Good service it's fast food stay in your car. They do have a few outside public tables if you don't want to stay in car or if you walk up
1st trip to SONIC in several years after watching a YouTuber praise their Bacon Double Cheeseburger, so I decided I'll give it a try even after hearing how SONIC's food is not that great. I came in with no expectations and was kinda blown away by the quality of the meal. I ordered the Bacon Double Cheeseburger with Onion rings, Reese's blast and a Cherry limeade. The girl on skates was very nice and the wait wasn't terribly bad considering the times we're in and how busy they were. I know many people complain about SONIC, but this SONIC in Lakeway, TX seems to have their business under control. I thought the quality of the food exceeded my expectation and I will definitely be going back very soon! PS: Please don't change a thing about how you do your bacon! I loved how crispy it was: best burger I've had in a long time!
Tony my car hop was extremely sweet and bubbly. She deserves a raise for how great she is on skates and her liveliness. She was the only car hop when I came by which seemed very stressful but man she was just all over the place with a big smile on her face. I never eat at sonic but I'm glad i did that day because she motivated me to smile more even in stressful times.
I had good experience. Well maintained and good service by staff..... with 10 minutes I got all my order to my car... I can say good drive inn restaurant... unfortunately I don't have pics...
Manager was very sweet and honored my coupon, service was quick and food was nice and hot.

I stop daily to get Dr. Pepper fix. They are the best Toni is amazing. There for a bit things were slow due to lack of employees, but Toni took it like a champ. They are now staffed and things run smoothly. I will forever be a customer here.
We frequent this location, way too often, for drinks & apps. We always order on the Sonic app and are usually greeted by Cel. She is the sweetest. She’s friendly and to our dogs too. She’s quick and our drinks are always the BEST. Thank y’all!!
Even though I had been given the wrong order and had already requested a full refund, Joshua the manager reached out to me and re-made my original order, free of charge. The lengths this team went to just make it up to an average customer was so incredibly thoughtful. As someone who had worked at a Sonic before, knowing how frustrated some customers get, I truly didn’t expect them to go to this extent. Joshua truly handled the situation with such grace and attentiveness. Bless him and his team.
We ordered with the app while we were parked. The food came out in good time. Our car hop went back to get us a drink holder fire 4 drinks since we were taking this order home. He was very nice and we tipped him for his good attitude and service! I ordered a newish bbq cheeseburger but was disappointed with the soggy condition by the time we got home. The tots were delish as usual! I always like the unsweet iced tea.
I will start by saying WOW !!! An employee by the name of Oscar greeted us out side because my family and I decided to eat at the tables this gentleman has excellent customer service and very polite as well. We also had the pleasure of meeting AX the Manager excellent customer service too !! He made us feel welcome and anxious to service us again !! All this comes down to a Great Leadership all this Employees have !! Keep up the great work guys see you soon !! I highly recommend this location. 👍
Went for lunch and it was a much better experience then my last time. The food tasted good and the service was excellent. The nice lady that brought me my food even came back out 10 minutes later to ask if everything was good and if I needed anything else like I was at a restaurant. I will be back.

They always get my orders correct, and I'm usually ordering for 3+ kids with various special requests like extra cherries on shakes. Pretty consistent on timing of food delivery too. Always friendly and helpful. It's still fast food, so I can't go 5 stars for food quality but it's a good Sonic and a good spot.
When it’s melting down outside from the Texas heat, or your toddler is just melting down…this is my go-to place for treats. My son loves shark week, so we had to stop by for their special occasion slush. Dad has a soft spot for a goo old root beer float so… I love the app ordering feature and service is always fast. A hometown favorite location.
Took a while to get our food, server didn't really have any enthusiasm and seemed bored and tired (which makes sense). I asked for ice coffee with no sugar in it and they gave me one with sugar. So major red flag
I don't like mustard, mayo or ketchup on my burgers. They never screw that up , like another fast food place regularly does. Fast service even during the lunch rush. Friendly servers.
Midnight snack? Sweet tooth? Breakfast lunch or dinner. You can always find what you want at Sonic. Quick service and the most variety of drinks and snacks on a fast food menu that you will find. Check them out during off peak times for 1/2 price drink happy hours.
