still. When I went to payed I gave him $100 and gave me back the wrong amount of change took 4 crew members to help get the right amount of money back... staff were rude and a few had an attitude will not be coming back to this jersey mikes
