Wonderful brunch! The brisket quesadilla was fantastic. Husbands ribeye tacos were the best in town! Our server Francisco took excellent care of us for brunch. He was attentive and made our visit one that we will repeat again soon. Highly recommend!

Today, Saturday, September 06, 2025, at 12:00 PM, Noon, my family dined at Mi Cocina in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We enjoyed attentive friendly phenomenal personal Service from Martin R. The Tex-Mex meals are fresh, delicious & nutritious. When we asked Martin to Box our leftovers to take Home, he put on black plastic gloves before he put our leftovers in the box. That was the 1st time that a Server has ever done that for us in any Restaurant in the World. Martin even gave us a bag of Torilla Chips with 2 cups of Salsa to enjoy at Home. Martin gave us extraordinary excellent Service! We highly recommend Mi Cocina! Which translated means My Kitchen. Excellent!

Last night we had a surprise 70th birthday celebration at the restaurant. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT....food, service, location. Staff were very accommodating with helping us select the menu items to offer. Wait staff were excellent in making sure everyone had something to drink and keeping our drinks refilled. We had more people show up then expected and the area was a little small but that was not Mi Cocina's fault at all. Will definitely remember Mi Cocina for any future celebrations.

First time at Mi Cocina in Tulsa and I was pleasantly surpised. Our server Justin was friendly ans attentive. I got the brisket tacos and they were on point. The manager Enrique was also really friendly. I will definitely come back next time I am in Tulsa! Visiting this place is a must!

My very first time in Tulsa and Justin was an amazing waiter !! Definitely recommend! Food and service was excellent! Management Enrique checked on us several times and was very nice . Wished us well on our soccer tournament.

Francisco was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we were seated, he made us feel welcome and well taken care of. His attention to detail, friendly attitude, and knowledge of the menu truly enhanced our dining experience. He checked in just the right amount—attentive but never overbearing. Mi Cocina is lucky to have someone like Francisco on their team. We’ll definitely be back and hope to sit in his section.

Made reservations for a party of 8 at 7pm and the table was ready for us when we got there. The margarita selection was great and there was plenty to go around with the queso and guacamole appetizers. I highly recommend the brisket tacos. Great atmosphere, service and food!

Mi Cocina has one of the most beautiful patios and is one of our favorite places to visit in the summer! The flower arrangements are so beautiful outside and so is the inside of the restaurant. Fransico is always fun, remembers our favorites, and takes exceptional care of us. We ask for him whenever we go and highly recommend him.

Excellent experience. This place is huge and has a nice upscale kind of feel. Service was excellent. She was training a new guy and both had great attitudes and kept us informed and refilled. I order the street taco lunch special and it was amazing. I chose one beef and one chicken and the marinade was excellent and all ingredients were fresh. I asked for the hot salsa to try and loved it. I have a good tolerance for hot sauce and this had great flavor and not overly burning the mouth. My love ordered the taquotuos and she absolutely love them. Perfectly cooked and crispy too. Her mom ordered the lunch special 1, enchiladas and she loved them as well. Great atmosphere, great food, great service. I definitely recommend

When I think of Mexican cuisine, this establishment does not rank among my top 10 preferences. Nevertheless, my partner received a gift card, prompting us to revisit the restaurant after previously having unfavorable experiences. We were promptly seated, and our waiter efficiently took our beverage orders - unfortunately, I cannot recall his name, but he demonstrated exceptional attentiveness and courtesy throughout. I opted for the nachos, while my partner chose the bacon-wrapped shrimp. We both found our meals to be enjoyable, and it is fair to say that our experience was improved this time around.

I would have given this place a 5 star review except really the only good thing about it was the server/bartender Tina. The food used to be great it’s now mediocre. I can see the management staff really is not engaged. It’s really sad this place has fallen off the last couple of years. I used to love eating here. Honestly, I don't know what to say other than this has been the worst service at a Cherry Street establishment I've ever experienced. I ordered the ceviche, which was fine as far taste goes, very generic, whatever. As far as I can tell the server completely forgot to ring in my meal, so the other seven people at our table got their fajitas, enchiladas and tamales at the same time but I had to wait an additional 10 plus minutes for the kitchen to push out a pre-made, served-cold dish. I assume the server couldn't trust the kitchen to put out an appetizer as a meal on time and read the ticket properly? I worked as a server and bartender for a decade, I just honestly can't fathom what happened tonight because she didn't seem like she was in the weeds? Other members of the table had their drinks completely forgotten and didn't like their food. I tried their order of steak fajitas and it was flavorless, great cut of beef, just completely unseasoned and zero spice. The ceviche I ordered was the exact ceviche I get at Senor Tequila, good but I think I would rather Senor Tequila given everything else. Honestly the only thing to recommend this place were the mojitos and the strawberry margaritas, which the server couldn't rememberto ring in, so. The sangria was sub-par. I won't be bringing my husband here with his gluten allergy, absolutely wouldn't trust this place to respect cross contamination protocols.

One of the worst restaurant experiences of my life We had a reservation for a family dinner. We called to requested a specific booth 10 days in advance. We arrived on time, but we were told our booth was no longer available. Hostess was unhelpful. Once we were finally seated at another table , it took 10+ minutes for a waitress to come our table. Margaritas arrived 20 minutes after we ordered them and they were one drink short. Food took 45 minutes to arrive and many of the entrees were cold. The icing on the cake was them running out of chips. Yikes Needless to say I will not be returning anytime soon. It’s a shame because this place used to good.

First time to try this place. We will not be back. The service and atmosphere were great, but the food was terrible. I ordered the Redfish and vegetables. The vegetables were really hard and undercooked. My husband's tamale was very dry, the cheese enchilada was literally tons of onions with a block of cold cheese, his other enchiladas were room temp. Food had no flavor. Probably some of the worst Mexican food I've ever had, and I love Mexican food, so I was very disappointed.
