Very good burger that is always made fresh. This place in Sinton was much faster than most of the other whataburgers that I have been too

Best ice tea in town. Food served hot and fresh and cooked to order. Milkshakes are thick and creamy. Store was clean.

There was quite a line at the drive thru and the person in front of me ordered a ton of food. Thought I was going to be there for a while but they were pronto on getting my order out. Awesome.

I stop at this Whataburger almost every time on my way home from Rockport to San Antonio. The food here is consistently good. I usually order the grilled chicken sandwich on Texas toast with grilled jalapenos. Yum yum!!! They rarely mess up my order and it always comes out quick and hot.

Staff is pretty nice it's whataburger so there is always a little wait but this location is so much better than the one in beeville. I would rather drive 30 minutes to get food than eat at the whataburger in beeville. This location in sinton is great always clean staff is nice never had an order messed up yet only complaint is the wait time which is still less than most locations. Parking is a little rough too wish they had more room. But overall great location great staff keep it up

I rarely leave reviews, especially for fast food because well its fast food. In a world of bitterness and that's not my job this whataburger shines. They were busy but still very fast, very pleasant and very helpful. They even went around refilling customers drinks. The restraunt was clean and odor free. I had a better experience than at some restaurants. Great job whataburger sinton. They should use you as a company standard.

I went to this location and they were jammed packed busy, the line moved along steady, my order came out promptly and to perfection, this was my second time at this location and will be going back soon!!! I go to Whataburger in lots of different cities and towns and this location in Sinton has the best burgers and fries!!! Just talking about it makes me want to go now😁

Went to drive through window ordered a Whataburger number one combo with cheese all the way fries and unsweet tea it was busy they put in your lane be after a short wait Crystal came out with a smile brought me my order and thank me for staying stopping at Whataburger she was a great person with a good smile and personality thank you.

Well, I just went through the drive thru so I can't say anything about the inside. The food is always good. Service is great! I mean, when you want something to eat and on the go, you really cannot go wrong here.

This is probably the best Whataburger I've gone to! I made a small detour driving up to houston to get here and I was so glad I did. The fries were so crisp, fresh and tasty, also I got more than I usually get in other Whataburgers. The burger was tasty as well, I usually end up putting salt and pepper to the beef but for this one I didn't have to put anything at all! It was really really good. I don't see myself coming to this place again soon and that saddens me. Best experience so far.

Who doesn't love Whataburger? I won't complain about the wait as long as my food is hot & yummy! I'd just be 110% happier if they leave the onions off my burger when I ask and throw some ketchup & napkins in my bag. Still 5 stars!

Went there at 11am. When breakfast was supposed to end. There were 3 other people there for breakfast, 2 ahead of us. At first the cashier said we're done serving breakfast, but after urging him to ask the kitchen, he did, and we all ended up getting some breakfast. Rare awesome service.

Clean, cool and collective workers. Manager on duty at this time was very respectable to disgruntled customers. Helping and correcting what THEY felt was wrong. Meals were correct when WE got our meal. Served to us immediately when it came out.

Best burgers!! Only thing I don't like is when they make my honey butter chicken biscuit, my bread is hard and my chicken has no juicy meat in it, its all crispy and no chicken in it..the Whataburger By The Bay did mines perfect!! Soft moist biscuits with a fat juicy chicken...delicious!!

We live in Springfield Missouri so we don't always get to go to Whataburger you were coming home from vacation and they had the dining room open and they were very efficient in getting us our drinks and food, the dining room was very clean. The food tasted very good!!

We go through the drive thru alot and always get 2 teas, One sweet and the other unsweetened. It never fails that they get the order wrong. Not sure how hard it is. Started going inside to get them myself. Some employees need to get retrained on how to give good customer service. Ms Laura is awesome

Ordered for curb side in the app and set it for 17:30 pickup. I arrived at 17:05. Didn't get my food until 17:30. In their defense, the place was swamped. The employees weren't standing around talking with their fingers in their noses. THEY WERE HUSTLING. I would have preferred faster service and warmer food. Of course. But there's only so much they can do. Keep up the good work. I will be back.

I'll give it a 4 because their coffee is the best in Sinton. Their food is good but I wish they had better breakfast options. If they had somewhat healthy alternatives, I'd probably go there more often. I do love the hot and spicy burger.

In the past year Whataburger has improved tremendously in their fresh made to order burgers but I couldn't give them 5 stars cause they still screw up when it comes to condiments who doesn't want ketchup with their fries or onion rings. Several times I have gotten home with no ketchup or salt and pepper and no napkins. I make it point to check if there in the bag and 9 times out of 10 there are none or they give you spicy instead of regular. I have ketchup at home but I prefer WB ketchup and unfortunately the one at the store is way over priced. You would think with all the money their making off of the markup on their condiments they sell at the grocery stores they could afford to put you a couple of ketchup tubs. JS

This was the best Whataburger I have had in a long time. The folks there were polite but they were having some challenges getting the orders right. Atmosphere, well it was cold like every Whataburger but it was clean. Overall, the food was better than others.

