Nice place to get a quick tea. Service was quick and the drinks are priced decently relative to the amount you recieve. I ordered the grapefruit green tea, and it was nice; not an overpowering grapefruit flavor, just right. The other two drinks are bubble teas.

Busy and nice bubble tea beverage place. Long line but fast serving. The receptionist is attentive and friendly to take orders. The Earl Grey 3 J’s is my all time favourite. Milk Foam Black coffee with herbal jelly is nice too. They will call your order ticket number to pick up drinks. So listen up, else some other customers might take your drinks 😉

This place seem very busy the day I came in up to 10-15 people waiting in line but the drink coming out fast 2-3 minutes. Good luck finding a parking space in the front or around the store. It has some decorations and good warm ambience lighting. It also has enough space with a lot of tables and chairs. Staffs are working fast and hard since so many customers are waiting. I did choose the Pearl Milk Tea which was pretty good and boba was very chewy. I will try other drinks when I have my chance to coming back here again.

It is a very old shop now. Drink is still same flavor like 6 years ago when I came. The cup is kind of out of date though, some menu and cup upgrade is definitely needed.

Stopping by Gong Cha for a cold drink in a hot summer day is very refreshing. The barista was very patience with me while I read through their menu. They have so many varieties of teas and drinks on the menu. The tea they use is fresh, mix with citrus adds another layer of vibrant flavor. If you don't want tea, you can just order fruit drinks. Free wifi, there was a couple of 10-11 people having a meeting/discussion, so it is nice place to hangout.

There are so many boba places in Chinatown, but Gong Cha is definitely a top contender. There are lots of menu items, both traditional and modern, that rotate frequently so there’s always something new to try. The cold options are perfect for a hot afternoon in Houston. The place can be a little packed which makes it hard to find a seat sometimes, but they are made quickly and efficiently. The quality isn’t consistent and drinks can be sweet one day and bitter the next, but this may be due to new employees. Overall a very promising spot to fulfill your next boba craving.

First visit here and I was delighted to see the large variety they have on their menu. I ended up ordering and trying the Brown Sugar milk tea (you can never go wrong with it!) with Boba. It was very sweet and creamy, I enjoyed every sip of it. The tapioca was spot on, soft and chewy, one of the best tapioca I’ve tried! The shops environment is pretty laidback and chill, and for a Tuesday afternoon it was not so busy. Drink preparation was quick and staff was friendly. Please come by and take a peep and maybe get a treat! 😉

Gong Cha is a very good Tea restaurant. The employees were nice, friendly and helpful. The strawberry milk tea was delicious. I would recommend trying Gong Cha Tea restaurant.

🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 The service at this store is terrible, the staff's manners are appalling, there's a strange smell in the store, and the special drinks I tried before were incredibly bad, like the pumpkin-flavored milk tea and the cookies, which had a really strange taste, like they were mutated.🤨In particular, one female employee was talking about us right in front of us, simply because our English wasn't good. I think anyone with even a little bit of manners wouldn't do that. Her attitude was terrible! And she was very impatient, constantly making clicking sounds with her tongue. I'm speechless, how can there be such a person?😅😅😅😅😅👊🏻🤐🙄😑

I been to all the Gong Cha in Houston, Katy, Friendswood and this Bellaire location is the worst of all. It just smells so nasty all the time and the service is right alongside with the smell.

I hope the owner reads my review, here it is. It was almost midnight and I was thirsty. I happened to visit this particular gongcha to buy a sparkling drink and two iced water. I was given my drink and two tiny cups of iced water which were about 4-5oz each. I asked for a big cup of iced water, but was told no. I didnt ask for free, i was tired, and thirsty and so were my kids. It's unfortunate that it came to this; quite pathetic and low...of you, a tea/boba shop that can't even sell iced water. If this particular store were to go out of business, and I hope it does happen, it'd be well deserved. Perhaps it's due to the unwillingness to sell iced water in cups that are bigger than tiny dipping sauce cups to a paid customer with thirsty kids during late hours.

Low quality ingredients! Theyve went down in quality over these recent years. They spoil and sour too quickly and the taste is overly pungent even when fresh.
