My kiddo's & I had a very nice lunch at The Galleria Cheesecake factory yesterday. Our waitress, Dawn was very friendly and attentive. The food was terrific! I really enjoyed the steak tacos. Great lunch experience. Thanks!

Went to this location on a Saturday night and had thee most amazing server. Ayana took such good care of my best friend and I. She was so caring and attentive throughout our time there. We started off with the Avocado egg rolls and new orleans cajun shrimp appetizer. They were absolutely delicious. For our entree I had the shrimp scampi and my best friend had the Louisiana chicken pasta. We were extremely satisfied with both of our dishes. Looking forward to the next visit 😀

Another great Cheesecake Factory restaurant to try at The Galleria in Houston. Food is always delicious even for a little hiccups when they brought up my main entrée my side was wrong but the server Jenny took care of right away, by the way she was awesome 👌. Thank you!

It was my first time at this location. I just ran in to get some desserts to go. They were delicious as usual. 10 out of 10 Also it wasn’t much parking in that area so I parked valet. I told the valet driver I was just picking up an order & he kept my car up front without charging me. I really did appreciate that. I gave him a tip of course. Lol - Edmond aka “Uptown Saxman”

I went to the cheesecake factory with me and my friends. It was a very pleasant experience. We were sat immediately during a Friday night and the valet outside was very cheap. Only $10. The food was great and the server was so funny love this place.

Great service and delicious food. My server Cory was extremely attentive and constantly checking in. They forgot one small thing and went out of their way to rectify, the manager Sean was great. Definitely recommend to stop here if you want a small bite or a nice meal before or after shopping!

Great service, yummy food! Got a kids pasta plate and it was more than enough for an adult however they did put very little chicken. And the restrooms need a remodel because the design is not very efficient and it’s dark in there. Other than that, great spot!

You can never go wrong with a cheesecake can you! Love the options, decent price for a decent sized cake!!! This place can get pretty crowded so watch out but you can always do take out. The trick about parking is since it’s attached to the galleria mall, there is free underground parking right there under the paid parking lot, and you can take the stairs straight upto the Cheesecake Factory entrance.

We ended at Cheesecake Factory as we are so used to it in Phoenix. This location seats people’s upstairs in the Galleria Mall. The server Catherine was an outstanding server. She was prompt, sincere and checked on us often. The food order was taken promptly, drinks served as ordered and food was brought to us in a timely manner with a quality check done a few minutes after we had taken our bites. The thing that impressed me most is the unique style of upselling. She is funny, caring and quick on her feet, almost and owner of the business kind of a person. She even encouraged us to come to a brunch on Saturday and Sunday and come sit at their table. She didn’t have to but that’s management skills rarely noticed in a server who just go about serving their shift . So 10 stars for her. And yes, we will come to see her and sit at her table. Canadian visiting Houston!!!

I had a mixed experience at this restaurant. On the plus side, the atmosphere was cozy and modern, with warm lighting and elegant decor. The service was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. However, the food was a major letdown. We ordered a waffle to share, but unfortunately, it was hard and dry, as if it had been cooked hours earlier. Chicken was also dry. The presentation was ok. Despite the menu promising a unique culinary experience, the reality was far from it. In summary, while the atmosphere and service were excellent, the poor food quality was a major weakness. Hopefully, the restaurant will take steps to improve the quality of their dishes, because with a bit more effort, it could be a truly exceptional place. I’ll give it another try in a few weeks.

It's got great cheesecake and we tried the pineapple one and the coconut. The coconut was light and best in choice. I wish the salad wraps had more chicken. The salmon was delicious.

Good meals, friendly staff, and great service make this an excellent place for special meals out with family and friends. I personally came in a large group and we all had a good time. The restaurant is nicely decorated and has adequate lighting that dims according to the time and personal preference. It is spread out across two levels with public toilets at the bottom. Food usually takes around 20 minutes to make but that can obviously change according to your group size and what you order. Drinks are refilled free of charge. This includes all soft drinks and water. Bread and water is served for free upon arrival. Chairs are comfortable but they can squash down pretty quickly so you might need to shuffle around a bit. One of the only problems with this restaurant is that there isn't very much space on the tables and it is often very cramped.

