The drive-through was fast even though there was a long line at lunchtime. The staff were nice and they always get my order Correct. The wings are delicious all flavors ate yummy. Never get rid of them please!

My go-to place for low-calorie food on the road. 5 blackened tenders, reg mashed potatoes, a biscuit, and 1 Sweet Heat sauce is about 600 kcal. Inexpensive, delicious and satisfying, and every time I go to this particular location, they're always quick and courteous.
I asked for extra mayo and they delivered. My girl got the fnaf meal, she liked it
The food is always good at Popeyes! The only thing they could have done better is put enough gravy in the mashed potatoes!! The gravy and potatoes are one of my favorites!!! I drove over 10 miles to get it!! And I was a little disappointed because there was very little gravy. I do recommend Popeyes.
Service is always great and the food is always fresh and out fast. I eat here for lunch everytime I'm in the area.
We got a deluxe fnaf meal and the fnaf box made us pull forward the food was absolutely delicious I always come to Popeyes for their wings best wings ever but since the movie is coming out soon we decided to get these meals and I do not regret it like I thought I would it was amazing might go get it again was full after a couple of bites.
This place is always busy. Usually that means you’re gonna wait, but they are really on top of it all the time. The drive-through can get backed up so it makes parking a little hard, but it usually moves pretty quickly. The food is tasty and Services quick so there’s no complaints here.
I stopped by Popeyes today craving their famous chicken, and I have to say, the experience didn't disappoint. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile, and the aroma of freshly fried chicken instantly lifted my mood. The staff was polite and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I had a good experience. Even though the line was a bit long (which is understandable during peak hours), it moved quickly, and my order was ready in no time. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, just as you'd hope for. And that spicy kick? Exactly what I needed! The biscuits were buttery and soft, and paired so well with their honey sauce. What stood out most was how clean and well-kept the restaurant was, which isn’t always common with fast food spots. It made me feel comfortable dining in. Our family will be back 😀
The entire crew on this Sunday afternoon did exceptionally well with our party. I will definitely continue to be a customer at this restaurant. The employees and the manager were extremely respectful to us as as we waited for our food. That was a lot of work to do unexpectedly and expectedly and we are definitely happy to say thank you. And especially thanks to the manager I think her name was Jasmine For coming to our table and checking on all of us thanks again
Went thru the drive thru. Customer service is usually pretty dead pan. I haven't been in ages. My reason for going is cajun beans and rice normally. The container shrunk by half.
Good moist chicken, for over the counter red beans and rice , not bad. Awesome biscuits.
Great place I’ve gone for years, no complaints! Edit: I actually made this review to get a free pie that it took over 5 minutes and 3 employees to verify. Even though there is a QR code right on the counter that encourages me to do this. Sad how strange people get trying to prevent a scam. Customer is now unhappy and for 1 pie in the inventory that you don’t even purchase or make a profit from..
The food is very hit or miss at this location and it genuinely makes me not want to go back, the service is good sometimes but other times is either cold, wrong, or poor quality. Wish they could have a more consistent standard of service and the food wasn't so drastically different every time I go. Anyway here's a picture of my almost non existent chicken tenders, fork for comparison
The chicken was hard as a rock. I fed it to my dog. Never again They wouldn't give a refund!
I ordered a 24 piece bone in chicken wings to go. Before leaving I went to a table to count them. I COUNTED 22. When I brought it to the attention of an employee, the employee got a little tiffed that it was brought to their attention . I was purposely polite about it but the employee was greatly disturbed that I wanted what I ordered. Sorry Popeyes!
I've been told about Popeyes for years, and how great the food is. When my father moved to the area, all he could talk about was how much he missed Popeyes and how often he and his late wife would eat there. The day finally arrived when an appointment brought us to the same town as a Popeyes and i could hardly wait to surprise him! Well, based on our experience at this restaurant, my friends are all liars and my father has lost hope in humanity. My spicy chicken sandwich was bland, and fried yesterday in last week's oil, and left to stay warm on top of the coffeemaker. His fried chicken meal was typical chicken, nothing outstanding. Service was ok. Why 2 stars instead of 1? The fries were slightly better than average. And the soda was cold.
Not a fan. My son got a free kid's meal coupon from school. We ordered that and a 6 piece barbeque chicken with Mac and cheese and a side of fries. The Mac and cheese was cold and not mixed well. The barbeque sauce on the chicken tasted like Kraft brand again not a favorite. And it cost $17. But the fries were on point. We would go back for the fries only.