The poor gentleman was alone today with NO help. The service took about 45 minutes, but it's not his fault. It is management's responsibility to resolve this issue. I admired this gentleman for his perseverance. He was a real trooper. Everything with a smile. 👍👍👍
Food was cold because they had only one lady doing all the outside work on a busy Friday afternoon. She was kind and worked very hard..cold food not her fault.

Great tasting slushes and fountain drinks. Foods suprisingly good most of the time too. An unfair system in the app causes online order pickup systems disappear after being a moment late from your scheduled time. So be aware of the fact of how many people work in the store and how many people are there. I went tonight and it was extremely busy, I waited 40 minutes for my two drinks but hey I don’t see a lot of people either. The in app pickup is so much more preferable than waiting for a button response, so be timely!
Always a pleasant experience at this location except tonight. One of the employees is out front on his phone yelling and cursing at whomever he’s speaking with. Several vehicles are parked up front as well. One of them is full of younger kids. Please take your personal calls in the back. No one wants to hear all that!
Kinda bummed. I usually go to a different sonic and not this location. Did a online order on the Sonic app, got email confirmation that my order was fulfilled...... and then waited 20 additional minutes. I had to flag down a carhop, to ask about my order.... everything was cold. Hope they can fix this issue in the future, or that this was a one time accident.
Have literally waited 35 minutes for a coke, Jr burger and chili cheese fries. Pushed the red button again to be told they were waiting on the chili and didn't have an eta for me. That would have been nice to know...cancelled my order and left. I love Sonic in general but this is the slowest Sonic I have ever encountered.
Food quality is mediocre at best; sadly it's really gone down over the years. Ordered footlong Coney, had very little chili on it, could not taste it much at all, and the dog was barely warm. Onion rings are the best item there and they were hot and fresh unlike my dog. Had a long wait for my lunch too. I think they were shorthanded. Good thing I wasn't in a hurry. Even so, I liked it okay. It could be awhile before I go back though.
3 stars because the manager "X" saved the day & the food was alright... if it were on Celestin's service review would be a 1 star. She started out seeming friendly, then when I asked to refund for just an ice cream cone her attitude flipped. I didn't think it was much trouble i just had a coupon i wanted to use. Instead she ran the card & lied, saying the refund was processing wait 3-5days. I checked the receipt and the total matched and the cone was still on there. I asked her for the receipt to show the refund & she said she couldn't get that for me. Not sure if she thought I was stupid enough to believe her but yeah. Just felt like writing the review because I had time today. :)
I've been to this location multiple times with no issue. I've lived in the area for the past 7 years. I've now been in there twice in the last month and had to wait about an hour, after making my order and purchasing, for my food to be delivered. I don't know what the hold up is but I have not experienced this issue in the past. I would not recommend this location to anyone, until they've resolved this issue. 04JUN2021 Update: food was delivered in 5 minutes. Glad to see the change. (3 stars)
Took a really long time to get my order
Guy who took my order on March 4th, 2022 at 6:45pm sounded like he about had enough of this place. Not even a Thank You when I completed my order. If you're unhappy with your job leave and find happiness elsewhere. Food came out great though. Hot and fresh.
Literally the worst sonic ever. Be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes for something as simple as a drink. Or be asked to change stalls and then expected to wait another 10 minutes for someone to even take your order. Again... for a drink. And then not even a courteous apology for the wait, the change of stalls. Management here must be a joke. Would give zero stars if it were possible. ***UPDATE*** This sonic seems to have gotten better. They are much more responsive, food still takes a little while, but I’m okay waiting as long as my order comes out correctly. There is one member of the staff, and I can never catch her name, but she goes above and beyond each time I’ve dealt with her. She’s sometimes on skates... the classic car hop way! If they’re under new management it shows. Keep it up and I’ll change what was zero stars, now 3, to 5!
