We always love to stop at the Baccarat Bar at the Bellagio for a Bellagio Cocktail! Dorothy, the bartender, makes them the best. Been hanging out with Dorothy for so long, I don't even remember how long ago we met!! At least 10+ years!! always a must when I'm in Vegas, which is a lot!
Craft cocktail expertise with great people watching inside the Bellagio. Grab a spot at the bar and watch the crowd filter by. Try any of your old favorites alongside their concoctions. Both will deliver.
The night I happen to be by myself, ( needed a little "me time", ILAN and his band were the entertainers. What a talented young man, as well as the whole band. Hope you keep him coming back!!!!
Casey was amazing took great care of us. He is awesome and provided a beautiful experience!
The bar was elegant and really comfy, the service wasn't that good, the waitresses were very busy talking to each other and ignoring guests.
Really friendly service and great customized shots. Had a blast here. Prices were great too for a casino floor lounge
Service was good, pretty servers, dark cozy atmosphere. One night had a DJ. VERY expensive menu but the drinks at least tasted pretty good.
This place is super cool. I love the vibe, drinks, and the atmosphere. The bartender who’s initials are R.F. was the most non-personable person I think on the planet. He was rude and his body language seemed like he didn’t want to be there. I still tipped him 20% on his very sub-par old fashioned. The only reason I’m not giving anything less then 5 stars is because Of the other employees and the lounge itself. If the rating was based on my interaction with that bartender I would leave zero stars if I could.
Nice little cozy bar in the center of the casino. Was there with family and had a great time speaking with Vanessa! Sweet and pretty girl who told us her story of how she ended up in Vegas! Our drinks were well made and the ambience was trendy. They apparently have live bands on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 10PM. Wish we could’ve stayed a bit longer. Next time :) P.S. Someone tell Vanessa to HMU ;)
Absolutely incredible service. Bartenders Joe and Leo went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and safe. Drinks were delicious and the ambience was great. Will definitely be going everytime we're in Vegas
Great location inside of an iconic Vegas landmark. Many seating options to accommodate large groups or smaller intimate settings. The drink and bar menu are a perfect balance of something for everyone without being overwhelming. More than fantastic staff, providing efficient and attentive service while giving you space.
09/21/2023 Thursday 1100 am My blood sugar suddenly dropped . John was walking towards the Bacarat Bar. I requested help from him. He immediately walk briskly towards the bar & offered me orange juice. PTL. John is neat, clean, respectful, polite, caring , compassionate & has. a great attitude. He was busy but then he took the time to help me. I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for an excellent service rendered by John. 👏🏽❤️🙏
We were exhausted from all the drinking and enjoying the "Vegas lifestyle", so this lounge was a great place to relax and regroup. We ordered our non- alcoholic drinks, but before I was able to enjoy my watermelon juice, the stand-up tab/ bill holder tipped over my drink. I had watermelon juice all over my leg and feet. Mary, our server, was so sweet. She gave me a wet napkin to clean and also refilled my watermelon juice free of charge. This level of care and service deserves much appreciation. I will continue to stay at Bellagio for this reason.
Excellent drinks and service...however there were two guys who THOUGHT they were very cool and decided to put their dirty feet on the table while smoking their cigars. This is the Bellagio...show some class! They were loud and attention seeking... other people there were not amused. They finally left to get dinner...I know this because they were loud and proud to announce this🙄
A wonderful lounge. Very comfortable seating with great views of the casino for people watching or just a nice place to sit and enjoy a cocktail at a relaxed place. Decent selection of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine. Probably a dozen or so cigars available if that's your thing. Prices are consistent with Vegas, I think $20 is the default price for most cocktails on the strip. Bourbon pours are about half the cost of a bottle. Servers are very professional and attentive. Reasonably quick in getting drinks to you, but they do not rush you. It's the perfect balance. Had no issue ordering a cocktail off menu. The Bellagio Cocktail was amazing and all you really need. It's everything you would expect as Bellagio's casino level lounge.