Today, January 9, 3:51 pm I ordered at the drive through window. I ordered the $5 Faves; 2 3pc classic, 1 tender spicy, 1 chicken sandwich plain with sprite. At the window I asked if biscuits came with the Faves and was told 'no'; so I added 2 biscuits to the order. I paid $33.60. Thought that was more than I should have paid, but I wasn't feeling well, so headed on. After arriving home, I noticed that not only did I pay more, but I was missing one of the 3pc Faves. I called the restaurant and the lady who answered asked for my ticket #. She said that I only ordered the chicken sandwich. We'll, at $33.60 that would be a very expensive sandwich! She finally got the correct ticket# and began a long explanation of why I was charged that amount. The only reason I called was to have them resolve the error. Refund the over charged amount and provide the missing order (3pc Fave). However, she continued to explain that I was charged $11 for an Ala Carte 3 PC rather than the $5 Fave. I asked her how she planned to resolve the issue and she said bring the receipt back to the store and it will be fixed. I asked for her name and after a long pause, she hung up without providing her name or obtaining mine. This was a 12 minute conversation that should have been resolved within 2-3 minutes. I have ordered from this location frequently, as I have a student who attends Carver. I was appalled at the inability of this staff member to resolve a simple customer issue. Training in customer service should be high on list for any food service business. A simple request for a name, which was totally refused and ignored is unacceptable. I am not sure when or if I will come back to Popeyes. This soured me on one of our family's favorite restaurants for years! Please do not continuously explain, just resolved the issue. 'L-A-S-T': Listen, Apologize, Solve the problem and Thank them.
So I used Uber Eats and got myself 2 of spicy chicken sandwich meal with both drinks being sprite and then when I was eating the French fries I found this in my fries. I have no idea what this is, could be a leftover burnt crisp chicken but I don’t like this and it grossed me out looks like poop.
My 85 year old mother and I went through the drive thru on Saturday afternoon. And the guy that took our order asked us to pull up and he would bring our order out to us in five minutes. My mom and I waited and waited. There were several cars behind us that was getting their orders and driving off. I ended up having to go inside. When I got inside the chicken bens we're all full of chicken. I then asked to speak to the manager. She comes up to the front. And I began telling her that we've been sitting in our car waiting forever. She ignored me and handed me a bag with separate boxes. And lied and stated that their wait times is 15 minutes. I took the bag. When we arrived at my mom's there was no cole slaw but mashed potatoes instead. When I arrived at my house we only got 6 pieces of chicken instead of 8 pieces. Which was initially ordered and the food was cold. I'm furious because I spent 44.57. And when I called them I was placed on hold forever. So I hung up and called back they evidently seen my number and ignored the call. This was the worse experience that I have ever had with Popeye's Chicken. For as much money as we spent they should've given us our full order and it should've been hot and fresh
The service isn’t getting better and asking for fresh food is now the cause for adults to throw tantrums and treat you rudely. It’s 4:07pm the bad service usually starts around six. Look like if I don’t get here before lunch I have to leave the city for some good Popeyes and southern service
There’s something with Monday night shifts, and it was specifically this night. Sorry, but it was terrible. I usually come here bc it’s the closest place to where I am. It’s always been good. But specifically this night was a no no. At 5:40PM I had a mobile order and the headset person took a while to get to me and had to ask me many times to get my name. I pulled up to the window and the person at the window said that I had to pay $13.81. I said I already paid on my phone with the mobile app and they said, “oh you want to pay on your phone with Apple Pay?” And I had to clarify them. Then I ordered 3 sweet teas on my mobile order and they didn’t have the drinks ready. He gave me 2 sweet teas and forgot that I had another one. He got it after I told him. Here comes the even worse service part: I got told to pull up to wait for my food, bc I ordered 3 orders of boneless wings 2 with hot signature sauce, and 1 dry-rubbed wings. When I got my food after waiting for 15 minutes, they FORGOT my mashed potatoes. What’s even WORSE is I asked the lady who served me at the parked area if there were 3 straws in the bag FOR MY DRINK, and she said “YES”. I went to check in the bag and there were NO STRAWS. Terrible service. I had to wait in line inside to get my forgotten mashed potato’s, straws, and some Hot Ones siracha sauce that they forgot to give me. I went back home, and the 1 of my boneless wings hot signature HAD ABSOLUTELY NO SAUCE, you can try to dip in the sauce and there’s barely any, or even shake it, no sauce, just dried chicken boneless wings , naked literally... I paid for these. And it wasn’t worth the experience. My other boneless wings hot signature had more sauce and it was good. You guys made this for your customers (me), and you might as well sell it as it is advertised. Everything 100% TERRIBLE service. Worst experience. You guys need more training , more emphasis on strictly training your employees. Im sorry, and the lady who told me that there were straws and said “yes”, when there was none, I was not happy as a customer. It’s like assuming and guessing even lying that there’s straws in there for your customer. Worst customer service ever. Terrible.
