Great experience, cold beer and hot food. Food came out fast, our drinks were never empty. Couldn't ask for more

Ordered the 3 for $10. Came with the drink. appetizer or salad, selection of main meal. I got the crispy chicken strips came with corn on the cob and fries. 5 strips were on the plate. Brought left over home. The food was delicious. My husband got the all you can eat soup and salad. The waitress and staff were friendly. Nice Environment!😃

Environment was easy going. Had TV at a modest level so we could hear the game. Loved the company with my husband and stepson. And the food always hot and for the most part right Get a 5 star chili's.

My rib eye steak was cooked perfect very tender and juice. My dates back ribs we're also tender and tasty. Our waitress did an outstanding job. We will difently return for a good meal.

I went to eat at chili's in Beeville while visiting. I have been there several times. On 2 occasions I have had the privilege having Nina as our server. She is amazing!! Always cheerful, happy, radiant and full of energy. This young lady is great at doing her job. She really goes out of her way to display great customer service.

Love the 3 for me! Can't beat that price! Tried the smash burger and it was delish! Fries are my fave here! First time at Beeville Chili's and would definitely visit again.

4/25/25 Asked for well done burger and was still real pink. Fries were terrible and cold. Ordered ranch with chips and they brought it out after I was done with chips. Took a while to get drink refills. Not the best experience today so taking a few points off the review. See if they can get them back on next visit. 1/10/25 Wanted some good chips for the game tonigt so ordered some online. When picked up chips were stale and tatsed old. $9 bucks for stale chips. ********************************* Food was amazing. Had the burger and fries were piping hot. Called to place my Togo order, Dylan answered within the first ring. Great energy when answering and throughout the call. I’ll admit I’m the “complicated order” gal, and not once did he make me feel like a burden for requesting subs or changing my mind. When I came in to pick up, everything was bagged neatly and he even waited until I arrived to make my drink so it wasn’t watered down! Thank you, Dylan for your warm customer service. Both are so sweet, funny, and are adamant about making sure that their guests are happy! While we miss the skillet queso, the new chip dip that they offer is good!

Chili’s is consistent on their curbside food! Since the pandemic, they have only messed up once by putting the coleslaw under their heating lamps. Service is great! Usually don’t have to wait long, unless there is a lot of curbside but that is understandable.

This place was clean and orderly. My favorite thing was the food, but my second favorite was the fact they kept the TV and music volume at a manageable level so we could enjoy our conversation without yelling. The wait staff was attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious! I recommend the sirloin or the burgers. We'll be back again.

My boyfriend and I went here for a dinner date! It was soooo good. Vickie was our waitress and she was always checking on us making sure we were good and belly's were full. Love the atmosphere here, you will get lost in each other's convo's while time just flies by! So if y'all are in town next time stop by chili's & have a great time 💛we sure did! They also have a bar side if you're 21+.

Normally we are pleased with our experience at this Chili’s but tonight we left a bit disappointed. It was busy, we waited a good while for our food, which was not up to par. The waiter was not very attentive the salad was warm the soup was also just warm, no chips,no napkins, and the while the steak was jaw aching tough but we would have take it home for our dog but...no take out box....

Overall, the food was good at this location. I would have to say they underseasoned their food a little bit. The wait staff was nice and checked on us often. I would go there again if I needed to stop for a bite to eat.

Party atmosphere in the evening. Food was OK. Brocolli perfectly cooked. I just added a little butter because it was very dry. Potatoes were instant but steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly (Medium). Medium well cooked steak was dry. Imo, Beeville does not have very good tasting water, so it's going to affect the taste in all fountain drinks, even the Lemonades.

They overcooked my steak and the waitress was quick to to get another steak ordered and on the way asap. They brought me a whole new order even though I had already eaten the sides while I was waiting. It goes without saying that I left there stuffed. The waitress was awesome and very attentive. I would have given five stars but they did over cook my initial steak and I did have to wait a little while.