Ok.....so I arrived at 1211 pm; lunch time and I understand that people need to eat. However, I ordered two drinks and some chili cheese tots. Not exactly rocket surgery but I waited until 1243 pm with a screen next to me telling me to press the red button to order. I was never even given the option to pay or any sort of confirmation that any progess in life or food was being made. Finally, a young lady appeared from the heavens with my.much needed sustenance and apologized for the delay. I had almost driven away because my lunch hour unfortunately doesn't last a day and I had to continue to make money that sonic was reluctantly taking. Bottom line.."Get it together Lakeway Sonic" Thanks....
People are very nice and friendly, but every single week they end up giving me the wrong drink. I want an unsweetened tea and they keep giving me sweet.
I have been eating here since the mid 1990's, back then they food was absolutely great! What it is now, seem to be a shadow of it's former glory.. The food is cold more often than not, and the service is horrendous when talking to the people inside. They are rude, their tone seems to be constantly offended in nature and the only redeeming quality is that they (sometimes) repeat your order. That being said.. When I go there I order one of the most simple things to make that they could possibly ever get. I ordered a Foot long hot dog with cheese only, Fries, and a Route 44 soda. They repeated it back to me correctly, I got my food (as I was sitting on the benches outside) I paid the girl and gave a tip larger than the cost of the order due to her happy disposition. I checked my order.. I was given a foot long coney with chilly-cheese, onions and mustard, my fries where half tots, and my drink with further inspection was only a large. This type of thing has been happening more and more ever since until now I refuse to eat here. Horrible service, horrible food, and a ruined memory.
Service has gone straight downhill here. Our family used to love coming here for a quick bite out and some cherry limeades. The last three times we haven't been able to find a person working there. Nobody could take our order several times in a row. Several other cars left without ordering too. They must be seriously understaffed. I actually feel bad for them.
We waited over a half an hour, pressed the red button. Several times and it would time out each time, we even moved spots thinking our terminal wasn't working properly as we didnt hear a voice once come over the terminal. Finally we went inside, and was told that they were busy and trying to catch up. I guess they kept silencing each terminal and refused to take orders etc. I understand busy, but rudeness and then no apology, no offer of a discount, nothing at all.. we used to love to go here, not so much anymore.
I have been disappointed more times then I'd like to have been. I've been craving sonic for some reason so I decided to try it again . The experience is very bad . I ordered on the mobile app and then I went to go grab it a little over a 1/2 hour later thinking I could just grab and go . Like ordering ahead is supposed to accomplish ) no I waited over 45 minutes after I got there to get my food and I only had a Mini chicken sandwich and a slushy by the time the slushy got to me it was melted and and tje chicken sandwich was cold .
Do not recommend this stores online ordering . This is the 2nd time they make me wait over 20 mins for a burger. They will forget about you and deliver cold food and a sorry fudge Sunday. Will not be going to this store anymore. I did call after 5 mins and after 15 mins.
Told them my oceanwater was horrible, they took it and never replaced it. Long wait for service and the staff was rude.
If you’re going to Sonic, DO NOT ORDER A MEAL. Just get slushies and shakes, maybe some tater tots and mozzarella sticks, and leave it at that. I ordered dinner from here, and it was horrendous. I wanted to try the Garlic Butter burger, but was incredibly disappointed. The garlic butter itself was good, but the burger was flat and rubbery and the bacon was chewy. Upsetting. Again, the slushies and shakes are good. The tater tots and mozzarella sticks are alright too. But I unfortunately cannot say the same for the burgers and chicken strips.
Don’t expect a super fast service here! And definitely double check your order after you receive it for any missing items! I ordered burger and tater tots and only received the burger. Had to go in to ask for it
The food was fine. But whoever was taking our order was super rude. Also got our order wrong. We wanted a small blast and got a 32 oz instead. I didn't want to pay $6 for a shake. But we were in a hurry. And they were out of the one item I originally wanted. Not coming back. You don't like your job don't work there.
Sonic has really went downhill. The last three times I ordered chedrpeppers they didn't have them. Didn't even tell me this time when I ordered them and a large shake. I waited over 15 minutes for chedrpeppers and a shake and only got my shake. This place has been pretty lame. Sorry sonic but I'm officially done. I used to love sonic. It's a damn shame.

Absolutely the worst Sonic in America!
