One of the best Whataburger locations out there. Consistent fries and outstanding bacon and egg taquitos. Employees are friendly and happy. Kudos to the General Manager and his team!
Just drove in from cc,TX and my wife and I came to eat where the food is always great, and service is top notch, very friendly staff, and cant wait to come back and eat again. You cant go wrong by eating at our local Whataburger in beeville,TX. 5 stars. It's my opinion.
This is the best whataburger I have been to in all of Texas and I am not from this town. They were crazy busy and handled everything so well and they treated me like I was a friend. That is what Texas hospitality is all about! I wish I got the girl and guy that helped me names but hopefully I will thank them next time when it isn't so busy! You guys rock!
I would say it's been there forever but it hasn't. I still remember the drive in that was there long before whataburger closed up shop on the south side of town in that old A frame. I grew up in Beeville but no longer live here. When I make it through the doors of this particular whataburger it's like I just walked through the front door for the first time.
This whataburger has gotten waayy better then before! Friendly service, hard working employees. I love getting down and ordering because it's faster in my opinion and it seems like they're always busy but the food always comes out hot, ready, & fresh!
Not fast food, they always seem busy. The food tastes good, I just don't like thin burger paddies.
My hamburger and my friends chicken fajita taco was delicious. We ordered coffee and they made a fresh pot. It was very good and very nice of the girl at the counter to do that..

This wataburger is more than what you would expect from a small town. The food is some of the best I have had at any wataburger location and the staff are well trained and very polite. If you wata burger I highly recommend going to this location.
What can i say? It's whataburger... If you don't know it then you should know it. It's only the best burger going as long as they get it right. In their defense i always order it in an unusual fashion, but it would be nice if they would get it right every time doing up a burger as it is on the menu or as you desire it to be... Best breakfast tacos at midnight for sure and i enjoy that they have chorizo now to go with my tacos...
I have to say as an out of towner that frequently visits, that was the quickest we've ever gone been at the drive thru anywhere!!! The food was hot, delicious and the order was right!! That's rarely the case at 1 a.m. I was impressed!!
Had a great meal with my kids. A worker saw me look at a table in the corner. People had just left. She immediately asked if I wanted it cleared so we could sit there. I was amazed and grateful. Very pleasant cashiers. Will be back soon!
As always, fast friendly service. This place is usually filled with all ages of customers. Lots of high school kids eat here. Our server was very friendly when she brought our order. We ordered the double meat burgers and they were both cooked to perfection.
This place always has the best food.We had breakfast this time.A full plate eggs,bacon and a biscuit and hash browns.And my husband ordered a side order of biscuits with gravy the best he always says!!!.The lady taking our order is always so sweet and very polite.She just makes us feel so SPECIAL. We sure wish we had a What A Burger in our town. The cooks ate "Awesome"!!! We travel 35 miles but it's worth every bit of it!!!💜💌

Thankful to manager Juan and the staff tonight. I had a small issue with my order yesterday during the lunch rush. I was at work and could not call to report it right away. He took my concern today and went above and beyond to correct it. Made my meal tonight (yes, we eat Whataburger too much, lol!) much more enjoyable for my family. Thank you Juan and Whataburger crew!
Great service. Little bit busy when we ordered our food. Loved the fact that we were asked if we wanted the buns toasted. Don't recall ever being asked that from any other whataburger place. Only thing was, our food felt cold.
Love these Hamburgers. Did not like their fish sandwich. Husband loves their patty melts. Shakes are large, but we have had better. Fries are pretty good too.
Very nice food, simple but what you get what you order and it's always been worth the money. Only true problems are the wait but I guess thats not a huge deal. Open 24 hours so if McDonald's is closed it's my go-to.
One of the best whataburger's I've ever stopped at. I wish i would have taken a picture but the food was extremely delicious and fresh that i couldn't even stop for a pic. I seriously cannot stress enough how great the food was at this location. Employees were so nice. And they keep it super clean! I saw employee cleaning tables as soon as customers would finish and walk away. I'd give it 10 stars if possible.