Nice relaxing atmosphere if you are looking to get away from seeing so many people for a few minutes. Good service and drink selection. I am unsure of the consistency but the bartender for our visit made great Aviators and Martinis with tremendous attention paid to special requests and preferences given.
Great place to have a drink and listen to some amazing piano music. We had to make reservations to get a drink but it was worth the wait.
Danielle, Jasmine, and Robyn are amazing hosts/servers. They treat everyone as if you’re coming into their home. Robyn has been a joy for years at this bar. I basically come to visit her at this point haha. I’m not one for mixed drinks but they do a great job. Nothing is too sweet. I’m not a lightweight but their drinks are deceptively strong so you’re definitely getting what you pay for. Great for people watching, great drinks, amazing service. What else could you want?
I come here every time I’m in Vegas! I love the kind and attentive staff and it’s great to people watch. Shout out to Cat who’s always lovely to us
The hostess that I worked this evening was so kind. She took time to give my husband and I directions twice with patience. She's a gem!
My husband and I had a wonderful experience here! We absolutely loved the drink recommendations—he fell in love with the Las Vegas Sour, and I am head over heels for the Raspberry Cobbler. We want to give a huge thank you to Nicole; she provided us with truly professional and exceptional service.
We really enjoyed having drinks here during our stay at The Bellagio. Our waitress was great - just attentive enough. The drinks are pricey, but very good.
We had an opportunity to visit this lounge and it was nothing short of amazing. The vibe here was 🔥. Ask for a last minute table reservation and Robyn and Lauren were on top of it from th me start. They also gave great recommendations for other places to visit. Great times!!!
Great list of liquors and wines and champagnes. Found my new favorite vodka perusing the menu and trying something new. Lovely chihuly sculpture in the middle of the bar and it is great for people watching the Vegas scene in Bellagio. You are in a nice hotel bar...drinks are not inexpensive. Smoke seems to be everywhere in the air no matter where one goes in Vegas..those are the downsides. But service is great and drinks are tasty.
Was part of a private party. On a terrace that was roped off from the rest of the club. We had our own servers and a front row seat to the Bellagio water show. When ever we needed to use the bathroom the doormen moved the ropes and escorted us to a private facility. Service was extraordinary. The view perfect. Amazing what money can buy.
The waitress was magnificent. only complaint is the music was a tad too loud. Ambience is of quiet lounge, but music volume and choice of playlist did not fit
Nice ambience with area for dancing. Expensive drinks but no different than most trendy bars in big casinos. Great to go as a couple as last stop for the night.
Nice place for cocktails. Place was not too packed but waitress insisted on keeping some tables reserved, although no one ever showed up.
The belligio is a smoking hotel, and the baccarat bar is no exception. Great drinks and seating, but the cigarette smoke is not for me.
Very classy bar, drinks are outrageously priced, delicious, but crazy. 24$ for the best old fashion I've had in a while. Bar 7s also kinda small, but comfortable seating if you can get a spot. Ideally located in the center of the Bellagio
Baccarat is the perfect place to grab a fancy cocktail and do some people watching. It's located in a busy area of Bellagio. The drinks were all good but Strip expensive as one would expect at an upscale property like Bellagio. The place does get busy. Our server was rushed but she tried. I would return to Baccarat.
A quick drink to sit down and relax. The bartender was nice but IDK for the rest of the workers. No one acknowledged or said hello as I waited by the bar. TVs around and lots of couches and a few couple of communal tables. Overall, I'd return for a drink and to watch a sports game.
Host was a bit thrown off by our (reserved) large party, but service was great otherwise. Stunningly beautiful waitresses and stiff drinks, can't complain too much about that.
AMBIENCE: this is located in a very busy and therefore noisy area of the casino. So it’s great for people watching while you take a rest from all the walking. But if you want calm, it’s gonna have to be somewhere else. FOOD: Only drinks here. I had the Broken Flowers and it was lovely. I asked for water & got a Fiji water bottle; that was $16! Bruh. But that’s what I get for being on the strip. OVERALL: Stop by, have a drink, and people watch. Beware aware of the prices though LOL
My group loved the drinks but here a little tip for the management. When you spend $300 on alcohol the water bottles should be complimentary. $4 a bottle got you the 3 star.
