The food was pretty low quality. I had to pick wilted rotted leaves out of my green goddess salad. The tomato on the napa chicken sandwich was frozen. Also, tortilla strips on the southwest corn chowder were stale.

Very disappointed today. We ordered three bowls of our favorite soup, cream of chicken and wild rice. We had to return the first time since they served us the wrong soup, then our cream of chicken w/ wild rice was the worse we have eaten. First there was no chicken in the soup, the taste was as if they added water, and like a veggie soup. We we're going to return it but we were too hungry and ended up eating it but regretted afterwards because we ate something we did not like. It seems as if the price has gone up the quality gone down.

We used to love getting delivery from Panera but we pretty much never do anymore because they are constantly out of items, long before closing time. I get that all they care about is money so they prepare a conservative amount to avoid waste, but they have the opposite problem. When you have customers going elsewhere because you don’t have enough food, you’re throwing money away.

Ordered a “Family Feast.” Was charged for the premium, with the cookies, which I did not ask for or want but whatever. For $45 and a promise to feed 4-6 people, this sounds great, until you open the bag. The salad was at BEST, a 1.5 person serving, the bowl it came in was MAYBE half full. This miniature salad was accompanied by 4 of the smallest sandwich halves I have seen from anywhere I have ever purchased a sandwich. They do provide a decent amount of soup, and a full baguette, but this is only going to feed 4-6 people if no more than 2 of them are I-could-eat adults, and the rest are toddlers only capable of sucking on bread. Also disappointing that I could not add the French onion soup to the family feast, as it is available as a “group soup” elsewhere on the menu for the same price as the others. For some reason they just “could not” do that.

I was served a dish with half a Avocado that looked nasty. I told the guy to get me a fresh one l. it looked like I just got the other half with a attitude. Will never go back they dont care if you will get sick are not.

After a long road trip home, I was so hungry and I ordered my food to go. This is the amount of steak I received on my steak and white cheddar sandwich. Very disappointed

there was hair in my mobile order. absolutely disgusting and looks like beard trimmings. terrible customer service as well

Wow, it’s clear why the reviews are so poor! I just walked out completely disappointed. I placed a phone order for a loaf of bread, waited for the notification that it was ready for pick-up, and drove to the restaurant on a freezing night—only to be told they were out of that bread. When I explained that the order said it was ready and asked why they couldn’t cancel it beforehand or at least give me a call, the manager (who seemed new) simply shrugged and said, ‘That’s not how things work here.’ The employee at the counter claimed they didn’t even know about mobile orders. All I asked for was a simple courtesy—either a call or to cancel the order online to save me the hassle. This experience has really made me question whether I’ll be returning. Panera management needs to step up and address these issues.

I came visiting a friend down here and decided to get lunch with them however the store was dirty and very understaffed, i waited 30 minutes for my food to come out not to mention it was just horribly made and tasted awful. The atmosphere of the store was horrible as well, all the workers looked very depressed or arguing over each other and being very loud. the tables and floors were absolutely dirty as if they haven't been cleaned in days and don't get me started about the smell inside the store.

Bread was real hard. I ordered my kids a sandwich to share, a turkey bravo and they put bacon and lettuce on burnt wheat bread. They still ate it but that is not what I ordered. Then me and my spouse ordered pick two’s and I did not get our sides. When I went to ask for mine, a girl with really bad acne and bangs with somewhat red/ brown hair and a loud mouth sat there and served me a cold hard piece of bread from her hand when I asked for my side of bread, I asked for a plate and she goes “ you want a whole plate for your bread? “ & prior to that she was very nasty with my spouse. She has a horrible attitude & minutes later she got into a screaming match with a co worker the whole restaurant was filming and watching it go down. The same girl was making racial comments about being Mexican & being racist during the screaming match.. Me and my family grew very uncomfortable & immediately started packing our food up and leaving. We spent 44$ there and it was so not worth it at all. Do not come here the food was stale and gross & the service was poor. Wish I could have my money back, will be calling corporate as well!