Don't even bother stopping by this place, it's a disgrace in comparison to other Sonic Drive-In's I have been to. Rude and beyond unprofessional employees. My girlfriend loathed working there for the part of time she did because her co-workers(mainly the "arrogant carhops") were so obnoxious, acting like children("Throwing food at each other and offending practically /everyone/") during most her shifts and disrespectful to her to the point she couldn't handle it and left nearly after a month. Besides that simple drink orders take way longer than necessary and the food is only half decent in the morning.
Ordered ahead using app and food was still not ready when I got there, it was not busy. Many other people were served before me who had ordered when they arrived after me. Man who finally gave me my food after I requested it twice using red button because the app kicked me out was not nice or friendly about helping me. I had a drink and a burger.
Pulled in at 8:45am just for drinks to start off work day and they wouldn't even serve us. Said they got a late start but hours are 8am-10pm. Not to mention they never get orders correct. Not the best location for anything.
It's been 10 minutes since I've ordered a small ice cream cone. Nothing fancy, nothing complicated. Just a plain ice cream cone. And it's not even busy either. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Did I mention I'm still waiting?
Worst Sonic I've ever been to. Have given them multiple chances. Incredibly slow service doesn't begin to describe it. Waited 20 minutes for a cherry limeade... and they got it wrong! How does that even happen??
We pulled into a stall and waited 20 minutes. No order was taken, and then pulled into another stall. Order was taken but took 40 minutes to receive any sort of drinks at all. Service was terrible. Would give 0 stars if I would. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND.
This is the second time I’ve been to this location since I moved here and all I got the first time was 1 drink and it took 40 min just to get the drink.this time I have been sitting here for 30 mins now waiting on 2 drinks and a small strawberry shake. This is ridiculous I will not come back to this location. I don’t advise anyone else to unless you want to wait a long time.
I'd give 0 if I could. Tried to order #1 combo, they didn't understand so I just went with it. The burger I was given was incorrect. Waited 15 minutes for food, I'm throwing it away. Don't waste your time here.
Waited 45 minutes for a slush it and shake had to go inside and ask for it to see most of the employees sit to my on there phone doing nothing as someone who has worked fast food there is no reason I understand there is a sequence to orders but this just shows poor management and a lack of leadership
Waiter over 20 minutes, order light went out and had to push button 4 times!! 5 cars that arrived after me got their food and left. Keep in mind I only ordered 2 medium shakes. Only reason I RARELY come here is because we dont have a DQ. This is by far the worst Sonic I have ever been to.
Waiting 30 minutes for a milkshake for my daughter… just to get a warm melted shake. No food on order just two drinks. Disappointment to a good outing.
I went for lunch a little after 2:00. Having worked at a Sonic before, I can tell you 100% if I was a secret shopper, you would have failed. It took FOREVER for someone to finally answer switchboard. Finally a very rude male carhop answered, I should have gone somewhere else after hearing him, but had limited time for lunch. The blonde with the poke mon gauges who brought out my order was very nice though. I won't be returning, which is a shame, because I always have to eat out for lunch when I work.
Horrible experience. Waited like 30 min for 2 mini sonic blasts and 1 medium, was told that they were short staffed and then waited another 10 min. As we were about to leave, they finally came out with our melted ice cream. Horrible. Save your time and money. Go anywhere else to get ice cream. I never go to Sonic and now never will. Was thinking a fast food place could get me a quick treat, but anything else would have been better....heck going to HEB, walking to the back of the store standing in the longest check out line you could find and then driving home would have been better and my ice cream would prob not be as melted as what I just got.
Pre-ordered on the app almost 15 minutes before I even arrived. I had a large drink and a 4pc cheese stick. I pushed the button twice and both times they said someone is coming out shortly..nobody came. I actually went inside the store to speak with someone and not one person said anything until I raised my voice and yelled hello, even then the female running the orders out turned around and yelled back hello at me. The entire counter was FULL of drinks and food just sitting there..including my own order! When she gave me my order she was very condescending and got in my personal space to hand me my order and stared me in the eye and smiled. Almost like she was antagonizing me. That's not how to treat a customer. I will be contacting corporate as well.