Every time I go to Chili’s I have to get the triple dipper. The triple dipper from the Beeville chili’s was on point. Customer service and attention to detail was spot on. Keep up the good food and the great customer service.

Fun experience friendly atmosphere

Normally good food and great service. The loaded boneless wings did not have the white queso sauce. Maybe a new cook. Waitress was new and still learning. I checked out on Ziosk and no customer survey.. We will come back.

Our food was very good except our soups needed to be served at a higher temperature (they were lukewarm). Our server was very friendly and polite. The service was a little slow but it was crowded due to Father's Day. All in all it was a very pleasant visit. I have generally found Chili's to be very reliable.

The service is usually not poor, but it was on this night because there were several large groups and the kitchen was under staffed. I wish they would make use of computer algorithms because even though you cannot estimate how long a group will stay, you should be able to learn over time the average stay of a group on an ordinary night and the average stay of a group on a special night like the graduation night when I visited. It would also seem that the chances of high school employees being absent would be greater on a graduation night. A good computer program would have a calendar of community events and sporting events so that they could either hire temp workers or offer employee incentives to work on those days. On days with special events, people are also more likely to stay at the tables longer. When you walk in with a party of 10, the wait staff needs to mention it if there are two large groups ahead of you and it would be a very long wait unless you are willing to sit at neighboring booths. We were not given the option of sitting at separate tables until almost an hour of waiting. Several members of my family had their orders messed up, and I myself simply ordered white cheddar macaroni and cheese. Someone whom I assume is a manager eventually came out and said she told the waiters not to deliver my white cheddar macaroni and cheese because it did not look right. In order for it to be up to their standards, they would have to thaw out some frozen macaroni and cheese. She offered me the kids menu (yellow) macaroni and cheese instead, so I accepted it and it tasted great. Simply accepted the mistakes because we were hungry and it was very late in the evening. I feel bad for the employees because they were placed under a tremendous amount of pressure that night, and management should have known ahead of time that was going to happen. After all, graduation occurs at about the same time every year. Management should have also seen what was happening with the kitchen problems and the large groups waiting. If the kitchen was properly staffed, a good manager would have offered a takeout menu while letting us know about the expected wait times. Since the kitchen was not properly staffed, a good manager should have apologetically turned us away at the door saying that with the current kitchen crew and the large groups that just arrived, it is likely that we will wait more than an hour to sit down and another hour to prepare our food. Even with the problems we experienced, we left a good tip for our waiter, and she was surprised to receive it because she knew we waited so long.

Food is pretty pricy. 2 sandwiches of brisket and regular potato salad and macaroni and cheese 2 large cokes damn $47.00. But the place looks pretty nice from outside.

Service tends to be slow at this location vs most. Periodically, this location uses To Go cups and bowls instead of normal ones, with excuses ranging from broken dishwashers to short staff to "someone must have broken or stolen them." I kid you not, that's the excuse we were given tonight, along with "we're very low on silverware" when I wasn't given a spoon with my tea. The food is still decent - some of the best available in Beeville, even. So if you're hungry and have time and aren't looking for anything fancy, it's pretty good.

I watched 3 different waitresses carry food on their shoulders with their hair in the plates. And serve the customers the food. Other than that my food was great the waitress was busy but she did great. It would've been 4-5 stars if I wouldn't have witnessed the hair.

We showed up here just after 6:00 PM on a Saturday night. They were not busy but many tables were dirty and we had to wait for a table to be cleaned. There were five men in our party and they had two six tops, one was smaller than the other and the smaller is the one we got. More than one person in our group mentioned how slow the service was despite the lack of business. My hamburger was cooked to medium well(or well). I assume that is their policy since the waitress did not ask how I wanted it cooked. The NFR was on the TV and we were trying to watch it a little after dinner but every dirty plate was still on the table when we left. WARNING: It is their policy that you must have your ID with you to drink alcohol. A 54 year old was denied service because he did not have his with him.