Was not to busy when I arrived, was told to pull up just had a #5. 3 cars behind me got their orders first and worker had to come verify what I had ordered. Staff was friendly, I guess school was letting out there was about 30 kids going into Whataburger, thank goodness I got my food when I did! But overall food was fresh and yummy!

They always make the order wrong. Good food but we had to get back in line to get our food correct. I'll still go back but you guys make the food wrong a lot of the times.

Tomatoes were not red. And they gave me sauteed onions when I asked for grilled onions. Anybody with common sense knows a difference!!

12:45 am, exhausted and ran to get my son some quick food. Gave my order 3 times as prompted. I was asked to "hold on" twice, then given my total and told to drive thru. She didn't repeat the order which is usually done and as expected the order was wrong. I gave the bag back to her and repeated my order (4th time). She was not happy, took the bag to the back and told us to pull forward and wait. So frustrating... Why are you upset with me. I order the same thing EVERY time. I didn't mess up.

Drive through speaker makes it hard to understand cashier. Extremely crowded late on Friday night. Weird two lane system in drive through. Not enough staffing. Though slow, food was good, order accuracy was excellent. Staff seemed genuinely sorry for long wait. Still better than the Taft Whataburger.

I always order a #1 with extra veggies and my husband gets a mushroom Swiss or patty melt. Food is good. They never give you what you ask if you ask for extra veggies. I have only been to a couple that do. But they sure charged me for it. They normally just look to see what your order is and make it. So I have stopped going as much as I used to. It was 2-3 times a week now it's once or twice a month.

The food is OK, the service is decent except 7/10 times they get the order wrong, atmosphere is ok. The value doesn't seem to be there like it used to be. If the service was great the value could take a hit but neither one even out the other. It's ok in a pinch

Currently in this drive through line where I have been for about an hour at least the workers are nice.

I ordered 3 chocolate shakes, 3 hot apple pies, and large fries around 12:30 am on the app. We Went through the drive-thru and when we got to the window the order should have been ready. It was not. He gave me the pies and fries and one chocolate shake. I told him there should be three shakes, and he was apologetic. Problem is it took another 8 mins to get those two shakes.

Location: Sinton Texas Went with a friend and even she said it was subpar when she higly recommended it. We were both hungry, wanted specifically Whataburger and what we ordered so we just ate it and didn't complain to the staff. Might have been an off night for this location. Their Dr Pepper was SPOT on though unlike the Aransas Pass location.

They get my order wrong, every. single. time. It must be ordering extra bacon that's such a hard concept. I pay for it and NEVER get it. I've tried in-store, online and drive through; it never fails. Or cold soggy fries. 😩 I give up on this location tbh.

Food was good but it took over 20 minutes. Went to the drive thru area first and waited. No one came on the speaker, so we went inside. There was no welcome or screw you. It was liking walking in a horror movie. We were the next to be killed only we didn't know and everyone else did. Total time spend getting 2 breakfast sandwiches was 30 minutes.

Ordered there around 11 p. m., & I was up all night, throwing up. I had ordered, "Chicken Bites" & it tasted old and bitter, (as well as the fries). What if that order had been for a child?! Very concerning. Not happy at all, 🤮👎

This Whataburger has gone downhill. I've been going here for the last 40 years and it's just not as good as it use to be. My last 10 orders have had something wrong more that half the time, including the last three. And when I've called I've gotten a bit of an attitude for pointing out their mistakes. It's going to be a very long time before I give them another try.

I had to stop here as part of my job because I was transporting a juvenile to Houston and he was hungry. My partner escorted the juvenile to the restroom and I stepped up the counter to place an order for the youngster. Here's where the problems began. The staff noticed my partner and I guess they were uncomfortable with our job. The staff mostly tried to ignore me. Finally, someone came to the register and took my order. Then they decided to make my order after the next four people in line placed their orders. Everyone was getting served except for me. I had to wait over 15 minutes for them to make a chicken-strip sandwich. Then when I got the order, the employee tossed the bag at me and walked away without saying anything. I would give them one star except that they actually did cook the food right, so I will give them credit for that. If I'm in this area again, I won't be stopping here ever again.

Two whole people in the lobby, zero people in the drive thru.....still messed up my order by leaving the hashbrowns out of the breakfast bowl. That was the only thing I ordered and that is about half the food I paid for that they conveniently forgot. Sure cant blame it on being busy this time.