Locks on the bathroom so you have to ask permission to use the bathroom like you are some sort of child. Pretty sure that key was filthy.
"I had a frustrating experience at Popeyes today, arriving at 11:30 AM. I specifically ordered a three-piece all-white spicy chicken and a strawberry drink. However, I initially received a three-piece classic chicken and a Coke. When I brought this to the attention of the person at the window, there seemed to be a communication issue. After attempting to correct it, I was given a three-piece mixed chicken (two white, one dark), which was still not what I ordered. To make matters worse, when I finally tried to get my strawberry drink, I was charged an extra fee for their error in giving me the wrong beverage. This entire experience left me very dissatisfied with both the company and their service." And the sad thing is the chicken was dry.
09/28/23 (NORTH Pine, 74106): I was out north getting my hair done, so afterwards, I stopped at the Pine Popeyes to use my coupon. I had a 2pc. with a biscuit and a large sweet tea. First, the cashier looked at the coupon (I'd received a code after completing a Popeyes survey) and told me to wait like she didn't understand what it was. I finally ordered once she came back to the register. I asked to purchase some Mango Puree for my tea, but was told to hold, once again. This time, Mngr. Juana told me that I couldn't buy any because "they don't do that." Now, I normally go to the Bixby location since it's near my home. Or, on occasion, I visit the Riverside location, and both of these locations are Always friendly and the food is good! I have purchased this 'Limited' Mango Puree at BOTH locations previously. I still cannot believe she Denied me making a Purchase of a "squirt" of Mango Puree.😲 I told her that was untrue bcuz I've done so many times at 2 separate locations and as recently as a week ago. Juana was still saying, "No, we can't do that." So I called Bixby and spoke w/ a Manager (Anthony) and asked him, "when did Popeyes stop allowing Customers to purchase puree for their drinks." He too couldn't believe Juana was making a big deal out of the purchase of a 'squirt' of Mango Puree. He told me to tell her and I told him I'd put him on speaker, instead. Anthony reiterated what he'd said to me, but then Juana said, "he's not the Manager-I'm talking to them." Prior to us ending our call, he told me this isn't how Popeyes operates and he'd make sure my experience was a better one, whenever I visit the Bixby's Popeyes. I assured him that I knew bcuz I'd NEVER had an experience like this at Bixby or any other of their locations. I wasn't going to keep going forward with this conversation, so I just asked for my biscuit that was missing and a receipt. As soon as I was leaving, Juana stepped outside and got on the phone. And I did as well because her behavior was unbelievably Unacceptable! I contacted their toll-free # and had to text the Customer Support line. I couldn't believe this was all due to wanting to purchase some puree. They apologized and said this information would be submitted and forwarded to "the Franchisee and Corporate Management teams." The info was forwarded and I was contacted via email by someone from this location (a District Manager). I was told Juana is indeed the General Manager at the N. Pine location and her shirt reads 'Asst. Manager' bcuz her shirt isn't in, yet (paraphrased). Again, this entire ordeal could've been prevented, had Juana just said, "I'm the Gen. Manager at THIS Location and I do Not allow Customers to purchase the Mango Puree at THIS Location." Then, I'd known that was their policy at THIS location and been done with the situation, altogether...😌 I understand Franchises have their own policies, but it still doesn't make sense to Me. It's not like I was asking them to "give me" anything bcuz I was only attempting to make an additional Purchase...smh. (Past Review/5 Stars @ Bixby location): Decent......had a craving for some Jambalaya & chicken and Popeyes "hit the spot" at that moment in time.👍🏾 We wound up talking to the Manager & a few staff members, and Everyone was pretty cool.....Really Nice!😎👌🏽
The manger Kate was rude and refused to make Tea when they was out. They had 5 employees working with no one in drive thru and one person in lobby. She then start waving her hands in my face to get out. Because I told her I was calling Corporate. Worse service I ever had at Popeyes in my life world wide. I have a YouTube channel and IG with over 100,000 plus subscribers. I will be making a video and informing the world of the service we get on the Northside of Tulsa. It's said when the manger acts that way in front of workers. She was upset because I asked for regular chicken but was given spicy. This was my first visit here and last. Kate was horrible as a Manger. I am Corporate Nurse for over 300 employees under me. I would never allow that to happen. Then she lied says she would call police and tell them I cussed her out. She came out and took photo of my tags. Another example of Karen in the USA dealing with African Americans.