Server was great and friendly. Food was ok, not what I expected. Over all atmosphere good. Restaurant clean. Some good specials but make sure if you sub anything to ask how much it'll be. I substituted a side and it ended up being a little pricey. Still a good family restaurant.

Food is good. Service is terrible. Walked in and stood there watching the hostess chat it up with a coworker in the bar area. We literally made eye contact, and she still couldn't be bothered to seat us or get us menus. Manny, the bartender, had to tend to us. He is awesome. Other than him, poorly staffed and poorly managed place.

I've had a few negative experiences at this location. Our most recent visit was probably our best one. Our server was very professional and helpful. The food was delicious and arrived to the table in a very timely manner for the rush of the restaurant. We were quoted a 30-45 minute wait to be seated but had a table in just over 10 minutes.

Food was ok but the waitress was definitely a bad part of our night. We were with friends and they agreed that she definitely is not suited for that type of work. She was rude to us from the first time she came to the table until we were basically done eating when she decided to come back with refills she was supposed to have brought 10 minutes before. We normally tip something but after the way she talked to us we didn't feel like she deserved one. I don't believe in rewarding bad behavior in children and I certainly wouldn't reward it in an adult.

I walked in with my family and the host was serving drinks, mean while other waiters were were standing around. I was seated and had to wait for drinks not to mention the sticky dirty tables. So we left after not being waited on

Food taste like microwave food that wasn't even hot when served. Fajitas came out on a hot sizzling plate but the fajitas were cold. Chicken wings were also cold and gummy. Terrible food. Service was ok, But the food was horrible. If you have no taste buds and are ok with cold food. This is the place for you

They were struggling to maintain when we visited, it's not a good sign when the waitress has to apologize to every table. My wife's food came out quickly, mine took forever. Basically we watched each other eat😒. The salads were mediocre. My fajita were good, but the rice and beans were cold. Made me remember why I stopped eating at Chili's, something I will go back to doing after this experience.

Paid $27 for 3 very weak presidente margaritas. I complained after the first two, it didn’t do any good. I feel ripped off. Food was mediocre. Bring back the premixed presidentes in the keg, so the they will be consistent.

Could have been cleaner. Service was slow. Ordered fajitas for two and after waiting 25-30 minutes for them to come out they were cold upon arrival. Server did his best but that was still not very good. Redid the order and it took and 15 minutes to get our food. This time the manager brought it out. He explained the plate warmer for the metal fajita plate was not working. If he had comped our order I would have a lot better opinion of this place. We arrived at the location at 7:45 pm, so the evening Rush was pretty much over.

I knew from the moment we walked in, we should of turned around and walked back out. 😞 The bartender was working double duty as bartender & waitress, so we ordered and our salads were brought out, mine was old, brown yucky lettuce. I asked if she could take the old salad back and bring me a fresh salad. (I showed her the brown yucky lettuce pieces) she acted like it was a problem to return it, next our steaks come out and my son and mine were ordered well done, they were brought out medium rare, I brought it to our waitresses attention and she took them back. They came back a while later and mine was cooked correctly but my sons was still medium rare, so I then asked if we could just get a reg ol cheeseburger since my husband was already done eating and I just received my plate. Well it took awhile for his burger & curly fries to come out. When it did come out it was a thumbs up from my boy. I'm glad my son enjoyed his burger& fries & we were credited 11.99, (the steaks are 15.99). Staff just seemed annoyed, don't know if a manager was there or not. We won't be going back.

Tyler was a really nice waiter but not very good memory. Had to ask him for a couple of things a couple of times. it wasn't very busy. My daughter ordered the half rack of ribs and they came out dry. She had to wait forever to get something else. They should of taken off her whole meal but didn't. worse Chili's we've ever visited especially to celebrate my daughters birthday!