I only go to Sonic for the cherry limeades. And I try to avoid this one like the plague. It is 4:30 pm on a Sunday. Four other cars in stalls. I push the red button. Wait seven minutes. Button broken? Move to next stall and push button. Kids are now crying. Wait five more minutes and can see status on first stall still has not changed. FINALLY someone answers. I ask if there is a long wait to get food since I had to wait so long to put in my order. I was not going to wait another ten minutes. No response I pull out and leave. Ridiculous. I see them try to flag me down through the window. Appears to be plenty of workers for the amount of business. I don’t know what is happening there but this has been going on awhile. I expect to wait but not that long.
Showed up at 10:15 and they shut the lights down on us and said they were closed as we pulled up. Google shows they closed at 11 pm. Could've at least served us instead of shutting down the lights as we pulled up. All we got was a "sorry we are closed" then turned the lights off and ignored us. So incredibly rude service. I've never felt so disrespected at a fast food place before as this.
I waited in stall 21 for over 30 minutes. I was never prompted with a pay screen. I pressed the button to request someone to come out. At this point it had been 15 minutes. She came and took my card but forgot 2 of the 6 items and never rang them up. She has my card so I cannot leave, it took her another 15 minutes just to ring up 1 pretzel and a small coke. This place wasn't busy at all.
As of the past 3 weeks when I have been coming they close 30 minutes early and on most days after 10pm they close the kitchen which is unacceptable for when I visit and want to get food at a place that is supposed to be open late at night.
Consider going elsewhere. They continuously have long waits for simple meal or drink orders. In addition to that, you may happen to have card issues to due to their inadequate machines not reading ones credit card correctly after the first 2 times one swiped their card. Lastly, they not only make one or families wait to simply take an order (20 minutes approximately) they require significant wait time to simply obtain their food/drink order. This specific location does not exemplify "fast-food!"
Terrible. Longest waits for drinks and an order of mozzarella sticks. You would’ve thought I ordered 26 different meals. Sweet mother this place is awful. Too long to wait for food that comes out cold, especially when you’re one of the only vehicles parked.
Awful wait time. Car hop is super sweet but in no hurry. Be ready to spend 30 minutes there, if you even get someone to answer your order. And that's just for a drink or two! Been there 5 or 6 times and only been able to order and receive food 3 times.
I've been to Sonic's all across Texas over my entire life and have never received service this bad. It took a solid 5 minutes to order for 2 people and required 2 employees inside to understand our simple order (two breakfast combos, large drinks). I don't see how that is so difficult for them, but the service was awful.
I came here with my grandma to get shakes and have taken kids I babysit here and they take more than 10 minutes just to answer you and take your order and then another 20 minutes to bring your order out. They either don’t have enough workers or the service is just terrible. Very poorly run place not the same as it used to be.
Disappointing. I had a long wait the last time I came to this location a few months ago (it was for food and drink, mind you - about 15 minutes). Regardless, I decided to give it another try. For JUST a drink, I waited 20 minutes. I would have left long before, but I had lost track of time while using my phone. Good thing I didn't pay by card - I would have been stuck waiting. It should NOT take 20 minutes for a drink order.
Absolutely despicable to wait more than 25 minutes for a burger and slush on a Monday afternoon. I understand it can be busy but if so tell your customers it'll be a wait so that they can go to the grocery and run a few errands before they get their meal. Unfortunately I left before I got my order what a complete waste. $8.22
I've given this location many tries to get better pick up the pace on service, but I've now given up to this being the 4th time it's taken over 5 minutes for them to even answer after I pushed the button and now waiting another 5-10 for a medium sweet tea. I've only driven away once before after pushing the button 3 times with no response. My food has always been right, but it's really not worth the wait.
I just moved to this area and I asked my brother why I never see anyone at this sonic and now I know. I went to the marble falls location every morning without a problem, but this location literally throws everything in the burrito not even cut up. Whole tomatoes, eggs are just folded over. One time the entire egg piece covered it and when I opened it all the vegetables looked old. I didn’t even eat it out of fear of food poisoning so I stopped going because everytime I look forward to my morning burrito it’s just slop and I’m disappointed for the rest of the day.
