I must say that this was the best experience at a subway that I have ever had. It was an online order. When I got there it was overlooked that I had asked in comments to please leave everything dry condiments on the side. Unfortunately when I got there they were already all made and they had to redo a couple of them and they were not upset at all! Leslie Brittany and Marissa they all deserve the biggest star that you can get because they worked with me, they understood and they knew I had a long drive and did not hassle or give me any type of attitude, they were wonderful, it was Leslie I believe or Britney had a fabulous idea of the best way to keep the wrap fresher longer. I thought that was a fabulous idea. She should most surely be recognized for her great above and beyond quick thinking. I will share my experience with all. And will use the mathis, TX 359/IH37 location from now on.
Customer service at this location was excellent. They were very nice and completed my order in a timely fashion. The food was fresh and the establishment was very clean.
The ladies who were working at 4:30 on Thursday March 7, yall were extremely friendly! Lately, all of the subways I’ve been to have very disappointing and I know it doesn’t make to be social, but I appreciate that yall were friendly. Also, the cookies were soft and not over cooked!
The employees that helped us were nice and not rushed. The place was clean. Our order correct. They greeted us and made conversation. Even to our toddlers. Nice ppl.

I had 2 footlong steak and cheese and one spicy Italian. Prompt service. No ugly faces made or bad attitudes from employees. No issues with sandwiches.
Subs were great .. the 2 girls making them appeared to of had the attitude of they hated being there ... and cleanliness needs improvement.. the 2 subs were good .. but $24.75 ??? Yikes !

'Manager' was sour faced and curt, not a welcoming experience. Salad was great and plentiful. When the 'manager' came out to the dining room for an extended chat with an apparent friend she was animated, smiling and friendly.
The food was good, and the staff was friendly, but the place is so obviously understaffed it was painful to watch. This falls squarely on the shoulders of the franchise owner.

'Manager' was sour faced and curt, not a welcoming experience. Salad was great and plentiful. When the 'manager' came out to the dining room for an extended chat with an apparent friend she was animated, smiling and friendly.
The boy at the register is very rude(Jospeh). They always seem to have a bad attitude making faces. Need to be taught customer service. No hair nets or shaved . Smh

Line is Huge. One person making sandwiches. On putting veggies one cashier. Normally they rotate to keep it flowing. The lady behind me had MS and was about to pass out. Took over 20 minutes for them to make 5 sandwiches. Pathetic! Poor management, lack of common sense and zero motivation.
The lady behind the counter took a while to come to the counter. Didn’t say Hello no contact whatsoever. Oh until she went to put her gloves on. She blew in them to get them on... then touched the register. There’s a food handlers class for a reason lady. Disgusting. I’ve never just walked out of a place before even getting to order until today.
Went there in the morning, ordered breakfast. Halfway through our order they ask if we have cash cause their systems were out-you really need to tell people this when they come or at the begining of an order. So had to go to atm to pay extra to pay for our food that was already toasted. Come back from next door and our foods put away without toppings and they look at us like were crazy for wanting anything else. The person let us out through the side door that was half shut with the metal roll down gate then made us walk all the way around the building from next door instead of letting us in where she was before. Manager wasent wearing mask but the servers were. Not going back any time soon.
Went into subway with my boyfriend we both ordered broccoli and cheese soup and then he had his sandwich made first and I was waiting for the guy to make mine And he skipped me and went to the next lady behind me and the lady at the register rung up only my bf sandwich and our two broccoli and cheese soup... No one bothered asking me if I wanted a sandwich which was rude and when I said something about me wanting a sandwich too they both totally ignored me... They have horrible customer service and do not even acknowledge your concerns..
This Subway makes the worst sandwiches I have ever gotten at a Subway restaurant. The last time we were there they were limiting black olives to 6 for a foot long, manager’s orders! Never again!
I went here in August 2018 I decided to give Subway another go, and this time It was worse! I was told online that they have whole grain flatbread! When I came up to the counter I asked the lady that if they had it, and she told me that they do not sell it anymore. ????? Is the website wrong or the lady?? I am never going to a Subway for eternity!!

Then when asking for the ingredients the female was also Frowning and asked what else as she placed the items on the sandwich as to hurry me up I as I was looking for all the veggies I liked. Ordered from door dash twice this week. both times they forgot my chips . Sandwich 🥪 was made very sloppy . I called and asked them politely to please put my chips in bag for the 2nd time and to tape my bag shut . My order was delivered with same sloppy sandwich and no chips . I called spoke to Marissa who was very rude . Telling me she put chips in bag her herself basically calling me a liar and her manager would review cameras . unbelievable ! Bad customer service . Management should be ashamed
The guy had a bad attitude and seemed irritated by the other person in line. Since he was frustrated, he made me wait for a long time. He had everything he needed to make the sandwich but he said he didn’t want to. Can you even do that! They should close the Sub Way if they don’t want to serve customers. Worst Sub Way ever.