Not a single star... from the time we stepped in, you could tell the staff didn't want to be there. Horrible service, cold, disgusting food. The manager couldn't care less, and while the food was a little better when they made something else for us (couldn't eat their disgusting chicken crispers), they still were the worst overall experience I've ever had at a Chile's. I wouldn't ever eat here again

The food was good, the service was horrible! The restaurant was dead! The server was socializing instead of taking orders, the salad came after the meal! And don't ask for hot sauce because your food will be cold before you get served. I think this is the last time we will go to this chili's. I don't think the owner or management cares because I doubt this issue will get resolved. Very disappointed!

Found several hairs on my plate.. Chips tasted like they were from last week (soggy and greasy). The bacon on my burger was microwaved and cold, and to top it off my quesadillas went straight to my dogs because they were so stale. Just an all around terrible experience, I will never go back. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy.

Service was “ok” for a slow night but their drinks were not what they represented them to be and definitely not worth the price they charged for them. The bar keeps either water the liquor down or just fail to serve people that they don’t directly benefit from properly preparing service for. I realized that I was receiving watered down beverages and I assured the server I was aware of it and when it was not corrected I had them bring my bill. This was also after seeing a male customer served to the point of defection on himself. Before I left the area I made my opinion known to my server and the other bar operator/server I had been served by. 1st they could never have legally served me the number of cocktails ordered but they continued to sell me a product for the same price as if it were a proper quality of item and fraudulently represented. My next experience will not be with this particular location as other locations I’ve dealt with do not represent a service and charge that does not represent an honest product or service. I will not be referring any personal or business relations to this place of theft through fraudulent service of a product as it is represented in print. I have paid for a product that was misrepresented and served without content represented for price listed. That is theft by misrepresentation and lack of respect for your customer base. This information will be shared without hesitation to anyone interested in considering that establishment. Perhaps they should consider adding more mature personnel to such a position instead of the self serving children they presently have in such positions. Meaning for those who don’t understand: when they overpour the client base sitting at the bar and short change the rest of the house they are what’s killing the businesses potential. I know it was never this poor a product until this visit at this location. I visit many of your establishments on my travels and this was the worst case of theft by misrepresentation I’ve ever experienced anywhere repeatedly. Picked up an order to go (for dinner). The skillet queso tasted funny. I did not eat it, i couldn't, it had this weird taste. My stomach started hurting later that night. Was sick ALL weekend long. Ill bet anything that, that queso had been sitting out all day. ***Im learning to not eat out for dinner anymore. Its either old, cold or just plain nasty. The restaurant service these days sucks!!!

You no longer serve chicken fried steak? We stopped in expecting expecting that I could order a chicken fried steak mashed potatoes and gravy. Was told that you no longer have chicken fried steak! So as a backup I thought I will have chicken crispers mashed potatoes and gravy! I was informed y'all no longer serve gravy? Third option I went with was the salmon loaded mashed potatoes come, when my dish arrived the salmon was perfectly cooked but my loaded mashed potatoes were cold! Just in case you're counting that is strike three! By the time I got my mashed potatoes back hot ones I had already finished eating my salmon! That's strike four! At one time Chili's was one of my go-to places. But after this experience I will never return to this Chili's and there is a good chance I will never return to any of their establishments!

Horrible experience. Food to expensive. Beer prices out of this world.. no attentive put to service. Had to ask for condiments. Filled beer glasses with 3/4 full of ice. 78$ for 2 people for lunch and 2 beers. Steak was hard. And grissily.. Bartender and waiters and waitereres were on social media the whole time.. more worried about there after work life. Generation Z strikes again.... do your job kids.. manager is not managing..

I keep giving this place chances but after today I’m done. Restaurant always looks dirty with trash on the floor. Food was inedible. I’ve had better food out of a can then what I was served. Service was equally horrible. Server seemed to be in a bad mood and didn’t bother to do much of anything. This person clearly is not meant for a customer facing role. There are other options in town that are better.