The drinks were okay. I had something black floating in my drink and required a remake. The service was not that great. The ambiance is the only reason I gave it 3 stars.
Beautiful place to sit down and have a drink in the middle of Vegas madness. Unfortunately the cocktails were just not very good, which is unfortunate considering the price and location. Stick to wine and beer here.
Couldn't make a last word or a aviation so I settled on an old fashioned. Vegas strip pricing and not much personality from the bartender. If anything, the place itself was pretty cool and the drink was strong.
Servise was great, the waitress was always there to ask if we needed another drink. The place is very pricey, a drink is 20$, that's understandable because of the location. What's not acceptable, is when you order 4 different cocktails for you and your guests and they all are mediocre. Not big in size, too sour. Very far from expectation I had from a bar inside Bellagio.
Three stars mostly for a nice atmosphere. The cocktails were pretty mediocre. I ordered a Mai Tai and I got cheap rum and fruit juice. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you’re willing to pay a premium for poorly made drinks. There are plenty of better options in Vegas.
Nice surroundings and ambience but we went in and sat at the bar, ordered and were served. Less than 5 minutes later we were told the bar was closing and we had to leave. Our expensive drink was tipped into a plastic glass and that was that, off to the casino floor we went. Why they couldn't have told us before we ordered i don't know. Went in twice while staying at the hotel and both times it was empty. We came back from a packed bar in Caesars to have one last drink in the hotel and this bar was deserted. Needs work to get people to visit.
I am staying at the Bellagio. Went to Lily for a drink. They pass out tickets for buy one drink and get one free. I didn't know it was for well drinks. So I told the black bartender ok and ordered my top shelf drink. The drink was $18.49. Here's my issue, I ordered another drink (the same drink) and the Asian bartender charge me $17.32. He even check on me when it was busy to make sure I was ok. I was so piss at the first bartender. Never checked if I wanted another drink as if I couldn't afford it! The place is nice But the 1st bartender was tripping!
Well first I came in I was ignored by my waitress (Michelle) for at least 20mins. She was going from table to table helping others but probably assumed I couldn't afford anything. 3 other people ended up helping me including the door hostess before I could get the correct food menu. When I finally had service I couldn't finish what I was ordering and asking questions before she tried leaving-- so I only ordered simple food and a drink. When I got my food (which was only fries) they were soggy but had a good taste. The atmosphere is fun, nice and comfortable I have been here before but not a great experience this time... When leaving I meant Lancelot and he made my experience better outside of the Lily then I had inside
Came here for cocktails while visiting the Bellagio. We order a few different drinks (margaritas, crown w/coke, etc. ). Nonetheless none of the drinks were good. They were all overly sweet and even when I requested crown with a splash of coke, it wasnt very well made. I may come back for a shot or the chill in the lounge but I wouldnt recommend this place.
Nice bar staff, great drink but rude waitress. I got a drink from the bar at around midnight and then went and sat on a chair with a table. 10 minutes later the waitress came over and asked if I had ordered from the bar....I said yes. She then told me it was a 2 drink minimum policy to sit anywhere other than the bar and then said I needed to order another drink. Absolutely ridiculous seeing as there were multiple free tables at this time (I would understand if there was a queue to get it). As usual common sense is once again completely non-existant in the USA!! One way for sure to make sure someone only orders 1 drink and leaves......I would have had more 🙄🤦🏻 ....and there were all the original tables (including mine) free when I left.
As a Bellagio guest at the hotel, my experience is that the bartenders at the Lily Bar are rude and do not offer good service. Its a simple bar inside the casino. I was very disappointed with their service and attitude. They do not focus on their guests at this particular bar.
