Love this place, delicious Pho and they have an amazing peanut sauce for their spring rolls. It’s homey, not a fancy place. So if you’re a picky person avoid it.
Love it. The owners are so nice and hey you cant go wrong with free ice cream at the end .love itm

I called in my order and walked over to pickup. While opening the front door I realized I forgot my wallet. Asked if they had Google Pay - nope, only Apple Pay. So had to walk back home to get my wallet and I confess I thought about not going back and just making my own damn lunch. I even thought about driving the 1.5 blocks, but ended up walking back and I'm so happy I did. Got the Teriyaki Chicken Bento. Normally I don't order chicken because to me it's usually bland and dry, but their teriyaki chicken was perfect. The steamed veggies were just the way I like them, they weren't crunchy and not overcooked &soggy. Tempura was really good: shrimp, sweet potato, carrot, and squash - all the ones I like! The only thing I was slightly disappointed in was the potato salad because it was American deli style and not Hawaiian. It was still very good though just a bit too mustardy for me. And I loved the pickled radish and carrots - wish they doled out a bit more though.
A very small but very good place located on a corner shopping center strip, parking can be a little difficult because the spacing is a little tight. Once you go inside the restaurant you are greeted by a very friendly staff member that will seat you accordingly to how many people are in your group. Its a small seating area, cozy and intimate setting. I picked the Saigon special based from one previous review that I saw someone mentioned they really liked it and I very much liked it myself. The food is excellent, the service is fast and friendly and I will be returning to try other items
Best pho I've had to date! Amazing food, great quality, great prices, many options, excellent service, and very fast service. We ordered and within 10 minutes they had freshly made our two large servings of pho! We ordered extra spicy and it didn't disappoint. Will definitely be back and would recommend this to anyone who loves pho.
Had the Bamboo Song Beef Pho Special with condensed milk coffee! I love Pho! I can eat it everyday LOL
We ordered chicken pho and egg rolls on DoorDash. We weren’t expecting to love it so much! Every place we get chicken pho from, inevitably the chicken is dry, but not Bamboo Song! The broth was amazing and the chicken was the best I’ve ever had in pho. If it was that good for a delivery order, I can only assume that it’s even better in restaurant. I’ll definitely be frequenting this place again!
Very delicious and good quality food. Some of the best pho I've had in awhile and felt like a hug to my soul. Will be returning soon and recommend to others
Small mom & Pop location; food is good and price is reasonable.

Looking for Pho in the Pedro, Lomita, Torrance? This is pretty tasty. We've tried others in the area and were not impressed. Thumbs up 👍 Bamboo Song

Went there for lunch. Food is good and somewhat affordable for the area. Service decent.

Since finding out about this place last month I've already visited 4 times to eat the seafood pho - the broth has plenty of flavour and it's exactly what you want from a pho spot. The sushi rolls are pretty good also if your feeling hungry.
We used to really enjoy Bamboo Song, but I feel like the quality has gone down. Our to go pho broth was not filled all the way to the top like it usually is, and the vegetable spring rolls were skinny and underfilled compared to the past.
The food was mediocre. The Vietnamese crepe doesn’t taste like anything but oil. The pho was alright, but the broth isn’t rich or doesn’t have much flavor. Inside isn’t too nice either.

The pho was okay. The broth was bland. I felt like they gave me left overs because I had a lot of tendon in ratio to the rare steak. I had the fried rice, and it smelled like the rice was spoiled. I’ve made fried rice like this were it’s on the brink of going bad but still edible. But I wouldn’t expect a restaurant to take that chance of serving almost spoiled food... I’ll try this place another shot considering all that’s going on with the pandemic though.