Ordered my child a jr burger with just cheese, got his order and there wasn’t any cheese so I asked if they could put some on there. Waited 20 minutes for this burger and I see the person who took the burger back go across the parking lot and just chilled with her friends. 20 minutes for a burger to just slap cheese on it, now I have a hungry kid who wants his lunch. Pressed the button and ask where my kids burger is at and they remade it(so I think). At this point I should’ve just looked at what I ordered, one of the burgers I got just had clumps of mayonnaise which wasn’t appetizing. By the time I waited for this burger my food was already cold. Not to mention it wasn’t even busy maybe 3-4 cars in the lot.
Very terrible service and rude employees. Firstly it took almost 20 mins aftwr I pushed the red button for them to even tske my order then after I placed it another 20 to get my order and it was wrong, when pointing it out the employee, she said oh we won't charge you because of all your drama your causing. Since then I've tried them few other times for a simple drink and I have almost the same experience. I called the manager and they didn't seem to care about trying to improve everyones expirence.
Especially at night this place just has terrible service, simple as that. This location seems heavily understaffed, and because of that it suffers from many issues. I've gotten here during their hours and had them be closed. One time I even had it where they didn't respond to the button being pressed for nearly half an hour. When I pressed it again they then said that they were closed. All this was during their posted hours. The service takes forever when it does work, and I recommend not paying until they bring you your food as sometimes they'll take your money and never get you your food. Also many of the staff members appear to have better things to do, and will often just hang out with their friends in the parking lot for hours on end while on the clock. Just stay away from this place until it gets new management or goes out of business and gets replaced with something better.
Ordered the #10 chicken sandwich, a cherry limeade, and unsweet tea. The bun was soggy and wrinkled like they dropped it in the sink or something, and the tea was sweet. Nothing like working your *** off all day and getting super dehydrated only to spend your hard earned money on a $10 lump of soggy chicken and bread. This sandwich is better off as fishing bait. McDonalds sells better chicken sandwiches on their dollar menu. I'll go there next time. Lesson learned.

Worst crew on duty last night. My kiddo and I so excited to get some slushes after practice and first person taking our order just kept saying "what else" over and over. He said it every time I took a breath. Me: "I'd like a lemonade slush" "what else?" "with cherry" "what else", "Please make that large", "what else".. it got obnoxious after the 20th time. Then after paying and waiting a few mins. We got a notification on the screen that CARTER was on his way with our order. My kiddo started counting the seconds (sweet thing) and they never came. Then I saw people coming and going with their order. Even saw some teenagers that walked up, they may not have placed an oder unless they did it online before showing up and they said hi to their friend Carter and Carter came out periodically bringing them drinks every time he went to take an order to another car. Seemed odd that their order would come out bit by bit. Then I buzzed them again and asked about our order and a new person answered, a young lady, and said our order would be out shortly. Waited maybe another 20 mins, watching people come and go with their order, so then I buzzed them again and this time no answer and a few mins later, Carter came out with the drinks. He was rude. He didn't technically say anything rude but he dropped off the drinks with disdain, body language was like "ugh, get out of here." Since I had waited there 30 mins since being notified of delivery, I asked why it took so long, he said "we're busy", rolled his eyes, and meandered away... not in any rush. Sorry for looking forward to visiting your establishment and enjoying your tasty drinks. My kids and I will try not to bother you while your friends are there. Also, you got our order wrong to add injury to insult. 45 mins waiting for 3 drinks.
My order not cool the fresh was cold my Blast had literally 1 brownie in it no flavor just plane the slush drink was terrible no flavor water down and the Reese Blast had no Reese in it just plain Ice cream IDK what happened to this place and let's not mention the guy was hold cheese is bare hands and the bun Nobody in this place we're glove just FYI if you get sick there lots of reason why Board of health on them for sure needs to happen
If you want terrible attitude and your order still shows up wrong….here’s your place. I sat for 10 minutes with the call button pressed and no response after receiving my order wrong. While waiting, someone a couple bays down pulled in and pressed the button and got a quick response. So I hopped out and hit the button in the bay next to me and surprise surprise. They respond within probably a minute. They were ignoring me, punks. Give back the tip you thought you deserved.