If I could give this lounge no stars, I would. They refused to let me in with my government issued driver's license because it looked "photoshopped". This is not a compliment as an almost 30 year old woman, but rather a huge annoyance as I was trying to enjoy my one night in Vegas. It really put a damper on my vacation. They even asked to see a debit card as another form of ID which I thought was completely uncalled for. Who are you to ask to see my personal bank information? Do not waste your time trying to go here if you apparently look too good in your government issued ID. Nowhere does it say that a debit card is an acceptable form of ID in the state of Nevada. Asking to see personal bank information is an invasion of my privacy. It would behoove the Lilly Bar And Lounge @ Bellagio to properly train it's bouncers on accepted forms of ID AND what an ID from another state looks like or it can be assumed that they will lose the Bellagio more business as they caused mine to be lost tonight.
Amazing atmosphere but overpriced and overrated overall. Even the water is expensive and for as much as the drinks costed they were only as strong as what you would get at an Applebee’s. Never going back
My date presented her government-issued drivers license and the manager and bouncer turned her away saying her id was fake based on her looking young (she's 27). Avoid this lounge. You'll probably only find old, old women who look old and it's definitely not a young crowd. According to the bouncer and manager, Illinois apparently "photoshops" all of it's IDs.
Not a bar. It was a couch and a waitress. Good service. Good drinks. Good cigars. Double the expense of normal bars. Medium.
Absolute trash. Lucy to be specific. We dropped a $500 tab and were treated horribly… I suggest literally anywhere else. Good ambiance though!
Horrible service. It wasn’t busy; they were rude for no apparent reason. Bartenders were snippy and the host came by and said we needed to leave our table because we’d bought our drinks at the bar. He walked away before we could ask if we could switch to table service. Maybe there’d be less confusion if he’d done his job in the first place. Drinks are overpriced and ambiance is nothing special. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with these rude people.
Poor service. Rude and angry bartender for no reason. His name was Aaron B. He didn’t want to serve us because we were part of a wedding party. We wanted to enjoy a drink and food at the bar first because the wedding party was still arriving and we were hungry. He has an absolutely horrible disposition and should definitely not work in customer service. Another male bartender was more pleasant and assisted us with PLEASURE. The food was good but definitely overpriced. Overall, it was a bad experience and we didn’t feel welcomed. First and the last time at Lily! No thanks. Too many lounges and restaurants in Vegas and the Bellagio to subject ourselves to poor treatment.
Been at the hotel for three days, with another four to go, unfortunately ... After four young men pushed in front of me and were served, I ordered my drinks. I was told one of them was not stocked. I asked if he had something similar and he shrugged. He prepared by drinks. I asked to sign them to my room. I was told I couldn't sign them to my room unless I showed him photo ID. I showed him my keycard. He told me that I had to pay cash, unless I showed him photo ID. I asked him if I was expected to carry my passport with me all day around the hotel. He said 'yes sir, you are. You need to pay cash.' I didn't have any cash so I told him to forget it. So instead of just letting me sign for the drinks on my room... The name of which he could have checked. He had to waste three drinks. I hope they are deducted from his wage. Sounds to me like the management need to check firstly if the staff here are on the fiddle and secondly the outrageous belligerent manner that seems to run though the entire hotel. I have been made to feel unwelcome on a daily basis since I checked in. I can't wait to leave this hell hole.
I can't give a lower rating. My drink tasted worse than one you left out the night before and all the ice melted. I sent it back and after another long wait I was brought another that tasted exactly like a drink from the night before.i could not drink it at all. When I noticed my friend didn't drink his due to not being drinkable. We had to wait for his friend to finish her water. No complaints on the water. Please avoid this scam bar to avoid being upset when you are out to have a good time
This place treated us so badly, we will never go back to the Bellagio. Walked in and asked if they had room for us (4 people) guy showed us 4 seats at a table. We ordered a round of drinks and waited... and waited... finally some waitress came along and told us we had to GIVE UP OUR SEATS because we had the wrong type of chairs at our table (?? they were there when we got there) they actually took our chairs out from under us and made us sit on little stools. Still waiting for our drinks. The chairs that they took from us sat empty for the entire time we were there . Drinks finally arrived and 2 of them were wrong so we waited... and we waited... finally got the drinks after 2 of us were already done and asked for the bill... and we waited... and we waited. I could understand if they were super busy but they weren't. The waitress that dumped us out of our seats wouldn't even look at us when we were needing our bill and needing to go. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Bellagio should be ashamed!! PS we have all our teeth, were dressed well and our hair was brushed sooo....