Finally !! A Whataburger employee that understood that a sausage biscuit and sausage gravy to go at 730am was going to be breakfast. But, Ashlie had to go to the back and pack herself because she knew the people in the back would not understand that. This is what it should look like and every Whataburger worker should understand this.
Typical Whataburger. Overall quality for fast food. Quick service and friendly staff. My only complaint is some of the restaurant appears a little dirtier than normal, such as crumbs on chairs, tables, and the floor, but that is expected with many restaurants.
WhatABurger is Always good. This location is no exception. Great food, good service, clean facility. A drawback was that an item in our order was left out. So for my meal it went from a meal to more like a snack.
Great food, friendly workers, delicious pie. The only thing I would recommend is paying a little more attention to drive-thru orders. I know it is hard, but they get at least 1 thing wrong anytime we've gone through.
This whataburger,has its ups and downs it's like the pick of the draw . sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not. it lacks consistent. but today at 2pm I have it say it was the best I've had from this whataburger.#5 was hot and fresh and fries were too I was very very surprised and up size on the fries was an up size finally someone knew how to fill the fries.so have to give it to them today..let's keep it going,need great service everyday all day, all shifts.
They are improvised a lot since the initial buyout situation. The drive-thru people are always super nice and my order has only been wrong 1 out of like 30 times. I'll tell you this, the are leagues better than that horrible Church's Chicken I'll tell you what.
Great food but they are a bit pricey and often get your order wrong. They also have very long waits for the early morning crews with just a few cars in the drive thru.
They have very good food yes they are a bit slow at time but overall the food is good now the inside may be a little dirty but it's alright
I ordered the Pico burger with grilled chicken and got one with beef which they fixed with no problem but didn't remake the entire sandwich just put the chicken on and a new slice of cheese. Also, didn't have spicy ketchup 😕.

It might have just been one of those days, we ordered chicken biscuits that came with one chicken strip that hardly covered the biscuit and they were too hard to eat. The girl at front had a hard time bringing up order and we waited for quite a while. Ended up getting a refund on the chicken biscuits because they were too dried out to eat.
I enjoy the hamburgers the pies.. and the breakfast on bun. Why 3 star? Because the waiting you have to do in drive thru..to get your food.
Burger wasnt very hot. Fries were good. Went through the drive thru which needed trash picked up but the cashier was good.
UPDATE: I have removed my last, angry review because things have improved. The below remainder of my original review is still valid. This location sees a lot of inconsistency. It also seems to see a lot of turn over. Every time something goes even slightly wrong they say it’s because they’re training someone new. Half the time I think it’s an excuse but the other half they sound very authentic. Order with caution. If you’re getting take away/drive through check your order before driving off. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Inconsistent is the best description. I seem to, more often then not, have a great encounter with their staff but my order being correct the first time is often a problem. Just when I think it’s getting better I get home to find the chicken strip dinner box at the bottom of my bag was just a piece of toast, no fries, no chicken, just toast. How does that happen?
My patty melt didn't seem fresh, but still tasted okay. The fries were soggy, but also still tasted okay. The chocolate malt was very good with no complaints. The service was slower than expected, but still acceptable.
Staff was friendly. Food was ok. Took a while - drive-through gets first service. Sandwiches were barely warm. Was looking forward to this visit since Indiana doesn't have Whataburger, but not missing much.
There was one other car in the drive thru at 6am. How hard is it to make a Bob with hash rows and a drink and it takes over 10 mins to make I was waiting in line. Crazy how slow they are. The Mexican restaurant chapala was moving faster than this place

Wait time at window is slow. They've forgotten to put cheese in my cheeseburger twice before. But have to admit their double meat double cheese Junior Burger is the best, it tastes like the original Whataburger.
New review Had lunch yesterday. Got the fish sandwich combo. Fish was hot and fresh, but that bun was hard as wood and just didn't taste good. Definitely disappointing because I love a good fish sandwich. -------------------------- Hot fresh food with courteous service.