During my Houston visit, we came here for lunch with friends .. the place is so nice in ambience and felt like luxury… the staff was also polite and welcoming.. they had the large menu to choose from however the vegetarian items were very very limited … they offer complimentary bread butter to eat by the time your order arrives.. their cheesecakes are outstanding

My wife and I visited this location today and I wanted to try something different and OH MY GOSH!! I was not let down at all!! My wife had the Cesar salad and added chicken she said it was pretty good. I had the chicken Shawarma pitas it came with a side of fries, tzatziki sauce and hot sauce.THESE LITERALLY HAD THE MOST FLAVOR!! 10/10 recommend that meal!

The food was truly made my visit worth the wait! Although the waiter was friendly, he took around 36 minutes to come and tell us that he was our waiter, by the time they came to introduce themselves my entire party already knew what to order. Well we place orders and by the time our food came we had all forgotten what we had ordered. We got seated at around 4:30 pm, didn’t get attended til like 5:15 pm and didn’t start eating until 6:28 pm. At some point our original waiter even came and introduced us to our new waiter. Well expecting this waiter to do a better job, they actually manage to do an even worse gob at their entitled job, to wait on customers😂😂😂. It was quite comical to say the least. Our waiter finally comes after we have finished our meals, and we asked for our dessert and oh dear, they not only kept forgetting to bring us the menu for the cheesecakes but again once we finally placed the order, they waiter themselves were shocked at how slow they were being. Besides the service being as slow as a slime-less snail trying to get across the dresser carrying its own weight in rocks, the food was fresh, delicious, filling and would definitely recommend the grilled salmon with the fresh squeeze of lemon along with these creamy yet lumpy side of mashed potatoes. The broccoli was just the right touch of freshness and iron. The sauce which I think is some kind of horseradish is also quite tasty. The Korean fried chicken was also flavorful and the cheesecake well, could have been better presentation at least the celebration one looked a little sad but overall the slices were decent. Overall Cheesecake Factory is a classic where the food may not be lacking flavor but the service is always what makes you think twice about dinning in.

The environment is welcoming. You do not need to dress up here, unlike the neighboring restaurants. The bread they give come out the same time as our appetizer 🤦🏻‍♀️ and unfortunately the drinks did not stay filled (but that was on the server). The plates were pretty good. We can’t complain. We probably won’t be back , not our style but it was nice!

I highly recommend kids chicken tenders, truffle fries, and especially the beet salad. It tastes so fresh and crisp with citrus hints and the satisfying flavor of the beet. The kids chicken tenders are a good portion, and tenders are always soft and tasty. Lastly, the chipotle pasta was okay, as I’ve had better pasta here (like the pasta da vinci). The chipotle pasta was a little dry for me.

While prices are generally higher than other places, it offers a wide variety of food and drink options, not just desserts. It has a unique, pleasant atmosphere. The staff is courteous, and service is fast. Despite being multi-story, there's an elevator, making it convenient for wheelchairs and the elderly.

The real standout was the Korean Fried Cauliflower--crispy, flavorful, with the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. It honestly reminded me of a spicy sesame chicken, in the best way. Our bartender was wonderful--friendly, attentive, and impressively efficient despite being the only one behind the bar. She managed to juggle drink orders from the floor while still giving bar guests great service. This Cheesecake Factory has a two-level layout, which made it feel a bit more cramped and darker than others I've been to, but overall it had the familiar, reliable chain vibe.

Food was tender but bland. Appetizer of egg rolls was ok. 3 dishes for 3 different people- food was palatable but they all left something to be desired. Bathrooms are by the elevator to the upstairs part of the restaurant. Full bar but they were out of shelf tequila. Nice atmosphere and nice music.

I know for a fact she received no tip from me, but she likely received no more than a $5 tip from him. I would NEVER eat here again. Especially not with the pick-me treatment that I encountered from the waitress. Value customers, not men. Even if you are attracted to a man that you are serving, try not to let it be so obvious if he is with a woman. Enjoy your $0-5 tip.

After a long wait the manager informed me they gave it to someone else. I dont think ill ever go to this location again. Im not sure how you lose a meal.

I made reservations for my birthday. There was no host downstairs to greet us. It felt odd. I sent my drink back it tasted awful. I also was not satisfied with the pasta. My shrimp was as stiff as a board. The pasta was hard. It was not cooked correctly. The waiter was friendly. But only checked in with us once. The food took over 30 minutes to be completed. I also asked for a booster seat for my daughter and never received one. Drab atmosphere. I felt like I wasted 45 minutes driving there. I was so disappointed with the food that I didn’t even order dessert.