Stopped by to get some drinks and snacks at 10:30pm on Thursday night. Pressed the call button and someone answered and said they were closed despite several cars still in the parking lot and everything still lit up. Out of curiosity, I decided to check the hours. They are supposed to be open until 11pm. The crew members totally just decided to close early. I try not to pull in anywhere 5-10 minutes before closing, but this was a full thirty minutes. Really bad customer service.
Absolutely horrible horrific horrendous! Waited 30 min for order, order arrived incorrectly, waited another 15 min. … had to go remind them to bring the correct one. Bad bad
Went to this location twice and was disappointed twice. The first time they forgot to add items to our order the 2nd time we paid extra for extra pumps of hot fudge and they didn't add the extra that we paid for. There was barely any hot fudge at all. To add insult to injury, it was my birthday treat. There was a customer complaining that they were given the wrong sandwich and missing a hamburger too. The attitude of the "car hop" was "not his problem" and definitely didn't give a crap that they screwed up. So yeah, highly disappointed and would not recommend this location.
I just sat there for 15+ minutes, pressed the red button 5x times, and was ignored. Nothing. The spots were half full so that’s not an excuse. Go here if you want to waste gas and leave empty handed. (EDIT) I went back to give them another chance, and left after 10 minutes because I never got to order. Is this even a real business?
There were maybe only four cars at this Sonic location. All I ordered was a small mozzarella sticks and I waited 15 minutes and still never got it. Eventually I had to leave cuz I had somewhere to be but that's ridiculous.
I tried this location again and still the worst service. Waited over 30 minutes for one drink. It was not crowded. Drive the extra miles to another sonic or just somewhere else. I never leave reviews but this Sonic is just so bad.
Waiting over 30 minutes for 2 milkshakes didn't seem they were busy. Thought it would be quick
Over the past month they have just gone down hill, taking forever on orders, and seems like the people delivering the food never know what stall to go to and are always missing my items or getting them wrong!
This place use to be good but now it’s run by a bunch of teenage girls- it took 30+ mins to get my Dr.pepper and small sonic blast with m&ms and cookie dough and there was no cookie dough. And we were the only car their!!
The staff here is completely incompetent and can not seem to follow simple instructions. Or maybe they just simply do not know how to read. Either way don’t waste your time or money with a remote order. If you just have to have sonic make sure you get your order yourself so you can check it before you leave.
I love me some Sonic from time to time, and today I stopped by and decided to branch out and do the crispy chicken sandwich which looked delicious on the menu. I was surprised that it wasn't very busy considering I went at noon on a Saturday. Nonetheless it took a really long time to get my food which is not a problem and the guy apologized when he dropped it off... But they're really disappointing thing was the sandwich was awful absolutely terrible. It was a weird grizzly piece of chicken and literally an 1/8 of an inch thick. I don't know if they ran out of chicken and threw something together and that's why it took so long. I took a couple bites and basically threw it away. I added some pictures they're not the greatest but they get the point across. I also got an ocean water which I love and although the drink was blue it literally tasted like plain carbonated water. Isn't it supposed to be Sprite with the blue coconut syrup? Anyway really disappointed today just wasted $12.
We had gotten our 2 blasts and the pickle fries delivered and did not receive our mozzarella sticks nor the cheese tots. We had verbally told our bellhop and shown the receipt and what he failed to deliver to us. We waited for 30 minutes, half an hour. We pressed the button again to see how they were progressing. The person on the other end seemed confused, as if they thought we had left without our full order. Someone came out, clarified the issue, looked at the bag with receipt and promptly took the pickle fries with them. It took another 10 to 15 minutes for us to receive the food we ordered. By the time we got all our food, our ice cream had half melted since we had planned to just go home to eat it. We did not receive anything extra for our time being wasted. I had also checked to see that it was much less busy than usual on Google maps. The food was good that we got, though the tots were rather low for being a large and we made due with our melted ice cream. I really hope the people working at this location can become better with their service.