DO NOT recommend this place. There are better places to eat in Beeville, like, The Beeville Diner. When we got here the hostess sat us down and when the waitress came to our table she only gave us one menu for two people. I asked her if she could please bring another menu and she said we had to share and that other people at other tables had more menus because there were more people at the table. Never the less she asked what we wanted to drink and we both said water. After she left our waters we got up and left. Do Not come here with only one or two people because you will have to share a menu and receive bad attitude from your server. The place was filthy and smelled bad.

Was going well till me and my boyfriend got up to go to the bathroom at the same time, when we came out less than 5 mine later the hostess was clearing our table, silverware in our cups, wet napkins on our plates, everything. She didn't apologize and took nearly everything but just removed the dirty silverware from my boyfriends cup and wet napkins off the plates and expected us to still eat and drink our food. Didn't offer new chips or meals and only after saying this was an issue did our server comp less than $20 off our $50 ticket when we weren't even halfway through our meal. Literally worst experience i've had at any restaurant ever.

My mother, Boyfriend and I went to eat here and were seated in the back by the kitchen and bathrooms. Our waitress came maybe two times, to get our order (then our drinks Came) and to bring out our food. The staff in the kitchen and throughout were cursing, playing music loud enough where people in the front could hear. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Very understaffed and not professional.

This place lacks service. Waited 10 mins for the hostess to even greet us. Once she did come out she took our count that ran to the back again. Bartender avoided eye contact, but to his credit was the only one working the bar area. Servers avoided eye contact. Tables were being cleared but with no sense of urgency. We waited a total of 15 minutes before we walked out without even being seated and several open tables visible. We only visit Beeville 4x a year and was a terrible impression of a main stream restaurant. It is not hard to keep guest informed of wait times. Be better, Chili's. Do better.

5 wait staff and manager all huddled at the corner table . We got seated and ignored for 12minutes. A table got seated about 6 minutes after us. They were ignored for 4 minutes but got served before we did. Thanks yall.

We had a party of 8. Was told there was a 30 minute wait. It was more like a hour. We told them we would seat at 2 different tables. But the hostess wouldn't do it. Kept telling us the manager told me to just have yall wait. We finally decided to change our party size and just seat at different areas. Which sucked because we live 4 hours from the rest of our party. Then when our food came it was cold in spots. We just ate what we could and got the hell out. It had now been 2 hours of wasted time.

We eat quite frequently at Chili's. We always request Kim because she is awesome. Chili's changed their service, before the waitress took our order and delivered our food to the table. Now the waitress takes your order on an IPad and sends it to the kitchen. Your food is delivered by kitchen staff. Waitress knows what everyone orders. Kitchen staff has to ask which food goes where. This process slows down service. GO BACK TO LETTING THE WAITRESS TAKING CARE OF EACH TABLE.

Nina the server gave the worst service and attitude even as we were polite to her. She gave us attitude at every turn, never checked on us, and was extremely rude when we went to pay with cash. After the fact we realized that she overcharged us for the side of chili fries.

Hostess just lied to me and said they do not have any clean booths. I saw at least 2 that were clean and another 2 that could be cleaned in 30sec. They don't want 1 person to take a booth. I understand, but I usually tip close to 50%. YOUR loss.

if i could rate it 0, i would but we wanted to celebrate my sisters cancer journey for overcoming it and not gonna lie had like 8/10 people going to go over, we called way ahead of time and they said to only call 30 mins prior to get a table, when the time came we did, and they told us we should’ve called sooner and there is no table available, just terrible service better off just going in person and waiting if you wanted but, we didn’t end up going, so another night wasted thank u for nothing chilis