After a repulsive experience at the Bellagio’s buffet we came here for an after dinner drink and was equally disappointed. My first drink had no alcohol in it, while telling the waitress I was assured “all the pours are measured”, however anyone who has ever had a drink with whiskey knows that when the drink is perfectly clear there is none in it. After sending the drink back, I got a whiskey sour which was mediocre at best. I got charged two different prices for the same drinks on the same bill. Over all, this hotel is not what it use to be. Don’t waste your time trying to seek a luxurious experience at the Bellagio anymore, seek other better options.
Waitress did not serve us at all. Asked multiple times to be served. When we were finally given food, provided pita chips when I was told I could have veggies as I have a gluten intolerance. Waitress came and questioned tip once service was concluded.
Josephine was super rude and unprofessional both to me and another bystander asking a simple question of what beer was on tap. I ordered a dry martini straight up and a soda water with lemon. She charged me 6$ for soda water when no other bar has ever charged me that. I really expected more from Bellagio and their standard of customer service.
So disappointed to witness discrimination at Lily Bar. I witnessed a white young man sitting at a reserved table for several hours and nobody bothered him. A black, well dressed young woman sat at that very same table and within 5 to 10 minutes was told she had to leave that table. The white man was still at that table when the woman was asked to move. After I confronted the door man and manager the white man was told to move. The door man was very hostile to me when I mentioned discrimination and I felt intimidated by him.
It's open but they seem limited. Asked for a blended margarita and they said they don't do that here..so what they don't got a blender in this place? Never ran into a bar who couldn't do that before. Plus the drink was 21 dollars for one marg. That's pretty insane to me
Stops seating new guests at 1am. Last call at 1:10 am.
Worst bar in Vegas we sat down and wait for 20 mins and were completely ignoring.
I asked Richard for a drink on the cocktail menu. He had a terrible attitude and kept trying to give me other things. He ended up giving me the worst cocktail I have ever had in my life. It was disgusting and after one sip I decided to leave the Bellagio altogether. I went to Caesars Palace where the drinks were actually good and the bartenders were nice. FIRE RICHARD! RICHARD SUCKS! His glasses look cheap too!
The bar tender Richard was very rude, not polite at all,I ordered an bottle of Prosecco and he just put the bottle and not even open it.I can’t believe that happened in Bellagio.I asked him what kind of Prosecco they have, and he said that’s all I have, do you want it or not???Bellagio what happened with your costumer’s service???
We went to sit down and waited at the stand for 5 mins and no one came so we sat down. Since they had several openings. We were sitting down for about 10 mins and the hostess told us we had to move bc it was reserved by the table in front of us. Meanwhile they confirmed that wasn’t true. Very rude and unprofessional. If I caught the hostess name I would defintely share
Had such an awful experience at the Baccarat Bar & Lounge. Came here on a Wednesday late evening around 11pm and initially was drawn to the lounge type seating. As we were seated we were given our server’s name and were told she would be with us shortly however it took almost 20 min for our server to even show face. For an establishment that is supposed to be very prestigious and provide the highest service, I was expecting at least a greeting within the first 5 minutes. All of the tables were full and seemed like there were 2 servers but on observation it seemed like everyone else was being attended to more promptly and frequently than my fiancée and I. I would also like to add that we were the only Asian couple there and although we look young we are both in our thirties or nearing thirty, which the hostess knew since she asked for ID, and we did not appreciate the service we were receiving (or lack thereof). After we finally ordered, I appreciated how prompt our drinks were but again we saw people coming and getting their drinks and check before our server, Alexandra, even bothered to check on us and ask us if we would like anything else to drink, even water. I was highly disappointed in how we were treated- actually neglected- and would not recommend this spot at all. Plan your spots for where you want to get late night drinks after a long day of traveling/walking and definitely don’t include this bar on your list.