I just left Costco and I was starving and craving Pho. This place is convenient and I didn't have to drive far. Clean atmosphere. The lady was friendly and greeted me as I walked. Scanned the menu even though I knew I wanted Pho. All their Pho comes only in one size. I ordered the Bamboo Song Special Pho with Rare Steak, Flank, Tendons, and Beef balls. The Broth was very weak, watery, and lacking the beefy taste, the spices absent. Decent size portion. The steak tasted old and tough. Overall I rate it 2 🌟. The Chicken and Shrimp Spring Rolls were just dry, tough, and bland. The service was great. So overall rating is 3 S 🌟 .
I wish I read more recent reviews before coming here. Traffic was bad on the freeway and I was craving pho - this was the closest to where I was at the time so thought I’d give it a try. I came in and sat down and said hello in Vietnamese - I love being able to practice when I go out for pho! The lady was rude and I apologized for speaking to her in Vietnamese. When I found out she was Korean I said hello in Korean and she smiled kind of…then she told me the cooks were Vietnamese. Long story short - the cooks were not Vietnamese they appeared to be her son and husband - that’s totally cool - I’m up for new experiences and appreciate family businesses. Then I looked around and started to take it all in… The table in front of me had used medical grade gloves on it, a bath and body works bag in the chair full of stuff, prescription bottles and other things and a dish cart was sitting out by a table. One of the cooks was more attentive to his plate of bacon and food he made for his girlfriend as they sat down to eat and ignored a customer who came in and stood there for several minutes. I ordered pho with brisket, flank and rare meat and there was more tendon than I’d expect and the meat wasn’t so great nor the noodles or taste really either. The eggrolls weren’t amazing but they were crispy, which I love. They were served on a plate with the fish sauce but no shredded carrots or anything else in it and no lettuce. :( I asked for lettuce and the lady brought it out on a plate but then, with her bare hand, took it off and put it on the egg roll plate. No mint leaves or anything else though. Lastly, there was a hair in my pho I noticed half way through that was on the side of the inside of the bowl and hanging out. I was already in deep so committed to finishing my experience there…and to give them the benefit of the doubt, it could’ve been my hair…except I had my hair back in a tight pony tail and a golf cap on….and I have blonde hair. 😬 The food wasn’t horrible, and I like to think everyone in this world is doing the best they can with what they have to work with. Hence the two stars. Although I can’t say I’d come back here again, at least not in a hurry… I’m always willing to give most things a second try, so you never know. Maybe they were just having an off night… But it was around 7 o’clock, I would think they’d be excited for dinner time customers, and try to make an experience that would draw repeat business.

I am extremely saddened and disappointed at how the young guy / waiter treated my parents while they were excited to try this restaurant for their first time this past Sunday 10/6/24 . When my mom whom speaks broken english ordered pho , the young waiter snapped at her asking her what type of meat in a very rude demeanor tone . Instant red flag ! But she shrugged it off and continued to order . When the food arrives they weren’t given any utensils and when asked for some the waiter says nothing , goes and grabs utensils and almost throws them onto the table and walks away . This made my parents feel like they were being discriminated against their skin color and broken English . They have never experienced such rude service as they did that day . Zero stars for this restaurant. S
I came here with my girlfriend because I live in the Kaia apartments nearby and wanted to try it out. We weren’t very hungry so we shared a bowl of pho. The Korean women with the glasses treated us like we were poor for sharing a bowl and acted extremely passive aggressive. She was purposely being extra nice to the customers next to us and purposely ignored me when I asked for a sprite. It’s a small restaurant so I know she definitely heard me. Not only was the service atrocious, but the pho was one of the worst I ever had, and I’ve been eating this dish since I was 7 years old. It is very rare for me to ever leave a 1 star review. This place deserves it.
Either these ratings are fake or the place changed to the negative. I went there with my wife. She ordered stir fry noodles and got oily glass noodles. I ordered pho and it tasted like salt would make up for less flavor. At first, my wife wanted pho with tofu. They sad they do not have tofu. Hm. The waiter had a dirty apron. The whole place was dirty and sticky. Really gross. How can you rate this with 5 stars????? Best pho in Torrance??? Me thinks not.