Absolutely the worst restaurant I've ever been to. Our waitress took forever to even acknowledge we existed. The manager brought our drinks, the cook brought our food, and we had to flag the manager down to get a refill. She was so unattentive. She was busy wiping down what looked like already clean tables. I always tip but if you're not doing your job what am I tipping you for? Not to mention I ordered the steak that comes with 2 sides, the sides I got was corn and Mac and cheese... I didn't even get the corn. The manager said it was coming out in a bit, I finished my entire plate and never saw the corn. I told my significant other that i dont even care at this point. Waited over 10min for a refill on our drinks until i eventually flagged someone down. Overall the worst service I've ever received I will never go back. The chilis in Portland has way better staff and the food is cooked and actually served to you. I had better service at Friday's before they closed. Ps. This was at a none busy time as well.

My kids wanted to go to Chili's in Beeville for Sunday lunch. I called the restaurant at about 12:04 PM and asked about call ahead seating AKA reservations for a party of 5. I was told that they don't do reservations. I asked how busy they were and was told "Not that busy". After arriving about 10 minutes later, I was told that there would be at least a 15 to 20 minute wait before we could get a table. I told the hostess that we wouldn't wait that long and we left. When did your restaurant stop doing call ahead seating? We went to the Chinese restaurant and got seated right away. Things like this, at THIS Chili's, are why I don't come back. When you aggravate me like this, I won't be back for at least a year. Hopefully, it will be better next year....if I even go back then.

My grandma and I decided to have dinner here for the first time in awhile. Shortly after we ordered our meals we ordered a meal to take home to my grandpa. Our food came out in a reasonable time but mind you we placed a takeout five minutes after our meal. We waited for 30 minutes to get our to go meal. We had paid and sat at a empty table for 30 minutes. We asked after she took our plates if the to go was almost done and she said yes. We asked the host after another 10 minutes and she said she was about to bag it up. After another 10 you can see why we would be frustrated. Its one thing to forget to put in a to go, its a completely different story to lie to your table about forgetting to put it in. Then when we received the food (the three meat skillet) there was hardly any food in the togo box that we paid $20 for. No managers in site and bad communication. Wont be going again.

Waited 30 min to sit at bar area when over 5 tables I counted were available and clean. Also a line of people waiting to be seated for over 45 min(they told me) to be seated in dinning area. Plenty of tables in dinning area and bar area to sit and they did not sit anyone. Lack of staff and good service. Why open if you can't serve the public and you are understaffed? Just stay closed I'd rather go to San Antonio and will for now on.

The food and appetizers were good although kind of generic.the BBQ plate was enjoyable but nothing to write home about.the reason why I only gave it two stars was our server was horrible she was very mean. I'm not talkin that they were busy so they were not paying much attention to you like no drink refills until after dinner was done but I'm talking this woman was just mean-spirited! I'm not giving the name because I'm afraid the name on the ticket was the girl who originally seated us who was nice.she never would come to pick up our tickets so we could pay so I took it up front and they asked who helped and I said the mean one they all knew who I was talking about. We ate there May 3rd about 8 p.m. doubt we'll give it another try.

Very poor customer service. Ordered To Go Order. When I picked up I was asked to wait in the corner to get my food. Is it because I’m HISPANIC!? I politely said Thank You as I was given my food. No response. How do you expect someone to eat their food without silverware and no napkins!!?? Definitely will be reporting them to Corporate.

Chilis is a RIP OFF . I got the 3 protien trio chicken fajitas beef fajitas and shrimp for 25$ they put 3 or 4 little slices of fajita and like 6 shrimp. The drink was a tea darn near 4 or 5 bucks and the queso dip WITHOUT CHIPS 5$ Yall act like this is beebille steakhouse. Sorry chilis not coming back to get ripped off again cost me 43$ with the tip for 1 person

I was there early.We were there for the second time we had the limit of beer.The first time , but bartender came up to us and said , we cannot says your beer after 6 hours we were there to have a burger shaking up to us. I can not serve you no more liquor after 6 hours. I think very rude of hers. She did not ask if we were there to have a drink. Or to eat.
