It’s a cozy restaurant with delicious food. The food are generally more flavourful, some are a little salty to my liking but overall the price and quality of food and environment is good to be recommended.

Wonderful place! The food is absolutely delicious, and the portion sizes are just perfect. We tried the pizza and pasta — both were amazing and left us completely satisfied. The desserts were fantastic too — we ordered three different ones and loved them all. The atmosphere is cozy and authentically Italian, and the house wine was delightful. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant. I’d be happy to come back again! 🍷🍝🍕

We were there today with friends. We were looking for a classic Italian place and finally found one. Very tasty pasta, pizza, wine, and desserts. Good prices on the menu. Nice atmosphere. We definitely recommend visiting with friends!❤️

Delicious food - especially the carbonara, seafood pasta, and tiramisu. The waiter was fine (not as welcoming). We arrived at 11.50 (before opening) and there was already a short line. The aperol spritz was okay (the prosecco was too dry for my wife). All in all an excellent place to have lunch in Bellagio

Service must near the fastest in all of Europe! We ordered four pizzas (Sciliano, 4 cheese, mushroom, and prosciutto). Two of the pizzas were great while the mushroom and prosciutto seemed slightly under seasoned. Still, all good. Wine list is not great, but it provides a number of good options. You get a small candy with the bill that was a nice parting treat. Service: good, friendly, fast.

This restaurant was so good we ate here twice. Loved the pizza. Loved the seafood pasta. Loved the tiramisu! I had an unfortunate accident with my red sauce pasta and the lovely waiter was very kind to let me use a stain remover spray which worked wonders. It’s always busy so we came about 20 minutes to opening so we were first in the queue. Would highly recommend in Bellagio. Ciao

This was my favorite place to eat in Lake Como and one of my favorite for my trip to Italy. It was a short walk from our hotel so it was convenient. Staff was friendly and spoke both English and Italian. It had a good atmosphere. Just be willing to walk up or down steps depending which direction you are coming from. The food was amazing. There was a good variety so we wanted to try a few things. The pizza was delicious. The fresh ravioli with pesto had lots of flavor. The ingredients make a difference. We had tiramisu for dessert. It was my first time trying traditional Italian tiramisu. Loved it. I tried it at every restaurant in Italy after because it was so good here. I have not eaten it since coming back to the US.

One of our favourite dinning experiences in our stay at Bellagio. The restaurant has a beautiful interior with arched brick walls. We ordered pizza to share, and the pizza crust and base was perfection. My highlight was the seafood pasta with red sauce. I personally don’t like tomato based pasta sauces, but this was the best pasta we had on our entire trip around Italy. The customer service was amazing and we came back another time to grab pizza to go to eat by the lake and watch the sunset. It does get busy here so try to come early or book if possible.

8/16: After spending a fortune at a nearby seafood place we got lucky and found this hidden gem. I love their… everything we ordered like pizza, pasta and seafood! Yet, don’t expect the greasy oily American style pizza here. Thank god pepperoni is not an option! To top that their price is beyond reasonable in this pricey resort town. They open at 7 for dinner and the line is always long. Better get there early or call to make a reservation. 8/17: we went back again :). We ordered diff food and we love them all 🥰 see new pic. They just have really good tomato sauce… so great 🍕 Tonight they made a mistake on one of our pizzas and they quickly baked us a new one like in less than 10 min. The waiter was so apologetic that we felt bad for him. Finally, you really have to try the Tiramisu!! The best I had.

We were in Bellagio for 3 days and ate here twice! Everything from pizza to pasta to dessert was delicious and reasonably priced. The service is excellent as well.

So my husband is gluten free for health purposes (not by choice). It’s pretty difficult to locate gluten free pasta or pizza at home in the US but for some reason Italy has been super accommodating…

On the plus side: fast service, good prices, good variety. However the food was a touch disappointing: spaghetti carbonara was oversalted and the tomato sauce on the pizza tasted a bit commercial.

The food is very good and fairly priced, with the beef dishes standing out as truly excellent. The staff made an effort to be kind. However, unless you sit outside, the atmosphere is not very pleasant – the interior is poorly designed and feels hot and humid, as the air conditioning doesn’t work well. Overall, it’s a good place to eat, but not the right spot if you’re looking for a charming dinner.

Overall this meal was quite delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed it! We had to wait an hour to be seated for a table of 4. My favorite dishes were the pizza and the soup! (Although the soup was a bit salty, I’d still order it again). My least favorite dish was the carbonara because it was cheesy and not creamy (sorry I didn’t take a photo of it).

Buona pizza nel centro di Bellagio. Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante semplice e accogliente. PIzza buona anche se la pasta non era cotta perfettamente. Personale gentile.

If it's full you need to wait for ~20 minutes. In our case we found a table really quick. The price was okay and the food also. Not authentic Italian because the pizza was too thick. The mushrooms on my pizza were not fresh but from can but in summary delicious food if you do not expect Italian pizza with a nice crust.

I visited La Grotta recently and managed to snag a table just before the dinner rush, which was a plus. The pizza and pasta were decent—solid, but nothing that blew me away or felt particularly memorable. The mussels, unfortunately, were a bit of a letdown; they tasted like the standard frozen fare you’d find at many other spots in town, lacking that fresh, live quality I was hoping for. On the bright side, the staff was quick and efficient, handling our order with speed and professionalism. Overall, La Grotta is a decent choice for a no-frills meal, especially considering the reasonable prices, though don’t expect a view or anything extraordinary. It’s a reliable option for a casual dinner, but it won’t leave you raving

Cute location, good service but unfortunately food was very average. We were very disappointed with the risotto, the lasagna and the escalope with lemon. The grotta pizza was okay, did not stand out. The pasta with clams, tiramisu and affogato on the other hand were really good. That’s too bad because overall, I will not come back to try other dishes…

La carbonara era preparata con panna e senza né pancetta né guanciale. La pizza piuttosto mediocre: purtroppo non sembra vera cucina italiana. Inoltre, nel menù c’è scritto semplicemente ‘carbonara’, senza indicare gli ingredienti: ci si aspetterebbe l’originale e invece ci si trova davanti a questo.

Metto una stella solo perché non posso metterne zero. Il caffè era letteralmente imbevibile, pessimo, e nonostante la qualità infima il prezzo era decisamente eccessivo. Nota dolente per la pizza senza glutine: palesemente un prodotto industriale scongelato e di pessima qualità. Esperienza da non ripetere Come se non bastasse, abbiamo chiesto un ginseng e ci hanno portato quel caffè imbevibile

Questo ristorante è un canile. La pasta alle vongole è vergognosa, si sente solo l'aglio (chiaramente per coprire la bassa qualità dei frutti di mare), tutto il resto è ugualmente scadente, magari non quanto la pasta alle vongole, ma comunque scadente.

We queued for like 20-minutes for this restaurant before they open as it suppose to be very good (4.3 google rated). 2-minutes before the restaurant opened, they suddenly placed a sticker on their board and informed everyone that there will be no pizza tonight. Went ahead to eat anyway. Turns out it’s the worst spaghetti I’ve ever eaten — and the worst part is, I found the worst spaghetti right here in Italy,not in some random third-world country.
