I stopped into this subway the other morning on my way to drill (National Guard), I was in uniform and they were very kind and gave me a free breakfast sandwich and a coffee. I want to say thank you to all of you there, that truly made my day! Thank you for supporting your troops!!

So healthy and delicious! What I love is that you can choose what you like to eat inside your sandwich and you can delete what you don't like to eat. So Adam don't. I love the sandwiches especially when they heat them up or toast them. They are pretty quick and know what they're doing. The only thing I don't like is that on the app when ordering through Uber Eats, and offers you a pastrami sandwich, but there is no available Pastrami and many of the subways. Enjoy!
My sandwich was made deliciously. The associate was patient. I didn't feel rushed into ordering. The ambiance is great too. There is a comforting feeling to this subway. I think it's due to the booths.

The franchise or corporate need to go back to the original portion sizes on the meat. Still a good sub; but if you order a Philly you expect more than what I've got. Maybe it's a West Coast thing

This last time the sandwich was made by someone who seemed as hate to work, and the fresh wasnt fresh. The result was OK sandwich Use dto a lot better from Subway.

I had an online order that wasn’t made. They didn’t start it until I arrived. The place was busy and had to wait an extra 30 minutes. Very disappointed.
Waiting in line for 25 minutes in line. Worse service only 2 lady’s working and a long line. People ahead of me ordered like 7 sandwiches I couldn’t believe this Subway. They were doing online mobile orders and just skipping everyone in line people behind me and myself were very frustrated.

My sandwiches were prepared. Other than that. The young lady that attended me, lacked any sense of a welcoming attitude. When. I was asked what I wanted , I needed to repeat myself twice because she did not pay attention. Her attitude was that of someone who did not want to be at work.
Professional Review – 6939-B Eastern Ave, Bell Gardens, CA 90201 (Subway) 11/19/25 I am submitting this review to document a serious food-safety concern I experienced during my recent visit to this Subway location. During my visit, I was assisted by an employee named Vicky. I normally receive great service from another sandwich artist who was helping a different customer at the time, but on this occasion, Vicky stepped in. Shortly before preparing my order, Vicky had been handling money. She then went to the back of the store and returned to the food-prep area. At no point did she wash her hands before putting on gloves. After I told her my order, she grabbed a loaf of bread and then paused to put away other items that were sitting out on the counter. She completed those tasks while still wearing the same gloves and then immediately returned to handling my sandwich ingredients. I explained to her that health code standards require removing contaminated gloves, washing hands, and regloving before touching food again. Vicky stated that the items she touched were “clean,” but regardless, the gloves were no longer sanitary once they made contact with anything outside of active food prep. Instead of restarting the process correctly, she rolled her eyes, placed the contaminated loaf of bread back into the heated holding cabinet, took a new loaf using the same dirty gloves, set it on the counter, removed the gloves, put on new ones, and continued preparing the sandwich—all still without washing her hands. I informed her again that I did not want her preparing my food unless she washed her hands and restarted the process properly. She claimed she had already washed her hands, even though I had been watching the entire time and saw that she had not. At that point, I requested that the other sandwich artist continue my order. This location urgently needs to address food-safety training and compliance. Cross-contamination is not a small issue; it can cause customers to become seriously ill. I will be filing a report with the appropriate health authorities so that this matter can be properly reviewed. I hope management will take this incident seriously and ensure that all employees consistently follow required health and sanitation protocols.

I didn’t like How they treat me here the old lady in the front she thinks she is the owner she is very rude., and treat the employees very bad I think she is the manager., I saw how rude she was with her co- workers besides that I was eating there and they were sweeping I mean hello all the dust flys and people were eating and they didn’t care.,
Need more employees took 20. Minutes in line to get a sandwich and rude employees now I see why it’s empty but sucks when that’s the only subway by my house need better management or responsible shift leaders no sales no greet no thank you really slow and uncomfortable place to eat
Why say it is open 24 hours when I have been there on two occasions and it has been closed for cleaning. Employees just say we are closed for cleaning and can't say when they will be open again. That's misleading and false advertising to say open 24 hours and then close for cleaning.
The two ladies couldn't even speak English. Why are they in customer service

I haven’t been to subway in months. Decided to go today… what a bad idea. The tall young light skin girl that made my sandwich, ruined my lunch. I got home and started eating my sandwich. SUPER salty!! I had to spit it out. Lunch ruined!! Never again will I be going back.
This is the worst subway I've ever been!. I purchased one of their premium subs called "turkey cali "and I literally got 2 slices of tomatoe 3 leaves of spinach and some avocado hard as a rock. Very disappointing.
The most interesting time at just at a subway just seems like the workers thier just thier to clock in hours and not actually work i had lady go beserk on a paying coustumer and then me intresting time hope u can train them better

There was a huge grasshopper like thing in my wrap! It was towards the end of my wrap when I took a bite and felt a hard plastic like thing in my mouth. I look down and this guy was in my food. I had bit off a piece of his leg... it seriously grossed me out and I just spat put my food and tossed it. I don't trust the hygiene here.

Terrrrrible, abusive, distressing customer service. Please don't visit this location. Management really needs to look into their staff. Today while trying to grab lunch for my family a hispanic female employee about 5'2 light skin and hispanic male employee about 5'8 a bit darker skin were very abusive to a disabled customer, myself, and other customers. I describe these individuals so you know or have an idea of who to be cautious of. I stood up for the young male customer and demanded to speak with a manager but "there was none". They eventually told me to leave the store and I did after no manager would come out. No one should be treated this way, I am happy to have spoken up. I hope not too many people go through this at this location thanks to my review. These employees/people need to be told when they cross a line like I did today. Hopefully if enough of us speak up they will soon or one day reflect and treat people with disability or not better.
Horrible Customer Service! My husband and I walk in the door at 10:57am to get a breakfast sandwich, wait at the counter for 3 minutes and call out to the 2 female workers to get their attention and it is now 11:00 on the dot and ask for a breakfast sandwich and they said it was 11:00 and no longer serve breakfast. I told them we have been standing there for a couple of minutes and had to call out for them to serve us and we were there a couple of minutes before 11:00am. One of the ladies said she was over in this area and we were not there, if that was true I would not have an issue with ordering something else. Apparently they need training on Customer Service and not to argue with the customers and we left as they said thank you. We were a regular weekend breakfast customers and will no longer patronize this Subway. There are many in Subways in the area that deserves our business.
Ms. Nancy shouldn’t be working there if she’s going to be rude to customers trying to hurry them up and give attitude. I asked for avocado and rudely said no because they didn’t have any i said fine and told my father in Spanish there was none she took offense because I was just translating and tried to hurry us up and said some remarks under her breath. Just overall rude and she shouldn’t be working there.
Was there today at about 5:25pm to buy some subs and,then noticed two of the employees be absolutely rude the one employee there Emiliano said something to me maybe and inside joke amongst them but I then knew they were actually laughing at me then another employee joined in the insult. I was just going to let it go but I didn't appreciate to be treated that way as a customer.I regularly go there to buy my son food and subs but, I will return to this subway on Eastern and Florence, Bell Gardens not to eat there but to file a complaint on Emiliano because he is the one who started the insult which he denied to me when it was clear what he did.