Why even put milkshakes on the menu when every time I've gone the machine "is down" or "be cleaned". It's ridiculous. FYI, it's called a "drive thru" not "wait on your food longer than it takes to just go inside" thru. Drive thru wait times are horrendous to say the least. Every thing wrong with this Whataburger needs/can be fixed. It all starts with management. C'mon Beeville Whataburger, get your act together! Train your employees with better customer service practices.
Extremely slow service. When we pulled in, there were 2 cars ahead of us. When we left, there were at least 10 in line, and some had left. It took us 20 minutes to get our food, AFTER we paid, or I would have left long before then.
Whataburger used to be my favorite. Lately don't even like to stop there. Food has gotten mediocre instead of something special, orders are often wrong , not nearly as clean and friendly as they used to be. Not just this location. I've tried several hoping to find one that is still good, but no luck.
This particular whataburger loves to get your order WRONG. Have been many times and every time there is something missing or not made right. Also there is always a really long wait. Never in my life have i waited so long for "fast" food.
Disappointed again. Ordered a whataburger junior, large fries and a shake. As usual the shake machine was broken so scratch that. Okay, just the burger and fries then. I should have known the order was wrong when they asked what to drink but I figured it was an upsell. Get the order and it was indeed wrong. Again. Two stars because the employees were polite and I'm feeling generous. Dry burger and a small fry did not impress me but I suppose it's what I've come to expect at this location.
I ordered supper from Whataburger to be delivered and they canceled my order due to not be able to be delivered and still charged me so I went for breakfast the next day and sat in line for 37 minutes waiting for my food that I pre-ordered about 10 minutes before I got there food is good everything else horrible I mean fast food they have a lane B for a reason
The service was poor. Lots of employees visiting and looking at their phones but few working. After waiting 20 minutes, my order was wrong and the food was cold. There were only a few customers in the dining room. Four employees who ordered after me were served before me. I think one if those was the manager as she wore a light colored shirt.
Bad service since the pandemic. Slow, don't answer the phones, ordering online has been ineffective. The food has been so sloppy, staff has attitude. Several orders have been incorrect or missing items. I understand mistakes happen, but this is constant.
Everyone was really nice and the food was mostly okay but the cinnamon roll we got was pretty gross and barely baked and their menu doesn't show all your options for kids.
Overall, I'm really disappointed in this location. I come here often, usually around 1:30-2:00 in the afternoon. It's always really slow to get service in the drive through. Often times there's an employee out there taking orders and processing payments but the time to get the food is excruciatingly slow. I've started timing how long it takes from the time I get into the drive through to the time they hand me my food. Over the last 5 trips it's been an average of 14 minutes. 14 minutes is entirely too long to spend in a drive through for fast food on one's lunch break. Keep in mind this is an average, it's ranged from 11 minutes to 19 minutes. The food isn't any better, it's really hit or miss. Some times it's great, other times it isn't. This is the type of Whataburger where if I was in a bigger city, I'd just stop coming here and drive another mile or two to the next one, but since this is Beeville, it's unfortunately the only Whataburger in town.
Food is good, but the service at the drive thru is horrible. We were just visiting family in Beeville. The drive thru during breakfast was pretty good, but the 3 times we ate lunch/supper, the drive thru was terrible. We drove off last time because they wouldn't answer at the order menu. I waited 3 or 4 minutes and even said "hello??" A few times. Finally, after several attempts to get a response, they very rudely answered that they would get to me soon. We just drove off. They were NOT busy (it was about 3:30 pm). We went to Dairy Queen instead.
Specified fries be cooked to order. Notified employee of rewards being used. Was given cold limp fries and rewards were taken from app however not applied to order. Was given cold replacement fries and the manager was not very helpful in resolving the issue with the rewards mixup.
Great place to eat, store needs to be updated. Restrooms are often dirty and smelly, door is super heavy and hard to pull open. Don't try the curbside they tend to forget about the orders and leave you waiting forever. Workers are normally nice and helpful. Tried curbside again today , still horrible service. Had to go in and tell them. Just as before the food was cold when we finally got it.
Just a huge disappointment when going there. Sad that I have to heat up the burger and fries when I get home. Food is never fresh/hot. Only 1 car in front. Something needs to change at this location. I will never go to the Beeville Whataburger again. Asked for toasted buns and got burnt buns. Ketchup and lettuce on the floor, even though I suggested they clean it, it wasnt done until I mentioned it a 3rd time. All tables were dirty. Oh, the cheese wasnt even melted on my burnt buns!!! The GM at that location is completely rude! Would give them a zero rating, but had to pick at least 1 star to write comment.