I went there today with my friend and the experience was terrible, so sad that this happened in my birthday and i was so excited to eat there, at first the hostess totally ignored us, then when we asked an specific table she said that we cannot sit there because there’s no server in that section and a moments after that they sat people there… the server wasn’t even paying attention to us and he was kinda rude, he was going to every table except our table, they took a long time to even bring the drinks and at the end we decided to leave because of the bad customer service. A very sad experience in my special day…

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at The Cheesecake Factory. From the moment I walked in, the staff’s attitude felt cold and unwelcoming. Instead of being greeted with basic courtesy, I was met with dismissive behavior and an obvious lack of professionalism. What upset me the most was the way I felt treated compared to other guests. The server seemed attentive and friendly to tables around us, but noticeably impatient and uninterested when interacting with us. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere that made us feel singled out and unwelcome. Dining out should be an enjoyable experience, but this visit left me feeling disrespected and disappointed. I truly hope management takes customer service more seriously and addresses concerns about fairness and professionalism. No guest should ever leave feeling the way we did. I will not be returning.

It was my birthday so they were supposed to give me a free slice of cheesecake which I got but they said I get to keep my reward and they still won't charge me for the cheesecake because of the bad service. I was already getting cheesecake for free so why do I need to keep my birthday reward. So they were doing anything they could to avoid discounting their horrible service. So I got a response from the owner of the cheesecake factory and they said they apologize for the service and it should be better. But in no way have they tried to compensate me in any way for what we received. We bought an entire cheesecake to bring back home plus paid $115 for a meal and it absolutely was the worst service I've ever had. So all they're doing is covering their butts and in no way do they care about the customer and will do anything to help you. Will not be back you will not get a second chance because that's just ridiculous!!! Do you want to make things right try to make them right Don't sit there and apologize because you absolutely do not care about the customer whatsoever.

It is worst experience ever at Galleria Location we are family of 4 and wait about hour and half on the table after give order to waiter and 10 mins before we leave the restaurant without eat waiter tells us few of the item we order they don’t have on the kitchen I don’t understand what take so long to figure out about food not available at the kitchen so we left without eating after hour and half waiting and top of that when we talk to manger and and expecting to give us a some good answer about why food is getting late he does not even ask us to wait for a second so he can go and confirm from the kitchen Why is the food getting so late for those customers this is totally unprofessional way to treat the customers, especially when you are managing this Big restaurant so very very big NO for this location

Went there after almost 10 12 years. Just an impulse stop while shopping at galleria, but we had the weirdest experience. 1st, the host and seating system was weird. Nobody was there to seat us. We had to ask around to bw seated. Then, once seated, the server took forever to come. Its like nobody knew what they were doing. Ince the order was placed, we waited almost an hour for the food to come, only our apoetizer came. After an hour, our server came and asked for our order again!! Only to tell us that he applogizes, but the kitchen lost our ticket and didn't receive the order. We decided to leave rather than to reorder. Everything was just so weird. But it was just such a bad experience. This was the 1st time after years, and I thought Cheesecake factory would have the same reputation as it used to be. But everything changed. Even the ambiance and interiors were old and outdated and didn't look clean, and the entire restaurant had a weird grease smell. Would definitely never go there again. With Houston having so many great restaurants, cheesecake factory has dropped its quality and service rather too much. The cheesecakes did look good. Wish we had a better service and experience here to try them.

I hadn’t been back to The Cheesecake Factory in 23 years. After this visit, I’m reminded exactly why. Service was actually attentive and polite, so credit where it’s due. That said, I never received the famous complimentary bread—not when seated, not during the meal, not ever. A small thing, but when it’s part of the brand’s reputation, it stands out. I ordered the Tex-Mex Eggrolls and Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake. The eggrolls were nothing special—fine, but forgettable—and the green dipping sauce didn’t taste fresh. The cheesecake, which should be the star, had a faint but noticeable flavor of egg and freezer burn. Not what you expect from a dessert that’s supposed to be iconic. The restaurant was also surprisingly empty, and after this experience, I get why. I won’t be coming back. Maybe I’ll check again in another 23 years—but I wouldn’t bet on it.