This 1-star rating seems very unfair to my server and the overall experience - this is only about hostess. My server was friendly, welcoming, and caring - what more could you ask for? I had a lovely evening, had about 6 margaritas, and was even considering staying all night because it was so enjoyable. However, there are situations beyond my control. I found myself in an urgent restroom situation, essentially an emergency. Trying not to show my discomfort, I informed the host that I needed to step outside to meet a friend and would be back in 10 minutes. Regrettably, the host mentioned they couldn’t hold my table. I inquired about my most recent order, but it seemed that 10 minutes was deemed too long – at least by her standards and company policy. Fortunately, my waitress intervened, assuring the hostess that I could be trusted with a 10-minute absence from my table. To provide reassurance, I even left my credit card, demonstrating my commitment to returning within my timeframe. Despite my efforts to ensure a swift return, the situation escalated. The hostess confronted me at my table while I was trying to savor my last drink. She asked why I didn’t like her establishment, to which I questioned her authority. She insisted that I was violating her policies and warned of consequences if I continued to defend myself. All this in front of other obviously more respected guesses than myself. Being an immigrant, I am aware that my facial features might be perceived as unpleasant or irritating, yet I diligently work to earn a living and tip generously to counteract any potential bias. I regret that I couldn’t assuage the hostess’s concerns in this instance. Perhaps there will be an opportunity to do so next time.
I was in Vegas for a corporate event, we spent three days filling the bar with people from the company (over 1200 attendees). On my last day, I sat at the bar with a friend and ordered a couple of wine glasses. We ordered a second round (14usd each glass), but when we ordered the third round, the price went inexplicably higher (22usd). When we asked the bartender, he replied in a very rude tone that he had finished the wine we were having and he had to open another bottle (without even asking). We didn’t get to finish the drink and the bar tender kicked us out of the bar because he wanted other people to sit in our seats. He started raising the tone saying we were there for hours and he was losing money. I understand you may need the seats for customers, but I was a customer and I was paying for my (purposely overpriced) drinks. Absolutely unacceptable.
Disrespectful staff. They ignore you even when you call them. I received the first cup of coffee half way thru the waiter spilled it by mistake and it took her more than 10 mins to bring in a new cup. When she brought the new cup it had a lipstick stain on the mug. And they ignore you when your done paying( also they make you pay as soon as you receive your order)
We come all the time and always have a great time but this time the waitress her name LUCY was super rude , we ordered drink and was supposed to brung nuts , probably she forgot and thats ok but when i mentioned it she was soooooo rude disrespectful and very bad attitude, i was shocked, that never happened to me before , very disappointed. I would never comeback
Terrible service. Waiting 40 minutes for a drink on a Thursday night with no crowd is unacceptable. The bartender deliberately ignored us and avoided eye contact the whole time. Don’t waste your time here. There were two bartenders – one with an earring and the other African American.
I’ve been here in the past and had good experiences, but I’ll never be back after this visit. I got a booth with a party of six. Upon looking at the drink menu on the table, a few of us remarked that the prices seemed pretty reasonable by Vegas standards. So, we ordered a few bourbons and other drinks, which were brought out promptly. Eventually the server dropped off the bill, which was higher than expected. After closer inspection we noticed that the 17 and 18 dollar bourbons were actually 21 and 22 a piece. We inquired about why the prices don’t match the menu and were told abruptly that “neat pours are four dollars extra.” At no point was this indicated anywhere on the menu or mentioned by the server. Apparently at Baccarat there are now hidden fees if you want a 1oz pour of alcohol without ice, as opposed to a 1oz pour with ice added. We asked to speak to the manager, who came over and confirmed this policy. When we asked why these prices don’t match the menu, he said “we can charge whatever we want for drinks.” We asked why the server didn’t just say “there’s an upcharge for neat drinks, is that OK?” He had no answer. After debating for a few minutes he eventually relented and removed the hidden fees. This feels like a deliberate bait and switch tactic intended to encourage customers to buy more drinks than they would if they knew the real prices. Check your bill carefully if you come here.
