Some serious cleaning needs to happen ASAP! Sticky tables, chairs & floors... Numerous dead flies on tables & windowsills. Does Bee County not get visited by the Health Inspector? 🤔 All that aside, the pecan/ cranberry chicken salad was very good 😊

Service here was excellent my food was ready quick and the workers where polite however it’s extremely hot in there and no air flow I felt suffocated and couldn’t finish my meal in that environment so I had to walk across to McDonald’s and order a frap to cool me down and to also finish my meal.

Ordered the fried catfish and it was disgusting. They offered to make some fresh, but lost my taste for it after biting in the 1st piece. Got chicken instead and it was delicious. I also got 2 chicken strips. Never seen such small strips. About the size of McDonald's nuggets. Ridiculous how small they were.

We were first customer right at opening, so food was fresh and we ordered a large order, $161.00 worth, so we sat in dining roim waiting for it to be cooked, and if we had seen conditions of store we might had gone else where. Dirty floors, filthy windows inside and out and bathrooms were rough looking. We have been stopping here every 3 months since 23' and conditions have declined. The young man who took order was polite, but we seemed to be a bother to female wearing the headset. Date was 5-25-24.

I order often for my elderly parents. Unfortunately, the food we got looked like it was not fresh and was not hot. The food looked like it was fried too any times. I called and they said food is made to order but it did not seem that way. It's sad that these days places like this get away with less than mediocre food and service. Hopefully the health inspector will visit them soon.

Way to expensive. Ice cream machine in the lobby wasn't working, which was the main reason we had gone. Worst part of the experience was waiting to use the restroom to was my hands for like five minutes. Employee finally comes out, restroom was blown up. I walk to the sink and there's no soap! How did the employee was his hands after using the restroom? Yup never ever going back.

Let me begin by describing the poor service I experienced. At the drive-through, I politely requested a moment to look at the menu. Less than a minute later, they asked if I was ready to order. I decided on a 6-piece chicken tenders, a family-size mac and cheese, and a single order of fries. They asked if I wanted the chicken regular or spicy, and I chose regular because it was for my kids. However, they gave me spicy chicken and forgot the fries.Additionally, who hands out a bag of food without napkins or utensils? How am I supposed to eat?Terrible service—I will never return.

Today 8/5/21@1130 in drive tru lane,(zoom in on pic) I left my food there because of this dude in the picture with white shorts and wife beaters on ,serving food with arm hairs hanging out , not what you wanna see taking out people's food, where is the standards , or manager? Just Golden