The Beeville restaurant is constantly making our orders wrong, foods cold they forget condiments…. After all the money they charge for the food you would think the service would be better! Warning always I mean always check your order before leaving!!!! 😡😡😡
This place always forgets a lot of items from your order. They always serve cold fries. They never verify to make sure that your order is complete before they hand it to you. I always see a lot of people behind the counter and no one‘s ever doing anything or working.
Not happy at all with the quality of my patty melt. I have 2 hockey pucks, that are unedible. Service took an hour in the drive through. I want my money back but don't want to wait aN hour
We got the notification that our was ready and we had 2 cars that were there before us and they got their food before us. We had to call the store to let them know we were waiting. We checked in a d still took 20 min. When we got home we were missing 1order of fries and all of our burgers were soggy and cold. Never again.
We were told to park in front which we did. Waited 15 minutes. Went inside and was told we didn't park in designated parking area and the employee didn't walk out the front door which is where I was parked. Gave me wrong order and was cold. Wouldn't give refund. They need new workers or management that will take pride in making our food & have a happy satisfied customer. Day shift is the best time to go. Night shift almost never has shakes. Also, their fries and onion rings tastes like burnt oil.

The service is poor at your Beeville Texas location.The young manager in the window yelled at us while clapping her hands because they were late by 20 minutes making our online order. This is not the first time this has happened but it’s for sure be the last time. I will not come back. I will for sure tell everyone about this. You have rude unprofessional children at this location. Reevaluate your hiring process.
I waited 40 minutes for my food and then I had to wait 20 more minutes because they got my order wrong.
They won’t take orders over the phone so that they’re ready when you get there, and then when you get there the drive through takes 30 minutes. They charged me for a meal when I wanted just the sandwich… how can you get that confused? You never even asked what to drink with it… if you thought it was the meal… wouldn’t you ask what kind of drink? So now I have an extra mystery drink in here… I guess we’ll find out when we get to the office. Go to whataburger for your SURPRISE lunch…. You never know what you’re gonna get, but you can be sure that it will take forever and not be what you ordered. 🤣
I visited the establishment the other day, where I ordered a chicken basket. However, they did not include any chicken in the basket, prompting me to request it. Meanwhile, my fries had become cold.
Your choices are either wait forever in the drive thru or be ignored inside. Took 5 minutes for someone to take my order. When the manager finally took my order she couldn't be bothered to focus on me for our minute interaction. Extremely rude. They brought out burnt/hard/cold fries and the burger was sloppily put together. I think mediocrity just reigns supreme here.
The Beeville Whataburger NEVER gets an entire order correct. We rarely go there and do not recommend it for that very reason. Today, instead of sweet tea, IT WAS COFFEE! 44 ounces (maybe 30 ounces after the rest leaked out because they gave us a cup with a hole in it) of iced coffee. No sugar in it plus it was not tea. YUCK! The burgers were ordered without onions, which of course meant there would be onions. It always does. It is the employees that do not know how to either read or follow directions, the order was placed on the app. Any crazy thing that can go wrong has before. Far too many things to mention in one review. It would be pages long. We were told that they were working on the employee training, they need to keep working on it. The manager asked us to take the food back so he could throw it away and give us a refund. I would give less than one star, but one is the lowest allowed. This is our last time with Whataburger.
Weird fries can't tell if that's crumbs or cajun seasoning. Next trip, I showed a manager and they couldn't tell me what was on the fries. She said " I hope your next frie experience is better"
Drive thru takes really long. Last time I went my daughter's meal was missing its chicken bites. It has the gravy and fries but no chicken bites . I got home and realized they weren't in the bag. I had to go all the way back . They gave them to me , but didn't even apologize!!😒
This was the third time in a row so decided to leave a review. They are stingy with the fries, they are soggy and undercooked. They barely give you any! The burgers are drowned in mustard! Come on Whataburger do better! Right now Burger King is way better than you all!
Just the way I like it. Toasted buns, cheese all they way. The only thing I found to my dislike is the restroom it has one and if you need to go and it's occupied you wait in line. It 3-24-2020 I don't remember when I gave this review but I am writing because I know they have changed the oil that is used to fry with. The fries are ugly they have a funny tast. They need to change back to the old way of cooking