If there was a way to give 1/4 of a star or none at all I would. Apparently this company does not know the meaning of customer service. And what correct orders are. The MOD didn't know how to handle customer complaints and where they fell short on. If I was you avoid going to a whatabuger.

Don't order the strips there, they just give you the beef jerky that they have sitting there, and cold fries, everytime, and the burger patties, when I get a burger are always dry, old and burnt, usually I just deal with it, but now I'm tired of getting the same results everytime I go, it needs to change, cause every other whataburger I go to, is great, just this one is bottom of the barrel for me

Waited in line for over 30 minutes only to pull up to the intercom and be told their system is down and can’t take anymore orders. The manager walked outside too and saw the whole line waiting and walked right back in. Location full of ratchets and lazy people with no work ethic whatsoever. Not looking for a 5 star Whataburger but damn.

This place is horrible at best. Did not know what no yoke was. He said oh you want no egg. Ugh!!! Ordered crispy fries and received cold soggy fries. The manager needs to step up or just close the doors completely. Recommend stay away.

I rate this place a flat " 0 " my wife & I order RARE STEAKS & when we got them they're wasn't color to them wasn't even rare more like over cooked pretty much got a plate full of a watery steaks😑... But of course we're are not the type to make a big deal out of something little but maybe next time we will!! For future reference I recommend telling your waitresses you want everything FRESH because obviously nothing is fresh!!!!

Some of the slowest service I have ever seen. 20 minutes for 2 meals, at non rush time. Plus they got my order wrong! Ordered a sweet & spicy bacon burger; and they forgot to put bacon! How does this happen? It's in the name. BACON burger!

WORST WHATABURGER EVER!. Drive thru takes too long so ordered curbside. Waited 20 minutes, saw drive thru cars come and go and I still hadn't received my order. Went inside to let them know and they're excuse was that they have customers inside. I told the cashier that I'm a customer too and I already paid. She didn't really care and the manager didn't seem to care either. Just got a sorry and a cold burger 20 minutes later.

My order was made quickly but the burgers were not hot.They had no straws napkins or regular ketchup. One of the workers just said they were out of straws without looking for any he eventually looked for them and gave me 3 but didn't put anymore out I don't think I will be coming back to this location.

The food is your average Whataburger food. But the food is not why I’m posting this review. I’ve always liked to read about peoples experiences at the places I’m looking into (by reading reviews…). So I guess you could say that I take the reviews I read into consideration and hope other readers will do the same when they read this post. Several years ago I had a banana shake from Whataburger that left a lasting impression on me, it was wonderful!! Years went by and I never heard anything about any kind of banana shake anywhere really. So last night I went by Whataburger and low and behold the banana milkshake was back! I didn’t get one last night but I was definitely gonna get one tonight. A friend of mine and I came to pick up a couple banana shakes (nothing but shakes) and the drive through was ridiculously long. We decided to go inside because we thought we’d get served faster. Well we couldn’t have been more wrong! We couldn’t even get any of the juvenile employees to acknowledge that we were even in there, even though we stood at the counter for almost 20 minutes periodically asking if anyone was going to take our order still without any acknowledgement. We ended up getting in the even longer drive through line because we refused to go home empty handed. Well we got after an hour of wait inside as well as in the drive through line. The shakes were ok BUT we both have a feel that if we had not been ignored by children whom were too busy gossiping and playing games on their cellphones the milkshakes would’ve tasted much better!

Only thing they are consistent of is not getting your order right. Gave more than a handful of chances and it’s never right. Don’t get how you can get a double jr burger with cheese and ketchup only wrong every time. We travel Texas for work and this is the worst whataburger we have encountered. Could have so much potential given the small town it’s located in.

4/11/24 Failed again Served as sandwich & soup instead of biscuit to have gravy poured over it. 1/21/24 blew it again see last pic. 12/26/22 Blew it again. At least I got sausage in the gravy.12/12/22 they blew it again. Didn't even put sausage in the gravy. Been coming here 20 years and they cannot get this order right. "Sausage biscuit and sausage gravy for breakfast." Can someone explain why that is served differently from a plain biscuit and gravy? ?? The first picture is 3 years old and today was the same screwup. 8/30/20 update. Screwed it up again. Even a manager couldn't understand. Finally got everything except a spoon, but when I went to eat it, the gravy was plain pepper without sausage.

Horrible experience. As a vegetarian the only thing that I can get at Whataburger is french fries.. it took more than half an hour for an order of fries to come out, and that was only after I went to the register and asked about my order. The attendant ignored me the first time I asked about my order and dismissed me the second time but shouted to the back that she needed fries. There were no apologies and she grunted when I requested ketchup. Whataburger needs to up its game in Sinton.