They Didn't put cheese on the chicken sandwich after we told them it's OK just forget about it the Manager brought a slice to our table that was tacky and bad etiquette the edge of the chicken patties were hard as a rock and couldn't eat it the fries were cold and old the only good thing was the chocolate shake the Manager blamed the workers she should have offered to fix the sandwich in the back she was young and needs some more training. I will give it one more chance if it is bad Again I will call headquarters and let you talk to her thank you
Did online curbside order on 11/10/2021 at 4:12 p.m. was given estimated delivery time of 4:21-4:23 p.m.. At 4:35 p.m, I stepped out of my car to go inquire about my order when a worker slowly walked out the door with my order. I put my drinks in the cup holder and drove away. Took out my onion rings only to find pieces of burnt onion rings and not one onion ring in tact. About a mile down the road, my cup holders were full of Sprite, the cup had a hole in the bottom and only thing left in the cup was ice. I live 15 miles from the Whataburger so I contacted the manager by phone and complained, his response was “I’m sorry, the worker is new and I will talk to her” and then proceeded to tell me that they will make sure their service is better in the future. There wasn’t any mention of how to correct my current issue or any mention of returning to the restaurant to correct the issues or quality of service. However the manager did say that he will make sure that the next time I order, it will not happen again. No names were exchanged. POOR Service and poor management skills. It will be a very long time before I return…. If I ever return at all.
Found a baby roach in my to go drive thru order. That happy and will be calling Health Department. All yall said was, yall can re make it.
I walked in to order lunch for myself and two kids, no one was in the drive through or inside. It took 15minutes for regular cheeseburgers and fries. Everything was warm, not hot. Fries sat under the light from the time I placed the order until I got handed the bag. Food gets two stars because it was everything I expected for fast food but just not hot. Almost every employee in there are lunch before I got mine as well. The manager was polite and the one who took my order but the rest of the scenario was not ideal.

I’ve noticed that whenever I come to Whataburger at night, the food takes forever. I know that every order is made to order, but somehow my food is still cold. I wait 30 minutes for my order and the food is cold. It’s sad because I enjoy whataburger but nobody wants to wait this long and it not be fresh
Worst whataburger, I waited 30min until I got my food. It was made , but they kept passing over it to worry about drive threw and to go orders. It just sat there. I finally got up and asked someone what the deal was. They said oh , here it is and gave me and my daughter room temp food. Don't go to this location.
Food took 30 minutes and then the burgers were so salty that they were inedible.
Worse Wharaburger in the state. They never have fountain drinks. How can you stay open without drinks. They always mess your order up.
I wear the 30 minutes for a takeout order and when I talk to the manager he did not fix the situation. My food was cold and he still would not fix the situation and get refreshed food or give me a coupon for another day purchase. Usually they are good but today they were not
Horrible service. Whoever was working the drive thru window at 10:31pm on 10/2/24 is a grumpy, rude, arrogant person who needs to go work elsewhere where he doesn’t have to interact with customers. This location is notorious for employees like this. In addition, they failed to give me the correct order for the 3rd consecutive time. This location is far below the standards Whataburger usually upholds, but they keep hiring employees who don’t care about their job and then if they get your order wrong they get upset and complain when it’s their fault. This location needs new employees and management.
